Ich schätze die verkehrsgünstige Lage sehr und staune, dass es trotz der vielbefahrenen Strassen recht ruhig im Haus ist.

Das WLAN hat trotz des an verschiedenen Stellen angegebenen Passworts und trotz Reklamation weder am Smartphone noch am Laptop funktioniert - zwei Tage lang. Es gibt an der Badewanne keinen Duschvorhang; die aus der Wand gerissene Steckdose im Bad ist wohl nicht ganz ungefährlich; in der Tür zum Gang gibt es ein kleines Loch, das mit einem Pfropfen aus WC-Papier unschön verschlossen wurde. Wenn ich das Zimmer verlassen habe, lag gegenüber der Tür auf dem Boden Wäsche vom Zimmer nebenan - ebenfalls zwei Tage lang.

Tutto sommato un soggiorno pessimo con servizi insoddisfacenti o non funzionali. Dall'inizio, il self check-in non ha funzionato e il codice mandatoci per ritirare la chiave non era giusta, anche se il loro team ha risposto velocemente alla mail. Inoltre la stanza doveva essere dotata di internet e microonde. Nel primo giorno la connessione wi-fi già non funzionava più, e il micronde non andava per piu di 10 secondi senza spegnersi. Anche se i letti sono abbastanza comodi, il loro stato di pulizia non è accettabile. Stanza sporca, con una macchia marrone sul lenzuolo, cicche di sigarette e un vecchio calzino sotto al letto. Il bagno era vecchio, ugualmente sporco, e la parte metallica sotto lo specchio dove appoggiare varie cose era rotto e coperto di ruggine... La posizione non è male, abbastanza vicino al centro e con accanto un parco carino e adatto per passeggiate, eccetera. Essendo uno degli "alberghi" più economici di Zurigo ci si può aspettare che la qualità non sarà la migliore, ma a questi livelli è inaccettabile. Non ci tornerei.

Nada me gustó más, es la peor experiencia de apartamento que haya tenido en mis años de vida. Que horror!! No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la campaña extractora de la cocina, ni la del baño, ni la caja fuerte, ni la wifi… un cuadro!!

Hubiera ido bien que las cosas funcionaran como deberían de funcionar desde un principio.

По жаре без кондиционера будет очень жарко. На два человека нам оставили одну подушку и одно одеяло. Утюга и чайника нет. Фен работает через раз. В душе шторки нет и вода залила весь пол. Мне пришлось пожертвовать футболкой чтобы вытереть пол. На кухне нет соли , чая , и т.д.. мочалки и моющего для посуды нет. Жить можно но учесть эти моменты

Es un apartahotel para personas jonkis ,mal de la cabeza que viven de la social en Zurich,y me parece incomprensible que lo anuncien en vuestra empresa.Una habitación con un solo cojín pequeño para el matrimonio,nadie a quien reclamar.Las habitaciones de los yonkis con las puertas abiertas porque no cabía tanta mierda, cárteles en otras puertas amenazando a personas, daba asco

Es war recht schmutzig, Schimmel auf der Decke in der Dusche, Stühle voller Flecken, am Tisch waren Brandflecken, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und war voller Staub, Boden auch Dreckig. Es war heiß in der Wohnung fenster in der Nacht offen lassen nicht möglich da darunter die Straßenbahnen fahren!

O banheiro não tinha cortina nem box, a cada banho, ficava todo molhado. Tinha um espelho (tipo espelho de aumento) com um lado quebrado e o vidro foi deixado lá - bem perigoso. Quando chegamos a chave não estava disponível, por sorte tinha um funcionário lá que nos auxiliou.

It was really very pethatic. I did not like that. My kids were really very uncomfortable because if tge hit atmosphere of room.

It was really very pethatic. The room was too hot and there was nothing to overcome this hotness (fan, AC). Toilet accesories were broken and there was no hand wasb and other toiletories that were mentioned in description. Also none of the kitchen electronics were in a working condition (microwave, hotplate, fridge etc). Its was really very dissappointing experience of spending night there.

The common areas were not clean. The kitchen cabinet was not electricaly connected to the mains; although electrical wires were hanging from it, none of them actually powered the unit. The microwave had a French-style plug. We booked for three people; while there were indeed sleeping arrangements for three, there were towels for only two. The headboard which housed electrical outlets was not attached to the wall, leaving exposed wires accessible. We called the contact number, but no one answered.

Die Anbindung an die Stadt war super!

Das Appartment war für drei Personen unausreichend ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung war nur für 2 Personen gegeben, obwohl wir für 3 Personen gebucht hatten. Uns hat geärgert, dass wir im Voraus nicht wussten, dass der Parkplatz 20CHF kostet.

Schlüsselbox schwer zu finden, aber einfach zu bedienen

Der Fernseher war kapuss und der Duschabfluss verstopft. Sauberkeit auch subpar.

Straßenbahnanbindung top. Infrastruktur top.

Kein Free-WIFI. Kein Toilettenpapier ohne Aufforderung. Kein Tausch der Hand- bzw. Duschtücher. Fön war bzw. ist kaputt. Zimmertüre filigran. Matratze durchgelegen. In der Küche nur 1 Löffel.

WiFi did not work and the online help system did not help in any way, shape or form. I had to buy extra roaming data to compensate.

Stanza troppo piccola e fortemente maleodorante; pulizia inesistente; un bagnoschiuma da 10 ml per tre persone; letti scomodi e cuscini inesistenti; doccia con tenda e senza tappetino; filtri dei condizionatori luridi; stanza non insonorizzata e serrande mal funzionanti; nessun servizio nelle vicinanze (tranne i trasporti).

Nachdem wir erst nach 11.00 Uhr angekommen sind, hat mir sehr gefallen das der reservierte Parkplatz ab 12.00 Uhr endlich frei war. (Anderes Fahrzeug wurde abgeschleppt)

-Ankunft in der Nacht, ohne freien Parkplatz (Uns wurde relativ kurzfristig geholfen) -offenliegende Elektroleitungen und Defekte Lampen -defekte Möbel -defekte Klimaanlage (oberstes Stockwerk) -Dreck vom vorherigen Bewohner -defekter Türgriff vom Hotelzimmer -defekte Schiebetüre Toilette/Bad -defekte Schiebekulisse zum verdunkeln des Fensters, wo beim Bewegen wahrscheinlich auf einen Gefallen wäre (ca 40-50kg) -Rauchmelder war mit Plastiktüte abgedeckt -kein Zimmerservice (Betten, Mülleimer leeren, etc wurden nicht gemacht) Auf eine Email mit den Mängel wurde reagiert: Guten Morgen, Wir haben die Mängel an unseren Techniker weitergeleitet Kind regards/ Freundliche Grusse B. Maltas Es ist nichts gemacht worden bzw es gab keine Vorschläge um die Unannehmlichkeiten zu beseitigen! PS. Wäre nur ich und meine Frau gereist, wäre die Bewertung nicht so drastisch ausgefallen! ABER WIR REISEN MIT UNSERER 1,5 JAHRE ALTEN TOCHTER UND DAS DARF UND SOLLTE NICHT SEIN.

The location was ok although on a very noisy road.

Dirty apartment, no wifi, no soap, no detergent, no shower curtain, no toilet seat cover, blocked sink, faulty electrics, sticky floors, stained net curtain, bedding smelt, No one onsite to help, the property was not big enough for a family if 4 even though they accepted a booking for a family of 4. They took a while to respond to my complaint and needed to be chased. Booking.com also we're not very helpful when complaining. One person I spoke to hung up on me. Booking.com basically don't care if you have been lied to when choosing somewhere to stay or care if you are staying in unsafe accommodation or not.

Assistenza scarsa. Istruzioni check in poco chiare. Al numero indicato non rispondeva nessuno. Chi rispondeva ai messaggi di testo booking non era in grado di aiutare. Manutenzione struttura carente.

The receptionist that I called was nice in helping me with the difficult check in situation.

Very difficult/ strange check in process. 4 of us were trying together all booked separately and had to use their support services. Building is not well marked so it is hard to find the entrance- two of us went to the wrong Swiss Star which are close enough to confuse but a pain to travel with big bags. No WiFi available- confirmed by their staff when I called it was down. It was boiling hot with no AC (very old one that doesn’t work)- to fall asleep I had to put a wet towel.

El wifi no funcionaba, el aire tampoco a pesar de tener un interruptor; falta absoluta de persona física para comunicar incidencias; el enchufe de la cocina da corriente y el microondas no se pude enchufar (todas las clavijas son estrechas y la del microondas es más gorda) y la maneta de la puerta de entrada estaba rota. Además, la basura estuvo en el pasillo los dos días que estuvimos alojados. La llave no abre las puertas de acceso al edificio .

So disgusting accommodation i have not experienced . Room no. 104 . The door lock was broken with holes . Bathroom is without window smells like one animal is dead there. Everything's was broken in bathroom .Waschbacken was blocked and small bathing tub as well . No mat in bathroom . My kids were scaring to use this dirty bathroom.

The lights were so old in bathrooma as well as in room . More than half were defect . So dirty room we felt 🤮 .No internet . 🛜 2 days without internet. When i called to the given number. The lady said it is defect and need some days to connect and cut my phone . I called her again but she did not pick up my phone . My kids were crying 😢. I will recommend better to live on road instead booking of this accommodation and one more thing . This is not kind of hotels . People were leaving on rent in this apartment. The owner didn’t repair anything and nobody is responsible if anything happens .Nobody meet you just one lady for cleaning there. She act like she doesn’t know anything. All are Mafias . This dirty hotel should be legally checked and closed. I don’t demand for luxury things and brands in room but basic things are important. Cleanliness and repair is most important .kitchen gas is so old and difficult to use and Microwave was defect .

Das Zimmer und die Lage wären in Ordnung. Nur die Ausstattung ist für den Preis zu hoch.

Federbetten, absolut hart und unbequem. Gibt ein AC aber funktioniert nicht wie er sollte und es gab kein Duschvorhang.

Nothing , everything was disgusting it was aufull nothing was good especially the property

Everything it was smelly and the service was so bad and nothing even looked the the pictures and there was no reception to help us or anything , we could even barely breath because of the space that’s in the room and then we come to the atmosphere, there was literally no AC and it was hot we couldn’t sleep the whole day so this stupid hotel just ruined our whole trip and then comfort it was aufull I would say -0 out of a 10 , the beds were so hard and we weren’t comfortable the whole day , I hate this hotel so much and the costumer service there was like so rude and they were so mean , I won’t ever come back to this hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes en tram de la place de la Street Parade, et en face de l'hôtel se trouve les arrêts de tram et bus dans les deux senses, les places de parc sont juste derrière l'hôtel.

En arrivant 45 minutes avant le check-in je pouvais déjà m'enregistrer mais après avoir remplir les informations Data mon code n'aparaîssait pas, j'ai du écrire um email pour un nouveau lien pour recevoir mon code, une dame du nettoyage de l'hôtel a vu ma détresse et dans son portable elle a confirmé mon arrivé et mes donnés et enfin j'ai pu avoir la clef de ma chambre. J'ai trouvé de la vaissele sale de l'ancient client dans le placard et j'ai averti l'hôtel après. La climatisation laisse à désirer, même à pleine puissance, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et la télé n'avait pas de pilles dans la télécommande.

Only the bed & shower was good

No AC, the sun shines inside the room all day so the room is very hot and at night the AC does not work, the WiFi does not work and to receive the key was a nightmare as the key code did not work. To receive the key code we had to ring and email the company and the cleaner needed to come back and provide the keys from the machine. There was a line of people also in the same situation outside to receive their keys. Very bad.

Frigo e wifi non funzionavano, l’ascensore non si può usare (anche con le chiavi) Un lato dell’edificio è molto rumoroso (da sulla strada) Manca il sapone nel bagno, bagno molto piccolo, in una stanza aveva un cattivo odore.

Zacznę od tego, że obiekt nie dał nam nawet mydła do rąk w łazience. Pokoje są nieklimatyzowane, rozumiem, ale nie dali nawet żadnego wiatraka, a gdy otworzysz okno, słyszysz wszystko z tajskiej restauracji pod spodem. Wilgoć w łazience widoczna, jak i również na sylikonie. Od przyjazdu do wyjazdu nie działało Wi-Fi, a obsługa hotelowa odpisała wymijająco na pytania odnośnie rekompensaty za brak udogodnienia które było obiecane w ofercie. Pokój był nie do końca wyczyszczony przed naszym zameldowaniem, włos na wannie. Nie było kotary przy wannie, przez co nie było możliwości nie pochlapać całej łazienki. Suszarka do włosów też brudna, aż odechciało się używać. Ten pokój hotelowy motywował do dłuższego zwiedzania od rana do nocy bo nie chciało się tam przebywać. Telewizor stary bez smart TV, nie było co na nim oglądać.

ich habe für meine Familie, insgesamt vier Personen, ein Zimmer mit vier Betten gebucht. Wir waren bereits um 18:30 Uhr vor dem Hotel. Den Zugangscode für das Zimmer haben wir jedoch erst für 2:00 Uhr nachts erhalten. Als wir um 2:00 Uhr endlich ins Zimmer gehen konnten, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass dort nur ein Bett für vier Personen vorhanden war. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr heiß und leider auch sehr schmutzig. Meine Kinder mussten in dem einzigen vorhandenen Bett schlafen, während mein Mann und ich auf dem Boden schlafen mussten. Das war für uns als Familie eine sehr unangenehme und nicht zumutbare Situation. Auch das WLAN funktioniert nicht. Wir haben mehrfach versucht, uns zu verbinden, unter anderem über den QR-Code, aber leider ohne Erfolg.

Nothing diaster

Our room was extremely dirty, old, and worn out. The air conditioning did not work at all, the refrigerator was broken, and the electrical outlets were not functioning, so we couldn’t even charge our phones. The entire hotel felt run-down, unhygienic, and unpleasant. On top of that, the staff provided very poor customer service and showed no interest in resolving the issues. We arrived with our two small children and checked in at 11:00 PM. The air conditioning was completely broken, and the temperature in the room felt close to 45°C. It was unbearably hot, and our children were unable to sleep. This was an unacceptable situation for any family. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Schmuddeliger Hausflur (überall Müll, offene Türen mit ganzen Müllräumen) Zimmer war nicht gemacht Klimaanlage hat gestunken - im zweiten Zimmer gab es keine Klimaanlage mehr Steckdose hat seinen „Adapter“ verloren- Stromschlag bekommen Beim Bett für die dritte Person ist einfach eine Latte gebrochen beim draufsitzen Matratzen dreckig (auch nach Zimmertausch) Bettlehne zerbrochen Wen es stört, sehr laut durch die SBahn (für mich irrelevant) Dreckiges Badezimmer Überall alles sehr schmuddelig und unverschämt dass sowas vermietet werden darf

The room was in unacceptable condition. The light wasn’t working, the toilet brush holder was missing and the brush was left on the floor, the hairdryer was broken, and the roller shutter didn’t work either. There was a strong, persistent smell of marijuana that remained even after leaving the window open all day. On top of that, the room didn’t even have bedside tables. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and did not meet basic standards.

Die beschriebene Ausstattung war nicht vorhanden. Es war kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, sodass wir alle Lebensmittel die wir gekauft hatten, nach 2 Tagen komplett entsorgt werden musste.. Auch bei den heißen Temperaturen in den letzten Tagen, wäre ein kühles Getränk nicht schlecht gewesen. Nach mehrfachen Telefonaten und Kontakt über booking mit dem Kundenservice wurde uns immer gesagt, dass sich drum gekümmert wird und wir eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Auf die Rückmeldung warten wir bis heute.. Auch der telefonische Kundenservice war total unfreundlich.. Auch weitere Mängel im Zimmer, wie eine von der Wand runterhängende Bettlampe, kaputte Steckdose am Bett, kaputter Wasserhahn am Waschbecken und in der Badewanne... Absoluter Schrott diese Unterkunft!

حجزت في الفندق وذالك لان الفندق لديه مواقف للسيارات مجانيه خاصه بالفندق وعندما استيقظت من الغد لم اجد سيارتي لقد سحبت وغرمت 600 فرانك سويسري . اين هذه الخدمه التي خسرتني 600 فرنك لا تستأجروا فيه. فندق مخادع ولدي صور بذالك

Presence of AC

The floor was clean but hair was on the walls of the bathroom One big bed is made of 2 single beds that are linked together with sheets but move and are not well connected. One mattress is highe rthan the other so at the end 1 small bed used. Pillows so flat, might as well not use them. The duvet/comforter is for 1 small bed, not 2. The AC was so loud and making weird noises. Not writing without saying anything to the property, sent a message to the property that said that they will come the next day to check. After 4 days, still no one came.

Il n y avait pas d air conditionné car ça ne fonctionnait pas! C est inadmissible! Il faisait 31 degrés à minuit et nous n avons pas pu dormir, nous avions la fenêtre ouverte mais il n y avait pas d air et trop de bruit à l extérieur (voitures, motos, train, les gens qui hurlaient).

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower worked well.

The television needed a software update, which required the remote control to press "ok" on. The remote was missing a battery. The towel rack in the bathroom broke off when I tried to use it. The kitchen sink faucet was not bolted to the sink so it rocked around when in use.
