Super vriendelijk personeel, een prachtige locatie en dichtbij alle restaurants en het strand.

Het gebouw is erg gehorig en hoort snachts veel gepraat als mensen thuiskomen.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was absolutely perfect. A minute from the main strip and about 5 minutes of a walk to the beach. The hotel itself had a lovely and relaxing pool area and the rooms were comfortable and a good size

My only minor complaint would be my room was right next to the front door so it could be a bit noisy sometimes

Alle waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ob Tag oder Nacht man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir waren als Mädels Gruppe dort und daher war es uns besonders wichtig, dass wir uns sicher fühlen, auch nachts, das war auf jeden Fall gegeben durch den Security Miros. Er war immer freundlich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit und ihm war es besonders wichtig, dass sich alle sicher fühlen. Alles war sehr sauber und hygienisch außerdem wurden unsere Handtücher alle zwei Tage gewechselt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wenn man mal keine Lust auf den Strand hatte, konnte man sich super an den Pool legen. Der Pool war einwandfrei, es lief Musik, die aber nicht stören war und man konnte lecker vor Ort Mittagessen und die Preise waren angemessen.

insgesamt hat es uns super dort gefallen. Das einzige, was man vielleicht im Vorhinein wissen sollte, ist, dass es relativ hellhörig indem Hotel ist. Dadurch, dass die Unterkunft direkt in der Nähe einer Partymeile gelegen ist, sind dort auch viele junge Leute untergebracht, die lange feiern und dementsprechend hört man auch zu später Stunde mal die Leute nach Hause kommen, aber Miros (der Security) hat eigentlich immer dafür gesorgt, dass alle nicht allzu laut sind. Uns hat es in der ersten Nacht ein wenig irritiert, aber es war nicht allzu schlimm nur wenn man sehr geräuschempfindlich sein sollte wäre das ein Manko.

Nous étions déjà venus l'année dernière, et savions donc que tout serait parfait ! Une mention spéciale pour l'accueil très chaleureux de l'ensemble des membres du personnel, et pour la gentillesse de Manos et Kristina. Le petit-déjeuner est encore meilleur que dans mon souvenir.

Clean and comfortable rooms, with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The pool area was lovely, and breakfast was very good, especially the freshly cooked eggs and Greek yogurt with fruit and honey. Beautiful sandy beach with clear water can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always positive.

Amazing location, amazing staff. Very helpful and nice people, everything was always clean and taken care of. Nice calm hotel even with the teens and the nightlife. Location is amazing, close to everything and lovely view from the hotel

Breakfast: 2 eggs + bowl of yougurt. Coffee is 3in1 ...not real coffe. AC blows directly on the bed, also constant noise from it and fridge. Room was 3x3 sqm.

Il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e cordiali per tutto il soggiorno, sempre attenti al dettaglio, socievoli e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Piscina molto bella e tranquilla. Abbiamo sempre pranzato nel bar della struttura, cibo veramente ottimo con buon prezzo. Grazie di tutto, alla prossima!

The food was delicious and really good price. The location was perfect and so close to the strip but we couldn’t hear the noise when trying to sleep which was amazing.

Melko huono äänieristys. Huoneesta ei löytynyt viinilaseja, mutta ne sai haettua ravintolasta.

המיקום מצוין ממש 2 דק הליכה לשדרה של הברים וגם החוף ממש ממש קרוב וגם העיר העתיקה. בלילה לא שומעים את הרעש של הברים שזה מעולה.

לא החליפו מצעים רוב השהייה שלנו רק בלילה האחרון החליפו. הדלת הייתה נוראית, כל פעם להילחם כדי לפתוח ולנעול. היו יומיים מהשהייה שלנו שלא היו מים חמים ונאלצנו להתקלח עם קרים. כן אחרי שאמרנו להם, הם טיפלו אבל בוקר לאחר מכן שוב לא היה. הרגיש שהיה רק איש צוות אחד, וכל פעם שירדנו לקבלה כי רצינו משהו היה ריק.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay in Malia! The location is perfect, right in the center, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, with the airport only 25 minutes away. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable, and cleaned daily. A special thanks to Kristina and Manos for their warm hospitality and the delicious homemade breakfast every morning.

Tout était incroyable, particulièrement la famille qui tient cet établissement. Le cadre est magnifique et très calme, tout en étant dans le centre de la ville et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais est toujours le même. La literie est très bien. Les chambres sont très propres et nettoyées tous les jours. Les photos sont les vues depuis la piscine et la chambre J’y retournerai!

Difficile d’y trouver un défaut

De locatie is heel goed. Dichtbij de drukke straat, maar toch op een rustige plek. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en de bedden liggen goed. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen familiengeführten Hotel auf Kreta! Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, gepflegt und wurden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne Außenanlage mit dem Pool – ein echter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Auch die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar und gleichzeitig kann man die ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre des Hotels genießen. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams. Der Service war jederzeit aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Man spürt in jedem Detail, wie viel Liebe und Engagement in diesem Hotel steckt. Wir hatten hier eine unvergessliche Zeit und haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub und die tollen Erinnerungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

The property is beautiful, the pool area is a tranquil oasis, and the hosts show you the kind of genuine Greek hospitality (Philoxenia) that makes you feel right at home. We also noticed they have great offers for Vergina Rent a Car right on the beach road with full insurance—a fantastic, hassle-free option for guests, even though we didn't end up needing a rental this time! ​I've seen some unfair negative comments online and want to set the record straight: ​About Malia's nightlife: Yes, Malia is famous for its vibrant nightlife, but this property is perfectly tucked away. You get all the peace and quiet you need for a great night's sleep, while still being close to the action if you want it. ​About the minor complaints: Honestly, even if you go to a 5-star luxury hotel, you will always find small problems if you look hard enough. No place is absolutely flawless, but Vergina gives you incredible value, cleanliness, and real heart. ​Don't hesitate to book this place. Efcharisto poly for an amazing stay—we will be back!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! However, the shower drain in our room wasn’t working — water flowed out into the hallway where our suitcases were. The towels in the room were quite worn and had some permanent-looking stains. But the location is fantastic — just a 7-minute walk to the beach! The bed was very comfortable, and we even had blankets provided. There was hot water only during the day. The pool was beautiful and warm, and the whole property is green, well-maintained, and lovely. Even with a few small downsides, we truly liked it here!

The room which we booked which was meant to be for 4 people, where one bed was located had no ac or fan hence was very hot . Unbearable to sleep actually. On the 2nd night on mentioning this to the owner, they provided a fan and then were nice enough to give us another room just to sleep since it was almost end of season and they had availability .

A hidden gem in this area. Private parking lot, perfect breakfast, good room. Very centrally located, but still hidden - you do not have to listen to the crowd outside but chill at the great pool.

Tout était parfait.. de la propreté des chambres, au petit déjeuner ! Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans ce charmant hôtel familial, très calme, dans une ville animée (un vrai plus)! Leur gentillesse et hospitalité ont rendu notre séjour fabuleux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et très bien conseillés pour les différentes visites de l'île ainsi que pour les restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour votre séjour en Crête.

The area around the hotel was nice. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. 5 minutes to the beach

The rooms are not renovated, the walls are chipped and painted. The soft headrests near the bed are stained. In the rooms, the washbasin can be in the corridor, not in the bathroom. The doors to the toilet are glass and without a lock. The breakfasts are the same, not a buffet, but simply eggs, cheese, bread, yogurts. There is only pork. There is nothing different to choose from, the same every day. The suite room does not look like a suite at all, and not even like in the photo

Nous y venions pour la deuxième fois.L’accueil est souriant, l’appartement est spacieux et la literie confortable. Piscine sympa. Très bon petit dej copieux et servi avec le sourire. L’envieux Malia est très sympa à visiter.

Il n’y avait pas de patères pour accrocher les serviettes . Nous étions côté route, c’est moins bruyant côté piscine. Le jus d’oranges mériterait d’être meilleur surtout en Crète.

Elke ochtend werd een persoonlijk ontbijt gemaakt met lekkere verse producten. De eigenaren (zoon en moeder) waren iedere dag vrolijk en aardig. Moeder gaf waardevolle tips over met name goede restaurants in de oude stad. Rondom het zwembad waren voldoende ligstoelen, met grote badhanddoeken, op groot grasveld. Voor de lunch en een drankje kun je terecht bij de zwembadbar. De kamer is ruim met goede grote bedden en een ruime douche. Bij de eigenaar kan tegen een prima prijs een verzekerde auto worden gehuurd.

Wij hebben geen negatieve punten kunnen ontdekken of ervaren.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Es ist ruhig und man geht direkt um die Ecke und ist in der Einkaufsstraße. Der Altstadt ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir Er hielt ein Upgrade und bekamen ein tolles Zimmer. Der Pool ist super sauber und das familiär geführte Hotel erfüllt alle Wünsche. Man erhält tolle Tipps zum Essen gehen oder auch andere Infos.
