Έμεινα στα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου και συγκεκριμένα στον 7ο όροφο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό από όλες τις απόψεις (καθαριότητα, διακόσμηση, άνεση). Στην αρχή το δωμάτιό μου δεν είχε μπαλκόνι, ωστόσο στην υποδοχή ανέφερα πως θα ήθελα μπαλκόνι με θέα και το αίτημα μου ικανοποιήθηκε την ίδια στιγμή. Η πισίνα και η θέα από τον 9ο όροφο ήταν εντυπωσιακή και το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και ευγενικό.

Very good stay at Holiday Inn Thessaloniki by IHG. Big room, very clean, very good services. Personnel, very friendly. Located near railway station and near downtown in the same time. Very good breakfast also.

It was a very short stay. Nothing to comment, or to suggest. We liked everything.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby...the staff were excellent in their welcome. We really felt special. The room spacious and we had complimentary fruits, water and we just felt at home. The restaurant was super posh and inviting. The pool very good. We really had an excellent time. The staff were amazing

The gym could need some updating

Very comfy beds and pillows. Location near the metro station was very convenient. Breakfast had good variety. We enjoyed the pool as it was very quiet and dinner at the rooftop restaurant.

We were very satisfied by the hotel itself. You have to be careful late at night in the area as everywhere as a matter of fact.

The hotel staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, and we liked the pool.

Everything was lovely, but I'd like to note that it looks like the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, so don't let that deter you from staying.

החדרים עם ריח חזק של ביוב. המגיע מאיזור השירותים. גם לאחר ניקיון של החדש יש ריח. מזגן לא מקרר בכלל. המלון נמצא בשיפוצים ולא נאמר לנו בשום שלב. בריכה קטנה מאוד

The Rooftop dining area was the best with a really beautiful view of the city. Room was amazing. Staff were polite and courteous. Well located walking distance from the city centre. The buffet breakfast is lavish and really filling.

Salle de bain pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et qui mériterait d’être rénovée. Piscine très bien pour les enfants mais pas adéquate pour les adultes (90 cm de profondeur et environ 3-4m de longueur).

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was bij aankomst al klaar, we kregen een uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving en onze koffers konden de volgende dag omdat we pas later terug kwamen tijdelijk in de bagageruimte. Daarbij was het ontbijt heel uitgebreid.

Frühstück sehr übersichtlich, wenig Auswahl, zu Stoßzeiten kaum freie Tische.

Well, it's holiday inn. I've read all the bad reviews, and can say that they're definitely addressing these. Had zero problems with: staff, AC, parking, check in/check out. Some construction is going on next to the hotel, but they didn't construct anything while we were here. The breakfast was 4/5, I remember having better ones at IHG. But I can't complain I stopped here: walking distance to shops and restaurants, decent parking, connected rooms for the family: delivered as expected.

Tamirat sesleri vardı. Kahvaltı daha zengin olabilirdi. Banyonun duş bölümünü açarken zorlandık. Tesisat eski miydi acaba? Tuvaletlerde taharet musluğu ya da bidet olmasını isterdik.

Location right in the heart of downtown. Breakfast buffet excellent with many options of hot and cold food. Staff very helpful with supplying useful information. Hotel was very clean.

Renovation was occurring so scaffolding was a bit of an eyesore, especially out front.

Restaurant au dernier étage. Service très lent. Nous étions 2 dans le restaurant et nous avons attendu 2h pour être servis. Dé plus des personnes arrivées après nous qui connaissaient une des serveuses ont pu avoir des amuses gueules et pas nous alors que nous avions commandé à boire. À la fin 2 d’entre elles n’ont pas dit au revoir.

Location is fine, the hotel entrance is renovated. Very nice restaurant at the top floor for coffee.

The hotel needs renovation. Only the first floor looks nice, while the rooms are old and smell bad. I also did not like the breakfast. There is indoor parking, which is convenient, but the spaces are extremely tight and it costs €13 per day. I would classify this hotel as a 3-star hotel rather than a 5-star one. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night. I think guests should be informed to keep quieter during the early hours. The next morning, the staff were cleaning the room next to ours and there was again a lot of noise. There is also a swimming pool on the top floor, but it looked dirty.

lets start with that -you pay 5 stars hotel ,feel like most 3.5 i took half board ,breakfast was ok .lunch and dinner you get 5-7 SAME course every day!!! no Buffet same all time and pork and chicken -again you 5 stars hotel ,breakfast open only 7 am so if you get fly to catch 'forget about the coffee all rooms are very old and even tv so small -sure not invite to come back again

Location near to the railway station and nice reception

Value for money: I paid 165 eur per night, but at first I was given a room that was not cleaned. However, this is minor and can happen. After I was given a cleaned room, I still didn’t find it worth the money: the window faced a construction side, there was a balcony, but it was not cozy at all, the room had a weird picture of 2 white doves covered in red (creeped me out), the bathroom was very basic and I want some hair in the bath tube. If the price was 70-90/night, it would have been passable, but it’s 165 eur, come on!

Very poor breakfast. The room was old, with dated furniture, and there was no sound insulation between rooms. Even the windows did little to block outside noise. For the price I expected more.

Kahvaltı iyiydi, konumu güzeldi şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde.

Wifi bağlantısı kötüydü, 2 oda tutmuştuk birini balkonsuz oda vermişler. Ayrıca konakladığımız tarihlerde dış cephe tadilat çalışması vardı, matkap sesleri biraz rahatsız etti. Otopark ücreti pahalıydı.

otoparkı olduğu için tutmuştum oteli, otoparkı dolu denildi ve ilk gece dışarıda park yeri aradım. gece geç yattığım günün sabahında sabah temizlikçilerin kapıları sert kapatmarıyla uyandım ve bu 2-3 saat sürdü saat de 9:00 du bu sesi yaptıklarında.

Now there is building opps, they are renovating It was too loud. Untill 04:00 morning I phoned teo times to reception to react because loud guests. When they finished about 04:30 I slept until 08:00 when build workers start to work Disaster, never again there

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and close to the city centre

The dinner option and quality. We had the half board option booked and got the same menu for 3 consecutive evening. The swimming pool was unpleasantly cold.

Το αλά καρτ εστιατόριο, το ιδιόκτητο πάρκινγκ, το ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το εστιατόριο (level 9) είναι αυξημένων αξιώσεων και υψηλού επιπέδου. Η θέα εξαιρετική από τον 9ο, ενώ λειτουργεί και σαν καφέ/ μπαρ. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, και στο σέρβις και στο πάρκινγκ.

Το δωμάτιο, υπήρχε διαρκής παραμένουσα μυρωδιά υγρασίας, δεν ήταν καλή η σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας, δεν ήταν επιπέδου 5στερου, παρά το γεγονός ότι είμαστε επιστρέφοντες πελάτες (4 φορές σε ένα ημερολογιακό έτος), δεν τύχαμε της ανάλογης προσοχής ( μας αναφέρθηκε ότι δεν το κατάλαβαν γιατί είμαστε μέσω booking). Μεγάλη ντουλάπα, διπλό κρεββάτι ( όπως το ζητήσαμε) , 3ος με θέα μια ανεγειρομενη οικοδομή. Ανεπαρκής εξαερισμός μπάνιου. Το πρωινό ήταν υποδεέστερο αυτού που απολαύσαμε τα Θεοφάνεια. Παρά το γεγονός ότι ήτο Πάσχα, δεν βγήκε τσουρέκι ή πασχαλινά κουλουράκια.

Hotel is so old. Doors doesn't work well, you need to put many times the card in the slot, until the door opens. Also bathroom are so old style, and not in best conditions. Windows are like they are open all the time, so so old

This is not a 5 stars hotel!!! The breakfast was the same every day, very poor, old and cold food, even the bread was old. I couldn’t lock the room door from inside, it is not safe if you have a special needs child, like I do. From outside you had to slam it really hard or it would remain open. The coating of the balcony was falling, I couldn’t lock the door of the balcony so the kids weren’t safe. There was no furniture on the balcony. The heating in the room was a box on the floor, not safe for the kids. I had 2 rooms and both bathrooms need a major renovation. The location is near the train station, the neighborhood not ok. Their restaurant is always empty because the food is not good and expensive. The pool is very small and full of mosquitos

The room was quite clean, most facilities were okay but a bit old.

The parking experience was very bad. It was not communicated well to us ahead of time that we had to go to a private parking, nor you would expect the hotel to handle the private parking, instead it was told us here is an email write to them, no info on what to write or what their agreement with them was.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good location, all amenities included, very clean. Great breakfast menu.

Would prefer mosquito frame for the window.

Hotel çok eski ve odalar ve eşyalar bakımsız ve eski 914 numara ve 904 nolu odalar da konakladık sabah 7 de hilti ve balyoz sesleri ile uyandık 8. Katda çalışma varmış çok büyük saygısızlık oldu

1. Ses yalıtımı çok kötü; sabaha kadar aeaba sesinden uyuyamadık. 2. Pazar sabahı 8’de yandaki binadan gelen inşaat gürültüsüne uyandık. 3. Yanlışlıkla Yarım pansiyon oda tipini seçtiğimi belirtip yemeği dışarıda yiyeceğimizi bekinttiğim halde yardımcı olmadılar. Fazladan 60-70 € para ödedim. 4. Otopark var diye gittik; küçücüktü dolmuştu uzun süre şehri dolaşıp park. Yeri aradık…
