Everything was wonderful, from the beautiful hotel and lovely atmosphere to the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. The food was simply WOW! 😍 Every meal was delicious, with an amazing variety of dishes and so much care put into every detail. A special thank you to the chef and the entire kitchen team for making our dining experience so memorable. I genuinely cannot name a single thing that was good about our stay. The room was disappointing, the bed was uncomfortable, the food was poor, breakfast was poor, dinner was poor, and our experience with the staff was disappointing. There were simply too many things that were below the standard you would expect from a 5-star hotel. This was our wedding night, so we deliberately chose this hotel for such an important occasion. We booked the highest and most expensive room in the entire hotel and paid €1,214 for three nights — more than €400 per night. With that price and a 5-star rating, we expected a completely different level of quality and service. I regularly stay at 5-star hotels around the world, including in Morocco, so I know what to expect from a property in this category. I am also not someone who gives negative reviews easily. When a hotel deserves a 10, I have absolutely no problem giving it a 10. I am always happy to recognize good service and a great experience. Unfortunately, this was nowhere near that level. If I could give this hotel a 0, I would 100%. There is also another issue that I find very concerning. Three weeks after my stay, and after I had submitted my negative review, my booking was suddenly marked as “incomplete.” I contacted Booking.com, and after they looked into the matter, my booking was changed back to “completed.” I cannot say why this happened, but the timing was very concerning and naturally made me question whether it was connected to my negative review. This is also why I am submitting my review again. I am writing this review because I want other guests to know about my actual experience before spending their money here. For the price we paid, I expected a completely different standard. In my opinion, you can spend around half the money at other hotels in the area and have an experience that is 10 times better. To me, this is Hilton without the Hilton experience.

Several aspects of the stay fell significantly short of the standard I would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel, particularly considering the price paid. * The room was below the standard I would expect for the highest and most expensive room in the hotel. At €1,214 for three nights, I expected a noticeably higher level of comfort, quality, condition and overall finish. * The bed was uncomfortable, which directly affected our comfort and the quality of our stay. At this price point, I would reasonably expect a comfortable, high-quality bed. * The breakfast was below expectations in both quality and selection. For a 5-star hotel at this price level, I expected a more varied and higher-quality breakfast offering. * The dinner was disappointing in terms of quality and, in my view, did not justify the price or the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. * The service from the staff was below the level of attentiveness, professionalism and consistency I would expect from a 5-star property, particularly at this price. * The overall quality, maintenance and attention to detail were not consistent with what I would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel charging more than €400 per night for its highest-priced room. Considering that we paid €1,214 for three nights for the highest and most expensive room in the hotel, I expected a substantially higher level of comfort, service, food quality and attention to detail. In my view, the experience did not provide reasonable value for the price paid and did not reflect the standard I would associate with a 5-star hotel. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, including in Morocco, and based on those experiences, the quality and service during this stay fell clearly below the level the I normally associate with a 5-star property. If I could make the choice again,I would 100% choose another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless of the purpose of their stay. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!!!

La chambre n'était pas bien préparé avant notre arrivée. Pas de séchoirs lavabo bouchée avec un retard pour la réparation jusque 10h du soir. L'éclairage de la chambre. Deux ampoules grillés.

Le Check in en retard d une heure. La chambre n était pas propre, il y avait des taches sur le lit et les tapis avec des taches marquantes et trop de poussière. Le personnel prennent nos demandes a la légère Le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de 5 étoiles Les crèmes déposées sur le bar à café de la chambre sont périmées J ai déposé une caution pour que je sois à l aise pendant mon séjour à ma grande surprise je trouve un montant facturé mais non dépensé.

Très déçu. Un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce n’est pas seulement un beau bâtiment et une belle vue : c’est surtout la qualité du service et le respect du client. Malheureusement, le service à la réception est loin du niveau attendu. À part le chef de réception, qui était professionnel et à l’écoute, certains réceptionnistes se comportent comme des amateurs, avec une attitude arrogante et déplacée. Se faire demander de s’asseoir avec un ton méprisant est tout simplement inadmissible. Le standing affiché ne correspond clairement pas au service proposé. Je ne reviendrai jamais.

I didn’t like 3 things : the 1st was the lack of good coffee at breakfast, the machines were never working properly. The 2nd works ongoing by the side of the beach as it won’t let you relax. The 3rd thing which is what disliked the most was the people that the hotel get in for day use. My last day they brought in a couple that used loud music, spoke loud, & created issues with the service and the staff kept apologizing for no big deal reason. I really didn’t like to pay what I pay and these people came in not even from the reception area but from the walking of the beach area. I didn’t feel safe either. Finally train the staff of HSK to replace the towels and the bath mat when they take them.

Our 3-night stay at Hilton Taghazout Bay was disappointing for a 5-star hotel, especially considering the price. We had issues with room setup, cleanliness, missing extra bed, and inconsistent service. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, and there was an unpleasant bathroom smell. Breakfast and towel service were also below expectations. While some staff were helpful and the location is beautiful, the overall experience did not meet 5-star standards. Unfortunately, the service quality did not match the price we paid.

Personnel souvent trop jeune avec manque flagrant d'expérience en communication. La chambre n'était pas prête au check-in (17h30) Les prix des extras sont abusés : Mini viennoiserie : 30dh Même pas une bouteille d'eau incluse dans le "demi-pension". Activités : 600 dh pour séance de surf pour un enfant. L'équipe photographes m'a harselé pour venir voir et acheter les photos (2 appels a la chambre, 1 fois pendant que je dormais, en plus de venir me voir au bar ou au restaurent). Ils ont pris des photos des enfants sans demander aux parents. Je suis déçu pour un Hilton, le Hilton Houara (Tanger) peut servir d'exemple. Message au gérant de l'hôtel : si vous chercher à améliorer la rentabilité, ça doit passer par l'expérience et la satisfaction des clients. Les petits détails comptent dans ce domaine.

A part l'emplacement ainsi que le personnel qui fait vraiment son maximum pour satisfaire les clients, nous n’avons malheureusement rien apprécié dans cet établissement. Notre expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de prestation que nous attendions.

En résumé, le personnel et l’emplacement sont les véritables points forts de l’établissement. Pour le reste, des améliorations importantes sont nécessaires, notamment au niveau des infrastructures, de l’entretien et de la qualité et de la diversité de la restauration, l'accès difficile à la plage...

أود تقديم شكوى بخصوص إقامتي في الفندق. حسب الحجز عبر Booking.com، كنت قد حجزت غرفة بسرير واحد وعلى المسبح، ولكن عند الوصول تم إبلاغي بأن الحجز لا يشمل غرفة على المسبح، واضطررت إلى دفع مبلغ إضافي للحصول عليها. بعد ذلك انتظرت أكثر من ساعتين لاستلام الغرفة، وعند استلامها فوجئت بأنها تحتوي على سريرين منفصلين بدلًا من سرير واحد كما هو موضح في الحجز. وبعد عدة اتصالات، تم دفع السريرين بجانب بعضهما ووضع شرشف فوقهما بطريقة غير مهنية، ولم يكن ذلك حلًا مناسبًا أو مطابقًا للحجز. أرجو من Booking.com مراجعة هذه الشكوى والتواصل مع الفندق، خصوصًا أنني دفعت مبلغًا إضافيًا ولم أحصل على الغرفة بالمواصفات المتفق عليها في الحجز

C’était pas vraiment propre par rapport aux autres années, j’ai trouvé qu il faut se focaliser sur le nettoyage profond des chambres car les vitres étaient sales les tables dans le balcon il y avait de la poussière, Le sol de la chambre était mal lavé le tapis était crasseux Il y avait de la poussière dans la salle de bain.

Nous avons malheureusement été très déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes, notamment en raison de plusieurs soucis d’organisation qui ont rendu ces quelques jours assez désagréables.

Les chambres s'ouvrent de l'extérieur. Porte fenêtre non sécurisée. Longue attente. Check in supposé a 15h, entrée dans la chambre 16h...1h d'attente dans le lobby est inadmissible pour ce type standing. Attente interminable pour recevoir la monnaie...le personnel serviette se roule dès joints derrière son comptoir au lieu de satisfaire les clients. Porte d'entrée de la chambre défectueuse et s'ouvre de l'extérieur sans la carte. Le service technique nous a proposé de changer de chambre mais aucune démarche n'a été entreprise...la propreté des chambres est douteuse...tapis sales et poils pubien dans les toilettes...nous avons du demander 2 fois à la femme de ménage de faire notre chambre je voyage au 4 coins du monde dans différents hôtels de différents standing....le rapport qualité prix du HILTON TAGHAZOUT est de loin le plus exécrable jamais vu

La habitación está muy bien y en el desayuno el personal muy amable y agradables.

La comida en el restaurante es pésima, pedi un plato me lo sirvieron frio y no estaba bueno…. Y el servicio en la terraza muy deficiente, hay que estar constantemente pendiente que alguien te pueda atender….. Si vas y ha fiesta tienes que pagar entrada aunque estés alojado, no te lo dicen pero te encuentras la sorpresa después.

Les restaurants de l’hôtel, le personnel du Anaw est catastrophique et la qualité des repas aussi. La draps ont des bouloches et sont usés. Il faut relancer plusieurs fois le House keeping quand on a besoin de quelque chose.

The staff was professional, especially the receptionist, Zakaria, who was courteous and helpful. The check-in process was quick, easy, and efficient, making for a smooth arrival experience.

We liked the room, which was quite and spacious with a decent size bed, and the feel on the hotel rounds was calm. It was alos nice the direct acess to the beach and quiet sunbed area with shade facing the sea. The staff was always avaialble to help.

We stayed for one week at Hilton Taghazout and, overall, had a pleasant stay, but it fell short of what we expected from a Hilton five-star property. Breakfast was extremely crowded every morning, making it difficult to find a table, with frequent shortages of cutlery, glasses, and basic items. The room also showed signs of wear, with old bed linens that had to be replaced, and our room phone never worked despite reporting it on the first day. The food quality in the restaurants was average at best and overpriced for the standard offered, so we only ate there twice. Beach service was inconsistent, with long periods without any waiter attending the sunbed area. We were also surprised that hotel guests were asked to pay an additional 150 MAD per person to watch the Morocco vs. France World Cup match on the hotel's big screen, which was disappointing. The hotel, although only a few years old, already feels in need of refurbishment and better maintenance. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property remains a decent place to stay, but it does not currently deliver the experience expected from a Hilton resort in this category.

The obnoxious staff, bedding worthy of 1-star hotel, breakfast with absolutely no variety that runs completely out of food and hour and a half before it’s even over, the insurance of the staff, especially the concierge, a certain as a dean, and the total absence of the hotel manager.

Some policies got to change. I paid for breakfast and dinner and I was surprised that drinks were not included !!! Of course I am not talking about alcoholic drinks. Just water or soda, and they will stop you at the exit to pay for the drink!! 50 Mad for 75L bottle of water!!! I would rather being charged at the beginning and Include it with the dinner then being stopped and wait for the change…this is not a 5 start treatment.

- The breakfast was quite basic and didn’t meet the expectations we had for a 5-star property. A wider variety of fresh options would make the experience even better. - We were allowed into the bar to watch the World Cup match, but shortly afterward a staff member informed us that the hotel’s policy had changed and that we now had to pay to continue watching the game. This was never mentioned in advance or during the booking process, so it came as an unpleasant surprise.

No beach towels for our first day. Had to ask for a while before getting them the second day. Had to request for towels for the room which took for ever No bathroom amenities (we also had to request for them) Normal rooms dont get a bathrobe (only for suites apparently) Only tiny water bottles in the room (while the tap water is not drinkable)

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, beach are needs improvement and such a shame it is ruined by the reception staff. We stayed for the hotel for 3 days as part of an 11 day trip to a Morocco. The hotel and rooms are really well kept, large rooms with lots of space, great pool area and excellent food. Staff were very warm and welcoming in the resort, however the reception staff were rude and unaccommodating, the beach bar and area requires some update and cleaning and there is nothing going on at night. There other better options to stay at in Taghauzout bay such as the Hyatt Regency which I would recommend staying at.

We recently stayed at Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. However, for a five-star hotel, especially compared to other luxury hotels we have experienced in Marrakech, there are some areas that need improvement. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. As someone who has family in Morocco and is familiar with authentic Moroccan cuisine, I can confidently say that the msemen served was not of an acceptable standard. I believe many Moroccan guests would feel the same. In addition, the breakfast service lacked attention to detail. Tables were often not properly set, with items such as sugar for coffee and napkins missing. The quality of the tea was also below expectations. Overall, we had the impression that cost-cutting measures were affecting the quality of the breakfast experience, which is disappointing when paying around €700 for a three-night stay. We also experienced an issue with the minibar fridge in our room, which did not work properly and was unable to keep drinks sufficiently cold. While this may seem like a minor detail, it is something guests would reasonably expect to function correctly in a five-star resort. Another issue occurred during checkout, when we were mistakenly charged an additional €200 for expenses that were not ours. Fortunately, this was resolved, but it created unnecessary inconvenience at the end of our stay. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the kindness of the staff and enjoyed many positive moments during our visit. We left with some wonderful memories, but we hope the hotel will address these issues to better reflect the standards expected of a five-star resort.

La gentillesse du personnel, la belle chambre et la salle de bain avec la douche à l’italienne, la taille de l’hôtel pas trop grand. les chaises longues sur la plage, la location de surf, les Piscine, très jolie, dommage qu’elles ne soient pas un tout petit peu plus chaude.

My husband and I came here for a 5 night getaway and while the property itself is beautiful, we had some not so great experiences. The good - - The breakfast buffet is delicious and well worth the spend. - The staff at the pool restaurant, Mbark in particular, were very nice and attentive - The property is well maintained and the pools are clean. Lounge chairs are all new and very comfortable The Bad- -If you aren’t a walker, you’ll be taking a lot of taxis. It’s a 45 min walk each way into town and while the boardwalk or beach are very nice, in the heat, it’s a killer so be ready with water. - I emailed the hotel prior to our arrival to request the shuttle from the airport. They never replied so we ended up taking a taxi - Our check in was a disaster. They had no idea how to add our Hilton rewards number, the woman at the Honors desk was extremely rude, our room was 30 minutes late and then they said they were giving us an upgrade as an apology. The upgrade was a ground floor room with no view of anything, a shower that leaked and flooded the bathroom and shower gel that took days to get refilled even after asking. The manager said he would be coming back the next day to give us a better room and never did. - They say to not bring in outside food or drinks but there is nowhere on site to buy snacks or any drinks. You can’t even get a Coke before 11 am; forget about a bag of chips should you want one - if you’re in a country where you can’t drink the tap water, hotels shouldn’t be charging you for water. They only provide 2 x 500ml bottles of water a day and in the heat, you need to be drinking at least 6 of those a person.

Staff were great and helpful, no complaints there. There was enough facilities to enjoy.

I feel the buffet breakfast and dinner was not so much great. The choice was great but i felt the quality so ok. Not the best you would expect from such a top hotel and such cost.

Nice welcome when arrived, clean hotel and location good if you want pool, sea and beach. Good walk into village takes you 30 mins to walk in if you want something different. Anaw restaurant in grounds first night tried & waited to be served even a menu for a drink & get anyone’s attention. Had a negroni from this bar and not good & poor quality. They need to up their game on service, cocktail making & choice. Ideas put strawberry dairiquri, Long Island ice tea, long negroni. They need more staff trained in customer service and someone keep an eye on the area. Breakfast area at main part of hotel full of staff in the morning but the Anaw is short staffed in the daytime and evenings needs a change. Pillows terrible in bedroom even with two pillows completely go flat in a matter of minutes. Bedroom lovely, hairdryer, iron, slippers included, nice bathroom.No bathrobe disappointed. Room kept clean by maids every day make me feel looked after even when I didn’t make my bed myself. Ladies toilet by pool attached to Anaw for 3 days no soap in dispenser to wash hands - why this isn’t checked by cleaners need to improve. In the evening early 18.30 went to use toilets and hand soap but no toilet paper in any of the toilets. Breakfast mayhem on Saturday 28/3/26 with 130 conference lawyers/legal people hitting the main hotel & breakfast area very loud voices, with no consideration for other people for the whole weekend they were in. They were very demanding to staff who were trying to cope and the rest of the guests felt annoyed. It was chaotic & stressful and unpleasant. I would suggest from experience of setting up and running conferences you set up the conference centre with breakfast to avoid the traffic of these people over powering the main breakfast area and causing havoc and upsetting the other hotel guests!!

"Expérience très décevante du début à la fin. Dès mon arrivée, il y avait un sérieux manque d’organisation et surtout de communication. J’avais clairement réservé une chambre avec pension incluant petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner, mais à chaque fois que je me présentais, on me disait que ce n’était pas inclus ou qu’il y avait une confusion avec un groupe. Souffrant d’un problème auditif, j’avais pourtant informé le personnel à l’avance, mais aucun effort n’a été fait pour faciliter la communication (ni explication claire, ni suivi). J’ai dû insister à plusieurs reprises pour qu’ils contactent la réception, ce qui a pris beaucoup de temps, et la réponse était toujours floue. Concernant la chambre, aucun effort non plus : pas d’eau dans le minibar, et malgré une demande au service de chambre, rien n’a été livré. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, c’est inacceptable. Au final, face à cette accumulation de problèmes et au manque total de considération, j’ai été contraint de quitter l’hôtel vers 15h sans même pouvoir prendre mon déjeuner, alors que ma réservation était encore valable jusqu’au lendemain. Le plus surprenant reste l’absence totale de réaction du personnel lors de mon départ : personne ne s’est soucié de savoir pourquoi je partais ni si j’étais satisfait. Seuls points positifs : l’emplacement et un personnel globalement poli, mais cela ne compense pas une expérience aussi mal gérée. Rapport qualité/prix très insuffisant."

Le service de ménage, d’accueil, du restaurant et des services de piscine et surtout le kids club, mes enfants réclament encore d’y retourner (Jamais eu de tels expérience de kids club, les animatrices les plus douces avec mes enfants de 3 ans et 9 ans). Ils ont reclamé d’y passer au moins 1h par jour. Le cadre magnifique, on déconnecte dans ce paysage avec l’espace les 4 piscines et la plage, on ne se marche jamais dessus ni pour un transat ou des serviettes! C’était top! Probablement liée à la saison. la nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité.

Bellissima struttura, curata nei minimi dettagli. Colazione sopra ogni aspettativa, meravigliosa qualità oltre alla varietà che mi aspettavo da un grande hotel. Ottimo il servizio del kids club, insegnanti molto carine e disponili.

Unica pecca, bisognerebbe avvisare almeno in giornata se ci sono convegni grossi o grandi gruppi e viene limitato l’accesso ad un ristorante

Lovely modern hotel which was always spotlessly clean. Room was large and well equipped (though I would have liked more coat hangers and a shower cap). Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Oumaima and the pool man who always supplied us with towels and umbrellas and checked we were okay. Breakfast was excellent, had everything you could possibly want with delicious pastries. The staff actually opened the Imim restaurant early for us as our toddler granddaughter was tired and hungry. The only negative was that sometimes the service at the Awal restaurant was rather slow, a 40 minute wait for a pasta dish for granddaughter and the fact that they couldn’t serve ice cream because they didn’t have a scoop!! Loved the pool layout and the gardens. Definitely come again.

This is another return visit ( second home) to this wonderful hotel. On arrival Khalil and Salma in reception were waiting with everything ready.This was organised by Soukaina,who I would like to give many thanks,her attention to detail is amazing. Khalil was an excellent escort to my room and my bed was decorated in Petals with “Welcome back”🥰 I was greeted at breakfast by Habib with open arms and Abdallah had a table ready with Omar bringing a delicious array of fruits. Omar has looked after me for all of my visits,I am truly honoured. There was quite large groups stayingon Saturday, so Sunday morning was manic at breakfast.But nothing is too much for this hotel and there were so many staff working their socks off to replace crockery and cutlery etc. Ouaima was everywhere helping and always with a smile. Well done all of your staff. On Sunday my wonderful housekeeper FaDma saw my birthday cards and on return my bed was an absolute picture,this is when Soukaina surpasses herself organising cake,petals and stunning swan displays. I really enjoyed my evening meal and a cheeky cocktail. Adil the chef responsible for cooking my lobster produced a delicious dish,cooked to perfection. I was chatting to other guests when a surprise cake and lighted candle arrived along with singing waiters,to celebrate my birthday. Now I hope you can all see why this hotel is the best and safest Hilton that I have the pleasure to visit. PS the beach is lovely and a promenade to walk for miles.

Food options limited and breakfast not very tasty for a 5 star resort (eg. powdered scrambled eggs, overcooked sausages). Limited choice of hotel food (at steep prices) and 30 mins walk to next set of restuarants.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel idéalement situé dans la baie de Taghazout. La chambre est très bien équipée, avec une literie de grande qualité. L’établissement dispose de trois piscines non chauffées, mais très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est généreux et de qualité, et la formule demi-pension est particulièrement intéressante. Un autre restaurant, typiquement marocain, propose des plats délicieux, même si les prix sont comparables à ceux pratiqués en Europe. Un grand merci à Khalil pour son professionnalisme digne des hôtels haut de gamme, à Imane au restaurant pour son accueil très professionnel, ainsi qu’à Simo et surtout Mohamed et son collègue pour leur gentillesse et leur service autour de la piscine. Merci également au chef Mohamed pour ses plats succulents, ainsi qu’au chef pâtissier.

Point négatif important : il est arrivé à plusieurs reprises que des techniciens ou du personnel de chambre entrent sans frapper, en utilisant leur passe pour ouvrir directement la porte. Ce comportement est inacceptable et très désagréable pour les clients. Une formation plus rigoureuse semble nécessaire sur ce point, afin de respecter l’intimité des occupants. Nous avons d’ailleurs signalé ce problème à la réception.

Je me suis fait voler mes chaussures à la piscine sous mon transat quand je me suis endormie Malgré les soit disant caméras de surveillance ils n ont rien vu et je suis repartie pieds nus ( mes chaussures valaient 100 euros) ! L établissement décline tt responsabilité pour les effets personnels ! Et nous n avons pas pu dormir 2 nuits à cause de la boite de nuit de l hôtel le 1 er samedi soir et à cause d 1 soirée privée des 2 côtes de l hôtel le dernier vendredi. Nous n avons pas fermé l œil de la nuit le dernier soir jusqu’à 5h du matin. Tout l hôtel était réveillée quand je suis allée me plaindre à 4h du matin . Et la quand on demande un geste commercial pour la nuit : l hôtel nous dit qu ils ne sont pas responsables du bruit des voisins !! Et vu que vous avez laissé un acompte de 1261 dirhams de garantie vous n avez pas de moyen de pression. C est lamentable! Au niveau sécurité également c est une vraie passoire : tt le monde rentre comme il veut . Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas terribles et les prix des restaurants exorbitants ! Bref fuyez cet hôtel !

The hotel upon arrival seemed lovely, but very quickly we recognised things weren’t running as they should. Rooms weren’t ready, and there were multiple instances of guests being told their bookings couldn’t be accommodated at all, with some needing to find alternative places to stay. What stood out most was the lack of organisation at reception - there were several staff present, but very little direction or urgency, which made the whole process feel chaotic. The rooms themselves are a decent size, but cleanliness fell below what you would expect from a Hilton. Housekeeping didn’t feel thorough, bad smells on multiple floors of the building, and some areas needing a much deeper clean. Food across the complex was another disappointment - very basic and surprisingly expensive for the quality. Unfortunately, service didn’t improve the experience. Whether in the bars or restaurants, waits were consistently long just to get a menu or a drink, and it was rare for staff to check back or offer another round. The only time things moved quickly was when it came to paying, which left a slightly sour impression. The overall atmosphere also didn’t match expectations. Noise from nearby venues carried late into the night, and combined with the general layout and energy of the place, it didn’t feel particularly relaxing or in line with what you’d expect from a spa-style hotel. Walking around neighbouring hotels, it was noticeable how much better equipped and aligned they seemed for the type of experience this hotel is aiming to offer. Overall, really disappointing. I’d strongly suggest others consider alternatives before booking - there are better options nearby that deliver far more for the money.

Wenn man im Land herumreist und das Frühstück der Riads gewöhnt ist kann auch das grösste Frühstücksbuffet nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen dass es halt Massenware ist.

Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by ongoing disturbances and a lack of professionalism. A couple of nights before we requested a move there was loud music from the beach bar continued late into the night, and groups of individuals were frequently walking through the hotel grounds shouting and screaming. This created an environment that made it very difficult for my son to relax or sleep. Additionally, we travelled as a family, yet my eldest son was placed in a room in a different building. This was both inconvenient and concerning, as we expected to be accommodated close together. I was also disappointed with the level of service provided. On multiple occasions, staff appeared to be standing around chatting, while service was noticeably slow. This gave the impression of a lack of organisation and attention to guests’ needs. Furthermore, we were not informed about the charge for paddle use at the time of our first or second booking. It was only upon the third booking that this fee was mentioned, £95 for 3 half hour games. This lack of transparency around pricing felt misleading and should have been communicated clearly from the outset. Given the combination of these issues, our overall experience fell well below expectations.

La localisation et la disposition de la piscine

On arrive dans la chambre les bouteilles d’eau sont déjà consommées par les anciens clients et non changées, le service en chambre 2h pour nous servir de l’eau, 3h pour m’amener des draps que j’ai du moi même change et le summum a été le service inexistant a la piscine, pour ramener l’addition ils sont très rapides mais pour le service 0/10 ils mettent 45 minutes a servir un jus d’orange chaud, le gérant des serviettes a dit a ma compagne « allez les chercher vous même » le petit déjeuner inclus n’est vraiment pas bon, très bas de gamme ce ne sont pas des prestations de 5 etoiles c’est intolérable il vaut même pas un 4 étoiles je suis trop déçu pour le prix franchement..

So beautiful hotel, specially the pool area is just incredible!! Everywhere looks and smells gorgeous, so relaxing to stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I even got upgrade to ocean view room and the room was perfect! There are good facilities, for example many restaurants, gym and luxury pastry shop.

Just one thing, the bedding sheets! There are already many negative reviews about this topic and I just can't understand how they haven't got new sheets yet. I have travelled a lot and even hostels have better sheets. Sheets were super old, full of lint and smelled bad. After the first night I asked to change new sheets cause they smelld so bad, but the new ones were just the same. I don't get it, how does five star hilton hotel not understand how important it is to have fresh sheets at a hotel? I almost gave review 7 because of this. If the sheets were ok, I would give 9. Otherwise the bed was super nice.

It was perfect at all

Great location for beach/surf, lovely hotel but limited in buffet choices. Nice atmosphere, staff friendly. Bar food was nice but took a while to be served. Rooms have very high ceilings, hard to fall asleep in but clean. Quite good value for money. New years Gala was different not sure this was worth the money but music was good!
