The room was a bit hot and the temperature didn’t seem to be able to be controlled. The window did open but just a crack. On our second day, housekeeping forgot to leave towels. They took away the used ones. When we complained, the front desk staff only gave us 2 towels.

The train is near and is quite central for a lot of city sites.

チューリヒ中央駅から徒歩圏で便利でした。キッチンと簡易なダイニングテーブルセットはテイクアウトの食事を頂くのに便利です。 充電ケーブルを部屋に忘れたことに気づき、後日再度伺ったところ無事に引き取ることができました。チェックアウトの3日後で部屋番号も忘れており、ダメで元々の気持ちだったため大変ありがたかったです。

3人で1部屋を予約しましたが、2部屋に分かれてしまいました。1部屋分の料金で2部屋使えましたので、ラッキーと取れるかもしれません。 照明は暗めだと思います。しかし欧州のホテルによくあるレベルです。

The location was near to all necessary facilities. Staff were helpful

The rooms were a bit old with old furniture and of course no AC and their breakfast was simple. Barking needs reservations so you have to be patient to get a spot.

Comodità letti, stanze silenziose, posizione buona vicino alla fermata Tram e alla stazione, personale gentilissimo. Un super complimento a Paulette alla reception ci ha aiutato in tutto!

Colazione buona, ma ripetitiva; aria condizionata e di riciclo nella stanza troppo fredda e non si può spegnere perché funziona centralizzata; cuscini troppo alti (ma sono gusti) Avremmo gradito per dormire meglio dei cuscini più bassi ma comunque assolutamente consigliato!!!

Camere piccole, impossibile regolare efficacemente la climatizzazione che sospetto non ci fosse. Nella camera un ventilatore da tavolino per rinfrescare l’ambiente! Per 340€ a notte mi sembra un po’ pochino! Esperienza da non ripetere

There was a strong urine smell in the bathroom. The sink was partially blocked, so the water drained very slowly. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The two mattresses on the sofa bed kept separating during the night. The double bed also sagged in the middle and was not very comfortable. We were staying as a group of four, but only two duvets were provided. The front desk staff were unfriendly and rather rude. They often had expressionless faces and seemed unwilling to assist us. Parking was very inconvenient, and we were repeatedly locked out and had to deal with the access issue. Overall, I was quite surprised to see so many positive reviews online. Other than the relatively affordable price, I don't think this hotel has many advantages. Personally, I would rather stay a little farther away in a hotel with better overall accommodation quality and service.

El lugar es muy bonito y la habitación tenía una terracita con vistas preciosas. No está muy céntrico, pero tampoco mal ubicado, se puede ir andando desde la estación de tren Interlaken West perfectamente. Adicionalmente, nos ofrecieron tarjetas para transporte gratuito en Interlaken, lo cual agradecimos mucho.

Well located and lots of storage place.

Very small for a room housing four. Our room wasn’t cleansed. The maid knocked on the door during nap time and then we asked at the reception desk for the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t.

Oda göründüğünden küçük. Temizlik için ayrıca para alıyorlar. Mutfak gereçleri yetersiz, bulaşık makinesi düzgün çalışmıyor. Mutfak dolaplarındaki bazı eşyalar kirli, çatal bıçak çekmecesi kirli. Odada kerata bile yok.

Central location, decent buffet breakfast.

Confusion about room on check-in. We had booked a two bedroom apartment but were provided with adjoining studios. Check-in staff subsequently cancelled one in the system thinking it wasn’t required, resulting in us receiving a cancellation charge that had to be corrected. When we got to our room the adjoining room was looked. It took three return trips to reception before housekeeping eventually provided us access.

Less than 10 minutes from main train station. Easy to walk to. Comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Air conditioning was not adequate. A little bit small for 3 guests

It would be nice to have a mirror outside the bathroom. Maybe behind the door to save space. Would also be nice to be able to keep the door of the bathroom open with a stopper maybe since it steams up quite soon. Would be courteous if the dishwasher that was loaded by the previous residents had been emptied before our arrival.

Great position to visit Zurich

Considering the price of the hotel the services don’t match. Staff at reception was quite unhelpful. The room was prepared for 4 instead of 3 and one bed was very uncomfortable because the mattress was placed in the wrong side. The room are quite dark. The equipment of the kitchen is not ideal (3 very big pots and the dish washer has problems completing the programme)

The price was ok for Zurich, location is ok ( not excellent )

The service. No one answering, you can't reach to them beside waiting in check in line. We got the room not clean, no soap in the toilet, dishwasher missing ingredients so it's not working. It's like no one prepare the room for us, and when we tried to reach out the reception no one answering for 3 days in the online messages system they provide, so the only way to reach out is to get there and wait in line. And when we tell them that no one can answer, they said they sorry they are busy, busy to answer 3 days.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación fantástica y para el tamaño reducido que tiene para 4 personas está muy bien aprovechado.

Los colchones eran blandos. En la cama de matrimonio el lado izquierdo te echaba hacia el suelo, no era firme. Al ducharte el baño se empañaba mucho, no hay ventilación.

Lo único bueno es su cercanía al centro. Pero no está en el centro

Pésima atención con el parking, que está debajo del hotel, tiene acceso directo, pero te dicen que no tienen nada que ver. Es un parking automatizado complicado de gestionar. Es un aparthotel con aire acondicionado pero lo tenían parado y con el calor de este verano, muy agobiante. Mala atención

Very expensive hotel and poor value for the money. I am not sure why this hotel is rated 4 stars on Booking.com, as I would not consider it worthy of a star rating. There was no AC in the room. The hotel shares the building, reception, lobby, and other facilities with the Ibis hotel. The building, including the rooms, is poorly maintained, the corridor carpets were dirty, and the paint was in poor condition. Room amenities were not replenished. On the first day, only a shower cap was provided, and instead of replacing it with a new one, the used cap was simply left for me to use again. Although the hotel is within walking distance (around 6-8 minutes) of the train station, which was the main reason I was willing to pay this price, the walk is not easy, especially for seniors or when carrying luggage. The route is winding, crosses a river bridge, includes a slight uphill section, and involves crossing busy roads.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, wobei die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels nicht unbedingt schön ist. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war schön groß.

Im Zimmer war alles recht beengt. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer hat mir nicht sonderlich gefallen. Es wirkte kühl und nicht besonders gemütlich. Von der Temperatur her war es allerdings recht warm im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage schien nicht richtig zu arbeiten. Was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur wirklich unschön war. Das Frühstück fanden wir nicht gut. Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche. Und Tag 1 nicht einmal Brötchen. Insgesamt fanden wir, dass der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr teuer war und sich das viele Geld nicht gelohnt hat.

Great location, clean

We came to Zurich on the last leg of our Switzerland trip after having visited places such as Interlaken and Lucerne. Even though Zurich is relatively much larger from the perspective of walkability, the apartment itself is fairly conveniently located near to the Zurich HB station. Our unit was updated and modern with a well appointed kitchen. The cleaning staff was responsive and was able to accommodate our request for an extra fan after we had checked in.

The management could have been a little proactive in providing a few items of daily usability for convenience for the tenants such as a roll of a kitchen towel, a box of facial tissues a few extra rolls of toilet paper as we were a group of four. Last thing you want is having to run to a supermarket store for these routine things when you are on a short stay and then having to dispose off the extra product.

Proximity to the main station

There was no proper aircon just a temperature adjustment if max +/- 3°C which is not much during a hot summer day. The bad was relatively small and the studio had basic equipment but should have also some basic pantry things

Betten sehr weich und man hat jede Bewegung gemerkt🙈 Der Geruch in den Fluren war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und keine richtige Klima.

Ottimo prezzo per un alloggio a Zurigo e camere molto confortevoli. Il caffè gratuito inoltre è un plus graditissimo, soprattutto in giornate impegnative come la street parade. Sicuramente torneremo!

1. Staff were cold. I understand Swiss service level is lower than North America but didn’t expect this. Lost a pair of ON shoes and reported to the reception, was told to call or email them coz they won’t reach out for loss and found. Receptionist didn’t bother telling me the number or email address and said just go online. Great service! 2. Vent keeps dripping water, right above the table. Could have damaged my laptop but luckily it happened day time. 3. Vacuum the place please, it feels dirty, especially the hallway.

Very reasonably priced for Zurich, especially considering the facilities. The gym (open 24/7) was small but well equipped for a hotel gym. The sauna (open from 07:00 - 22:00 during my stay - but please let reception know beforehand that you want to use it so that they switch it on beforehand) was very good too. The downstairs area has a very nice cosy vibe, and the breakfast was excellent! My studio was clean and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. I did have an issue with the fridge and microwave in my room not working (no power from the socket), but staff actioned this very promptly and it was resolved very quickly.. All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is also very good as the hotel is close to the main railway station, and also not far from the city centre.

As it was 36 degrees on the first day of my stay, I was missing Aircon in my room. I did have a fan, and inside was much cooler than outside, but the first night was a bit uncomfortable due to the heat.

El lavavajillas no funcionaba y no lo arreglaron. No hay aire acondicionado y te las tienes que apañar con un ventilador pequeño que te ponen, y con la ola de calor que nos tocó no era suficiente. No repusieron papel higiénico, tuvimos que pedir.

very poor customer response, all questions were responded with a templated message that did not answer the question. wanted to enquire on possibility of early check-in but could not receive a straight answer. lost an item and was told to drop an email but did not receive a response as well. rooms were cramped and beds moved easily. some stains on sheets and water splashed out of shower area easily. very high price for quality of rooms offered.
