It’s located on a high hill with a beautiful view. The place is clean, and the room is very comfortable for sleeping. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I paid quite a lot for this hotel, but I was very disappointed with my recent stay. There was no hair dryer provided, and no complimentary drinking water in the room. Some guests, including myself, do not feel comfortable drinking filtered water directly from the sink. The first time I stayed here, everything was great and all the basic amenities were provided. However, during my recent stay, the experience was not satisfactory at all. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be staying here again in the future.

Not given a room at 3pm standard check in time. Only checked in at 5.30pm and was not given the 7th floor room which we was asked to wait for 1 hour but had to settle with 6th floor. Housekeeping did not make up the room multiple times. Door could not be lock during indoor stay. Bellboy did not attend to our luggage until we came down to ask. During check out, he was not patient and willing to help with the luggage arrangements. Pillow was not fluffy and feels like old pillow. Blanket was not thick and felt cold during the night. Despite informing the receptionist to do a full room service which include to change the bedsheet and refill tea and coffee packets, and to replace our towel. BUT NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!! WE NEED TO CALL RECEPTIONIST 3 TIMES BEFORE OUR RECEIVING OUR NEW TOWEL.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit umfangreichen Frühstück und ganz netten Mitarbeitern. Zentral gelegen man ist überall schnell. Restaurants sind reichlich vor Ort und schnell zu erreichen.

Location in the vicinity of Tanah Rata, ample parking, wide family room.

1. The bed linen was not changed when we checked in at 4PM. We asked it to be changed but only after i complained 4 times at the concierge and only changed after 9PM. 2. Booked family room for 4 and added 1 additional bed but only give 2 towels while additional bed and towels only come after i complained 4 times. Also only get it after 9PM. 3. Room is spacious but only 1 shower for family room. Worse than apartment homestay.

I booked for one night and then suddenly wanted to book for another night they told me the room is booked and had to change the room they could’ve left me this room and gave the other person the other room. Flexibility was bad

We arrived at around 3 PM, but the rooms were still not ready. If I hadn’t insisted and followed up with the staff, I felt like we might have ended up waiting indefinitely in the lobby. In the end, we also couldn’t get rooms on the same floor because we prioritized getting into hour rooms as soon as possible rather than waiting even longer. This was one of the main flaws during our stay, and honestly, we were quite disappointed about this part of the experience. I hope the hotel can improve its check-in and room readiness process to avoid similar situations for future guests.

The room was nice, it was pretty comfortable for a couple. The restaurant terrace was really nice, taking coffee with a view was a real pleasure. Personnel was nice as well.

The balcony wasn't really useful, there're no chairs or table to sit and chill. The sauna was off. A bit expensive for what it was.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Doppelzimmern. Es wäre wunderbar gewesen, wären die beiden Bäder sauber und alle Handtücher frisch gewaschen gewesen.

The check in time is 3pm, I reached about 4.30pm and the two signature king room is not ready. Got to room alomost 5pm. Why the delay? No one can tell, is not even peak season, is Monday! My personal first impressions were disappointing, the lobby felt plain and uninviting, completely lacking any decorative touches or floral arrangements, Merdeka day is just around the corner! Lobby was completely deserted, and the welcome drink was pale and bland, seemed like an afterthought.

Klein, koud en saai zwembad met maar 2 bedjes. Toen we al lagen te slapen werden we wakker gebeld met de vage vraag of we kinderen op de gang hadden aangesproken of aangeraakt, ze hadden iets gezien op cctv. Geen idee waar het over ging, de volgende dag niets meer over gehoord. Was niet fijn, excuses waren op hun plek geweest. Stoelen op.het balkon was fijn geweest, uitzicht over de stad was er mooi genoeg voor.

Sehr große Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super! Eines der Besten, das wir während unserer Rundreise erlebt haben.

El hotel no es de la categoría de 5 estrellas, es más bien un 3 estrellas. El hotel está muy sucio, las toallas tenían manchas, tuvimos que pedir que nos trajeran otras limpias. Por las imágenes piensas que es un buen hotel, pero no es nada así.

Goede ligging en waarschijnlijk het beste in de omgeving, het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid.

De lakens waren niet proper, ook het tapijt en de stoelen waren bevlekt. Na deze melding kregen we andere kamer. Zou niet mogen gebeuren. We vinden het een heel groot en beetje ongezellig hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and well maintained.

The price was quite expensive for what was offered. The balcony glass was dirty and had visible moss/algae. The balcony was also connected to the neighbouring room, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable as the guests next door could easily see into our balcony area, resulting in very little privacy. The bathtub was extremely small and seemed more suitable for children than adults. The toilet also had no lock, which made us feel uncomfortable and lacked privacy and security.

Está en una colina con vistas al pueblo, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses, aunque con maletas es mejor ir en taxi ya que hay una cuesta bastante larga. La habitación es grande y la cama cómoda, al igual que las almohadas, con dos opciones según dureza. El desayuno está bien. Es práctico si vas estar un par de días.

El hotel resulta frío e impersonal, así como el personal del mostrador. Le sobra una estrella.

De ligging is perfect. In de buurt van alles wat je in de omgeving wilt zien. Het hotel is denk ik ook de beste in de omgeving.

De kamers konden schoner en het rook in een kamer of het een vlindertuin was. Na een opmerking hierover hebben ze direct alles goed opnieuw schoongemaakt en een kamer wissel gedaan. De receptie nam alles heel serieus en pakte alles goed op.

My stay at Zenith Hotel Cameron Highlands was generally pleasant. We were initially given a Signature King Room facing the town. The room was comfortable and clean, but the mosque nearby was quite audible throughout the day, especially during the prayer calls. We did not realize that the following day was Friday, when the prayer session was longer and more noticeable. We spoke to the hotel staff about it, and they were very helpful and accommodating. They kindly arranged for us to move to a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The new room was much quieter and made our stay far more comfortable. We really appreciated the staff's prompt assistance and willingness to help. Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff's efforts to ensure our comfort left a positive impression on us.This can easily be adapted into a shorter Google review if needed.

One minor issue was that the curtains did not fully block out the morning sunlight, so the room became quite bright early in the morning.

Somehow expected better quality experience with the rating from booking and tripadvisor. Outdated venue in general. The bedsheets etc are clean but do not look clean due to stains which for the eye doesn’t look good. (Every single day it was changed but just die to stains etc it didnt look clean-fresh; one day we had the cleaners come over and refresh it twice the same day but in our case all the sheets had just stains on it) Our neighbor was noisy for two days straight and had to knock on the door myself and tell him to make it stop (he only opened after I got help of staff), this was of course due by him and not the hotel although i had to push the staff to come with me due to this discomfort)

The rooms are nice.

If you book a 5-star hotel, you expect a certain standard of service, cleanliness, and communication. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on every single front. Check-in & Communication We arrived well after 16:00, expecting to settle in immediately. After a long, active day, we were really looking forward to a refreshing shower—but our rooms were simply not ready. To make matters worse, the male receptionist spoke such poor English that normal communication was almost impossible. For a 5-star property that hosts a large number of European guests, fluent English at the front desk is the basic minimum you should be able to expect . Zero Accountability Because our check-in was delayed well past the official time, I suggested that some form of compensation or gesture was appropriate. Despite me raising this three times, the receptionist completely brushed it off and talked right over me (at least, as far as I could understand him). There was zero empathy or willingness to resolve the inconvenience. Unacceptable Housekeeping When we finally received our room keys, the state of the rooms was appalling: Room 1: The bed sheets were so badly stained that they immediately had to be replaced. Room 2: Housekeeping had completely forgotten to clean the toilet and the floor hadn't even been vacuumed. Final Verdict All in all, this experience was severely below my expectations for a 5-star hotel. Between the poor English at reception and the embarrassing lack of basic hygiene, they are completely missing the mark. I would strongly advise against staying here until they get their priorities straight.

My 2nd time stay in Zenith Cameron Highland. Love the hotel as the room is big and bed is comfy… room is also clean… the room has a balcony too… now the hotel even have water dispenser so no more buying drinking water. Breakfast spread is delicious and i love the teh tarik and roti canai… love the bread butter pudding and local kueh… Staff are all very friendly and they know their products well. Private carpark is provided without any charges for both cars and motorcycles… the hotel is situated around amenities like bank, eatery, motorcycle rental shop, family mart and 7e and also a small mall nearby that have a few popular eatery. You can just park your vehicle at the hotel carpark and can walk down to the eateries and amenities.

Nothing as all are to my expectation… and also it is my 2nd time stay at Zenith Cameron and will definitely be here again if i were to go to Cameron Highland.

Hygiene standards are low. On the afternoon when i returned to the hotel i saw the chambermaid opposite to my room. I took my used bath towels and asked if she could change for fresh ones. She picked up a towel from a big brown laundry bag and started folding the towel for me.. it took me 2 to 3 seconds to think why is she folding a fresh towel and decided to take a peep into the bag. To my horror they were actually used towels: bath towels mixed with hand towels, face towels and even tissue paper... I was utterly shocked and asked why she is giving me used towels... she just replied sorry ... This is totally unacceptable hygiene standard

The location itself was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was amazing. The staff were very friendly and supportive throughout our stay, especially the reception team, who were always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also good. It may not have been top-notch, but it was probably one of the best options available in the area. Their coffee was particularly special and one of the highlights of the breakfast.

Unfortunately, the bathroom did not feel very clean. We noticed a few insects, and there were signs of mold around the silicone sealant. The bidet was also difficult to use because it did not have a handheld spray or a control that you could press. The hotel’s location may also be challenging for some guests. Walking to the nearest shops and restaurants requires climbing quite a lot of steps, which can be tiring, especially for families or anyone with mobility difficulties.

If you like liminal spaces and The Shining this is the place for you. Hilariously large balcony with our rooms on the second floor, completely pointless as there was no furniture to sit outside. The pool was a bit bleak - again, in acres of space but no furniture around. Cold water too so the kids weren’t really interested. Breakfast options were fine, but started getting a bit cold and sparse by the time we got down there about 8.45.

The staff is helpful and friendly. We got a twin sharing room with balcony and a full view of the city.

The breakfast spread especially croissants and danish is not that soft on the first day but it doesn’t affect my stay. The biggest thing is the water pressure is low in the morning. It’s quite disappointing because my kids are looking forward to have fun in the bathtub before checking out. They should check it regularly especially on the busiest weekend in CH

Very spacious room which was perfect for the family. First time we see a hotel where the rooms are nicer than the common areas. Lovely high ceilings and balcony.

Housekeeping was tardy. On the first morning, they did not vacuum the room, leaving some snack scraps around the bin which had been left by the children. On the second morning, they forgot to replace the towels and floor mats which they took away.

This is far from being a 5 star experience! Filthy room with hair everywhere in the shower, pubes in the toilets, stains on the carpet and on the furniture. Clear lack of maintenance. The staff was not friendly nor unfriendly but it seems strange in malaysia where everyone has a beautiful smile. Breakfast was average: a lot of options but low quality products. My room was not cleaned on our second day (we stayed 3 nights). Price was very high. The swimming pool is not heated which makes it useless (around 19 degrees celsius in my opinion). But the worst part is some people were celebrating until 3 am and the staff did nothing. I m talking fireworks and loud music. Will never return. Very disappointed.

On a positive note, I would like to commend your team. Despite the numerous issues we faced with the room, the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and highly responsive to our frequent requests. We greatly appreciated their efforts to assist us under the circumstances.

The hotel is located at the top of a steep hill. Since all the shops, restaurants, and local amenities are at the bottom, you have no choice but to do a very tiring, 10-minute uphill walk every time you want to return to your room. If you have mobility issues, heavy bags, or just dislike steep climbs, this location might not be the right fit for you.

Sometimes can smell cigarette smoke in the room, someone is smoking next room. Breakfast still the same after having stayed in Zenith Hotel for many times. Would like some changes on the menu.

L'établissement est propre, spacieux et bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est un point fort de l'hôtel, avec un large choix de produits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le prendre sur la terrasse, qui offre une très belle vue sur la ville, les magnifiques arbres et les montagnes environnantes.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel, ce qui nous a semblé être une durée suffisante. sa taille donne une impression assez impersonnelle, ce qui limite les échanges avec le personnel. La piscine nous a un peu déçus. L'eau était très froide et l'espace manque de convivialité : seulement quelques transats, sans parasols, malgré une surface qui offrirait un réel potentiel pour créer un lieu de détente plus accueillant.

Goede locatie vlakbij het centrum van Tanah Rata. Ruime kamers. Zwembad & fitness.

Kamers waren helemaal niet proper (schimmel in de badkamer, tapijt vol stof, vlekken op handdoeken en lakens). Ook ons toilet had een probleem. Spoelde eerst niet door en nadien - toen het “gemaakt” was - lekte het.

Good location with many food options nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is sumptuous with good vegetarian consideration. Ample parking at basement.

1. The hotel is very spacious, including the room we stayed in, which gave our active toddler plenty of space to move around comfortably 2. The clean balcony overlooking the city was a lovely spot to relax and spend quality time with the family 3. The property was not overly crowded, making for a peaceful and tranquil stay that we truly enjoyed

1. The complimentary shampoo and shower gel bottles were quite small and insufficient for our family, so we had to request additional bottles. It would be more convenient if the hotel could install larger, wall-mounted dispensers in the bathroom to ensure guests have an adequate supply throughout their stay 2. The swimming pool water was quite cold, making it unsuitable for our toddler, especially during cooler weather. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider installing a pool heating system to keep the water at a more comfortable temperature for guests of all ages

Overall good experience with staff, food, and room.

The swimming pool can be better equipped with heater to nomarlize water temperature, it was so cold that kids were not able to use it even in afternoon.

i am glad i choose to stay here again...all good for me, previous complaints were addressed (mostly) and i still love the bed 😌
