Filipino hospitality especially Okada staffs are top notch! I want to recognize Kyle and Viviene, they made our stay the best and unforgetable. We tried Enbu with my family and we loved it so much. So much variety of entertainment, it felt like Vegas but in the Philippines. Would be coming back here when we come back to the Philippines.

Cleanliness but my complain was escalated professionally and got resolved.

Das Casino verhält sich nicht korrekt. Wenn der E-Roulette tisch einen Fehler hat (error) dann geht es zu lasten der spieler. Die spieler können nichts dafür, dass die geräte Fehlerhaft sind. Keine Kulanz oder entschädigung wurde angeboten. Meistens nur Chinesischen Glückspielautomaten. Daher eine stern weniger

Okada Manila is an incredible hotel! The room was amazing, and the staff were excellent. The resort complex is beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was by far the biggest buffet I have ever seen in any hotel in my life ( thank you okada manila)

Check in was at 15:00, we arrived at 16:00 only to find out the room wasn’t ready yet. We had to wait for an hour before we were able to get to our room. We were compensated to though with a late checkout. The corridors smelt of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, all good.

The toilet keep and flushing we called the maintenance three times in a week at the end they couldn't fixed it. The toilet flushed automatic so loud every 5 minutes We shut down the first toilet because of the sounds too loud

I love that they give us a complimentary gift for my mother's birthday. I also like the luggage service, which helps us roam around Okada before our check-in time. We also enjoy the jacuzzi in our room.

The deposit amount is expensive. They require us to deposit 5,000 pesos on top of our room rate, which is already very expensive. There's a miscommunication with the bath bubble request too, but the staff are very accommodating and did not chardge us anymore.

We chose Okada Manila because of its reputation as one of the best hotels in Manila and its Forbes Five-Star rating. We were expecting a memorable stay, especially as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our daughter’s first birthday. Arrival & Check-in – 1/5 We arrived on Sept 6 at 7:23 AM after a 9-hour flight, exhausted and traveling with our one-year-old daughter. Prior to arrival, my husband had emailed the hotel to inform them of our early arrival, our situation with the baby, and our two special celebrations. The first receptionist at Pearl Wing explained that complimentary early check-in would only be available from 1 PM. We understood the policy and patiently accepted that we would need to wait. Around 8:30 AM, we approached the Coral Wing reception to kindly ask if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in. Unfortunately, our interaction with the second receptionist was extremely disappointing. When we asked if he could try to assist us, his response was simply, “The system will detect.” We even asked if we could speak with a superior, hoping there might be some flexibility, but there did not seem to be any effort to escalate our request. When we mentioned our birthday celebrations, he told us: “It’s either you can have the early check-in or have the birthday surprise.” He then added: “Your daughter is just one, she won’t remember the surprise anyway.” This was particularly upsetting. Early check-in and a birthday celebration should never have been presented as two things a guest has to choose between. If the room was unavailable, we completely understood. But a birthday setup is a separate gesture of hospitality. The comment about our daughter was also unnecessary and insensitive. Whether she remembers her first birthday is not the point, the occasion is meaningful to us as her parents and family.

I'm not new to Okada; they used to provide Netflix and a complimentary shuttle service to Mall of Asia. It was raining during our visit, so the use of their pool was significantly restricted due to the inclement weather, and guests were asked to evacuate.So, there's no pool, no Netflix, and no free shuttle to the Mall of Asia. This means the only entertainment options available are the casino, paid children's play area, and other paid activities. If you wish to use the indoor pool, you also have to pay for that.

Our suite did not have a refrigerator and i was told not to play my ukulele anywhere on the premises including my room. The pool closed down during rain. I was put in the pearl wing instead of coral wing with Manila bay view as i had booked Several months in advance. We were informed of renovations taking place outside the foyer to our room at check in. I was not able to connect streaming from my smartphone to the in house TV monitors. None of the above was disclosed at time of booking. We were very disappointed on these issues from a suite in a 5 star accommodation. All other aspects of the property were excellent. Especially the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Okada Manila. The property is beautiful, luxurious, and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and we loved the beautiful views and the variety of restaurants and facilities available. The staff were also warm, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay.

Our stay was generally very pleasant. The only downside was that we only stayed for one night, so we didn’t get enough time to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

カジノに日本人専用ルームが出来ていた。ミニマムベットも低く設定してあるので、初心者のレクチャーにちょうど良い。ドリンク、フードも想定以上に良い。 次回の宿泊の際の細かなリクエストにも丁寧に対応してくれた。ありがとうYさん。

カジノエントランスのリニューアル工事の最中だったため、高級感が損なわれた。 部屋の備品不良。（ベットサイドのランプのスイッチ。TVの日本の番組が視聴出来なかった。冷蔵庫が開けずらい。）

The suite is a good sized room, clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast and staff are fantastic!

Amazing luxury! The rooms are massive. Love the Japanese toilets! I don't think there's a bad view in the place. I did a lot of of comparison shopping between all the luxury hotels/resorts and Okada offered the best bang for your buck. I'm surprised that in this day and age it's not standard to let guests log into their own Netflix/Youtube or cast to the hotel TVs. The other main critique is that the fridge leaves no room for your own use. All the space is taken up by the weight sensors and the items you have to pay for.

日本語対応も可能であったり、どの方も親切に対応してくれ不自由なくホテルでの滞在を体験できた。 また、部屋の掃除も毎回大変綺麗に行なってくれており、それも気持ちのいいホテル滞在であった。

シャワー室の水はけが悪く、溢れそうになる度にシャワーを止めて待つ必要があった点は改善してほしい。

Everything was good, and the price was definitely worth. It was a nice place to relax and spend quality time bonding with my siblings. We had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.

During our stay, it was rainy, so unfortunately we weren't able to see the dancing water fountain. Hopefully, we can enjoy it on our next visit.

Il servizio in camera è ottimo, così come la pulizia della camera e la bellezza del bagno! Ma in generale, tutta la struttura è incredibile! Difficile trovarle un difetto. Il casinò è gigantesco e nella “wing” sono presenti tantissimi ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo. Non abbiamo mai visto un hotel così grande, neanche a Las Vegas.

Piscina interna non inclusa e neanche disponibile previo pagamento. La spa ha tutto il necessario ma non è particolarmente grande.

Прекрасный отель в хорошем месте (10 минут от аэропорта), но все испортил именно персонал. Предупреждали отель о раннем заезде заранее - ответ по мере возможности. Хорошо. Приехали в 9 утра, зарегистрировались, ЗАПЛАТИЛИ депозит!!!!, далее у нас взяли телефон, почту и пообещали сообщить, когда можно будет заехать. Постараются сделать как можно быстрее. Хорошо, мы поехали в Манилу, гулять по городу. Не дождавшись сообщений, вернулись в 16-20. И какого же наше удивление, что наш номер не готов!? Нас заселяют в номер для курящих ( с двумя детьми), если не хотим ждать. Вы серьезно??? И никаких бонусов за неудобства. Ресторан итальянский прекрасен, очень рекомендуем.

Заселяйте хотя бы вовремя в заявленные номера.

マニラのホテルは喫煙に対して神経質になり過ぎています。オカダは喫煙室を用意してくれるのと部屋の大きさに対しての料金が割安なのでマニラの泊まりはオカダに決めていました。今年に入ってからでも6〜7回、延1ヶ月は宿泊しています。

今回初めて喫煙室が用意出来ずに禁煙室になりました。このホテルに泊まるのは要望すれば必ず喫煙室を用意してくれたからです。チェックイン時に翌日1PMに部屋の交換を約束しながら連絡も無く３日目の午後に喫煙室が用意出来たと連絡が入りましたが、翌日は早朝のチェックアウトなので断りました。
