Написал объективное мнение о отеле в чем их минус они после начали звонить моей жене и называть ее другим женским именем благодаря отелю онома дома грандиозный скандал и может закончиться все разводом. Очень хорошее чувство юмора у сотрудников

До этого нравилось все останавливаюсь не первый раз

При заселение не укомплектован номер до конца небыло банного полотенца только полотенце для рук . Принимаю лекарство попросил воды до еды принесли спустя 15 минут как я закончил завтрак пришлось есть лекарство без воды так как сам я не могу на завтраке налить себе воды

Μια αξέχαστη διαμονή, όλα ήταν τέλεια!Περάσαμε φανταστικά στο ONOMA Hotel στη Θεσσαλονίκη και ζήσαμε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν απόλυτα σύγχρονο, πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα προϊόντα που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Μας εντυπωσίασε η smart λειτουργία με το tablet για τον έλεγχο του δωματίου, καθώς και το ηχείο Marshall που έδινε άλλη ατμόσφαιρα στον χώρο.Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολύ ωραίες γεύσεις για να ξεκινήσεις τη μέρα σου. Το highlight, όμως, ήταν το rooftop! Απολαύσαμε την πισίνα με την υπέροχη θέα στον Θερμαϊκό, ενώ το εστιατόριο εκεί προσφέρει μια εξαιρετική ποικιλία γεύσεων.Όλα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχα, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Το ξενοδοχείο φανταστικό σε όλα του, καθαριότητα, παροχές, ανέσεις. Μα πάνω απ όλα το προσωπικό. Όλοι με ένα ζεστό χαμόγελο. Θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά σίγουρα!!

Ενα πολύ καλό, μοντέρνο ξενοδοχείο πόλης, σε βολική θέση γιατί είναι πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ προσωπικό, πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό! Ωραίο δωμάτιο, καλό rooftop poolbar με ωραία θέα. Palvelu oli loistavaa, koin oloni todella tervetulleeksi. Aamiainen oli loistava. Nuorille oli paljon tekemistä. Katto-uima-allas ja parveke näköalalla oli minun toiveeni. Huomiointia oli paljon. Huone oli tiptop!

This is our second family visit to this hotel because we were absolutely thrilled the first time. Everything is still perfect, but we did encounter a few issues this time. First, the housekeeping staff occasionally bursts into the room without proper warning. Secondly, as guests who frequently ate and had coffee at the property, we generated extra revenue for the hotel. However, when we took just two croissants for our child, we received very unpleasant looks from the staff. The management should inform the staff better about who their guests are. While there are messy and rude guests who refuse to spend an extra euro but constantly stuff food into their bags, we are certainly not one of them.

Le personnel est toujours aussi attentif, la décoration très sympa, le petit déjeuner au top ! La petite piscine sur le toit est parfaite pour se rafraîchir l’après-midi même si elle est vraiment petite, plus proche du bassin que d’une piscine et vite impraticable lorsqu'il y a des enfants.

Attention à la propreté, le fauteuil dans notre chambre etait taché.

This hotel looks almost identical to a Citizen M hotel where technology, bed size, and excellent service come to compensate for very basic breakfast, little to no in-hotel facilities, and not ideal location. If what you are looking is somewhere to sleep and nothing else, this is a great choice. If you want to spend time to your hotel, I would look elsewhere. Despite all the above, I should most certainly highlight that the staff were all fantastic, going above and beyond what one would expect from hotel staff. They made the experience truly great, and I cannot thank them enough.

I didn't like the size of the breakfast area, and I think these days most hotels offer a much more extensive breakfast buffet. Perhaps a proper pool on the top floor (of an actual pool size) that's also covered would have really raised the overall hotel experience.

Terrain de basket extérieur non protégé par des filets. Impossible de jouer sans perdre de balle !!!

I spent a wonderful time at the Onoma Hotel with my daughter. We received an incredibly warm welcome right from the doorstep. The entire hotel staff is very positively minded towards guests and helpful at every step, which we highly appreciate. The room we stayed in was clean, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. The modernity of the property turned out to be a major advantage – the smart room features greatly enhance the comfort of the stay. The breakfasts served at the Onoma Hotel were very good, fresh, and varied. Additionally, the hotel offers great amenities, such as a cozy rooftop pool and a pleasant drink bar area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location in the urban area suited us well too – the walk to the port took us about 15 minutes on foot. We would like to thank the entire staff of the Onoma Hotel for such a warm welcome. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Auswahl war sehr groß. Das Pool hat den Kindern gut gefallen, als Abkühlung zwischendurch. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

The hotel was excellent, modern, clean and very comfortable. What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Welcoming staff. Especially Georgia was quite attentive with my dog. The atmosphere and vibe of the place was very nice, and the room was absolutely perfect for my stay. Breakfast was really complete and of good quality and finally the rooftop restaurant had really good quality delicious food! All in all a stay above expectations

מלון מעט מרוחק. גורם לך לחשוב פעמיים לפני יציאה לעיר וחזרה (היינו עם ילדים). המטרו יחסית זול. בגלל החג הטברנות הסמוכות לא היו פתוחות וגם לא האאוטלט. המשחקי של הילדים טעונה שיפור, חלק מהמתקנים לא עובדים. בבריכה לא כל כך מזמינה. המים מראים לא נקיים כנראה בגלל הבחירה בצבע הקרקעית שלא בהירה כבדרך כלל. הפסיליטיב היו הסיבה העיקרית שבגללה סגרנו את המלון,וזה קצת אכזב.

The staff are extremely warm, friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable, with a stylish city feel and some lovely touches, including the gym and entertaining areas. The pool area is fun and has a great atmosphere, and the breakfast offers a really good variety of choices. Our room was cosy and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed. There is also a great selection of delicious food available at the bar on the top floor, which is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views. We also loved that the sister hotel offers amazing massages at a very reasonable rate, which was a fantastic added bonus to our stay!

It is a fair walk to the main central area with restaurants, around 15–20 minutes. The immediate vicinity around the hotel is a little run down, although this didn’t detract from our experience as we actually enjoyed the walk. One thing I did find disappointing was being told at the bar on the top floor that we weren’t allowed to bring our own water, despite already spending money on food and drinks there. I understand that venues have their own policies, but I do feel that carrying water should be an exception, particularly in hot weather and especially when you have a child with you. Staying hydrated is a basic necessity, and being able to carry water for your child is important for their comfort and wellbeing. It seems unreasonable to expect families to purchase additional overpriced water simply because they cannot bring their own water, particularly during periods of extreme heat. I think bars and restaurants could be a little more understanding and flexible when it comes to something as essential as keeping hydrated.

Il design va bene ma non deve interferire troppo con la comodità, per esempio non mi piace com’è stato concepito il bagno in camera. La moquette gli hotel non la dovrebbero più considerare per igiene e per le allergie sempre più presenti.

We had a wonderful stay at ONOMA Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make my family and I feel comfortable. The hotel was spotless, and our room was beautifully clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with such a great variety of choices, there was something for everyone in the family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend ONOMA Hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in Thessaloniki!

המיקום דורש הליכה למקומות המרכזיים והשכונה לא מרגישה כיף, צריך לצאת ממנה ולהתרחק כדי להתחיל לחוות את הכיף של סלוניקי.

Der Service war perfekt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. So wie es bei einem 5 Sterne hotel auch sein müsste. Diese hotel kann mit jedem bekannten 5 Sterne hotel aug der Welt mithalten und das beste im Gegensatz zu anderen 5 Sterne hotels, ist das man sich als Mensch nicht abgehoben fühlt.

Was mir nicht gefallt hat, ist das ich über booking.com gebucht habe und zusätzlich 35euro pro Tag für ein Haustier nicht gleich angezeigt wurden. Somit musste ich für 2 Tage 70euro extra zahlen für ein kleinen Hund. Das kann ich nachvollziehen allerdings, mag ich keine Überraschungen und dieser Posten hätte von Anfang an in der Kalkulation von booking.com ersichtlich sein.

Bir doktor olarak bunun göz ardı edilmesini istemiyorum. Ölüm tehlikesi atlattık. Apar topar odayı değiştirdiler. En iyi odayı satın aldık ve süit oda aldık. Fakat oda çok küçüktü. Otopark ücretini sonradan çıkardılar valizlerle otelden otoparka kadar yürüdük. 300 metre ilerde otoparka bıraktık. Ücretimizin iade edilmesini istiyoruz. Bize orda rüşvet gibi bedava konaklama sundular booking.com a yazmamamız için biz kabul etmedik. Benim telefon numaram 5058107115 bana bu konu hakkında ulaşabilirsiniz. Kimsenin bir daha bu duruma düşmesini istemeyiz.
