Ich würde sagen, man gibt sich Mühe, aber der Instandhaltungsbedarf wächst schneller als die Ausführung. Besteck und Geschirr war etwas knapp. Ein Wasserkocher wäre auch gut gewesen. Am letzten Abend fiel uns erst auf, das der Fernseher nur Dekoration ist, es gab keinerlei Empfang. (Zum Glück sind wir ja nicht deswegen nach Zürich gekommen.) Hinweis für andere: Das Gebäude ist nicht für Mobilitätseingeschränkte geeignet, nur Treppen, kein Aufzug.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Einen positiven Eindruck hat die kleine Panty Küche gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist mit der Tram 10 vom Hbf gut zu erreichen. Check Inn ist unproblematisch. Die Decke vom Bett war nur für eine Person gedacht ...
Leider riecht es im Treppenhaus extrem nach Rauch .Die Möbel sind sehr alt und chaotisch .Auf das Sofa wollten wir uns lieber nicht setzen. Im Bad steht die kleine mobile Leuchte ,wohl vom Nachttisch ,weil das Licht über dem Spiegel defekt ist . Die Jalousie zum Balkon hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gehabt .

Entspricht überhaupt nicht den Fotos und dem Versprochenen. Alles ist defekt und in schlechtem Zustand. Wir kamen fast nicht in das Appartement, weil die Türe klemmte und somit konnte der Schlüssel nicht gedreht werden. Ganzes Appartement nicht sauber, im Badezimmer funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht, aber es stand eine Nachttischlampe am Boden. Das Lavabo wird nächstens aus der Wand fallen, Dusche nicht brauchbar, da die Brausehalterung gebrochen ist. Klopapier-Halterung defekt, also keine Halterung. Storen defekt, einseitig ausgehängt, abfallend und oder Bedienungskurbel abgebrochen, lag am Boden. Gardinenstange abgebrochen, stand in einer Ecke. TV ohne Fernbedienung. Sofa nicht brauchbar, eklig. Stühle dreckig mit Flecken. Es gäbe noch mehr.... Darum, überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Fenster übrigens auch nicht Dicht, viel Lärm vom Verkehr und Tram, und da es am Abend regnete, war der Fussboden in der Stube unter Wasser. Dieses Appartement ist das Geld nicht wert.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location is very good by tram and very close to the centre even by foot (it's just uphill). It was clean and we had cups and glasses, plates and utensils, a microwave and a fridge. There was a tub in the bathroom which was clean and very comfortable to relax in.
There wasn't any hand soap or dish soap. We had only a single cover for 2 people.

房子靠近马路，很吵，房间窗户隔音很差，很早就被外面的电车吵醒得睡不着了，房间连基本的窗帘都么有，漏光很影响睡眠，房间装修及其简陋，用的家具都很廉价，包括床 床垫衣柜桌子椅子床头柜沙发床都很廉价，房间虽然大，但基本没有啥，厨房里面的餐具很脏，超级不舒服，所谓的大床房是两张单人床垫拼一起的，床垫太软，枕头太软，睡得很难受。价格一点也不便宜，很老旧的房子。推荐还是要住星级酒店，不要随便住老房子民宿

Appartamento differente dalle foto !!Scarsa pulizia, polvere e insetti ovunque,io e la mia famiglia siamo andati ad Agosto non c è nemmeno un ventilatore. Un incubo, per fortuna uscivamo la mattina e tornavamo la sera !!! Peccato perchè gestita meglio ha potenziale

Premetto che l'appartamento non corrisponde alle immagini presenti in prenotazione. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore.. I mobili datati e usurati: divani con rivestimento strappato e pieni di macchie di ogni tipo, stessa cosa per il letto. Cucina sprovvista di tutto, c'erano solo poche posate, qualche bicchiere e 3 pentole incrostate. Piano di lavoro appiccicaticcio. Mancava persino una spugna e un qualsiasi detersivo per pulire. Sul tavolo da pranzo c'era un dito di polvere. Pareti da ritinteggiare e tapparelle rotte. Infine la mancanza di aria condizionata ha reso impossibile dormire, infatti, essendo praticamente in mansarda, si moriva di caldo.

The accommodation didn’t match it’s description at all, the microwave couldn’t be opened, the fridge door didn’t close and ice/water was dripping all over. The bathroom was moldy and the living room equipment was disgusting. Although through messages the staff did respond but when I called and complained they simply put the phone on me after asking about compensation. Moreover, almost a months after we are still waiting for their response about our official email complaint.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación. Aunque dicen que está a 20 minutos andando del centro pero son muchísimas cuestas y escaleras. No lo recomiendo para nada si viajas con niños, mayores o con maletas. Deberás coger tranvía.
Lo peor fue el descanso. Se escucha todo lo de la calle, hacía un calor horroroso y la cama estaba totalmente hundida hacia dentro. Mi pareja y yo no podíamos dormir cada uno en su lado de lo increíblemente inclinada que estaba la cama. La ducha con una cortina sucísima. En la esquina de la cocina había pequeños excrementos que parecían de insecto grande. Muchísimas pelusas, podeis ver la foto.

Las instalaciones, el edificio en general se ve sucio, en mal estado, el apartamento que nos tocó no tenía ni jabón, el baño con una cortina de ducha rota El salón lleno de polvo, sin cortinas ni aire acondicionado, asi que en verano es terrible el calor El ruido del tram también es molesto. Demasiado austero para lo que vale

Appartamento sporco, eravamo in tre, ho specificato più volte che c'era una bambina e neanche hanno messo gli asciugamani o un cuscino in più. L'ho fatto presente al proprietario, il giorno dopo ho trovato il cuscino ma degli asciugamani nessuna traccia. La maniglia della porta è rotta, la tv non funziona. È una casa per una persona che deve venire al volo a Zurigo per lavoro! Neanche a dire che è costato poco. P.s. dimenticatevi ventilatori o aria condizionata

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Il dit être à 10 minutes de la gare de Zurich à pied mais c’est pas spécifié que c’est en monté et qu’il y énormément des marches pour y arriver parcours du combattant. pour un check-in tardif à 1 am après un long voyage et des valises c’est pas conseillé. Aussi la clé n’est pas complètement descendu dans la boîte aux lettres automatique j’ai dû introduire ma main heureusement petite et avec les bout de doigts atteindre la clé.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Appartement pas comme sur les photos, sol très sale, meubles poussiéreux, l'eau dans un des lavabos qui descend super mal et il y a du calcaire sur les robinets de couleur orange, pas de micro-ondes alors que c'était indiqué dans les équipements, tête de lit déchirer, 1 ventilateur sur 3 chambres et très poussiéreux, donc difficile à dormir à cause de la chaleur. Le tram qui passe juste devant donc impossible de dormir il passe jusqu'à très tard la la nuit et il reprend très très tôt. Et dès que j'envoie un msg pour dire que l'appartement n'est pas comme sur les photos et pas propre bah plu aucune réponse du propriétaire.

Could have had more bedding, especially more pillows. 2 first nights ok, 3rd night a psycho screamed, shouted and got into fights, slamming doors in the floors below, making the whole building shake between 22:30 and 2am. It was so bad that I called the police.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Es un hospedaje central, amplio y muy comodo si vas en grupo. Tiene como ventaja que es cerca a la estación central de tren y es posible llegar en transporte publico.
Tal vez que ahí cerca pasa el tranvía y podría haber un poco de ruido, pero la verdad no afecta en lo absoluto y es posible dormir muy comodamente. No es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida, pues se deben subir escaleras para ingresar.
