Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Direkt am Meer gelegen. Im September hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt, ohne dass der Pool oder der Frühstücksraum überfüllt waren. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Besonders hat es uns gefallen, dass man sich frischen Orangensaft pressen und ein Sandwich grillen konnte.

Um die Stadt zu erreichen muss man eine gute halbe Stunde laufen. Da wir die Unterkunft hauptsächlich als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge genutzt haben war das aber in Ordnung.

On the whole the staff were very friendly BUT on the night I arrived there was a problem with the electricity and the night manager would not allow me to go to my room because the lift wasn’t working. Fair enough. But my room was only a few floors up and he made me wait one hour before I suggested someone help me carry my suitcase upstairs. It was by now it was after 10:00pm and I was very tired (I am 83 years old btw). He was very impatientvwhen I finally demanded to be shown to my room where all the lights were working. Bad customer interaction!

The hotel is right on the beach and wonderful for families with young chikdren. For those who want to explore Trapani the hotel is quite a long way out of the centre, and on a road which is full of construction work on one side.

Beautiful views, perfect spot to watch the sunset, pool area really good, lovely and clean rooms.

Is on the main road so can hear the traffic when poolside.

Pas de déjeuner pour le régime végétalien. Même pas de lait végétal … Pas moyen de faire sécher les essuies de plage dans la chambre et malheureusement il n’est pas prévu de distribution quotidienne d’essuie de plage.

Ausgezeichnet! Beste Lage in Trapani! Direkt am Meer - 15- 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer entlang wandern und man ist in der Altstadt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer einfach fabelhaft! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Zimmer sehr sauber, Bett sehr bequem - wir hatten Blick und Terrasse beim Zimmer - jeden Tag genossen wir von hier den fabelhaften Sonnenuntergang 🤗

La posizione affacciata sul bellissimo mare di Trapani. La cortesia e gentilezza di tutto il personale. La pulizia impeccabile. La disponibilità dell'ultimo giorno dopo il check-out di usufruire della strutture dell'albergo (piscina, lettini, telo mare, ristorante) fino all'ora del volo di ritorno.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite im 5. Stock mit riesiger Terrasse und bewunderten jeden Abend einen traumhaft schönen Sonnenuntergang. Zimmer und Bad mit grosser Dusche waren immer sehr sauber. Feines Frühstück und gute Kaffeemaschine zum selber bedienen.

Frühstücksflocken und mehr frische Früchte habe ich vermisst. Der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer war eher klein und es hatte auch sonst wenig Stauraum.

Très bel hôtel. Très calme. Parfait pour se reposer. La piscine était très bien. Accès directement à la plage. La chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Assez long de la ville. Il faut compter 20-30min de marche pour arriver en ville. Pas de restaurants dans les alentours de l'hôtel. Heureusement que l'hôtel avait son propre restaurant. Pas d'accès WiFi dans la chambre.

No podíamos tener las cortinas descorridas ya que es lo que nos daba intimidad a la habitación, al estar a pie descorridas piscina. Por tanto, había poca luz natural

La chambre avec accès direct piscine et plage, spacieuse. Hôtel moderne avec une belle vue, piscine superbe. Beaucoup de choix au petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est accueillant. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité. Proche du centre de Trapani, 20mn à pied.

Il manquerait une fenêtre à cette chambre afin de pouvoir aérer car du coup assez humide. Les alentours proches de l'hôtel plutôt délabrés et pas très propre. Heureusement une fois qu'on a franchi les portes de l'hôtel on ne voit plus tout ça.

Terrace and pool ok. Staff helpful and friendly.

Room size was absolutely TINY. No drawers at all, limited coat hangers, no mirror in dressing table area, no space in bathroom. The step up and out to the terrace from the room was insane, so high, and absolutely not accessible to anyone with a disability, but we were grateful for it as the room was so small. Breakfast needs improving, toaster was dangerous to use, coffee machine not fit for purpose and staff needed to be more aware of lack of plates, bowls, glasses and cups. The pool area is lovely but absolutely swarming with wasps, and I was stung. Location is around 25min walk to old town, its doable each evening but when hot its a long slog. Don't use hotel airport shuttle, its 15e more expensive than a taxi.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden! 😊 Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war überall sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die Lage – das Meer liegt direkt vor der Haustür und lädt jederzeit zum Baden und Entspannen ein. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehm temperierte Wassertemperatur. Die Zimmer waren von der Größe her perfekt und sehr komfortabel. Die Bar bietet eine große Auswahl an Getränken und auch das Restaurant hat uns sehr überzeugt – das Essen war wirklich super lecker! Neben dem Hotel ist direkt eine Strand Bar wo auch Frühstück und Snacks anbietet (Absoulute Beach) auch sehr zu empfehlen, sehr nette Menschen und Atmosphäre Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Der einzige kleine Punkt, den man erwähnen könnte, ist, dass der Weg in die Innenstadt etwa 20-25 Minuten dauert. Für uns war das allerdings überhaupt kein Problem – im Gegenteil: Der Weg führt direkt am Meer entlang und ist dadurch sehr schön und angenehm zu laufen. Außerdem gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels viele tolle Restaurants, sodass man nicht unbedingt in die Innenstadt gehen muss.

Wir hatten uns wirklich mehr davon versprochen. Die Terrasse war zwar schön groß aber, ohne Sonnenschutz könnte man dort sich nicht auf die Ligen legen. Die Scheibe von der Tür war völlig kaputt, der Zugang zum Meer nicht besonders schön und das Personal im Restaurant war sehr unfreundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl wenn das Personal sich über einen lustig macht. Die Lage ist auch nicht sehr ansprechend.

Besser gefragt, was hat uns gefallen....

Esperienza da 10 stelle! Ambiente accogliente e molto curato. L’albergo è completamente circondato dal mare, il che, insieme ai servizi eccellenti, rende il soggiorno molto rilassante!

Lovely lady working at the front desk, speaking great english. Great drinks at the bar, nice pool, beautiful view, amazing terrace, cool sea view from the room, great prices at the bar and restaurant. The man working at the bar was cool, also with a good english. Cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly.

Very weak water pressure in the shower, no ironing board and iron in the room. One of two ladies working at the bar, younger one, couldn’t understand english, once a man asked for a cold milk for the baby and she couldn’t understand a single word and started to scream at him. She was also not present at the bar most of the time, was hiding in the room or smoking outside and we couldn’t order anything. For 2 days our bathroom smelled like a dead fish, no proper air conditioning there. We also had ants in the room. Location is good, but 30min walk to the city center. Swimming pool needs cleaning. Only one elevator, sometimes long wait.

La posizione fronte mare molto bella. Mancano un po' di intrattenimenti (ping-pong, freccette,...), per trascorrere il tempo libero. Prezzi del bar inaccettabili. Neppure a Lignano in alta stagione li vediamo così. Colazione senza alcuna tipicità siciliana , un po' povera e disorganizzata (spesso mancavano i piatti, le tovagliette e le posate), il cibo terminato aveva tempistiche di ripristino lentissime, caffè della macchinetta forse il peggiore io abbia mai bevuto. Le receptionist gentili, e brave le signore delle pulizie

La ubicacion del hotel frente al mar es espectacular. Esta un poco alejado del centro a pie, pero en carro son solo 5 minutos pero vale la pena la ubicacion por tener un acceso tan directo al mar. El personal fue muy atento y el desayuno variado. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y el hotel ofrece varias facilidades para quedarse mas de un dia. Lo recomendaria

Instalaciones nuevas y cómodas frente al mar. Las vistas desde las habitaciones y el comedor son espectaculares. El desayuno es muy bueno, y en general todo estuvo perfecto.

No queda cerca del centro caminando, necesitas coche para moverte.

O pequeno almoço era pouco variado. A localização ser longe do centro.

Colazione con prodotti commerciali, non ci sono prodotti tipici e manca la frutta fresca. Dopo una lungo soggiorno assurdo non poter avere la possibilità di fare una doccia il giorno del check out se non quella fredda in piscina. Nessuna possibilità di prolungare l'utilizzo di camere a pagamento.

Très excentré du centre de Trapani et le quartier entier est en travaux. Mauvaise insonorisation des portes des chambres et des ventilations de la salle de bain donnant sur le boulevard, climatisation défaillante, petit déjeuner offrant trop peu de crudités et fruits.

El sitio es espectacular, unas vistas preciosas y una tranquilidad absoluta. Todo limpísimo y la comida del restaurante riquísima.

Por ponerle una pega, la distancia que había hasta el centro. Pero el personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento y nos facilitó un taxi muy rápidamente.

Ci sono state delle mancanze e poca attenzione su dettagli che in un hotel di questo genere non ci si aspetta. Nell area piscina, seppur ben strutturata, vicino le docce e all estremità della piscina (dove non ci sono gli scalini) erano presenti molte vespe che limitavano sicuramente l utilizzo sia delle docce che dell ultima parte di piscina. Nonostante sia stato fatto presente, c’è stata poca attenzione e volontà di risolvere il disagio. Inoltre, il condizionatore della camera faceva condensa e gocciolava abbondantemente sul pavimento. Fatto presente il giorno stesso dell arrivo, purtroppo dopo 5 giorni di soggiorno nessuno aveva sistemato il problema o premurato di verificarlo. Ultimo punto, la porta del magazzino andrebbe oleata in guanto ogni volta che veniva aperta o chiusa emetterà un fastidioso rumore che si sentiva persino dalla stanza.

La literie un peu dur pour moi, la salle de bain beaucoup trop petite et la chambre pas très grande non plus. Placard inutilisable car une forte odeur de renfermée à l’intérieur et peu de cintres.

Hotel je ďaleko od centra mesta na pešiu chôdzu. V blízkosti hotela nie je nič zaujímavé (bary, reštaurácie, požičovne, obchody so suvenírmi).

Super hotel v Trapani. Super bazén, krásna pláž hneď pri hoteli. Trochu ďalej od centra mesta, ale to vám zabezpečuje kľud od ruchu a súkromie. Velmi milý, prijemný, ústretový personál, ktorý vyhovel našim požiadavkam. Odporúčam, určite sa sem ešte radi vrátime

We zijn na de eerste nacht gevlucht . Hotel lijkt in het niets op de presentatie op Booking. Hotel heeft geen privé strand ligt achteraf met zwervers die naast het hotel slapen. De kamers zijn vies, zit ongedierte in de badkamer en de bedden zijn super hard. Daarnaast sluiten de deuren niet goed en zijn de kamers heel gehorig. Personeel is bijzonder onvriendelijk bar was om 10u als dicht en ontbijt kan je beter overslaan. We hadden voor 5 nachten geboekt en 1 nacht gebleven dat was al te lang.

The rooms are not designed to "hang out". The only place you can sit is the bed. The guy who designed the room clearly has not stayed at many hotels. Apart from that. Great.

War alles super wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick es hat sich gelohnt!! Ausserdem war die Receptionistin (mit der Brille, leider weiss ich den Namen nicht) sehr sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, ein grosses Lob :).

Alquilamos una habitación con vistas al mar, pagando el correspondiente sobrecoste. A la hora de hacer el check-in nos dieron una habitación en un anexo, junto a la piscina y la zona de paso al restaurante. El mar solo se veía al fondo,a través de unas macetas enormes,las mesas del restaurante y los comensales. Solicitamos el cambio a la habitacion que habíamos reservado y pagado por adelantado, pero el recepcionista nos dijo que no era posible ,que el hotel estaba todo lleno, y que si queríamos cambiar ,teníamos que ir a una habitación superior ,con un sobrecoste de 100 euros. Tampoco nos aceptaron la cancelación, ya que según el recepcionista técnicamente se veía el mar......por lo cual solo pudimos recuperar nuestro dinero tras la intervención directa del servicio de atención al cliente de Booking. En las fotos se ve la diferencia entre la habitación que nosotros habíamos reservado y pagado y la que nos dieron.

Très bon hotel le personnel est très aimable, les chambres sont belles et propres avec une belle vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil notamment. Une piscine assez sympa aussi

Il y a ÉNORMÉMENT de guêpes autour de la piscine mais quand je dis énormément c’est vraiment abusé, si vous avez peur des guêpes et que vous voulez profiter de la piscine, du soleil etc évitez à mon avis parce qu’elles nous ont pas laissé profiter tranquillement. L’emplacement est pas ouf non plus y’a une bonne trentaine de minutes de marche avant d’arriver au niveau du « centre ville » avec les boutiques de souvenirs, les restaurants etc. La plage est pas terrible aussi c’est rocheux il y avait jamais personne dans la mer du coté de l’hôtel tellement la plage est pas pratique.

Fantastisk beliggenhet. Flott utsikt mot havet. Moderne hotell, rent og ryddig. Veldig god mat og god drikke. Likte godt at man kunne sette alt man bestilte på rommet og betale senere.

Må gå et stykke til sentrum (ca 30 min), som var tøft i juli varmen på nesten 40 grader. Personalet virket litt overlegene og var ikke like blide. Var ikke så fin strand og vannet var grumsete. Men med badesko og hvis man svømte litt lengre ut i vannet var det veldig fint. Litt vond lukt fra havet.

Gelangweilte Mitarbeiter im Restaurant. Zimmer neben Pool wird nicht richtig belüftet, daher sammelt sich Feuchtigkeit an der Scheibe. Keine „Do not Disturb/Clean“ Hänger für die Türe. Keine Möglichkeit Badesachen zu trocknen. Frühstück bietet eine geringe Auswahl. Lift braucht sehr lange, weil dieser langsam ist. Keine Koordination beim Frühstück.

Mordern, schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, tolle Terrasse am Wasser. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Прекрасное расположение, в номерах с выходом на море, из-за близости моря, метров 20 максимум, постоянно слышно шум волн. Хороший завтрак, не идеальный, но все есть. Номера с террасой очень рекомендую, номера на 2 человека немного тесноваты, если едите вдвоем лучше берите номер на 3 человек, он больше в 2 раза. Легко добраться к центру города не только на такси, но и пешком вдоль набережной у самого моря, занимает это 30 минут. Пляж песчаный либо в 300 метрах и он очень небольшой, потому что везде камни, от отеля, либо это уже соседний пляж дальше от центра и это где-то 1 км. Персонал очень открыт и пытается решить любую задачу.

Такого нет. Но знайте, если вызываете такси, особенно в аэрлпорт,, чтобы не опоздать, это занимает 20-30 минут не меньше, Если любите тусовочную жизнь, то этот отель и его расположение не об этом.

The hotel was wonderful, nice pool area, lovely semi open restaurant overlooking the beach which was perfect to watch the sunset over dinner. Fantastic staff.

Only issue is it's location. This part of town seems to being regenerated but at the moment it's lots of building works. Everything that to see and do is in the old town and it's a long walk or only a few min drive. You could happily stay at the hotel for a few days but we like to get out and explore
