Location close to train station

Where do I start? Kitchen was poorly equipped: no coffee/tea making facilities, water kettle could not be plugged in, one pot only without lid. No power plugs to charge mobile phones, only one bedside light, which needed to be plugged in/out to switch on/off. Mattresses old and worn out. Hand held shower! Worst place I have ever stayed! Would never return to this place!

Weg gaan

Alles viel tegen, het bed was te zacht, kledingkast viel bijna uitelkaar, in een appartement maar 1 koekenpan, geen gewone pan . De douchekop hing aan een stang met maar 1 stand beneden.Bij het bed werkte de lampjes en stopcontacten niet. Dit appartement is niet voor verhuur mogelijk. Een schande dat dit op een site staat. Geklaagd bij de eigenaar, het zou meteen verholpen worden...dus niet.

Die Lage, gutes Bett, Sauberkeit

Kühlschrank war total vereist, derart, dass er nicht mehr kühlen konnte (wir haben abgetaut), es gibt eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine und Ind.Herd, aber so gut wie überhaupt kein Kochequipment und Geschirr, auch keinen Wasserkocher. Nach Anmahnung brachte uns eine Mitarbeitein ein paar Geschirre, Besteck und einen Topf. TV funktionierte nicht. Nachttischlampe war defekt, ein Vorhang hing halb aus der Schiene raus…Kleine, aber nervige Dinge, die vermuten lassen, dass die Endkontrolle nicht gut funktioniert.

Room wasn't clean. Roller blinds weren't working. THERE WAS NO DOOR IN BATHROOM. Front of the fridge doors was wobbly. There is no air conditioning in the room, and becaue room's window is facing street you either cook in the summer, or smell the food from restaurant downstairs and listen to the busy street noises

Die Rollläden im Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen. Ich habe der Unterkunft geschrieben, da niemand vor Ort war. Die Rückmeldung war unfreundlich und niemand hat mich gekümmert. Also war mein Zimmer zwei Tage lang dunkel, Das war sehr unangenehm. Hinter der Rechnung musste ich auch herrennen.

The location is very central

There is no air conditioning and the room becomes very stuffy as there is no fan especially if you are visiting during the summer months. Non availability of AC should have been explicitly mentioned.

Das bequeme Bett und die Saueberkeit

Der fürchterliche aLärm, vor 2Uhr morgens war an schlafen nicht zu denken. Bei geschlossenenen Fenstern und mit Ohropax war schlafen möglich, jedoch ist das Appartment mit einer Fensterfront in Westlage und die Hitze ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern in der Nacht und ohne Klimaanlage nicht auszuhalten.

Era comodo y tenía mucho comercio cerca para comer.

No tenía aire acondicionado y hacía un poco de calor. Tampoco tenía productos de limpieza para lavar la vajilla, en caso de querer comer en el departamento.

Kitchen facilities are poor, room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived after 2pm check in time.

Location is super convenient. Close to many places to eat and only 10min walk from the train station

The restaurant directly below our room plays live music late into the evening, which made it hard to sleep.

There is nothing to like about this so called Hitel.

The photos shown must be from another Hotel, as our room didn't resemble anything like them. There wasn't a curtain at the window, just a net. The wall light did not work. The pillows on the bed were paper thin, as was the duvet. The air-conditioning did not work and there was no plug in the washbasin. We did not feel safe there, as it is situated in a part of the city that I didn't realise existed. There was lots of street noise from cars racing up and down, along with people out and about all night long. I did not sleep at all.

Ambience is not good inside the property.

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, avec bonne literie et douche séparée (et serviettes et produits de douche). Située à 10mn a pied de la gare centrale. Bon wifi

Chambre sur rue bruyante fenêtre ouverte, mieux avec fenêtre fermée mais ce n'est pas le calme absolu quand même !

Отличный номер, было очень комфортно. В соседнем доме супермаркет, работает с 07:30, очень удобно.

Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely nothing. This is the "Red Light District," of Zurich. Fancy a company like "Booking.com, not actually advising on the suitability of this ! Whores, drunkards and drug addicts!

The apartment was neat and clean. The mattresses were clean.

The major problem with the apartment is that it is located just on the roadside. There was a lot of noise of vehicles throughout the night. Though we closed the windows, there was still noise and we could sleep properly. The washbasin was also choked.

Room was good ,clean and well maintained . Location is close to the railway station , hotels all around for food to eat

You definitely need a Fan or an AC here now during summers. It was bit uneasy to sleep as it was 30+ in the day time and sleeping in the night or afternoon becomes bit uncomfortable .

Posizione centrale, check in abbastanza facile se si seguono con attenzione le indicazioni

La luce centrale della camera era rotta. La posizione è molto centrale ma il posto è anche molto rumoroso di notte. Le lenzuola e il bagno sono puliti ma le tende e l'arredamento sono abbastanza rovinati e sporchi.

There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

There were no blinds or curtains on any windows and both rooms had several windows! There was also no air conditioning so we had to open the windows as it was a heatwave. This meant that the noise coming in was terrible- all shop deliveries, loud restaurants closing and clearing up and traffic. The light also woke us up very early after a disturbed night. There is also no lift and we were on the top floor. Hard with luggage! It is a walk to the main centre of Zurich and about 15/20 mins from the station. The area around did not feel as safe as the centre of Zurich.

there is no air conditioning which would be manageable with the window open, but what isn’t mentioned on the listing is the huge amount of noise on the street outside. The room was unbearably hot but it was just impossible to open the window as there were cars honking their horns constantly all night long right outside the window, as well as shouting and other noise. In the end we had to soak a towel in cold water and sleep under that to keep cool, which wasn’t pleasant at all. although it is close to the train station, I would have much preferred to travel a bit further and get a decent sleep, as we ended up having to cancel our plans the next day as we had such a terrible night. also there is a rather unpleasant smell.

No bathroom door. No ventilation. No curtains. Had to have the window open all night due to the heat but it's a very very busy street so is never quiet. We left the key in the room and had to wait 1hr and pay 50CHF to be let back in

En la habitación no había ni aire ni ventilador. Fue una noche calurosa y no se aguantaba el calor. Además, la persiana estaba rota y sostenida con una caja de cartón. No había heladerita ni shampoo.

Die Lage war sehr nahe an Supermärkten und Restaurants.

Der Fahrstuhl war kaputt, die Tür zum Badezimmer war kaputt, die Steckdose im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert, die Fernbedienung für die Jalousien war nicht vorhanden/ kein Tageslicht und Lüften möglich.

La ubicación.

En el portal hay un restaurante indio, por lo que el olor a comida se extiende por todo el edificio. Además, la persiana de la habitación estaba rota y no se podía abrir, y la cama resultaba muy incómoda.

rolgordijnen waren kapot en de gordijnen super dun dus al het licht kwam erdoorheen, waardoor we om 5:30 wakker werden, douchedeur ging niet goed dicht, waardoor de halve kamer onder water stond, lampen deden het niet en daar bovenop was de service nog verschrikkelijker.

Ascensore rotto alloggiavo in mansarda quindi al 6 piano, ventola bagno rotta, soffione doccia rotto, niente clima o ventilatore, lavandino lavello perdeva, una presa elettrica era rotta

Keine Klimaanlage, sehr laut draußen (auch nachts), restaurant direkt ggü, Imbiss direkt drunter (Hier Essengerüche ab morgens), bei 30 Grad draußen eine Zumutung im Zimmer zu schlafen, lüften immer nur kurzweilig möglich

Le lit était confortable quoique la tête de lit est très usée.

La paroi de douche laisse sortir l'eau, la lumière est quasi inexistante ou ne fonctionne pas et le store ne fonctionne pas car impossible de le baisser ou le monter car pas de commande.

Habitación sin aire acondicionado, las toma corriente defectuosas, mucho ruido exterior y como el alojamiento no tiene control de entrada y salida de personas, en el primer nivel indigentes pernoctan

Vi kom ind til en kvinde der lå med bræk og sov på trappen da vi "tjekkede ind". Elevatoren var i stykker så det var trapper i 30 graders varme. Stik kontakten virkede kun med lyset tændt og mange af tingene var i dårlig stand eller ødelagt. Der var semi rent og man kunne godt bruge det til en overnatning eller 2 hvis man ikke har de helt store krav. Dog var det efter 2 overnatninger for meget. Vi landede selvfølgelig i hedebølge og det var meget hårdt uden elevator eller aircondition. Dette var helt sikkert med til at gøre det hele lidt mere uudholdelig.

Hizo mucho calor y no habia ni tan siquiera un ventilador o aire acondicionado, no se podian levantar las persianas para ventiar el lugar. Afuera hay borrachos que hacen ruido toda la noche.pase una noche terrible debido al calor, al ruido a a los equipos de limpieza nocturna de la ciudad.

All very easy to check in!

The room was unbearably hot, the curtains were far too light, and the other people staying in the hotel made a good night's sleep just impossible.

kitchen equipment was very basic, the plug for the kettle did not fit into the power socket, a dishwasher but hardly any dishes, a pot no lid etc We had to call 4 times to get a key code that worked, the lift was not working, we had asked for twin beds and got a double bed despite being assured we would get a twin bed etc.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was poorly signed and difficult to locate, when we found the door location we checked in only to find the lift not working which would have been good to know prior to arrival. Our room was located on level 5 and with all our luggage this was very difficult to get baggage up the narrow stairwell. The room itself was unclean with stains on bed head and floor, shower head not did not stay up, the sheet on the bed was too small. Curtains were sheer so there was light from the street all night. The room had no ventilation even with windows open and provided no fan. Because the room was so hot we slept with the window open and the noise from the street was relentless all night. Because there is no staff around we were unable to get assistance for any of these issues. Overall would not come back to this hotel and would not recommend.

No AC, it was incredibly hot in the room. If you open the windows the street noise was insane. Absolutely no way anyone can sleep in that.

No clear guidance, i booked two rooms after putting in the details i only got the code one room and had to call customer services to get the other one. tried calling customer service for blinds how to operate them, very unhelpful and came accross as rude like they didn’t want to help. One room didnt even have the remote for the blinds, difficult to sleep in light and outside noise. Also there was no air conditioning and have to keep the windows open to get some fresh air.

As camas são horríveis, tinha que tomar relaxante muscular pra dormir sem acordar com dor. Chuveiro apenas de mão, Falta o básico, apartamento pra 4 pessoas e só tinha 3 pratos, 3 garfos, sem colher e faca direito, pouco copo também, sem taça, sem buxa ou sabão pra lavar a louça suja, não tem persiana, ou cortina, a porta não tranca por dentro e embaixo tem um restaurante de comida acho que árabe, muita gente estranha, cheiro forte de comida o dia todo! Demoraram a liberar o quarto, nãotem o mínimo de comunicação, aliásézero conversa.Resultado, achei péssimo.

No funcionaba el ascensor y, sobre todo, no había aire acondicionado en ninguna habitacion y era una calle muy ruidosa, así que no podías abrir la ventana para refrescar

Le bouton de l'ascenseur à l'étage de la chambre, était cassé ce qui m'a contrainte à descendre un étage à chaque pied avec une grosse valise pour pouvoir quitter les lieux

悪いとこしかない。 こんなに休めないホテルは人生初だった。 ・換気が悪く暑すぎて寝れない ・周辺環境が悪くうるさすぎる ・トイレと寝室の仕切りがなく丸見え ・浴室の扉に隙間があり、水漏れする ・ブラインドが壊れている ・ドライヤーが壊れている。 　また壊れていることをホストに連絡し、代わりの品を持ってくると言ったにも関わらず、持ってこなかった。 　その点を改めて伝えたところ、チェックイン時に客が伝えなかったのが悪い。と開き直られた。

The location was convenient.

A transparent net curtain which let all the light from the street in, roasting hot and entry next to an Indian takeaway. Very noisy, sleep was impossible. Thank heavens it was an overnight job before a flight home. Certainly a unique experience.

Ducha mala, no se sostenia por si sola. El agua se salia hacia afuera, mal hecho el sistema de drenaje. Habitaciones calurosas, no habia un ventilador.

O estúdio é acolhedor, confortável, com comodidades essenciais. O quarto de banho limpo, chuveiro com excelente pressão. Pequeno frigorífico funcional. A localização é excelente.

A rua tem muitos bares, animados, a funcionar até tarde. Dado ser no último piso, o quarto aquece muito.

Check-in was fine and the property was easy to find. It was clean but honestly that was the only reason we stayed otherwise we would have left to find something else.

The apartment was extremely hot, there was no AC or fan, the electric blinds didn't open so when you opened the window no air came in, the street was extremely noisy all night and the power to the room cut out when you turned the light off. So even if they had a fan it wouldn't work over night. There was no fridge which we are getting used to in Europe but not even a kettle. The mattress was comfortable however the pillows were horrendous. Caused both of us to have sore necks for the next week. Basically we had no sleep for 3 nights in a loud sweat box.

Il bagno non aveva la porta (era stata smantellata), odore di cibo dalla finestra, le tapparelle non si aprivano, non c'era aria condizionata.

Il n'y avait pas de climatisation alors il faisait assez chaud dans la chambre et les store étaient en mauvais état.

A localização era boa. O local estava coma a limpeza ok, mas a desejar. O frigobar funcionava bem. O chuveiro era quente.

O espaço é muito pequeno, nas fotos parecia maior. O chuveiro vazava para todo o restante do espaço, molhando tudo. Não tem porta entre o banheiro, quarto/ cozinha, o que requer um nível de intimidade muito alto com quem você vai dividir o quarto, além de ser meio anti-higiênico os utensílios da cozinha serem tão próximos de um banheiro aberto. A janela não abria completamente.

We arrived 14pm when check-in was available. Our room was not ready and waited 10 mins outside while room was being cleaned.

It was easy to collect the key. The room was clean. The hosts were very responsive when I reported a blocked drain upon arrival and quick to sort it out.

It is a double room and you only get one key between two people. There is no lock box to store they key if you need to share it. There is no aircon, and when you open the window it is too noisy. The bed cover is too small for the bed. The mattress is way too soft. All in all it was a good location and easily walkable from there, but it is extremely noisy.

It is not recommended. The owner did not address my complaints regarding cleanliness and basic amenities like shampoo and clean towels. Everything was dirty, and the bed had stains suggesting sexual activity—absolutely disgusting. I had to go to another hotel. Booking still hasn't responded to my complaint. It was a bad booking experience.
