Thanks to pars I had great stay in Uranus

It’s not my first time staying at this hotel good location, clean and affordable and always book through booking app

This time i booked a room which was available at booking then reached the hotel and show the booking confirmation to the register and they said there is no room available. They tried to tell me to cancel my booking and leave but i insisted because it was late. They kept me waiting till 3 am till they finally got a room.

Fantastic hotel and great service Everything was perfect. Great location, super friendly staff, and very clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Fitnes,piscina,restaurant ok. Pături bune,mâncare excepțională,personalul super calificat,atent la detalii,aprovizionarea în bucătărie la produse era imediată,mâncarea proaspătă și aspectuoasă,piscina si saunele superbe.

Camerele puțin cam mici pentru un hotel de 5 stele. Dar sunt super multumit oricum. O sa revin cu siguranță acolo. Se merită.

Located far from center of the Old City but you can reach the old town of Sultanahmet Square which includes Ayasofya, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar easily by bus or tram. The hotel staff all are friendly and helpful. Nice rooms and suites. Good elegant cafe on the ground floor. Indoor pool with spacious & beautiful wellness & spa centre including sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath to relax after a long day of walking. The breakfast is basic with mostly cheese, salad and Omelette station, but not bad. Some good restaurants and groceries near the hotel. Free private parking for guests is provided.

It is not Located in the center of the Old City as advertised. The big pool and kids pool are both cold, and the jacuzzi is normal water not warm as supposed to be. Basic breakfast.

فندق رائع جدًا ونظيف ومريح. أقمت فيه أول مرة لمدة يومين، وأعجبني لدرجة أنني عدت إليه مرة أخرى وأقمت لمدة 7 أيام. الفندق نظيف ومرتب جدًا، والفطور لذيذ ومتنوع وعالمي، والموظفون متعاونون وودودون وخدمتهم ممتازة. كانت إقامتي مريحة جدًا، وبالتأكيد سأختاره مرة أخرى وأنصح به بشدة.

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und von der Auswahl her in Ordnung bis gut. Besonders positiv fand ich die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Man ist relativ zentral gelegen, gleichzeitig aber nicht direkt im Trubel der Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, freundlich und nett. Man hat sich als Gast grundsätzlich willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Betten und Matratzen waren gut und bequem, sodass ich insgesamt gut schlafen konnte.

Bei den Sprachkenntnissen gibt es noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch oder andere Fremdsprachen, wodurch die Kommunikation manchmal etwas schwierig sein kann. Die Kopfkissen könnten meiner Meinung nach bequemer bzw. besser sein. Hier wäre eine größere Auswahl an Kissen oder eine bessere Qualität wünschenswert.

Отдельно хотим поблагодарить господина Мурата и госпожу Hazal на ресепшене — за доброжелательность, отзывчивость и готовность всегда помочь. Благодаря таким сотрудникам пребывание в отеле становится действительно комфортным и приятным. Также большое спасибо девушке, которая занималась уборкой нашего номера 1020. Уборка всегда была своевременной и качественной, в номере поддерживались идеальная чистота и порядок. Очень приятно видеть, когда сотрудники так внимательно относятся к своей работе. Спасибо всей команде Uranus за гостеприимство и прекрасное отношение! С удовольствием остановились бы у вас снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям. Желаем вам успехов и благодарных гостей!

We really liked the staff – they were very friendly. The hotel is close to public transport. The gym is spread over two floors, which is impressive for a hotel.

The only issue was that a special swimming cap is required for the swimming pool.

Le buffet certains jour atteint ses limites, mais ils essayent de compenser. Il y’avait un problème pour appeler la réception par téléphone mais ça a été réglé (en 2 jours).

Creo que no es un 5 estrellas. Se nota sobre todo en la calidad bseln desayuno si has podido probar otros. Poca iluminación en la habitación.

O hotel é excelente, mas fica distante dos pontos turísticos. O atendimento é excelente. Todos muito atenciosos.

Thsi hotel scammed us so much they took money when we first came and they told us we gonna get them back we didn’t end the room had snacks it was fur us to take but at the end they took from us 120$ for some cheap snaks and alcohol we literally didn’t even touch every one was so rude

Oarecum ok pentru că-ți bani am platit.

Soția a alunecat in duș, pe pardoseala din piatra naturala lucioasa este foarte alunecos, a suferit contuzii la mana, sold si genunchi. Cei de la receptie au primit informația, dar au facut pe neștiutorii, adica cumva nu au mai auzit, dar sunt convins ca nu este un caz izolat, dupa aceasta pățania am verificat si daca cumva scapi putin săpun, sau nu esti atent, sau nu ai papuci speciali care nu aluneca riști sa te accidentezi grav.

The property is clean and feels very luxe when you walk into the lobby. The beds were comfy and the entire room was updated beautifully. The staff is amazing- very friendly at the front desk. We loved Abit- he took such good care of me during my stay! The bellmen were always ready to help get you a cab and get you going in the right direction- for such a big property, the staff goes out of their way to take care of each and every guest. The location is just 20 mins by cab to most tourist sites.

Omayma is very good supervisor she is helpful

Location is close to the metro, with an excellent local restaurant just around the corner. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. A lot of staff were nice.

The indoor pool is small, with limited seating available. The hotel also requires guests to wear swimming caps but does not provide them, instead selling them at the pool for 350 each. While guests can supposedly buy their own elsewhere, this is impractical when you're already at the pool with children and ready to swim. Charging such a high price for a basic swimming cap felt unreasonable and gave the impression that the policy was being used to generate extra revenue. This was disappointing and not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. In all my years of travel and hundreds of hotel stays, I've never encountered this before.

Staff is very friendly, food is delicious, clean and generous.

Beds are not hotels comfy, pillows are so BIG not fluffy

The location is easily accessible to lots of places. The hotel is located 5-6 minutes walk to Cevuzlibag-aoy tram station to Grand bazar (Beyazit),Blue mosque (Sultanahmet), Karakoy ferry station to asian side and Egyptian spice bazar (Eminonu)

مكانه المناسب لاحتياجات رحلتي تعامل الاستاذة الفاضلة أميمة والتي ما لبثت ان علمت عن مشكلتي التي واجهتها عند دخولي الفندق، قامت مشكورة بالمسارعة في حلها واتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبة على جميع الأصعدة ان فكرت الحجز مرة أخرى في هذا الفندق سيكون تعامل الاستاذة أميمة هو السبب الأول والرئيسي.. حيث انه لولا حرصها على الزبائن ومتابعتهم كنت لن اكرر ابدا حجزي فيه شكراً استاذة أميمة واتقدم بالشكر لإدارة الفندق على اختيار الشخص المناسب في المكان المناسب

التقصير في تجهيز الغرفة في الليلة الاولى تعامل بعض الموظفين الغير مناسب مع الزوار !

The front desk put me in a nice room (Room # 205), and I love it so much. Definitely, I will come back again. They are very polite & professional (all the staff) and have a very quick check-in. I called room service; the food came on time, and I also called housekeeping service to fix my TV volume and the English language. They came and showed me how to change it on my own. The location is near the train and easy to go to Sultan Ahmet, the Grand Bazaar, or other tourist attractions. Definitely will come back the same place.

A few lights were not plugged in in my room and just after having surgery this was inconvenient to have to do this myself but besides that, everything else was lovely.

كانت الموظفة ان تجعلني ادفع قيمة الافطار وانا حاجز مع الافطار وفي الاخير وبعد ان تاكدة قالت نعم حجزك بالافطار وانا اشعر من تصرفها انها كانت تعلم بهذا وكانت ترديد ان تستغلني وخيارات الافطار محدوده مقابل المال المدفوع

Nothing to complain about. The staff were very responsive to every issue raised.

Grande chambre, propre et confortable. Station de tram et restaurants à 10 minutes à pied. Station de taxi à proximité. Personnel sympathique. Bien insonorisé. Malgré la voie rapide en contrebas, nous n'entendions quasiment pas la circulation.

Plusieurs prises cassées. La plupart sont occupées par l'éclairage. La piscine est gelée. Quelques chocs dans les murs à différents moments de la journée.
