Bardzo dobry hotel. Blisko centrum, spacerkiem do Muzeum Prado. Bezpośrednio przy stacji metra Anton Martin i postoju taksówek. W okolicy dużo fajnych knajpek i barów. Mimo położenia przy ruchliwej ulicy, spokojne miejsce. Smaczne śnaidania z dużym wyborem różnorodnych dań.

W zasadzie wszystko OK. Słabe tylko programy telewizyjne. Ale kto tam ogląda telewizję na turystycznym wyjeździe.

아토차 역에 가까운 위치여서 중심가와는 먼편이지만 그래도 조용히 숙박할 수 있었습니다. 루프탑에 수영장도 있는데 뷰가 멋지더라고요! 방도 넓어서 캐리어 두개 펴기에 좋았고, 아주 깔끔한 4성급 호텔이라 다음에 마드리드 와도 또 여기 숙박할 것 같아요. 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다! 건너편에 마트, 맛집도 많아서 편했고, 프라도 미술관이 가깝습니다.

It is very central in Madrid

They stolen my wife handbag when we were in the reception/lounge of the hotel. It had my passport on it and I needed to stay one more day to go to the embassy to get a temp one. I had to pay for an extra night and the staff was not very helping and did’t want to look at the security camera without a request from the police. I also had to buy an extra plane ticket.

The location

I booked a twin room as advertised but despite four pleas for a twin room we were given a double room and told they are subject to availability. Yet we arrived two hours early on the day and were first to check in but there were apparently no twin rooms available. This is false advertising and should not be allowed by booking.com We were told a day later after complaining about it that they could move us to a twin room on the day we were leaving which added insult to injury. They did not care a bit about our unhappiness and I will not book the hotel again as they promised four times they would do everything they could to ensure we got a twin room and we even though we checked in at 1pm on the day so they didn’t try very hard at all.

Front staff was not very helpful. The lighting in the room was not very good, the A/C did not work very well so the room was very warm and pillows on bed were small.

God service med folk der kunne tale engelsk i recptionen. Virkelig lækker morgenmad. Der var en dejlig tagterrasse og en lille pool, hvor de unge var heldige at få plads. Beliggenheden var lige i nærheden af metroen, banegården og der var ikke langt til centrum. Så også det var godt, Flexible udtjekning og indtjekning.

The gym was better than most hotels, it still could use a static bench press and a bit heavier free weights, it’s an ok gym to get you out of an emergency, the rooms are spacious and have double windows both with double glazing, so it’s extremely quiet. Stuff is helpful and very willing to help.

They don’t offer their own safe in order to leave high valuables, it isn’t even a paid service. It would be amazing if there was a jacuzzi on the top. The shower is a bit crazy, it makes half of the bathroom’s floor wet, because there is no division between washroom and shower, so the water just goes straight into the bathroom.

Amazing location. Walkable to all the sites, restaurants and grocery. Very comfortable bed.

There was probably a plumbing issue in the bathroom at the time of our stay. It was fine in the beginning, but as we were nearing the end of our stay, the bathroom just started to smell really bad. Good thing we were about to leave. Even with that, we would probably still stay here again as the location is amazing and room comfortable.

Το δωμάτιο αρκετά παλιό για τα αστέρια του ξενοδοχείου (ο καθρέφτης είχε ξεφτίσει από τα χρόνια ) , το κλιματιστικό έκανε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο. Μικρή πισίνα .

Great location and the hotel was very clean. Nice size room and bathroom. Staff was helpful.

Only thing we didn’t like were the beds. Not comfortable. Mattress and pillows too soft and bed felt like it was slanted.

La habitation era preciosa y el bano espectacular (darte una ducha allí se sintió bendición). Cama grande y comodisima y espacio para teletrabajar. Nos toco una de las habitaciones que dan a la calle de atrás que es muy variopinta y que luego callejeamos y esta llena de cosas para descubrir. La temperatura era idonea. muchos hoteles se sienten como el polo norte. Nos costo encontrar un hotel en Madrid donde las habitaciones no fueran o super coloridas o llenas de 'ruido visual'. En Catalonia lo encontramos! allí nos sentimos como en casa, en paz. Ubicacion excelente, nos dimos los dos días un paseito temprano por el retiro. y fuera en la misma calle el metro y supermercados grandes. En el mercado de Anton Martin se come genial (hay dos puestos, uno de comida japonesa y otro asiático que estaban super ricos) Todos los miembros del staff fueron super amables y en particular quiero destacar a la mujer que esta en la parte de abajo de la sauna/spa que fue muy maja ayudándonos a encontrar sitios desde los que ver el eclipse. No probamos el desayuno pero no por falta de ganas. tenemos amigos en Madrid y como viajábamos por trabajo era el único huequito que podíamos sacar para verlos (fuimos a La platería bar restaurante, que es mas español y a Nomade cafe que es mas tipo brunch modernillo, muy buenos los dos, según lo que te apetezca. Volveriamos al hotel con los ojos cerrados! Gracias

Nos hubiéramos gustado quizás que la piscina fuera mas profunda y/o grande pero la terraza tenia un toque precioso también.

Spacious and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The pool was amazing on hot Madrid days, and the rooftop bar was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Emplacement idéal pr visiter la ville et les musées à pied . Personnel exceptionnel. Le réceptionniste à notre arrivée particulièrement courtois et professionnel. Nous avons eu des attentions pour notre voyage de noce, qui nous ont fait très plaisir . Petit déjeuner parfait , la dame « Milagros » était très souriante et très agréable. Piscine agréable . Rooftop bar également.

La climatisation fait un peu de bruit la nuit dans notre chambre . Seul point négatif . Sinon tout était parfait

Lekker in het centrum en het is heel fijn dat er een klein zwembad is.

Zwembad gaat pas om 11:00 open en er zijn dan geen personeelsleden of handdoeken aanwezig.

Lo que más, la ubicación, la habitación muy bien distribuida y elegantemente decorada y el restaurante. Asimismo el personal, a todo nivel, una calidad excelente.

El hotel es hermoso, refaccionado a nuevo. Muy moderno. Muy comoda la habitacion (deluxe), los servicios muy bien, el desayuno muy variado. La pisicina muy linda, chica por la demanda de la epoca pero muy bien. La recepcionista nos dejo hacer late check out hasta las 14 hs sin cargo. genia

Que la empleada que limpiaba nuestra habitación abrió la puerta sin golpear a las 9:24 hs y yo en la cama... Me pareció muy desubicada. Hizo lo mismo en el cuarto contiguo (entraba sin golpear y decia: "buen dia", y si habia alguien: "disculpe" y cerraba)

The stuff was wonderful, they helped a lot, the room was huge and the breakfast and pool was wonderful.The hotel was also in a practical area near all the sites on foot and a metro station just a minute away.Definetely coming back soon!

Design of the place was very nice relaxing clean feeling of a vip the cleaning service was also exceptional and the stuff members were very kind will definitely look to book here again if I return to Madrid

Maybe the pool isn’t positioned in the best place as the sun covers it at a certain time also I think a great idea would be to include an iron , slippers and robes

Great terrace on the 7th floor and a space to relax on with with a tiny swimming pool on the 5th floor. Great room service and overall experience. Room changed at request :)

Initial room we received was very outdated, nothing like in the pictures, with a view on the courtyard which made it very dark since there was no natural light at all. Felt like a basement for storage. Additionally, it was next to cleaning supplies so it was very loud from 7am. We managed to change to a different room on the next day, which was absolutely superb, newly refurbished and the experience we expected initially

The friendly staff, the ease of checking in and out. The location being easily walkable to all the major tourist attractions was so handy. Another bonus... it was the only accommodation in our 5 weeks in Europe that didn't require me to wear an eye mask to block the light! The window coverings were complete block outs to ensure the best sleep.

The stay was generally ok, the breakfasts are gorgeous, the location is great, all the sights within a walking distance. Just don't wait much of the pool, it's small, overcrowded and the water is rather cold. SPA is extra.

Skøn pool. Dejlig bar. Og ikke mindst et skønt værelse med en lille sød altan til hyggelig gade.

Lidt kommunikations problemer med personalet. Modsigende oplysninger, højst sandsynligt en sproglig barriere da jeg ikke taler spansk og der var fler der ikke talte engelsk. Men de var super søde alle sammen.

Das Hotel liegt in vielerlei Hinsicht wirklich günstig. Der Bahnhof Atocha ist nicht weit entfernt, an dem auch der Shuttlebus vom Flughafen hält, Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Metro-Station, die berühmten Museen Madrids sind nur einen Steinwurf weit entfernt und auch die Innenstadt ist nicht allzu weit entfernt, auch wenn der Fußweg dorthin nicht unbedingt zu den attraktivsten Strecken zählt. In der Umgebung befinden sich auch einige interessante Bars und Restaurants Das Gebäude ist eigentlich sehr schön und auch das Zimmer war geräumig und ansprechend, allerdings gibt es da im Detail doch den einen oder anderen Kritikpunkt. Sehr positiv überrascht war ich von der Schallisolierung der Zimmer. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren, bekam man von der Außenwelt praktisch nichts mit. Wirklich gut fand ich das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war groß und die Qualität der Speisen hat ebenfalls gestimmt. Zudem gab es dich Möglichkeit, sich frisch zubereitete Speisen zu bestellen. Sehr positiv ist mir in Erinnerung, dass es im Raum verteilt ausreichend Kaffeemaschinen gab, denn nichts ist nervtötender, als wenn sich lange Gästeschlangen bilden und man für seinen Kaffee anstehen muss. Toll war auch der Automat, an dem man sich frisch gepressten Orangensaft holen konnte. Auch das Personal war beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam, was ich auf meiner Reise durch Spanien in anderen Hotels auch anders erlebt habe. Verwendetes Geschirr wurde zügig abgeräumt.

Große Kritikpunkte habe ich nicht vorzubringen, aber doch einige störende Punkte. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon, der eigentlich sehr schön ist, denn er ist recht groß und die Aussicht ist nett, wenn auch nicht berauschend. Das Problem ist, dass sich direkt darüber die Dachterrasse befindet. Wer sich dort an die Brüstung stellt, kann einem direkt von oben auf den Balkon schauen. Es ist schwer, sich entspannt auf der Sonnenliege auszubreiten, wenn man immer damit rechnen muss, dass man von oben begafft wird. Gerade in den Abendstunden bekommt man natürlich auch die Musik und jedes Gespräch mit. Deswegen würde ich vermutlich auf diesen Aufpreis für diese Zimmerkategorie verzichten, da man den Balkon kaum entspannt nutzen kann. Die Kopplung des eigenen Mobilgeräts mit dem TV-Gerät hat einfach nicht funktioniert. Egal, was ich versucht habe, es hat nicht geklappt und die Erklärung im Menü hat keinen Sinn ergeben, weil die entsprechenden Eingabeoptionen gar nicht verfügbar waren. Der Pool auf dem Dach erscheint nett, ist aber eher ein Planschbecken mit hüfthohem Wasser. Schon ein Dutzend Gäste füllt den Bereich praktisch komplett. Insgesamt fand ich, dass das Innere das Hotels und Bereiche wir der Pool oder die Dachterrasse optisch nicht so ansprechend waren, wie er das Äußere verspricht.

Close to Anton Martin subway makes it the perfect location. Friendly staff and walkable to many attractions or just take the subway. Drinks up on the terrace also great. Loved the cute America cafe just a few doors down for breakfast.

Hôtel propre. Il y a plusieurs terrasses. À proximité du métro, de la gare et d’un parking sous terrain

- Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas là - Les lits des enfants n’était pas adaptés (lit superposé escamotable). Ma fille de 7 ans passait au travers du garde corps du lit supérieur. Mon fils de 3 ans se coinçait entre le mur et le lit inférieur. - Aucun charme, les chambres sont standard avec du mobilier et deco tres classique. - La piscine est une pataugeoire (80 cm de profond sur 5 m de long). La vue rooftop est certes une vue dégagé mais rien d’extraordinaire.

Hotel byl blízko od centra, takže lokalitu hodnotím velmi pozitivně. Pokoj byl velmi čistý a postel velká a pohodlná. Během svého pobytu jsem také využila bazén, který byl příjemným osvěžením.

Nedokážu přijít na nic, co bych chtěla zkritizovat. V hotelu jsem byla pouze dvě noci a žádný problém se nenaskytl, takže žádná negativa nemám. Pouze výhled z mého pokoje nebyl v podstatě žádný.
