For one night prior to a flight this hotel was fine. If you are staying any longer I would advise paying more for the bigger rooms.

The bed is really quite small for two people and the AC is very loud. The bathroom is more of a wet room and didnt have any hand soap or toiletries. You had to pay for water.

На одну ночь переночевать недорого пойдет. Расположен в стремном районе, номер маленький и без окна, кондиционер встроенный гудит. Заселение/выселение - без проблем. Не было мыла - попросили, тут же принесли. Персонал хороший, в номере чисто. Жили на 3-м этаже, лестница крутая. Есть выход на крышу - там можно покурить.

The only good thing about my stay was that I only booked one single night, so I could escape this nightmare the very next morning. I will never come back, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. ​Beyond the place being the worst I’ve ever stayed in, they are completely dishonest about pricing. You cannot pay through Booking.com, and when I arrived, they charged me much more than the price shown on the app, claiming it was for 'Booking fees.' This is a total lie and felt like a scam. ​The photos online are a complete deception; they have nothing to do with reality. The location is terrible, and the atmosphere is sketchy and uncomfortable—it felt more like a shady brothel than a guesthouse. There is absolutely nothing positive about this place. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

Мы заехали срочно, потому что ночью уехали с другого места где были тараканы. Полагаю они здесь тоже бывают, но так чтобы это было видно - нет. Здесь тоже не максимально чисто, и мы были на нервах когда заезжали, но хостес постаралась опрыскать наш номер когда мы попросили и с пониманием отнеслась к нашему запросу. Спасибо ей за это. Для комфортного пребывания это место не подойдёт. На одну ночь перед отлётом более-менее. Цена невысокая

Don't bother with this place. They will cancel your booking last minute on the day itself and leave you stressed trying to look for another accommodation. Thank god I managed to find one nearby.

Приятная цена за небольшой уютный номер. В комнате все работает, есть чайник и телевизор, довольно быстрый интернет. Удивительно, что нам предоставили гигиенические принадлежности. В самом отеле чисто, тихо, внизу установлен электронный замок. В 10-20 минутах пешком есть торговые центры и зоны фудкорта. Спасибо персоналу за тёплый приём!

C'était propre. Il y a un petit restaurant japonais juste a côté, très bon.

Une forte odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, sans aération possible car pas de fenêtre. Camouflé par du parfum. Aucune insonorisation, il y a eu du va et vient toute la nuit dans les couloirs, quelqu'un a même essayé d'ouvrir notre porte en pleine nuit. La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas.

Nära flygplatsen och världens bästa kvinna som mötte oss där när vi kom in 02.30 på natten. De hade satt igång AC och det fanns tandborste tillgängligt.

Det var perfekt för vårt ändamål, 1 natt efter ett flyg till Cebu. Men hade inte stannat många fler nätter pga hård säng, ljusinsläpp, högljudd AC och duschen som var i mitten av badrummet.

It’s a good place to stay for 1 night, but I wouldn’t stay here much longer. It’s convenient as it’s close to the airport. The room was clean.

The mattress is very thin (you can feel the wooden base), we found a couple cockroaches in the room (I think it might just be the area where it’s located because the room was very clean).

Where to start... two main points: - I booked this place with payment upon arrival on a certain fee, they confirmed my booking. On the morning of my stay, I received another confirmation message. 3 hours later, at 11 am, I receive a message saying that the booking was being cancelled because the hotel couldn't accommodate that low fee and that they were writing to Booking to let them know. I naturally protested because I was already travelling to there, and it was less than 3 hours to my check in, but they insisted that the booking was cancelled, even though on my end, I received no notification of this, and the booking remained confirmed. It was extremely stressful to deal with the idea that I had nowhere to sleep, it was a long trip, and it's generally very stressful to move in the Philippines and in the traffic of big cities. I saw that the hotel had the same room for 40% more of the original price, and it kept slightly increasing during the hours. Right before I got there, since I was scared to have nowhere to sleep, I purchased the room again, this time having to pay on card (and I had kept cash especially to pay at the desk, since I was about to leave the country on the following day). The room costed me 50% more than the original price. At my arrival, I asked what was going on to the ladies at the counter, and they claimed that they didn't know anything, and that IT WAS BOOKING managing everything, which I don't think was the case, since I was getting the messages from the hotel itself. They also said that this happens all the time and that a lot of guests mention it, and it must be a system error. I feel like this sounds more of a SCAM. - I booked this hotel after reading the reviews of many Italians, and I trusted them, but nobody mentioned the cockroach infestation. I had to fight with more than 3 during the night, and that ruined my sleep.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Auch das Bad war sauber und groß genug. Bis zum Flughafen ist es auch nicht so weit, also ideal für Reisende, die gerne in der Nähe des Flughafens sind.

Leider war mein Zimmer direkt an der Straße, was frühs auch hörbar war. Die Treppe ist ein wenig eng und es ist ein wenig kompliziert mit Gepäck in die oberen Etagen zu gelangen.

Auch beim 2. Mal hatte ich ein super Zimmer. Das Bett war zwar nur ein Einzelbett, aber das ZImmer war groß genug und gemütlich. Ebenso das Bad, groß, geräumig und auch mit warmen Wasser. Diesmal hatte ich das Zimmer nicht zur Straße was frhs wesentlich besser war und man nicht von Lärm belästigt wurde.

Das einzige Manko war hin und wieder das Wlan und die Lage.

Very clean and comfortable room. Towels, bed sheet, toilet paper, soap and tooth rushes supplied as well as an electric kettle. We only stayed for a few hours before a 2 a.m. flight but would definitely recommend if you fly in or out of Cebu and want to be near the airport.

It was ok, the room was comfortable, there's wifi, all in all I paid a fair price for the stay.

It wasn't near the airport plus the traffic in the morning was crazy so you might want to consider the location before booking here. I called their number and informed that I will be arriving very very late around 1 in the morning (I was aware this is super late so I kindly asked if that is ok) the lady I spoke with acknowledged and said we can check in and out anytime we want, a staff will accommodate - when we arrived it took us a while before anybody opened the door and let us in. When we checked out together with other guests, no one was in the front desk to assist us so all of us had to leave the keys. With the traffic, it was so hard to find a ride outside especially given the tiny space in front. It was a good place to stay as long as you are not in a hurry or catching flights.

Check in is 24h and the property is quiet and very clean. Amazing value for money, can’t complain about anything!

Ok, maybe ac is bit noisy and had strange noises sometimes but let’s be honest, I’ve used my ears plugs and problem solved. Can’t complain overall coz as I’ve mentioned amazing value for money!!!

Only stayed for one night after arriving from the airport, nice staff, great value for money & clean rooms - would recommend!
