Mi-a plăcut totul. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și orientat către client. Serviciile personalului de curățenie au fost ireproșabile. Micul dejun foarte bun.

Distanta un pic cam mare fata de Grand Bazar (14 statii cu T1), dar se ajunge destul de repede (cam 40 de minute cu mers pe jos 5 minute pana la statie)

En mi opinion no es un 5 estrellas ni de lejos, la habitacion olia a tabaco, el colchon se hundia haciendo el descanso muy malo para la espalda , la reserva era de tres y tubimos que solicitar ropa de cama y hacer el sofa cama por que no estaba ni preparado, la comunicacion con el hotel para que nos vinieran a recoger al aeropuerto inexistente , ni correos electronicos ni via Booking aunque ellos si pudieron contactar aun estamos esperando respuesta muy poco profesional, si que nos icieron el servicio a la vuelta pero fue porque lo solicitamos en recepcion y pagamos por adelantando 65 euros, por lo demas aceptable sin mas .

We have just finished our stay, and overall, this hotel really deserves its price. Considering the discount we got when booking, I would say that the value for money was one of the biggest highlights. Our corner room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly standard, but offered enough variety and was more than sufficient. The location is excellent, especially for tourists. The T1 tram line, which is basically the backbone of Istanbul’s public transport and gives you easy access to the Old City and most of the main tourist attractions, is only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. You simply walk out of the hotel, turn right and go down a gentle slope. Despite some reviews describing it as steep, honestly, it really isn’t — it’s just a slope. :)) The tram system itself was a huge plus: contactless card access at the turnstiles, trains arriving every few minutes, and a fast, direct and very affordable way to get around. The trams can get quite crowded, and depending on your destination you may have around 10–15 stops, but for a tourist, this location offers pretty much everything you need. Another nice touch is the modern complex right across from the tram stop, with fast food places, cafés and pastry shops, including Parla. It’s very convenient if you want to grab a coffee or sit outside somewhere close to the hotel.

Breakfast is very good and staff are very friendly also helpful specially who was working in the night shift he helped me even at 2AM in the middle of the night thanks for hem.

The female receptionist with curly hair was dismissive and told us there were absolutely no rooms available, while being noticeably friendly and flirtatious with English-speaking male guests. Since my sister had just undergone surgery, our whole family packed our luggage to leave. An hour later, another receptionist confirmed that rooms were actually available. This caused completely unnecessary stress for our family.

A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész, megoldásra törekszik. 10/10. For Gürkan at Front Dest I would give 20 out of 10. A real hospitality guy. Friendly, professional. The only reason I would return to this hotel is the positive vibe and support he and his Front Dest colleagues provided during my stay. Negatives: the carpet in the room is very dirty, very used. The air condition systems of the rooms are connected to each others, floor by floor. Even if I had a non smoking room, someone was smoking in one of the rooms on the same floor and that cigarette smell goes through all of the other rooms via the ventillation system. Be aware of that when you do not smoke. No guarantee that once you switch the airco yor room will not be filled in with cigarette smoke, heavily. The matrasse in my room was like a shell: deep in the middle, very used, your hips will not like it if you have problems in that area. The hotel is not near to the inner city so get ready to use public transport or taxi to get into the city (this is not a negative comment, just a matter of fact). The nearest supermarket to this hotel (e.g. a Migros) is around 20 min walk.

The issue was specifically with the Spa staff, especially the man who seemed to be the manager. I felt like he was trying to charge me €10 at all costs because I did not have a swimming cap. I asked him beforehand if I needed a cap, and he told me that I did not. After I had already changed and undressed, he told me that a cap was required and that it would cost €10. We all know that those caps are not worth anywhere near €10. I was very disappointed by the experience, so I got dressed and left the Spa. I stayed for three nights but did not use the Spa again during my stay.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts kaum etwas Positives, das die vielen negativen Erfahrungen ausgleichen konnte.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Das Frühstück war schlecht und besonders die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Mehrmals haben wir schmutzige Teller gefunden, die offensichtlich nicht richtig gespült worden waren. Ein noch größeres Problem war der angebliche Parkplatz des Hotels. Man muss den Autoschlüssel beim Hotelpersonal abgeben, und die Fahrzeuge werden irgendwo rund um das Hotel geparkt und immer wieder vom Personal umgestellt. Am letzten Tag, als unser Auto für die Abreise gebracht wurde, bemerkte ich, dass das Fahrzeug beschädigt worden war. Wir haben dies sofort dem Hotelpersonal gemeldet. Uns wurde gesagt, dass man die Überwachungskameras prüfen werde, um herauszufinden, was passiert ist. Nach einiger Zeit kam ein Mitarbeiter zu uns und sagte, wir könnten abreisen und man würde sich anschließend bei uns melden. Leider ist genau das Gegenteil passiert: Seit unserer Abreise bekommen wir keine vernünftige Rückmeldung mehr. Für mich entstand dadurch der Eindruck, dass wir lediglich abreisen sollten und die Angelegenheit damit für das Hotel erledigt war. Nach dieser Erfahrung würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen. Besonders wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, würde ich dringend empfehlen, Ihr Fahrzeug selbst zu parken und den Schlüssel nicht abzugeben.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Täglich Reinigung der Zimmer und neue Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher.

Sehr enge Zufahrt zum Aufzug für das Auto. Teppichböden sauber jedoch fleckig. Fenster lassen sich aufgrund einer Sicherung nur einen Spalt öffnen.

Chambres supérieures très grandes, propreté nickel, lits confortables, climatisation et wifi fonctionnels, grand espace spa entièrement gratuit avec piscine et super salle de sport

Localisation un peu éloignée du centre mais accès facile au tram T1 et aux autoroutes de la ville

A decent facility with access to food points and nearby shopping areas. Cooperative staff.

Poor cleanliness specially carpets were in a bad situation. Rooms were small. Bed sheets were having holes / torn out. Recommendation to take hotel close to historical sites as this location may be a bit far. TVs were not working at all - Can’t install Netflix. Bathrooms were so poorly designed, if you take shower, water will start coming out from the toilet. Even basic necessities for housekeeping were not fulfilled. Breakfast was average. Hotel cost deducted in Euro but invoices are in Turkish Lira - your pockets will be cut with double conversion. Swimming pool was fine but no cleanliness.

I had no complaints about the hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, as for a 5-star hotel, the carpets should be cleaner. The food was good, etc., etc.

Hotel war neu, Ausstattung war auch gut. Frühstück war sehr gut und auch sehr gute Auswahl, Mit der Familie zu empfehlen. Trotz das es weiter weg vom Zentrum war konnten wir mit der Straßenbahn ohne umsteigen bis an Zentrum.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer leider waren die Betten im Nebenzimmer sehr schlecht.

The breakfast offered a delightful start to the day. It was very convenient to have shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the accommodation. Additionally, some of the staff members were particularly helpful during my stay. Their assistance certainly added to a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a good visit with several positive aspects.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay in the hope that it will be helpful for future improvements. Overall, I appreciated my stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast: The coffee machine available during breakfast was not as clean as I would have expected, and unfortunately the coffee itself tasted quite unpleasant. I also ordered a Turkish coffee, which was available only for an additional charge. Room: The double bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress was extremely soft. I asked if it was possible to change the mattress, but I was informed that no alternative was available. Pool: The pool was much smaller than I had expected. Although pool access was included in the stay, guests were required to wear a swimming cap and purchase one from the hotel. The cap provided was made of cotton and did not effectively cover the hair. Instead, it made swimming less comfortable and reduced the overall enjoyment of the pool. Reception service: I was hoping to receive recommendations from the reception for activities in Istanbul, particularly a Bosphorus night cruise with a dinner/show, as well as daytime sightseeing boat tours. Unfortunately, I was told they could not provide recommendations, so I had to research and book everything myself through TripAdvisor. I believe the guest experience would be greatly enhanced if the reception staff could offer basic recommendations or point guests toward reliable local tour operators. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope these comments can be helpful in making future guests' experiences even better.

Friendly staff clean nice

The property was lovely. The lobby entrance was really nice and welcoming, with lots of natural light coming from the windows. The receptionist was fabulous and offered me something to drink, which was delivered to my room after checking in. Oh also after I settled in, I asked if I could have a late check out, and it was no issue or problem…..late check out secured within seconds. Thank you to the receptionist that did that for me. He was super helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet. I got a really good nights sleep. The breakfast was FANTASTIC!!!! The food was sooooo good, I could of sat there all day just eating 😆😆😆 All in all I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Really good value for money!!! Oh and the WiFi was excellent as well. I didn’t get a chance to check out the spa facilities, but I’m sure it would have been wonderful. Thanks again for a wonderful ❤️❤️❤️

الإفطار جيدجدا متنوع وفيه خيارات من الخضار والفواكه والصالة واسعة والطعام يتم تجديده كلما انتهى وهناك لايف ستيشن لعمل الاومليت والعصير والشاي كان كل شيء جميل لكن أتمنى ان يهتموا اكثر بنكهة الطعام للحصول على جودة وان يكون اكثر لذة

في البداية كانت الغرفة التي نزلت فيها تحتوي على حشرة وآثار ان الغرفة لمدخنين وعندما سكنت عائلة معها أطفال بالغرفة المجاورة شعرت بالانزعاج الشديد لانه لم يكن هناك عزل بين الجدران وعندما أخبرت موظف الاستقبال باستيائي قام على الفور بنقل عائلتي إلى جناح متصل من غرفتين الفندق على تلة يبعد عن المترو حوالي خمس دقائق بعيد عن المركز يحتاج إلى ٤٠ دقيقية بالقطار للوصول إلى سيركجي او امنينو

Un hotel foarte bine pus la punct! Pe lângă faptul că este nou, am găsit camera deosebit de curată. În fiecare zi personalul hotelului făcea menajul și aducea sticle cu apă din partea casei. De asemenea, ne-am bucurat de un mic dejun excelent! Opțiunile au fost variate, iar tot ce am gustat a întrecut orice așteptare. Pe lângă multele opțiuni, o doamnă foarte amabilă pregătea omlete delicioase la cerere. Am gustat câte puțin din tot și pot spune că micul dejun ne-a cucerit! Parcarea este un alt plus. Hotelul asigură parcare gratuită, ceea ce este esențial pentru turiștii care decid să vină cu mașina în Istanbul. Valetul a parcat mașina și ne-a adus-o înapoi la ieșire când am avut nevoie de aceasta. Am putut dormi liniștiți știind că vehiculul a fost în siguranță pe parcursul întregului sejur. Hotelul dispune de o piscină generoasă, un centru de fitness bine echipat și o zonă wellness foarte relaxantă. Ne-am bucurat de timpul petrecut la piscină, iar sala de fitness ne-a permis să rămânem la zi cu antrenamentele. O plăcere! Zona nu este centrală, într-adevăr. Cu toate acestea, avantajul este acela că prețurile la mâncare sunt mult mai mici. Există numeroase restaurante și magazine în apropiere cu prețuri foarte bune. Ba mai mult, stația de tramvai este în proximitatea hotelului. Cu M1 poți ajunge la toate obiectivele importante, deci zona nu reprezintă un impediment. Servicii bune!

Lucrurile care nu ne-au plăcut pălesc în comparație cu aspectele pozitive prezentate anterior. Primirea a fost foarte rece. Cred că aici ține foarte mult de cine te cazează. Am avut un recepționer foarte amabil la check-out, spre exemplu, deși am plecat la ora 6:00 dimineața. Valeții, la fel de drăguți! În schimb, la check-in a fost cu totul altă poveste. Recepționerele nu au răspuns la mesajul pe care l-am trimis așa că am lăsat mașina pe avarii și am intrat în recepție sperând să fiu ajutată. Cele două doamne m-au ignorat complet până au terminat cu clientul din fața mea. Odată ajunsă în față am fost întâmpinată de o atitudine foarte iritată. Mi s-a lătrat să aduc mașina în fața hotelului, iar restul informațiilor legate de facilități, mic dejun, parole și program de funcționare mi-au fost ulterior spuse în scârbă și cu foarte mare rapiditate. Într-un final, am fost întrebată dacă am priceput sau dacă trebuie să mi se mai repete o dată. Pot spune cu sinceritate că m-am simțit oarecum rănită de modul în care ne-au primit. Am evitat recepția până personalul de la recepție a ieșit din tură și a fost înlocuit cu unul nou. Ceilalți angajați au fost foarte drăguți. Este un hotel foarte bun, mai ales ca raport calitate-preț.

فندق رائع جدًا. نظيف، مريح، وجميل، ومطابق للوصف والصور تمامًا. الغرف مرتبة والأجواء هادئة، وكانت الإقامة مريحة جدًا، الفطور متنوع ،أنصح به بكل تأكيد وسأكرر الإقامة فيه عند زيارتي مرة أخرى. بعيد عن تقسيم لكن يحيط بالفندق مطعم جميل وتحت الفندق كوفي وبالقرب منه أسواق .

Kindness of the staff

我们是两夫妻带着老人跟2个孩子一家6口入住了6晚。性价比超高，早餐好、服务好、房间好床舒服，老人跟孩子的套间是一张双人床跟2张舒适的标准单人床，（很多酒店的套件都是沙发床），如果你是自驾游，有车超级推荐。

Facilities exceptional for the cost. My room was expansive, the spa facilities amazing, the included breakfast complete and tasty.

The night reception staff, a man, tried to charge extra fees that were not shown in my account, claiming someone forgot to post this fee. He even called my room phone at 11:30pm 2 nights - i did not answer, was sleeping. When I challenged his request for additional money upon checkout, he dropped it.

Am ales hotelul pentru parcarea inclusa privata care este la demisol. Camera arata ca in poze,aproape de un centru comercial si statia de tramvai care duce direct in centru dar aveti de mers in jur de 45-50 min. Personal amabil

Nu s-a facut curatenie timp de 3 nopti, nici prosoapele schimbate si nici macar gunoiul. Micul dejun deloc diversificat,aceleași preparate zilnic si nu aveai de unde alege. La piscina daca nu ai casca de inotat nu poti intra,trebuie sa le cumperi de la ei si este 5 euro de persoana. Per total pentru pretul platit nu a fost atat de rau insa pentru noi a contat mult parcarea subterana,mai ales in Istanbul.

Personalul de la receptie sunt atenti cu clienti, sunt serviabil si te ajuta cu orice problema aparuta ! Restaurantul ofera un mic dejun, cu un bogat sortiment de produse si de o calitate buna, ceea ce mai rar gasesti la hotelurile din Istanbul !

Unele dotari din camere, lenjeria invechita si pe alocuri rupta, nu intrunesc conditiile unui hotel de 5* !!

The location of the hotel is good. It was easy access to touristic areas with the tram connection in walking distance. The room was clean, we received room cleaning whenever we asked for. The breakfast was also nice, there were variety of options to choose for a breakfast. The breakfast time could be extended maybe a bit more.

Struttura moderna e ben progettata Camere funzionali, ampie e silenziose. Vicinanza con l’expo di Istanbul a circa 15 minuti di taxi. Buona scelta per la colazione, compresa nel prezzo. Ampia palestra gratuita per gli ospiti.

Zona commerciale priva di servizi, pochissimi bar e ristoranti a distanza pedonale. Struttura senza spazi all’aperto. Piccola piscina all’aperto. Su 3 giorni di permanenza la pulizia della camera è stata fatta solo una volta.

The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after busy days exploring Istanbul. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping areas, and major attractions. The facilities, including the wellness area and indoor pool, were well maintained and added great value to our stay. Everything was organized to a high standard, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ibis Styles Istanbul Merter to anyone visiting Istanbul. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip.
