Ein tolles Zimmer, sauber mit allem was man braucht. Tolles und umfangreiches Fruehstueck. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage und ruhiges Zimmer. Die Aufzuege waren etwas gewoehnungsbeduerftig.

Very clean Hotel with friendly staff & ideal location. Breakfast was lovely also.

Great location, close to the water for walks, and three arena. Bed and pillows v comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Asked for a new hairdryer as the one we had hardly blew any air and was cold - hair took 3 times as long as normal but I had to use it as no replacement or contact about it until we left 45 mins later - poor communication. It felt that customers were an inconvenience to staff whenever I spoke to them. Also, I’m not convinced my room had been hoovered prior to arrival, as clumps of dust in the luggage part and crumbs on the carpet. V expensive for what experienced.

The check in on the day was quite chaotic, and a lot of people seemed unimpressed on the day by that lack of organisation with check in

Very convenient to travel to Dublin town Centre and the Port for travel on the Holyhead Dublin Ferries. Onsite restaurant is very good with many dinner options.

Llegamos muy tarde y hubo un error en nuestra reserva pero nos lo solucionaron y ademas nos subieron la catégoria de la habitacion por una suite y al mismo precio. Los empleados del hôtel muy amables. El desayuno k cogimos era tipo buffet y habia mucha variedad y tipos de platos. Puedes llegar facilement desde el aeropuerto con el bus Dublín express (702, 784, 783) que te deja a 3 min andando al hotel. También, es muy cerca del 3 Arena (a 10 min andando).

Unnötiger Feueralarm und man hat vergessen uns bescheid zu geben dass wir wieder auf das Zimmer können. Dafür gab es nach Beschwerde am Ende ein Abendessen im Restaurant. Dadurch und durch den einsatz des einen Mitarbeiters am Empfang wurde die Bewertung gerettet ... das Essen kann man, nebenbei gesagt, tatsächlich empfehlen. Fish and Chips und Burger waren tatsächlich sehr gut.

The location to the 3 Arena was excellent. The bed was so comfortable.

The lift.... anyone who has stayed there will relate... it is ridiculous. I was on a tour of the hotel through the lifts (or cars as it is called there) to find areas..... many times... as were everyone else who were staying....It would 100% stop me staying there again. I cannot even explain it. It is too computerised... no button to press at all....

Lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption, die mit nur 1 Person besetzt war.

Camera molto piccola, è da tenere in considerazione che è in città, era la dimensione di una doppia resa tripla.

The location, we went to a concert at the 3arena so it was within walking distance which was perfect and also stopped outside the hotel for the Luas

Our room was located just above a street which the lights were ticking all night

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale ed è stato un gran piacere. La camera era pulita e silenziosa. Molto comodo anche il letto. Vicino al centro e comodo anche per i mezzi di trasporto.

A great venue for conferences but a little far out for the tourist trail.

Struttura moderna, pulita, accogliente. Ottimo cibo per cena colazione varia e discreta. Possibilità di deposito bagagli custodito.

Non è vicinissimo alla centro, ma la passeggiata lungofiume è meravigliosa. Un piccolo problema alla reception, per cui si sono successivamente scusati.

Parking was a bit of an adventure to find

Great location, stayed here as we were going to a concert in the 3Arena. We were able to self check in and there are plenty of food options in the area. The parking location was only a short walk away from the hotel

We stayed in a triple room and it’s very small for 3 people to be in. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t too much of an issue

Muy cómodo, nuevo y limpio. El personal muy amable. Tienen varias personas en recepción que hablan español por lo que todo fue muy fácil.

No está tan céntrico como parece pero en la puerta hay una parada de tranvía que te lleva al centro en solo 3 paradas.

בהנחה שקבלנו 13 ליורו לאחד היה שווה מאוד (חסר דג סלמון) ארוחה וחדר אוכל מדהים ושרות מעולה

חדר קצת צפוף אבל נעים , אין ארון סגור לבגדים והחשמל נפל לעיתים קרובות בעיקר המזגן. לא החליפו במשך חמישה לילות את הסדינים והציפיות (יש לשלם על כך 6 יורו) חבל

Staff not the friendliest, self check in seems like a great idea on the kiosks but the cards never work correctly for the rooms/ lift

Location was fantastic as I was staying in the city for a concert at the 3arena. The room was lovely and clean, and had all the facilities I needed for the night. I also really appreciated being able to check in and out online

Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. Waiting staff were also very helpful and likeable.

Stayed in room 401 a deluxe family room. When we entered room there was a strong odour in room, a stale like smell, all windows were open on arrival. When we got back to Hotel after attending a family get together, we closed all windows.When I got up during the night I identified the smell as that of smoke. I suspect whoever stayed in room before us were smokers. It was not ideal but on the positive side room was very quiet. Bar and restaurant layout is a bit odd on lower basement , which given the fantastic location one would have placed same on a higher floor. Finally the seating in bar and restaurant had a cold feel to it, with some very odd wodden round tables. A few booths would add to the atomsphere.

Un poco alejado del centro pero Dublin es una ciudad fácil de caminar.

The room was well, the beds were comfortable for a good sleep.

We had to make last minute booking. We didn’t have lots of alternatives. It’s a little bit far away from the city center. Its price was nearly equal to the ones in the center.

Nothing available for breakfast . Half the trays were empty. Twin room was absolutely tiny . The restaurant and bar does not have a smoking area you have to go up 2 floors to reception.
