Every year I stay in this hotel, but this time the stay was very, very bad with my family. I even made an extra request for food, and the food was very cold, and the bread was old and not fresh, although I paid for it, and the staff, their treatment was very bad with me, and I will not book it again, and I do not advise anyone to book it

For me, this is one of the nicest hotels, based on my experience of more than 10 years. However, there is one major issue: the furniture is very old and really needs to be replaced, both in the rooms and in the reception area. The staff, especially Ms. Layla, the hotel manager, as well as everyone working at the reception, are very respectful and professional. In my opinion, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel, mainly because of the outdated furniture. Despite this, I continue to stay at the same hotel every time because it is a beautiful hotel, the location is excellent, and the management and staff are very respectful. I sincerely hope the furniture will be upgraded, as this would make the hotel even better.

The room was very spacious, had a great ambience, strong Wi-Fi, and came with excellent amenities. Housekeeping was always on time and did a thorough job. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of both hot and cold options. The gym was massive and well-kept, and the sauna and bath areas were great.

None of the breakfast items were labeled, so it was hard to tell what was being served, and the sausages unfortunately gave me an upset stomach. The steam room was also very underwhelming, as there was barely any steam coming out.

Very close to Emniyet Fatih metro, 1km from aksaray metro and 500m from findikzade tram. Alot of restaurants near by. Close to Eczane, exchange,Starbucks same building. Very rich breakfast.

In my opinion, the hotel did not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star hotel; I would rate it 4 stars at most. There were only paper cups in the room, no tissue boxes, and an unpleasant smell came from the sink whenever I turned on the tap. A few years ago, I stayed at this hotel, and it was much better than it is this time. The quality has declined significantly.

Pros 1. The Premium King Suite is excellent for a family of 4–5 people, including a young child. It is spacious and probably one of the strongest points of the hotel. 2. The hotel is surrounded by many shops, restaurants, and useful places, so the location is convenient. 3. They have a large gym and spa area, which is a nice advantage. 4. The lady preparing eggs during breakfast deserves special mention. She speaks English, smiles, and interacts warmly with guests. She was probably the most welcoming staff member we encountered. 5. Housekeeping was excellent. The housekeeping staff were always smiling, polite, generous, and very helpful. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Their service was one of the best parts of our stay.

Cons 1. Visitors are not allowed to come to your room without an additional charge. Even if a relative wants to visit you for only an hour, the hotel asks for approximately €30 per person. For a family-oriented hotel, I found this policy particularly unwelcoming. 2. Extra room key cards are not freely provided. And all cards must be returned during checkout; otherwise, you will be charged 2 euros per card. 3. Breakfast service needs significant improvement. The waiters generally do not approach the table to ask whether you would like coffee or another drink, and empty plates can remain on the table without being collected unless you specifically ask. 4. English communication is very limited. Apart from the reception staff and the lady preparing eggs at breakfast, we found it difficult to communicate in English with most of the staff. 5. The laundry experience was also difficult because of the communication barrier. I sent only two pieces of clothing: one pajama pant and one sports pant. The laundry staff member told me that each item would be considered a “jogging suit,” which is charged at approximately double the price. Unfortunately, we could not properly discuss or clarify this in English.

Taille de la chambre tout à fait correct. Équipements sportifs, notamment la salle de sport, très bien. Horaires de petit déjeuner très bien

Les portes des chambres se ferment en claquant, tellement fort que les lits tremblent! Les clients ne font absolument pas attention aux horaires et laissent leur porte de chambre claquer tard ou très tôt. Des odeurs de cigarettes arrivent parfois par les ventilations dans les chambres. La salle de petit déjeuner n’a pas de fenêtres, c’est vraiment dommage. Le café est très mauvais.

In my opinion, the only issue with your hotel is the poor soundproofing of the windows. Unfortunately, a lot of noise from outside comes into the room, and the sound of ambulance and police sirens from the early hours of the morning makes it almost impossible to sleep. In addition, it is possible to see into the rooms from outside the hotel, which significantly reduces guests’ privacy.

The location was convenient for exploring Fatih and getting around Istanbul, and our overall stay was okay. Some members of staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the lady preparing fresh omelettes at breakfast - she was lovely, and the omelettes were one of the few genuinely good parts of the breakfast.

Unfortunately, this did not feel like a five-star hotel. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. There was a large selection, but much of it felt like low-quality convenience food, and some items did not look particularly fresh or appetising. The soundproofing was also poor despite the rooms being advertised as soundproof. We could hear noise from inside the hotel, and our room faced the main road, where traffic, ambulances and police sirens were very noticeable. We travelled with our 2-year-old daughter and the baby cot was concerning. The first cot provided was broken and had to be replaced. The replacement was also very worn and felt unstable when she moved in it. The duvet covers were also too short for the duvets, leaving part of the actual duvet exposed, which was unpleasant from both a comfort and hygiene perspective. Nothing was disastrous, but there were simply too many small issues and a lack of attention to detail for a hotel advertised as five-star. Overall, it felt much closer to a three-star experience.

El salon del desayuno condidero que necesita un reforma a fondo y un mejor sistema de estraccion de humos. El buffet, si bien era muy variado y abundante, creo que, tratandose un un hotel con calificación 5 estrellas, deberia ofrecer mejor calidad.

In țara cafelei am avut la micul dejun un aparat amarat care facea apa cu aroma de ness In parcarea hotelului am găsit mașina zgâriata pe bara din fata . Curățenia lasa de dorit,mobila deteriorata,nu este un hotel de 5* corespunde celor de 3* . De fiecare data cand lăsam cartela la receptie facaceau check out, iar cand ajungeam înapoi la hotel trebuia sa asteptam sa ne reactiveze cartela de acces in camera.

Breakfast was great, very wide variety of food. Room was wonderful, quiet, spacious and clean. Very good location.

L’obligation du port du bonnet de bain pour l’accès à la piscine. La caution de 100€ obligatoire. L’hôtel est assez excentré des sites touristiques (50min à pied). Check-in long (20-30min) et la dame assez hautaine lors de notre enregistrement. Draps troués, pour un 5* très étonnant et discordant.

The breakfast offerings were not as described.

- The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our honeymoon stay. - The room was spacious and offered great value for the price we paid. - Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. - The internet connection was fast and worked perfectly. - We booked the couple's massage at a discounted rate and were very happy with it. - The location was excellent, just a short walk from a metro station. - The rooms were well soundproofed, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise. - The TV had all the channels listed in the description. - Breakfast offered a good variety of choices.

- Some breakfast items didn't taste fresh, as if they'd been prepared a couple of days in advance rather than fresh each morning. That's the only downside we noticed, everything else about the stay was great.
