Regarding breakfast, Currently, when the restaurant becomes crowded, guests are asked to wait in front of the restaurant. However, this often results in long waiting times, which can be inconvenient for guests. In many hotels in Japan, guests are asked about their preferred breakfast time at check-in, and the hotel manages the number of guests for each time slot based on availability. For example, by allocating guests to specific time slots such as 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00, it is possible to spread out demand and avoid long queues, even when restaurant seating is limited. Compared to having guests wait in line in front of the restaurant, assigning breakfast times at check-in could improve guest satisfaction, reduce congestion, and lessen the workload for staff. In addition, the breakfast menu was almost the same every day. As I stayed for several consecutive nights, I eventually became tired of the limited variety. Although my stay included breakfast, I only used the service during the first two days. Introducing some daily menu changes or rotating a portion of the offerings could further enhance the experience and satisfaction of long-stay guests. The room was not prepared to the expected standard. I was allocated an unrequested connecting room, which affected my privacy and comfort. The room also lacked tea, had an unpleasant stench, and contained an unclean toilet, a nonfunctional television, and an unusable safe with no batteries. I reported these issues to the porter that evening and was told an engineer would attend. However, because it was after 8:30 pm, repairs were deferred until the following day, when I was due to check out. I had already booked a further three-night stay the following week, but cancelled it after this experience and moved to Okada instead. The hotel therefore lost that booking as a direct result of these issues. Management should review how the room was released in this condition and take steps to prevent similar problems from affecting other guests.

The staff are nice and polite. The place is near at the airport, the room is clean and comfortable to stay good for its price

De ligging was helemaal goed, dichtbij vliegveld en is dichtbij Okada hotel. Ayala shopping mall was er dichtbij en dat was zeker een goeie met al die regen die we hebben gehad toen we bij Kingsford verbleven.

De bedden waren heel klein. De kinderen verbleven gratis, maar de bedden die er waren was net niet genoeg voor ons vieren.

Buffet breakfast is very good!

The Airconditioner is not working properly. Hot in the room! A maintenance guy came but nothing happened, no improvement.

Great place to stay staff are excellent

The shower was excellent, and overall room was clean and well accommodated except for no office-type chair in room to work at the desk if you wanted to. The breakfast was okay, good variety but the two things I eat the most (omelet station and salad) could have been better.

The issue that spoiled the stay for us was the second night we were there, the room next to us was extremely loud. We called guest service at 10:30 PM, 10:45 PM and then 11:15 PM, and finally they called the room (after promising to send security), and the noise quieted down a bit, but never stopped. At 2:40 AM I had to call again because the noise was as loud as it was at 10:20 PM. Once again they said security would come to address the situation but security did not come, instead they called the room, and we heard the phone ring and ring (the guest did not answer), and this went on for another 15 minutes. I seemed the staff was more concerned about not bothering the loud, disrespectful guests, than addressing our valid complaint. We ended up not getting much sleep on a night when we needed sleep for a busy, stressful day. The manager did move us the next day, but the damage was done.

Love how close it is to the airport! The concierge were very helpful and the maintenance guy came up twoce and took care of a couple of things for us. It’s a cozy hotel and the breakfast variety is great! The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wished there was a heavier blanket.

The AC in our room wasn't working properly then when we asked for assistance from the maintenance staff they were not able to fix it. We had to sleep in the room with an AC that wasn't blowing cold air.

I think the table in the junior suite should have an ergonomic computer chair. I don't mind that the walls don't have any pictures or art on them (again, it's good value) but to just have a stool at the table in the junior suite is in my opinion unacceptable (I stayed there for 8 nights). The sofa couch in the corner is nice but doesn't fit with the desk and a nice desk chair would have been much better to me than this sofa chair I asked for a chair and thankfully they brought one, and it did the trick, but it was a shotty plastic chair. Still grateful and this would be the only reason I gave it a 9 and not a 10 (especially for a suite you should have a chair, c'mon) I also hope that the gym equipment is fixed promptly (for example the leg machine). It was broken / under repair which is fine so long as they get a technician to fix it (would be super disappointed if when I return it's still broken!) All in all 9/10 and enjoyed my stay, especially for the value and enjoyed / that the staff were exceptional

Nunca repetiría. No está tan bien ubicado, he visto hoteles más cerca de las terminales. Por otro lado, no es un cuatro estrellas real, es el equivalente a una pensión. Instalaciones viejas, sucias. Nuestras sábanas incluso tenían puntitos de sangre. Si miras la pica, la parte poco visible está llena de sociedad. No valía para nada la pena….

During our vacation in the Philippines, we stayed in several 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. We started our trip at Okada Manila and had an amazing experience. At the end of our vacation, before returning to Poland, we choose to stay at Kingsford Hotel for two nights because it is also a 4-star hotel and the price difference from Okada was not much. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children, ages 7 and 13). We booked two rooms with breakfast included through Booking.com. At check-in, the receptionist insisted that our 13-year-old son was no longer considered a child and demanded an additional 1500 pesos for his breakfast, even though Booking.com classifies him as a child and our booking clearly included breakfast. We were exhausted after our flights from Coron to Cebu to Manila, so we decided to just contact Booking.com about the breakfast fee later instead of arguing. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms were disappointing. They were very basic, with no large bath towels, an empty body wash dispenser, mold in the bathroom, and only toothbrushes provided as complimentary toiletries. For a 4-star hotel, we expected much better. We actually received cleaner rooms, better service, and better value at a 3-star hotel in Cebu. On our last night, my children and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. After paying the bill, I told the cashier to keep the change as a tip because the waitress had been very kind and was genuinely happy. However, as my daughter and my wife were leaving the hotel to walk to Okada, a security guard stopped my wife because the cashier mistakenly believed she had not paid the bill. It wasonly after the waitress confirmed that she had already paid that the cashier apologized for the misunderstanding. It was a very embarrassing experience, as many people in the lobby were looking at her as if she had tried to leave without paying.
