Reviewed Jun 28, 2026They accepted my request for late check in, They also provided free hot water per request. Also the guard on duty at night has been very helpful and accomodating.
The AC was not working the first night of our stay but they provided a fan then transfered us to different rooms, that means we have endured one night sleeping in warm room.

The road outside was being repaired, so transportation is a bit difficult while doing my errands. I was given a room in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, agi need to carry up and down my heavy luggage.

The blanket provided is literally a sheer curtain. With the strength of the ac it gets pretty cold.

W pokoju nie ma okna, a pomimo tego słychać hałas z ulicy. Jest tak duszno, że trzeba spać z włączoną klimatyzacją, która jest skierowana bezpośrednio na łóżko, ale regulacja nie działa, także zimny wicher wieje cały czas. Nie polecam, łatwy przepis na chorobę i ogólnie dyskomfort.

De hadde svart på en kommentar på booking og sagt at de hadde gratis flyplasstransport. Hun i resepsjonen var ignorant og sa den kommentaren var fra 2022 på en litt frekk måte. Jeg skjønner at det er lenge siden, men vil tro at man fjerner sånt hvis de stopper med det menmen. Ikke en stor sak men greit å være obs på. Spurte om de kunne slette meldingstråden evt for fremtidige gjester.

It is a also close to the airport and there is a close station for the airport bus. The place is good and the price as well. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Jedyny plus to budżetowa cena i to, że można było korzystać z gorącej wody, żeby zalać sobie kawę.
W pokoju miał być sejf, którego NIE BYŁO!!! Telewizor nie działał, nie był podłączony do prądu i nie było też pilota. Zgłosiłam to na recepcji, miał przyjść ktoś sprawdzić to i nie pojawił się nikt, personel z recepcji udawał, że nic się nie stało i o niczym nie wiedzą. Ściany w pokoju są pokryte dziwnym, klejącym i śmierdzącym środkiem. Woda w prysznicu jest albo zimna albo wrząca, nie działa regulacja temperatury. Dozownik z szampon i odżywkę jest pusty i rozwalony. Klimatyzacja jest tak stara, że musiała chodzić włączona na full, przez co była głośna jak stary traktor. Musieliśmy spać w stoperach.

Personnel pas tous très accueillant et nous sommes arrivés tres tot par le ferry impossible de faire le chek in avant 13h sauf si on paye 200php de plus mais elle nous a dit ca 1h et demi avant d'avoir notre chambre alors que ca faisait déjà 5h qu'on attendait... La clim fait un bruit infernal on a du l'éteindre pour pouvoir dormir Et les lits sont vraiment petit pour 2 J'ai l'impression que c'est un peu partout pareil au philippines... Pas grand chose pour manger a côté... on a tourné plus 1h30 pour trouver un "resto" qui proposait autre chose que des burger ou des trucs gras...

Ich weiß nicht ob’s am Hostel oder an der Stadt liegt, aber mein Zimmer war im dritten Stock und es waren überall kleine Ameisen - war ein bisschen ungemütlich. Allgemein ist das Zimmer und Bad sehr abgenutzt gewesen, aber für philippinische Verhältnisse und den bezahlten Preis absolut in Ordnung.

The Staff doesn't inform you that you need to wait for 2-3 minutes as they prepare the room. This is fine, but you should inform your client.
