Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, da es sich um ein altes Gebäude handelt.

The rooftop bar overlooking Trapani and Erice. Fabulous dinner and service. Beautiful building and facilities. Spacious room and amazing shower. Great location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

La struttura e la camera assegnataci erano molto belle, il letto era comodo, la posizione era perfetta per visitare la città e godersi il mare.

Het stadshotel is gunstig gelegen, dicht bij de hoofdstraten van Trapani, en biedt ruim comfort. De kamers zijn perfect, de badkamer is ruim en netjes en het geheel straalt de nodige klasse uit. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en het personeel vriendelijk.

Het enige minpuntje is de rooftop. Het zwembadje is piepklein en toen wij er waren was het er ook nog eens zeer winderig, ondanks de hoge temperaturen in de stad zelf.

Good air conditioning during the hot season and a nice room and bathroom. Good location for beach, town and port.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach, with a larger beach also within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it is convenient for exploring the city as well. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the staff. Whenever we had any small requests, everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with genuine attention to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is fairly standard and includes all the basic options, but everything is tasty and well prepared. I would say it has exactly what you need without anything unnecessary. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, which makes them especially comfortable and pleasant to relax in. The bed in our room was also very comfortable. One thing worth mentioning is that the climate is quite humid at the end of August. There is no dedicated place to dry wet clothes after returning from the beach, and the rooms do not have balconies, so clothes may not dry completely by the next day. However, the staff helped us with this and provided additional options for drying clothes inside the room. Because of the high humidity, they still did not dry completely, but this is related to the weather rather than the hotel itself. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and were especially impressed by the quality of service and the helpfulness of the staff.

This is one of those hotels which gets tradition and modern facilities in perfect harmony. Loved the courtyard restaurant and rooftop pool. Easy walk from the port. Wish we had stayed in Trapani and got the bus to Palermo Airport from there... 5 min walk to the stop, compared to the complex transfers from Palermo!

L'esmorzar super complert i la Lisbet sempre pendent que no falti de res. El Carmelo a la recepció en va ajudar amb els dubtes. Hem menjat molt bé tant al restaurant com a la terrassa.

This room was very nice and the location is perfect to get around Trapani. You are very near all the shops and restaurants. The room was very nice and large. The roof top pool and bar is very nice. From the roof you can see all over the city. Short walk to the shops and restaurants where there are many restaurants to choose from. You are also close to the marina where boat excursions depart from. Ample public parking all around and directly across the street from the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is also good and a coffe shop and pastry shop is right next door.

L' hotel è ubicato in un palazzo storico, nei pressi del centro storico. Molta bella la pavimentazione maiolicata dei piani. Staff accogliente e molto disponibile. Colazione sia dolce che salata variegata.

La struttura è al centro di Trapani ed è perfetta per gli spostamenti nella Sicilia occidentale. Il buffet della colazione e le sue delizie hanno impreziosito il nostro soggiorno. Le camere sono ben arredate, pulite e spaziose. Un plauso a Monica e Carmelo della reception che con i loro saggi consigli hanno reso fantastico il nostro viaggio. Consigliato

Personale cortese e molto disponibile per tutte le nostre richieste. Colazione internazionale e con prodotti tipici siciliani, variegata e con orario molto comodo (07.00-11.00). Rooftop molto carino, una chicca dell’hotel. Ambiente particolare poiché all’interno di un palazzo storico. Ci tornerei.

Probabilmente anche se a fin di bene, nel bagno c’era odore di candeggina.

The suite was a truly special experience! We stayed for five nights and could have stayed longer! We felt like royalty and were really taken back in time. It was so special and a stay that I will remember for all the right reasons. The staff were genuinely kind and professional, the breakfast in the courtyard was perfect and the modern rooftop a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean and welcoming and located in a convenient location walking distance to beach, historic centre and opposite a park with playground and Ferris wheel.

L'établissement est situé au coeur de la ville. C'est une ancienne demeure de maitre, reconvertie en hôtel. Joli patio intérieur La décoration est très soignée. Le personnel est très serviable et le petit déjeuner est de qualité.

L'hotel ne dispose pas de parking, il faut donc se garer à grand frais sur les parkings payant de la ville, ou avoir la chance de trouver dans les rues éloignées des places gratuites.

La elegancia y la calidad de todo el hotel. El desayuno excelente.

Bij aankomst erg aardig ontvangen door personeel en we werden snel ingecheckt! receptie is de hele nacht open wat erg fijn is als je een late vlucht hebt. Kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden en een schone ruime badkamer. Airco was fijn en maakte niet te veel geluid. Lekker ontbijt elke ochtend op de binnenplaats. je kan ook je spullen droppen na dat je bent uitgecheckt en later weer ophalen. leuke rooftop met een zwembad waar je mooi uitzicht hebt over trapani en waar je nog lekker een cocktail kon drinken.

Misschien fijn als er een tandpasta klaar lag :)

Ottima struttura, stanze molto belle, spaziose e curate. Tante attenzioni come pantofole da camera, set di cortesia compreso di spazzolini, dentifricio,cuffie per capelli, lamette, schiuma da barba ecc… Posizione centrale, qualsiasi punto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima colazione, molto varia sia dolce che salata.

Our room was exceptionally beautiful. The pool was fantastic. Housekeeping was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No umbrellas at the pool. No bar in the hotel. Pool bar is only open from 4pm - so up at the pool there is no drinks or food all day. Fridge in the room was barely cold meaning any drinks we bought ourselves seemed lukewarm.

Location and facilities were fantastic

Pool needs more shaded area and parking on the street was a real inconvenience considering 5 hotels before coming here had free parking for guests.

Tout était parfait ! L'hôtel se trouve en plein centre et à deux pas de la plage. Tout est très propre, le personnel adorable ! Le petit-déjeuner est succulent ! Enfin, la communication avec Monica avant d'arriver, puis tout au long du séjour était très agréable. Bref, j'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue fantástica y sin duda repetiríamos. La ubicación nos encantó, ya que está lo suficientemente cerca del centro de Trapani como para ir andando y, además, permite aparcar gratis en la zona del puerto, lo que resulta muy cómodo si viajas en coche. Al llegar nos sorprendieron gratamente porque nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos solicitado. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien cuidadas y, algo que valoramos especialmente, es que las fotos se corresponden totalmente con la realidad. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era agradable y la cama muy cómoda, por lo que descansamos estupendamente. También queremos destacar la atención del personal, ya que hablan español, un detalle que se agradece mucho cuando estás viajando fuera de España. Además, solicité el servicio de lavandería para lavar una toalla de playa y me la tuvieron lista el mismo día, algo que nos resultó muy práctico. En definitiva, un hotel totalmente recomendable por su ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza, comodidad y, sobre todo, por la atención recibida. ¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Trapani!

I liked the spacious rooms, the courtyard and the pool.

Some of the reception staff were not very friendly. The pool bar was also not always open which I didn’t understand .

È complicato parcheggiare

Tutto: posizione, pulizia, colazione, ambienti, camera bellissima, abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade gratuito. Davvero ammirevole lo staff, durante il soggiorno ho avuto la febbre e tutto il personale si é dimostrato gentile e premuroso, sono persone che si prendono cura dei clienti. Consigliatissimo.

Obsługa recepcji doskonała: kontaktowa i pomocna. Lokalizacja w zasadzie bardzo dobra - centrum, ale to ma zalety i wady. Widok z okna bardzo romantyczny - palmy, kamienice Trapani, masywne wzgórze (Erice). Hotel mieści się w zabytkowej kamienicy. Kubatura pokoju jest olbrzymia. Powierzchnia już nie tak wspaniała, bo pokoje są bardzo wysokie. Bidet, deszczownica i sporo miejsca w łazience. Śniadania smaczne, kawa przygotowywana na żądanie doskonała.

Basen to jakiś dowcip - mała sadzawka na dachu kamienicy: nie do pływania, do moczenia się przy spożywaniu napojów. Śniadania dość monotonne przy kilkudniowym pobycie. Okna i szczególnie drzwi do pokoju bardzo nieszczelne (szpara pod drzwiami). Hałas z korytarza, hałas z ulicy. Hotel przy głównej ulicy Trapani - tutaj co wieczór i w nocy okoliczni farmerzy chwalą się dziurawymi tłumikami w swoich zabytkowych pojazdach. Nie dla wrażliwych, jeśli wybrali pokój z widokiem na miasto. Pierwszy raz zdarzało mi się, żeby po powrocie ze śniadania o godz. 9:00 mój pokój był zajęty przez ekipę sprzątającą. Olbrzymi zakurzony żyrandol nie był jednak zbyt często czyszczony.

Building is nicer than the photos show. Room was huge and the check in was seemless. Rooftop bar/pool is lovely - it's a shame the bar is not open earlier in the day to get a drink as you need one laying in the sun

I'm a vegetarian and although there are lots of options - a couple of disappointing issues arose. 1) they put the bacon and scrambled eggs in the same serving pot. This means that the eggs are tainted by bacon grease/fat. It's a shame as they have another heated pot with fried eggs in. If they put both lots of eggs together - problem would be solved. 2) not everything has labels. There was lots of confusion one morning about a mini pastry and whether it did or did not have meat/fish on it. I was told one thing, took a bite, then told it did have meat. That lead to a few tears - I have not eaten meat in 10 years and to top it off it was my birthday so was a little emotional! until it was discovered that it did not actually have meat. I was received but it was quite a rollercoaster and upsetting! A few small tweaks and this place would be exceptional

This hotel is situated in a beautiful historic building. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is very good - with lots of variety - and the pool on the rooftop is also a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is very central, with it being walking distance from the centre of Trapani.

There is nothing we did not like about this hotel.

Great hotel, location and service.   We booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a superior room, which was one of the old style rooms in the hotel (204).  It was decorated very nice but it was a very nosey room as you could hear everything from the hall, elevator and street.  After 2 nights we upgraded to a deluxe room (121) and this room was updated, spacious and quiet which met our needs much better.  Breakfast was wonderful with everything you needed to start the day off right.  Great coffee and great service from the lovely girls there.  Rooftop view is great and although the pool is tiny it is all you need to cool off and we always managed to get a sun chair.  You are within walking distance to the beach (3 mins), city centre/old town (10 mins), and the train station (10 mins).  The staff were nice and knowledgeable, and the afternoon/night receptionist, he was always great with recommendations and happy to help.  We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Superb location, friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great and the view unbeatable. Would definitely return again and recommend to others visiting the area. Breakfast was a great spread and again staff super attentive.

The first room we were given (1st floor) had a fairly unpleasant / musty smell from the bathroom which we told reception about and they moved us to the third floor with no issue to a smaller but well appointed room (Grazie Mille!)

Located close to a beach with a few restaurants outside, 5 mins walk from the main bars and restaurants, room was good and AC worked well. The roof top bar and pool were excellent altough a little expensive compared to nearby bars. Staff were really good and helped with our onward connections. The better beaches with sunbeds are a bit further out and may need a taxi / bus. The port is easily reachable on foot. Breakfast was fine and in a nice courtyard.

Good location for when you come by car- large public parking next door.

The luxe room we booked smelt quite badly and also the airconditioning did not work properly (changing temperature did not seem to work). The airconditioning was hidden behind the curtains which blocked the airflow. The pool on the top floor is super small for the number of guests in the hotel. It closes already at 7pm. The breakfast buffet does not have a lot of choices and looks rather cheap. In general the hotel felt a bit cold and impersonal to us, no pleasant atmosphere.

noisy windows did not seal outside noise well, and the breakfast lady was amazing, but the quality and quantity left one digging for scraps. a few boiled eggs would have a difference to the 'plasticized' fried eggs. rooftop pool to crowded.

Just Returned From A Wonderful Two Weeks Stay At Room Of Andrea With My Husband, Beautiful Boutique Hotel With Lovely Character and Perfect Location, Service Was Good, So Was Breakfast, Would Definitely Recommend, Very Clean , Anderson Smelt Lovely All Through The Hotel .
