I really like the hassel-free process to retrieve and return key using the kiosk. The room is nice and love the coway inside as I can get hot and cold water as needed. Very close and in walking distance with all the food courts so that's a plus though I do recommend preparing an umbrella because of Cameron's rain. Love that they leave breakfasts in those cute mangkuk tingkat and there's a variety of menu to choose from. Very nice location as some attractions are like 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

Nothing that the hotel has any power over but I guess I will highlight that food delivery doesn't go here. I was thinking of getting Foodpanda on my first night but nothing delivers to the hotel, so if you don't want to go out to get dinner after checking in, best buy the food beforehand as no food delivery services reach. Again, nothing that the hotel has any power over.

The interior is simple and minimalist.cozy for our small family .we love the warm morning wish by finding a fresh breakfast in tiffin placwd by our door to start our day.

Niet heel hygiënisch, kamer was nat toen wij binnenkwamen. Er stonden ook nog badslippers van iemand anders.

Po wejściu do pokoju przywitał nas tabun mrówek, zaduch i stęchlizna. Kanapa w części dziennej była brudna i śmierdząca. Śniadanie dostarczane pod drzwi, tylko około godziny 8.00, zawsze było ledwo letnie. Mały wybór dań i słaba jakość. ponownie nie wybrałabym tego obiektu. Brak recepcji i osoby, która służyłaby pomocą na miejscu.

Het je een frisse, vrij nieuwe locatie. Het appartement is origineel en modern ingericht en bestaat uit twee verdiepingen. De locatie is fijn: rustig gelegen maar toch vlakbij de voorzieningen van het dorp.

Er is niemand aanwezig, alles verloopt digitaal. Het ontbijt is sober.

Goede ligging en mogelijkheid tot gefilterd water in de kamer.

Kamer en badkamer aan renovatie toe. Overal schimmel tegen de muren en ruiten. Ook probleem bij automatisch inchecken waardoor je genoodzaakt bent te bellen naar het personeel want geen personeel ter plaatse.

The food is great. The room is clean and comfortable. Basic needs are complete. Staff is kind. They will remind you when you are late for your meal selection for tmrw.

Nice and cozy places to stay. Easy to checkin and checkout. Room and bathroom are clean. The location nearby with the restaurant and shop so its very convenient for us. The free breakfast also quite good. Really recomended.

It's in a lovely location but for those who have some fairy tale idea of living next to the farm, dk note, there will be the smell of ammonia. That's real farm for you. The flow and the lay out of the place is set up with much thought. They have a well maintained garden which is very pleasant.

The internals need a spruce up. The flooring is badly scratched up with wear and tear and the sofa cover needs to be replaced. The water dispenser does not dispense hot water. Only lukewarm. So if you really want to make a cup of tea, or have a cup noodle you will have to boil water up in the electric pan provided in the common dining area.

The location is excellent, conveniently located near Cameron Fair Mall in Tanah Rata with easy access to food and essentials. I loved the "I-person" friendly self check-in/out process and ordering breakfast via WhatsApp. The 4-person room was great, featuring a separate wet/dry bathroom with a bathtub, a cozy living room, a balcony, and even a water dispenser! 🛀✨

The breakfast was basic—good for filling up, but don't expect too much. The towels had a damp smell, likely due to the lack of sunlight/humidity. Also, parking is quite limited; we couldn't find a spot on the second night because we returned late, though the person-in-charge responded and assisted very quickly. 🚗💨

Beds were side by side so everyone can sleep together. Breakfast was decent.

Design of the bathroom and toilet is terrible. Sink n tap so close together making it hard to wash hands. Going up into the bathtub to take shower is super dangerous. Sofa is mouldy. Had to use towel to cover it before sitting on it

Not friendly for old people as wash room is downstairs, is good to have sofa bed as per request when got old family member going along.

I liked that there was breakfast sent to the room in the morning, water pressure for the shower/bath was stable and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast sent was a bit cold, the bathtub in the bathroom was not really stable, at one point i was worried that it may break and the bathroom size was really tight, no space within the bathroom to move around. our bedroom was facing the farm behind, and the fertilizer smell was not the most pleasant, took me a while to find out what smell was that.

less parking lot. every time have to park road site. and breakfast time prefer to set early instead of 8am.

Very beautiful place. Full of nature. The breakfast in mangkuk tingkat. I really love the idea. I can eat while watching hindustan in the morning

The toilet with bath up its too small. And the bath up is not even stable to shower. I think it should not be put in there. I think you should improve on the door lock. It is easy to be open even with no key.

The surroundings are quiet and peaceful as there's no heavy traffic.

We stayed at Room 1 and we think the owner of the property should have some maintenance of the surroundings so when we open the sliding door, there is some sort of a nice view instead of seeing debris in front of us.

The surroundings are calm and green with the plants and flowers. We love it so much. The room is super clean, and the facilities are superb. Will come again with the kids and highly recommend.

Everything was superb except that the door wasn't soundproof; there was a small gap under it.

If the only thing I could comment on is the shower room. The drain was blocked when we took a shower at nighttime. I immediately informed the management. During the morning, it was resolved. Thank you for listening to our comments.

Sleeping area and room were clean. Check in was smooth and quick, no human interaction. Same for check out, no human interaction. The hot water drinking machine was a nice addition to the room

No one to assist with bags, luckily one of the staff saw we were struggling and he assisted. There are extended ramps from ground floor to third floor so this was challenging if you have a bit of luggage. Bathroom is very tiny, a bathtub was forced in a tiny area making it uncomfortable to shower. The bathtub wasn’t draining efficiently so had to bathe in my own run off water and my family had to wait more than 30-40 mins for the water to slowly drain out before they could shower.

Staff should ask guest's car plate number. I've experienced one of the guest who parked & blocking others vehicle & didn't leave d phone number under the dashboard, even d staff didn't know who's vehicle is it.
