夜のバイキングの事を 投稿した 人が多過ぎて危険！昨日の朝のバイキングで 熱いコーヒーを運んで居たら お婆さんがブツカリ 熱いコーヒーが溢れ 座って居る人に かかりそうになった！人に かかってヤケドさせたら誰が責任取るのか?本当に危ないバイキングですよ。この事は ネットなどで伝えて欲しいです!

Reviewed Sep 4, 202612階の露天風呂温泉が最高。夜は車通りも少なくなるので潮騒を聴きつつイカ釣り漁船の漁火を眺めながらお湯に入れる。 朝はロードノイズが邪魔だがそれでも津軽海峡を眺めながらの湯は最高。 朝食は自分で作れる海鮮丼、海鮮茶漬け、洋食系、デザートも夕張メロンのパフェなどバラエティ豊かで満足。 客室もゆったりとして使いやすく文句ない。
津軽海峡眺望という点では良いのだが函館駅からのアクセスという意味では立地は良くない。市電の駅までは遠いしバスは本数が少ないくせに時間が偏っていて実質1時間に一本程度の利便性。このクラスのホテルならバスが無い時間に合わせて送迎バスぐらいは出して欲しい。

ビュッフェが売りのホテルのようですが、時間を指定しても席に案内されるまで30分。施設のキャパシティが不足しているのは明らか。ビュッフェのクオリティも微妙で、個人的に再訪はないかと思います。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The hotel and onsen infrastructure were relatively new, well maintained and very comfortable. The size of the room were generous and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding.
The location of the hotel is slightly out of the way from Hakodate city center, but it was not an issue for us with a rental car.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Nice and comfortable room. Both the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were delicious. The onsen on the last floor is great, having both indoor and outdoor pools with a nice view. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Located outside the city center, so it takes a bit of time to get to the main attractions of Hakodate via public transportation.

日常的に温泉に行くのですが、少し温く感じました。体感40〜あって41℃くらいかなと。

About 20 minute bus ride from JR train station thkugh bus stop is conveniently nearly in front of hotel. Bus only run once an hour.15 minute walk to trolley into sights in town. Small but cozy room.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Very busy hotel yet all handled with grace and style and the Onsen was always pretty quiet. Buffet breakfast and dinner are very expansive with much variety between cuisines - including the Hokkaido Crab section!
The small samue was a little worn out. That said i was provided with a nice crisp LL version that was roomy and comfortable. The dinning area was VERY crowded at one stage. The Name is very long!!

Reviewed May 27, 2026トラブルがありましたが、早めの対応をしていただくことができ お部屋がダブルの予約だったけど 何故かツインになっていて 広々使わせていただけました。 温泉も夜11時頃まで利用出来 朝風呂は朝食前から入れて 夜はお客様多かった露天風呂も 貸し切り状態で楽しむことが出来ました。 露天風呂に入っていて 頭の上を飛行機が何機も飛んで行って普段絶対に見られない機体のお腹部分が見えました！！ 食事のビュッフェは流石の函館 海鮮も多く、高齢者の海鮮丼を楽15しまれる光景も多く見られました。 デザート系も色々ありました 会場の案内もスタッフさんがテキパキ動かれていて、待ち時間はほとんど無く良かったです 函館空港へもバスで行けました バス停はホテルから歩いて５分も要らない？ 市電の湯の川までは徒歩15分かからないかな？ フロントの皆さんの感じも良かったです。

Reviewed May 27, 2026お部屋が綺麗だし、広いです ツインの部屋でしたが お風呂とトイレが別、洗面も広く 綺麗でした お風呂の大浴場で露天風呂は 入浴用のタオルも有ります 函館空港が近いから、もしかすると 飛行機のお腹部分が見られますよ! ビュッフェは時間予約があり チェックインの時に決められます 品数も多いし美味しくいただきました 早朝は、ツアー客さまが多かったですね 空港へは最寄りのバス停徒まで歩数分でした 市電の湯の川駅までは徒歩15分位 歩きやすい道です

Reviewed May 26, 2026酒店設施新淨舒適，房間寬闊，設施齊全，訂房間時包括了早餐和晚餐，真的超值，兩款自助餐都非常出色，食物10分豐富，食物種類以日式為主非常美味，但如能增設更多沙律和水果更加滿意。此外，酒店的溫泉設施令人非常放鬆，環境優美，露天溫泉面向着海，令人10分暢快而且酒店附有免費大停車場，適合自駕。

Reviewed May 25, 2026部屋が広がった。ホテル内も綺麗。 露天風呂の景色がよい。 浴槽の中にゴミなどなく、いつ入ってもとても綺麗。 バイキングがよかった。海鮮が豊富(カニもあり)、天ぷらも美味しかった。朝、ワインも飲み放題、チーズもたくさんの種類があった。焼きたて、ピザもおいしかった。 14時に着いてしまったのでロビーで待たせてもらおうと声をかけると 部屋の準備ができているのでと 部屋に入れもらえた。長旅で疲れていたので とてもありがたかった。 また、ぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

Reviewed May 17, 2026Ein super reichhaltiges Buffet am Abend und am Morgen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und intelligent aufgeteilt. Die Onsen sind ganz Okay bieten aber einen weiten Blick aufs Meer.
Eigentlich war alles super...nur das Fenster war etwas angelaufen.

Reviewed May 14, 2026夫婦2人で利用しました。脚の悪い家内の為、バイキング料理を取りに行きやすい席を設定して頂き助かりました。 夕食の料理は個人的に好みにあいませんでしたが 朝食は何が と言うほどではなく、美味しく頂きました。 また部屋も広めの部屋を提供して頂きリラックスして過ごす事ができました。ありがとうございます。

良くないところは特に無かったのです 部屋がもう少し上階だったら 景色が更に良かったのかなぁ…と思いました

Reviewed May 7, 2026迎賓茶很好喝，迎賓湯也很棒（行李位置不夠，不然就買回台灣了），早晚餐都挺好的，生魚片新鮮度有達標，就是可惜有些有魚筋沒處理好，晚餐天婦羅中規中矩，普通好吃，不是天花板那個程度，晚餐牛肉豬肉品質也是中規中矩，普通好吃，晚餐烤奶油扇貝新鮮度達標，個頭不算太小，可以，橙橘不錯吃，軟冰淇淋很好吃，水果冰淇淋偏甜應該是化學的，紅豆冰淇淋還可以，晚餐蟹腳品質其實真的還好，吃過活蟹就回不去了，薯條有時候蠻好吃的，有時候..不好說，早餐蒸馬鈴薯好吃，披薩好吃，面向山景的房間風景不錯，能近距離目睹飛機起降
