My daughter and I stayed at the hotel 3 years ago. This year’s stay was just as fabulous as before. The hotel and the facilities are maintained to the highest standard by friendly and professional staff.

One slight area that was a potential negative for us was that the pool bar and music did not open/start until midday. As we were on a room only basis, it would have been nice to have been able to have a coffee/cold drink prior to midday.

The entire hotel is really pleasant, there's all what you need to have great time! The balcony is great and swimming pool has a rooftop bar, so you don't need to leave the hotel.

The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. Location is good.

The pool is very small, and despite a sign saying people cannot reserve the very limited number of loungers, several people seem to just leave their towels there and not use the space. Given that space is so limited it would be better if the no reservations rule was enforced.

The ambience was very calm and friendly. Great breakfast. Clean room with very comfortable, large bed. Excellent location. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing.

There was only a single tea bag in the room. So at least two breakfast tea bags, more sugar and some uht milk with the kettle.

Difficult to get a sunbed

The hotel was beautiful, clean and modern. It was located in a perfection location and had great facilities. It’s around a 6 min walk to the station which is great for travelling between towns on the Algarve. The pool and bar was great, we really enjoyed relaxing here. The room was spacious, super clean and nicely decorated. All the staff were really friendly and helpful too.

No complaints about the hotel! the pool area gets busy from 3pm but we always managed to get beds together

Only thing stopping this from being a 10/10 is that there was not enough deck chairs on the roof for us to sunbathe in the morning. And you couldn't reserve either, so we missed out on that bit.

Welcoming, amazing staff their customer service was exceptional. Everywhere was so clean, the rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The roof top pool area had amazing views, seating and sun beds were comfortable and the pool bar was excellent with great bar staff.

A beautiful modern hotel bang in the centre of town, only a short walk to old town and water front. Great facilities, including the roof top pool which is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really nice with lovely local produce everyday. What makes this hotel special is the staff, who are all exceptional and go out of their way to make your stay special. Would have no hesitation in going back!

Très bien situé pour aller découvrir les petites ruelles animées et atteindre le marché couvert en 10 mns. Petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits de qualité.

La chambre et la salle de bain était vraiment petite. Pas de petit balcon.

The property was in a great location!

I didn’t realize it early enough but I had bed bugs! I kept waking up to new bites but initially thought they were mosquitoes but unfortunately it’s now confirmed they were bed bugs.

The hotel is lovely & modern & very clean, the staff were all very friendly, helpful & professional. There was a great choice for breakfast & the bar food menu was varied & very tasty.

I have stayed here now 4 times and I’m never disappointed, it’s the perfect hotel for complete relaxation.

It was nice to have a pool, though it is small and there are not many sun beds. The room was quite small and there were no balconies or outside spaces (apart from the pool). However, breakfast was nice, the location was great, and the staff were friendly.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et agréable. Merci à Diego notre réceptionniste pour sa gentillesse. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et modernes. La piscine et le rooftop très agréables. L’hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier calme et typique. Le petite déjeuner est très bon et varié.

Schönes Haus mit nettem Pool und Bar auf der Dachterrasse. Gute Lage, kurze Wege in die Altstadt/ City. Parken in den Seitenstraßen, wer allerdings mit großem SUV unterwegs ist, wird keine Freude in den engen Gassen haben. 😉

La ubicación, las instalaciones, el área del Rooftop, la piscina aunque pequeña es ideal para refrecarse.

Los alrededores para aparcar ea de pago... Las calles libres de parking son bastantes prjanas del hotel.

Frühstück mit timeslot, eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit, war für uns aber nicht schlimm, wir waren am Wochenende dort und da war das Parken an der Straße kostenlos

The rooftop pool with the pool bar was awesome! This location was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, all on the water. The only thing is if you want to do any excursions in faro, it’s a 20-30 min car ride away.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, estaba muy cuidado, limpio y con un ambiente muy agradable. La habitación era cómoda y la ubicación nos pareció muy buena para conocer Olhão y disfrutar de la zona.

En general todo estuvo genial y no tuvimos ningún problema durante la estancia. Como único detalle, pensábamos que la piscina sería algo más grande, aunque igualmente estuvo muy bien.

Le parking était complet. Nous n’avions pas de balcon et nous devions prendre 2 ascenseurs pour aller à la piscine.

The property is superb, very nice clean, modern and spacious rooms, staff are great and the rooftop pool and bar is excellent, a real gem find, €10 in a taxi from Faro airport, couple of great beaches are a short boat ride away but well worth it, a few nice restaurants nearby

Everything! Absolutely perfect... The most helpful, friendly, efficient staff, lovely relaxing vibe everywhere in the hotel, fab views from the pool, delicious breakfast. I have a special birthday next year, didn't have any ideas how to celebrate but do now, will be back here

I’ve stayed here a few times now. I keep coming back because the hotel is clean, welcoming, comfortable rooms, great location in the centre of Olhao and a fantastic roof top pool and bar to relax after a day walking round Olhao.

Cleanliness. There was a used cotton swab left on the bathroom cabinet hidden by the hand basin. Suggests cleaning is not that thorough.

The hotel location is great, the little town beautiful and well worth visiting. The hotel was nice, modern and contemporary. Our room was small but comfortable and next time would upgrade to one with a balcony. Breakfast was good and the roof top area was lovely. I would recommend it.

The majority of the staff were fabulous, although one bad apple spoiled the barrel with her attitude. Pool could have been a bit cleaner, but these are minor details. .Rooms are small and only downside was the lack of long hanging space.

The location of this property is excellent.

The room was very small and the balcony we only used once as no view and very narrow. When busy also struggled to get a sun bed around the pool.

Equipa 5🌟, limpeza impecável em todo hotel, muita atenção ao detalhe e cuidado com os hóspedes e o seu bem estar. A tosta de frango que comemos na piscina estava maravilhosa e o mocktail recomendado pela senhora foi a cereja no topo do bolo! Os corredores e quartos cheiravam sempre muito bem, pequeno almoço ótimo! A localização é otima para quem quer fazer tudo a pé. Fomos pelo festival do marisco e fizemos sempre o caminho a pé, aproveitámos cada rua cheia de comércio que tornava o caminho uma experiência ainda melhor! Lojas, supermercado, mercearias, farmácia, loja chinesa e multibancos tudo a dois passos do hotel 🙏🏻 Com certeza se voltarmos para umas ferias vai ser este hotel 10/10.

Que no te limpiaban la habitación hasta por las 15:00 o así , con lo que si volvías antes la tenías sin hacer . Esto no lo entendí porque estábamos toda la mañana fuera. Proteste y me dijeron que lo hacen ahí y punto No hay parking para todos, asegúrate reservar . La zona es de pago

The location , the rooms and the pool roof top area was good

One of the reasons we booked it was for the pool, the pool was very mirky. In between the tiles there was black stuff floating in the water. So the pool was a bit rank. I think it was busy when we went so go early to get a sunbed as people were waiting.

This hotel was clean, comfortable; and in a great location for a five night stay in Olhão.

The pool area was great with comfortable sun loungers and a well stocked rooftop bar - but it is a bit small. You need to be there at a good time to make sure you get a sun lounger.

Room service arrives when we're coming back from full day out to service room when trying to relax.

Great facilties friendly staff we even added an extra day and they held our luggage after checkout so we could still enjoy our last day.

A qualidade da água da piscina deteriorou-se à medida que os dias iam passando; não haver estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes.
