Grand Westside Manila Bay

Everything was clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, creating a very comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. Truly an impressive property!

This is my 2nd stay here, and is now the only place I will stay when in Manila. The staff and facilities are great. I love the location, and breakfast is awesome 👌. When i had to extend my stay by 1 night, they were extremely accommodating.

I have nothing negative to say.

This hotel is new and nice. The staff are polite and accommodating. It is clean and has a nice and spacious lobby for guests to enjoy and relax while waiting. The restaurant area is also spacious and offers a wide variety of food selection. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor for those who love to swim and wind down. This hotel is close to the airport which is good. I would recommend it to everyone who prefer to stay closer to the airport.

The rooms are a bit small and there's not enough room to move around especially if you have a lot of luggage and you try to open some of them. Other than this everything is perfect.

La posizione vicinissima all'aeroporto.

The executive room is very spacious and comfortable.

Food is Great!! Thank you

There’s no electricity in the 8th flr where we stayed during our check out, so we need to used the stairs of Fire Exit to go down and passed thru sloped drive way going to the Reception for check out. What an experience for a Senior Citizen! Thank You!!!

The location, the room is just simple but perfect for me and my husband and child..

The food and drinks downstairs is too pricey except the one in the pool grill saturday or whatever u call it that was excellent.

I liked the breakfast, facilities, and how professional staff were.

I did not like how small the bed, that is my only complaint.

Big one and high quality.

Restaurant opening times and pool access is great. Complimentary high tea with executive suite room. Very spacious suite with enough work space.

Room quite a long walk from lift.

Everything as it should be, all good and clean, very good stay. Facilities and room

Maybe a little bigger room, and sound isolation

No tornarem mes!

We were surprised with the breakfast spread it's quite good with the rates we got.

small room

Very friendly staff. The rooms were standard size but we'll designed for comfort. The bed is really comfortable. The buffet spread offers was expansive and worth the price.

The check-in was fast but we went back 3 times since the room card was not working.

Very close to the airport

Pyszne śniadanie piękny pokój i mila obsluga

staff were friendly. clean facility's

my beautiful helmet stolen that was under mu poncho. no follow up when after almost a week staying there

Excellent facilities in the hotel. Staff were very professional and friendly! Breakfast buffet was very good!

Friendly staff 5* Facilities 5* Comfortable room 5* Value for money 5*

Muslim Friendly.

Comfortable bed

Very nice and friendly staff as well

Tried to call using the phone numbers they never picked up or called back. The airport shuttle was not available to pickup as mentioned. I ended up booking a private CAB. On return to airport their shuttle was not available so I ended up private booking again Overall I ended up paying more than I thought with shuttle availability.

Breakfast spread was very good though a bit the same everyday. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained, housekeeping offering cleaning on a daily basis. Swimming pools were big, well-maintained and clean. Food at the pool resto were all very good esp the chicken wings and the four-cheese pizza. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

We enjoy so much the breakfast. And yes the hotel room we booked is pretty small but it was well design and did not bother us as much for one night stay to catch our flight the next day which we used their airport shuttle for free. Bed is comfy and staff are really nice too. Location is very good if you are flying in or out of Terminal 3.

In room dining food is not to our satisfaction especially the kare-kare on the menu

Staff were professional, efficient and accommodating. Close to the airport and very clean.

Our reservation had free airport shuttle services but our arrival and departure were outside their shuttle services.

Staff are very welcoming and very courteous.

A little overwhelmed and the restaurant not many options and so pricey

Staff is way too many around you don't leave you alone

I like the location. Very near to malls and airport.

None.
