I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt so much that I decided to extend it. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the staff — friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything was so good that extending my stay was an easy decision. I’ll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay – Truly Outstanding Hotel & Staff We have just finished an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout Bay, and honestly, it has been exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning. The location is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, the rooms are fantastic and the whole place has such a relaxed, luxurious feel to it. Everything is exceptionally well maintained, and you can tell there is a real pride in the hotel and the service they provide. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the people. A very special mention has to go to Sophiane, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of care, friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. Sophiane genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We would also like to give a huge thank you to all the staff on the front desk at the entrance of the hotel. Every single person we dealt with was welcoming, helpful, professional and incredibly friendly. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely valued as guests. It is easy for a hotel to have beautiful surroundings, but it is the staff who create the experience, and the team here absolutely nailed it. We have travelled to many places and stayed in some excellent hotels, but this stay will genuinely stand out as one of the best. The combination of the beautiful setting, fantastic facilities, incredible service and, most importantly, the people makes this somewhere we would 100% return

Very expensive diner for what it offers. 420 dirhams per personne dinner is quite high and at diner time, its most of the time empty reflecting the unreasonable price! In addition, music was put early in morning at 7am waking up people. Friday and Saturday nights are very noisy.

Nous avons séjourner dans cette hôtel pour la deuxième tout etait parfait le petit déjeuner délicieux ainsi que l'amabilité du personnel . Durant le séjour nous avons eu un imprévu familial et nous avons du quitter l'hôtel une nuit avant la fin de notre séjour. L'équipe ainsi que la direction de l'hôtel on etait très réactif et compréhensif et on tout mit en place pour me faciliter le départ . Je tien a remercier toute l'équipe ainsi que la direction pour le soutien qui m'a etait apporter .

Nous nous sommes faits voler nos sweat shirt à l’arrivée ainsi qu’un tshirt de course pendant le séjour. Très très frustrant. Pas du tout « baby friendly », douche à l’italienne pour baigner un bébé de 10 mois.. pas de moyen de chauffer les repas dans la chambre. Personnel à la réception catastrophique : ils n’étaient d’aucune aide. Le reste du personnel était très sympa et prévenant.

Hôtel situé à 30 min à pied du village de TAGHAZOUT, facilement accessible via la petite corniche piétonne. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, et propreté de l'établissement à relever ! Eviter toutefois la chambre 222 qui donne sur l'accès aux services techniques de l'hôtel, vue pas du tout à la hauteur du site et bruyante vu les déplacements du personnel avec les chariots. Merci à Samir le gardien pour ces précieux conseils ;)

La fille à la réception dont le nom ´Amal’ a été très hautaine lors du check in. Nous avons demandé si on pouvait accéder à la chambre 30min à l’avance (avant 15h) elle nous a fait attendre sans confirmer si oui ou non jusqu’à ce que j’ai dû lui demande si on devait attendre pour qu’elle dise oui. Je ne trouve pas ça professionnel. Il faudra recruter du personnel assez senior pour ce genre de postes. Le room service était médiocre, ils ont omis les services et les couverts et on a dû attendre..les pates creamy alfredo étaient unmanageable : trop salés, pas de fromage râpé, sauce non qualitative. Housekeeping était le pire: passage du service de nettoyage très en retard au cours de la journée et à leur passage ils n’ont pas fourni de nouvelles serviettes et ont laissé la terrasse et les tables à chevets poussiéreuses. Pour un hôtel 5* et au prix à payer, je trouve ça choquant!!!

We loved the food, the facilities and the friendly staff. The location is stunning, with great facilities, idyllic surroundings and incredible sea views. We absolutely loved the entertainment program that ran daily. This was a surprise bonus for us as we weren't expecting things like aqua aerobics, kids karaoke and beach volleyball tournaments. It was the cherry on the cake!

We had a slight issue at the start of the trip with our room not being cleaned properly. However, when we reported it, the staff bent over backwards to correct it and our room was immaculate from then onwards.

The hotel grounds and everywhere were so beautiful

The hotel lobby bar was being refurbished ..meaning the pool bar closed at 19.00….beach bar closed at 21.00. So the times we came back from a meal and just had to go to our room & order drinks (it was a shame because that was the only thing that let our stay down)

De ligging op loopafstand van de village. En dat het hotel pal aan het strand ligt, Met een privé strand en een beach club met heerlijke bedjes. De medewerkers daar top! Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam niets was teveel gevraagd. De kinderen genoten van het zwembad en activiteiten die aangeboden werden. Ook de bedden lagen heerlijk.

Het dinerbuffet viel voor mij persoonlijk wat tegen, maar dit is natuurlijk een kwestie van smaak.

Je suis un client régulier de cet hôtel cependant à chaque fois c’est le même goût d’inachevé, l’emplacement est super l’accès à la plage est un plus indéniable cependant la qualité et la variété de la nourriture notamment le buffet du dîner contraste fortement avec le prix et la qualité des équipements. Excepté Le restaurant côté piscine il a une qualité de nourriture stable et excellente depuis toujours .

Hôtel très charmant, très bien entretenu et surtout très propre. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable, souriant, disponible et aux petits soins, aussi bien dans l’hôtel qu’à la réception. À chaque fois que j’ai rencontré un petit souci ou fait une demande, on m’a toujours trouvé une solution rapidement, avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les petits détails pratiques, notamment la planche et le fer à repasser disponibles directement dans la suite. Le seul petit bémol concerne les repas et le petit-déjeuner. Il y avait énormément de monde lors de notre séjour et, à certains moments, il fallait attendre que le buffet soit réapprovisionné. Rien de dramatique, mais c’est un point qui pourrait être amélioré lorsque l’hôtel affiche une forte fréquentation. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience. À refaire volontiers afin de pouvoir me faire une idée encore plus précise lors d’un prochain séjour. 😊

As a Hyatt Globalist who has stayed at Hyatt properties around the world, I have never experienced a Hyatt with such a consistently low level of service as Hyatt Regency Taghazout. From the front desk to the restaurants, pool staff, and management, there was a striking lack of attentiveness or genuine concern for guests. We were assigned a suite with construction directly above us on a Sunday morning, completely ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing day in our room. When I complained, the response felt more like annoyance at having to deal with the complaint than concern about the guest experience. Management eventually apologized and offered 10,000 World of Hyatt points, which I appreciated, but it does not excuse the lack of advance warning. The food was equally disappointing. The buffets were tired, and the food was bland and uninspired. Even Sud, Km 17, supposedly one of the property’s upscale restaurants, fell far below the standard of an upscale restaurant regarding food and service. The gym was another major letdown: no air conditioning, dirty, and equipped with old, poorly maintained equipment. For a resort of this category, this is simply unacceptable. The property itself has a beautiful location and enormous potential, but the execution falls well short of Hyatt standards. My overall impression is that the hotel is primarily geared toward the domestic family market rather than the expectations of an international Hyatt clientele. Basically they don’t care about the international gists since their main source of income is the Moroccan guests. This is unfortunately one Hyatt I would not return to or recommend to other Globalists.

Lovely place, super child friendly. They have a dedicated entertainers team that have a great program for daily children activities, led by Eva. Amazing stuff are sukayna, maryam, ayoub.

La plage avec peu de monde Mention spéciale à Ghizlane à la réception pour son professionnalisme.

Le staff qui malgré sa gentillesse, ne maîtrise pas les bases du service, il y a un souci de communication apparent ( du à la présence de saisonniers d’après le management)) mais qui n’est pas compensé par le mid-management qui n’est pas visible sur le terrain sauf quand vous réclamez. La qualité de la nourriture qui est très quelconque voir médiocre, pour un hôtel en bord de mer et avec une des eaux les plus poissonneuses du monde, on s’attendrait à trouver un bel étalage de poissons et des produits frais, ce n’est pas le cas. Tout est fade. À notre arrivée, nous avons déjeuner au restaurant en bord de mer, la friture de poissons, était immangeable. Pour compenser, le soir il y a un buffet mais sans âme. Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié mais peu de goût, on a l’impression d’avoir ajouté pêle mêle toutes les options possibles mais très peu de choses sont gustatives (la viennoiserie et le pain notamment) Attention à l’accès au chambres, lorsqu’on vient demander une clé, on vous la donne facilement sans confirmer votre identité, c’est même arrive avec les équipes de nuit qui ne nous ont jamais vu auparavant) Le nettoyage pour lequel il fallait systématiquement rapeller à plusieurs reprises pour qu’il se fasse , le 3eme jour, s’en était trop, aucune des 2 chambres n’étaient faite à 19:00, nous avons dû réclamer pour qu’on daigne enfin intervenir. La duty manager est venue s’excuser. Et le lendemain, le DG que je devais rencontrer ne s’est jamais présenté au rdv de 11:00, j’ai patienté une 1/2 heure au lobby, la duty manager est venue me voir pour me dire qu’il arrivait mais il ne sait jamais déplacé. Bref à l’image de l’hôtel, des infrastructures mais une absence de leadership. En guise de compensation, ils nous ont envoyé du miel et de l’amlou et un surclassement en suite. Les jeux de type water-polo dans la piscine qui brisent la sérénité. Nous avons essayé la piscine adulte pour les vite le brouhaha mais les canapés étaient moisis.

A perfect family hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Taghazout. The hotel is ideal for families, with an excellent Kids Club that kept the children happy and entertained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurants offer delicious food. The location is simply outstanding, with direct access to a beach and beautiful swimming pools. Highly recommended for a relaxing family vacation!

We're currently staying at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout. We're here for 2 weeks, and feel that this place deserves a review. We have felt very welcome throughout the stay so far. Jaouad welcomed us at the begining, and has been helpful whenever we needed assistance. When we first arrived he took the time to show us around the hotel, explain everything we needed to know and answer all of our questions. It was a lovely start to our holiday. Since then he always acted immediately to help with any queries. If you're travelling with children, the Kids Club is great. Meryem, Soukaina and Nora clearly put a lot of thought into the activities they organise. It's refreshing to see children encouraged to take part in creative, structured activities and to make friends, rather than simply being entertained with computer games. Our son has had such a wonderful time there that he's made a good friend during our holiday, which has made the experience even more special for him—and for us. The location is another plus. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, just a short walk from the beach and close enough to Taghazout to visit the local restaurants. What has surprised us most is how much there is to do. The activity programme offers everything from yoga and fitness sessions to dancing, so it's easy to be as active—or as relaxed—as you want. A special mention has to go to the Ringoo Animation Team. Eva's yoga classes have been one of the highlights of my stay. She's clearly an experienced instructor who knows how to make each session interesting. The classes are challenging enough for those with previous experience, while still being welcoming and accessible for complete beginners. It's not always easy to strike that balance, but she does it brilliantly. The fitness team—Zakaria, Ouzy and Ayoub—bring so much enthusiasm and positive energy to every session that exercising actually becomes something to look forward to. The catering team, led by Said, have also been excellent. Every member of the team (and Youssef particularly) has been friendly, attentive and happy to help, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I'd also like to thank Hind, who has looked after our room so well. It's been spotless every day, and her care and attention have not gone unnoticed. We've also spent quite a bit of time in the Regency Lounge, which has become one of our favourite places in the hotel. It's peaceful and relaxed, whether you want somewhere quiet to work, enjoy a drink or have a light meal before dinner. We're still here for another week, and that's probably the best recommendation we can give—we're already looking forward to the rest of our stay. Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Regency Taghazout Bay for making our holiday so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Panne de climatisation le temps d'une/2 heures Dommage de me pas insister lors de propositions (water-polo aquagym ... plusieurs fois les activités n'ont pas eu lieux du fait que les hôtes n'ont pas été assez démarcher, lorsque j'ai demandé pourquoi c'était annulé ont m'a dit faute du nombre de participants et puis finalement j'ai demander à deux trois personnes si elles souhaitaient participé et c'était avec grand plaisir puis finalement la partie a eu lieux ... normalement ce n'est pas à moi de démarcher les hôtes pour leur participation.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at especially in the Ocean View Suite. Great room with sliding wall for privacy between bedroom & lounge/sofa bed area where our child slept. Food at breakfast and the beach front restaurant was excellent. Great gym overlooking the ocean (not buried in basement somewhere like you get a lot of places). Brilliant beach front location. All staff were great. We are thinking of returning in a few weeks!

Не понятно зачем большой телевизор. В нашем номере он показывал неверную информацию об отеле. И не было возможности подключить телефон или ноутбук для вывода изображения. Персонал, сказал, что подключить возможно только телефон на android, телевизор перепрошит и они не могут вернуть заводские настройки.

Enjoyed drinks at sunset with a friend at the sud outside lounge area. The service is always tip top, especially from Med and the team, thank you. The drinks are always served so well and it’s always something to look forward to when we are in the hotel.

Très bon emplacement sur Taghazout Bay, l’accès à la mer est très facile et il y a un très bon restaurant face mer. Le restaurant de la piscine a une très bonne carte, c’était très bon comme le buffet petit-déjeuner qui était vraiment très complet. Le spa est très joli et reposant avec de bonnes prestations dans l’ensemble. (Sauf le hammam qui était froid) Les chambres spacieuses, très bien équipées avec un confort optimal et de jolies terrasses avec vue.

Malheureusement, les activités du type « club de vacances All Inclusive  » que nous avions le matin à la piscine ou l’après-midi avec la musique à fond ne collait pas trop avec le standing de l’établissement… Peut-être que c’était la période qui voulait ça.. Le service au niveau de la piscine assez léger, personne avant 10h30 pour vous donner les serviettes de piscine. On nous a même répondu un matin d’aller les chercher nous-même dans les paniers, derrière le comptoir des surveillants de piscine. Certains transats n’avaient pas été nettoyés depuis des années avec des traces d’huiles, de cacas d’oiseaux etc. Un peu dommage pour un 5*.

C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel avec mes deux enfants, et la magie opère toujours autant ! Tout était impeccable, à commencer par une propreté irréprochable dans l'ensemble de l'établissement. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est la gentillesse et la bienveillance de tout le personnel : L'accueil : Un grand merci à Rizlane à la réception pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Le restaurant : La cuisine est magnifique ! Mention spéciale et un immense merci aux serveurs (notamment au petit-déjeuner) qui prennent vraiment soin de nous à chaque repas avec le sourire. Les activités : L'équipe d'animation est fantastique, tout comme l'équipe du Kids Club, mes enfants se sont régalés ! Piscines & Plage : Un vrai bonheur, que ce soit à la plage ou à la piscine. Les enfants ont adoré ! Mention spéciale pour la qualité de l'eau des piscines : très propre, bien entretenue et sans aucune odeur désagréable de chlore. Merci également aux maîtres-nageurs / surveillants de baignade et à absolument tout le monde pour cet accueil si chaleureux. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Les piscines, buffet le matin, la chambre magnifique, le confort, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, l'environnement est très sympa avec des espaces différents et vraiment sympa avec restaurant et piscine sans enfants et plage on a passé un excellent séjour

il n'y a pas de management, je suis consultante en management et je vois bien que le personnel est livré à lui meme sans bien comprendre parfois la demande des clients, il manque un manager qui gère et également le matin , il reste des peaux de banane et des restes près des piscines...aucun manager supervise je veux bien revenir pour les former!!! On aurait aimé avoir un tarif compétitif car nous étions un groupe de plus de 40 personnes

Everything was amazing, the location is another level., in front of the beach and near restaurants if you would like to go out. The cleanliness of the facility, the food is excellent in the buffet, the staff team are very friendly and attentive to details. This is our 4th time staying here and I’m always satisfied with the quality of my stay. I’ll be coming back again.

THE FOOD, the layout next to the sea, the heated swimming pool for kids. A sea promenade to the south and to the north for morning walks - really exceptional setting and views.

Personnel should talk at least English or French as second language to Arabic. Often, when asking a question, they would not understand! The cleaning lady spoke perfectly French, whereas the assistant at the reception did not! Where is the logic??

had so much fun in here the service was impeccable the food was amazing and most importantly every staff member has a smile on their face the hotel is two steps away from the beach the pools were clean and not crowded the rooms were very clean very spacious rooms and bathrooms the gym was nice, went there every day never really like going to the gym but the coach zakaria was encouraging and guided us every step of the way props to him thank you

Hotel was very nice and clean but literally nothing to do at night, and it is quite a walk or short taxi ride into Tagazhout and 30 minutes to Agadir. One night of entertainment which which had to be paid for totally £8 per person in English money - not something I have experienced in any other Hotel or destination.

I love this hotel I’ve been coming here for five years, and the food the beach and the restaurant is excellent the rooms are wonderful, the kids club is a great place for little kids that are -12 years old the entertainment team are taking good care of the children and personally my favorite entertainer is Meryem why ? Because she’s a wonderful lady and she loves to take care of kids whenever she does an activity or a makeover she’s always happy and ready to do whatever it takes with the kids. From my experience in the Hyatt Regency for five years my best memories were with Meryem and she deserves to stay with the kids because she loves her job.

Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits dans cet hôtel en famille et nous en repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le personnel a été aux petits soins et a toujours fait preuve d’une grande disponibilité pour répondre à nos besoins. Cette qualité de service a largement contribué à rendre nos vacances agréables et reposantes. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Hicham, Front Office Manager, dont le professionnalisme, l’attention et la bienveillance ont fait toute la différence. Grâce à son implication et à son sens de l’accueil, notre séjour a été tout simplement inoubliable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de mer, offrant un cadre paisible et reposant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme tout au long du séjour. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Le personnel , le service , la propreté rien à dire la piscine adulte très propre pas d'odeur de klor rien à dire j'espère que ça continuera ainsi très bonne gestion je reviendrai sûrement.

The location is great

It’s a shame: beautiful hotel with a great location but unfortunately we didn’t experience the 5stars hospitality. Some of the staffmembers did of course their best, special thanks to Rachid and Hanan in the restaurant and Hamza at the pool. But most of the staffmember are not of the expected professional level. Some are constantly on their phone, other would give you an extra towel at the pool as if their lives depend on it. We asked to get Two rooms next to each other, no sense of hospitality just mentioning the different type of room. Late check-out with a child who needs a nap is until 2 o’clock, no sense of empathy Above all: No sign of the management on the ground, who would lead by example. Not sure we would recommend this hotel in the current status.

Ontbijt was erg goed. Zwembad en kamers waren fijn.

Personeel is over het algemeen drama vooral in het restaurant en bij het zwembad. Personeel is voornamelijk met elkaar bezig inplaats van de klant bedienen. Ook is de hygiene rondom het zwembad onvoldoende. Aangezien de prijs voor het verblijf van het hotel behoorlijk is had ik meer verwacht.

Super Hotel, tolle Zimmer Alles First class Das Frühstücksbuffet war herausragend. Das beste und größte Frühstücksbuffet das ich heute gesehen habe. Einfach Wahnsinn Die Pools sind toll, viele freie Liegen. Wir hatten Glück, nur ca. 10% Auslastung

We loved the hotel—it was ideal for a young family. The pool area was a huge hit with the children. The food was consistently excellent, whether at breakfast, by the pool, or through room service. However, we felt the buffet was overpriced for what was offered. The children thoroughly enjoyed the kids' club and looked forward to attending every day. We also had a positive experience at the spa, with the treatments being relaxing. The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard.

At times we felt the ancillary services such as house keeping was slow.

Bon établissement dans l’ensemble. Le personnel est attentif aux remarques et cherche à s’améliorer, ce qui est appréciable. Séjour agréable.

Не работал и так и не заработал кондиционер в номере!!!! При заселении с меня списали туристический сбор и спросили: вы заплатите только за себя или за друзей тоже? Я заплатил за всех. На выезде друзей попросили оплатить этот сбор, я узнал об этом уже в самолете. Так себе массаж в спа. Пока это один из худших Hayatt где я был. Сравнивать с Хаятами в Орландо, Бостоне, Мельбурне или Москве даже смысла нет. Где-то далеко позади. Особенно разочаровал кондиционер. Вечером написал в ватсап менеджер: да косяк, кондиционер не работал, но мы его починили!!! . Мы готовы пригласить вас на ужин за счет отеля. Я говорю: да ок, но мы у вас 2 ночи и с друзьями планировали поужинать, можете позвать нас с друзьями на ужин (не бесплатно! Но допустим со скидкой). Ответ: нет! Эта привилегия только для вас!!!! Я все понимаю, но тупость кроется не в отсутствии ужина (нафиг он), а в кривых ответах персонала. Вечером пришел в номер, кондиционер так и не заработал…

L'emplacement, le cadre, le personnel sympathique (mais debordé). La plage privée (mieux que lors de mes 2 sejours précédents en 2021 et 2023).

La mention vue latérale sur mer sans préciser si c'est côté jardin ou côté piscine) les vues sont très différentes pour des chambres au même tarif. En 2021 j'avais pris une vue latérale et la chambre dans laquelle j'étais donnait sur la piscine...ce n'était pas le cas cette fois-ci. Quand j'ai demandé le changement, on m'a fait comprendre que j'étais au 4e étage et que c'était une belle vue (je devais m'estimer heureuse) car au rez-de-chaussée c'était pire. Le frigo ne marchait pas. Le nombre de parasols sur la plage n'est pas suffisant lorsque l'hôtel est complet. Je suis partie nager et à mon retour plus de parasol alors que mes affaires étaient clairement sur le transat. J'ai passé 30 mn sous un soleil de plomb en attendant qu'un autre se libère. Un autre inconvénient est le bruit que font certaines familles nombreuses (ils appellent leurs enfants à haute voix, ils discutent alors que l'interlocuteur est à 100 bornes, les appellent vidéos avec le volume à fond, YouTube sans les écouteurs et j'en passe...ils sont là en exhibition alors qu'on est là pour se détendre) j'étais choquée en voyant ces comportements irrespectueux.

Viele Vögel beim Frühstück, die teilweise vom Buffet fressen. Dreckige Auflagen am Pool(Vogelkot). Kaputte und ungepflegte Liegen am Strand.Auflagen waren sehr alt und dreckig.
