The shared areas, like the lobby and hallways were a bit dingy. The front desk staff were ok, but not interested in going to the extra mile to assist.
Next to court of appeals. Walking distance to 16th street downtown
Nothin
Great location! We were in town for a baseball game.
On advertising room with view but the window so tiny the view I can see is the big hotel opposite and the busy road.
The staff were very friendly, and very helpful with finding parking that was affordable.
There was no fridge in the room. The “cooler” provided in the room didn’t allow for food leftovers to be saved or to chill beverages. The bathroom didn’t have a fan in it. The sliding door was difficult to open/operate.
Nothing, I can not believe the cheapest room is over $200 for NOTHING.
$9 water. No amenities, they give you off brand hand soap as body wash & a bar of soap. Appalling. Couldn’t get anyone but an AI bot on the phone. They couldn’t check me in because my ID was not of my married name, as though someone with the booking on their phone, and a husband with an ID of the very unique last name was somehow trying to steal my reservation and pay for it. Because I hadn’t paid for it yet. It was beyond this front desk lady how my last name could be different than the reservation and still be mine. The incompetence is unfathomable. What a waste of money, go to any other hotel in the area but this one.
Very centrally located and loads of bars and resteraunts in the vicinity.
Bed was wat too soft and room was stuffy
Sehr sauber. Enorm ruhig. Sehr zentral. Gerne wieder.
Fairly centrally located
Excessively priced, had to pay extra for valet parking that wasn’t all that protected, and I had to park my own truck.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and well-equipped room.
No portable showerhead in the shower.
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
Very loud rooms, could hear neighbors talking the entire time we were in our room. Took 30 minutes to get car from concierge due to the employee not being there yet even though the sign said 24 hour service on Friday and Saturday.
nothing
went to check in felt like I was being degraded.
Lage
Great place for walking down town Denver
The room I booked was not the room I got. Which required me to spend double my money just to have 2 beds for my colleague and I
Unfriendly service
Great location, clean, quiet and spacious room. Good coffee at the in-house cafe.
Posizione centrale
Convenient location
It was in a very good location for our needs
The service was great
Clean, walkable area
Ac lacked during daytime hours
The location was great as it was walkable to plenty of restaurants and activities.
The location was nice, very central.
The valet is pricier (was told cheaper than others in the area) but they barely have any valets working so you wait forever for your vehicle. The room itself was mid, bed was decent, pillows were horrible, no fridge only a ‘cooler’ that literally does nothing. Phone/clock covered in dust, TV didn’t work very well when we did use it. Curtains not extended all the way to the wall so a big chunk of light came in in the morning.
Ask about parking, they only offer valet for about $60 or $70, i self parked for $40 across the street, self parking is not affiliated with Hyatt it is private city parking directly across the street
Could’ve mentioned in website parking situation
Couldn’t late checkout because I booked through booking.com
It was a walkable distance from Union Station, lots of restaurants and cafes. There is also a restauran on-site, a cool rooftop and the size of the rooms were great!
Did not meet my expectation. I recommend the Hyatt regency or the grand Hyatt instead. Honestly, even the Hyatt house would be better.
I give these amazing people a 10 and extra points for sending me all that I had forgotten - Thanks a million
10/10
10/10 for going through all the trouble of sending me everything i forgot - thanks a million
10/10
Room was a good size, very clean and the staff were great! Location is excellent, two blocks away from a pedestrian street full of restaurants and shops, walking distance from most attractions.
Pillows were not the best and the rooftop bar did not have the best views in the city
Horrible...took 45 minutes for the valet to tell us "that they couldn't find our car", no apologies, it was apparently our fault?? Check in and check out staff were horrible, as was the restaurant and and non exsistent roof top bar. Be sure to check your receipt at check out...they will charge your for in room water whether you use it or not. Shower was good, and bed was comfortable.
Ottima posizione, camera moderna, pulita e spaziosa.
Kind front desk help & Valet parking.
We were 3 for one room but there was only one wash cloth. One of us had to use a hand towel instead. One went without.
It was easier to find than I thought but finding parking was a bit hard.
The bed was uncomfortable and no actual parking that didn’t cost a fortune.
Great location and lovely room. Has a fantastic bar and dining area
Nothing
Close to downtown
People upstairs where loud
Good location.
Lack of parking. However, there is valet parking for $59/night. We accidentally got some cleaning rags in the towels.
Hotel was in a great location and the bed was very comfortable! We parked at the Q garage next to the hotel for 10.99 a night. The room could have been cleaned better there was a bunch of stuff on the floor when we arrived. Overall, solid hotel for the price.
Comfy bed
I hate the sliding barn doors on bathrooms
Great location by the 16th street. Many options of things to do around and very close to many excursions pick up points. Friendly staff and very clean place.
The staff were excellent and were able to help me with all my questions and requests. It is off the beaten path and noise of 16th Street, just two blocks away. The lobby is very small, but the roof top on the 15th floor makes up for it. No pool, hot tub or bathtubs, but the 12th Street Community Center, just three blocks away has a really nice pool and for a small cost people can swim and use the entire facility. The food at the hotel restaurant was also good. Not far from all the action but far enough. Sadly, lots of abandoned buildings along the path on Champas, and those who do not have housing. Lots of great places to eat close by. A Post Office not far if guest need to ship things, and not far from Union Station.
Location was about the only good thing about it.
Parking sucked and I was not going to pay almost 60 dollars for parking. Room was standard so the price was still a bit more than it was worth.
The location being a short walk from Union Station.
The lack of room service with regards to cleaning the room and getting fresh towels. We had to ask reception twice.
This is what I'd say is the perfect location in downtown Denver. Everything is within a 20 minute walk, and the area is super safe and clean. All of the people in the hotel, from front desk to restaurant workers were really friendly and welcoming. The property is immaculately kept up.

Property and room were very nice. Walking distance to 16th street and Coors Field
Could hear downtown sirens
Spacious room, friendly reception, modern decor, amazing restaurant/bar
Very clean and comfortable, close to a lot of Downtown places to explore, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint is that there’s no microwave in the room which can be somewhat inconvenient for a lengthy stay!
That was a very nice modern hotel and the rooftop bar and view. It’s amazing. Just be aware they donot have refrigerators and they have a cooling tray which did not work if you’re staying there for business, be careful. The food was not great with the buffet, but the bar downstairs food I ordered was great.
Location, very comfortable bedding and pillows.
Good location Clean
The restaurant staff could be more transparent
Great location in Downtown Denver. Convenient to Union Station, Coors Field, and 16th Street Mall. With plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, we had plenty of options to choose from without needing a car. The hotel is nicely appointed and feels modern. We had a corner room with two queen beds and a very comfortable bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
I have stayed in this hotel both times I stayed in Denver now. And both times have had a great stay. It's a great location, easy to get Ubers when needed, and the staff are always super helpful and friendlys. Rooms are clean and I'll more than likely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver.
Nothing stands out as a negative.
GREAT Location! This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated. More trendy than old hotel drab. The robe that comes in the room is soft and has a hood! Very comfy. There was a chiller drawer for drinks and an in room safe. Shower had great water pressure and entire bathroom was modern. No outside noise was heard from inside my room. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming. The on site restaurant is so delicious and reasonably priced. Grab a white chocolate pistachio coffee to go! Lots of great spots, including 16th street, are walkable from this hotel. I parked around the corner next to the Quincy apartments and saved as lot of $$.
Everything
This is a beautiful property located fairly centrally in downtown Denver
My room didn't have a microwave
Very attentive staff!
It was in a great location.
Parking, it was behind the hotel in a different building and to get from the hotel to the parking you had to walk around the block and it was just inconvenient.
The front desk staff very helpful and nice! Thank you to them!!! Breakfast food was good but our waitress did not like her job. Location to the baseball stadium and train station were both walkable, love the location!
Noisy, traffic going by and air conditioner- so loud We wanted one more cup of coffee and the waitress ignored us by turning her back on us. When another customer asked her a question she stated " I have been here since 5:30 I'm tired". If we ever come back to this hotel we will not go to the restaurant. The first two mornings we went across the street to the Syrup and staff was friendly, food and coffee was amazing!! Wish we had gone there for the last breakfast
Great location in downtown, close to 16th street.
The cookies daily are a niche
Everything! Great place to stay in downtown Denver with great, attentive staff
The price to park your vehicle for the night.
Excellent hotel with a prime location in downtown Denver. A quick 10-15 minute walk to Coors Field and 7 minute walk to Cheesecake Factory. The room was very clean and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The shower has perfect water pressure. The only thing I would warn about is the room has a cooler not a mini fridge. We grabbed ice to keep our drinks cold.
Location, short distance to 16 street. Clean, and courteous staff.
It was very clean! The bed was very comfortable. They made up our room everyday!
Some staff members were really friendly and others were not.
I travel alone A LOT for work. More than 100 days a year. Today, I checked into the Hyattcentric Downtown Denver and when I opened the drawer to put in my clothes a head rolled over with the blue eyes looking dead at me. I hate horror movies and this real life looking head scared me to death. How's the room? I have no idea how the rest of the room is, there was a head in the drawer! How's the service? Um, the front desk took the head from me and said "sorry." And "this is a first for me." (Yea, me too lady.) Would I come back? THERE WAS A HEAD IN THE DRAWER! Perhaps after I get over the shock I can update this review with a more balanced assessment. In the meanwhile, I hope those blue eyes do not haunt my dreams.
The lobby smelled like a bathroom. It would hit you right away when the doors opened
The hotel is centrally located, just steps away from 16th street (where a free bus can help you get around downtown). The room was very clean and modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had not even noticed there would be a rooftop when I made the reservation, so that was a pleasant surprise: a great place to relax.
Nothing.
clean and friendly staff
Valet parking is very expensive
The hand lotion dispenser in the bathroom was clogged. But all other dispensers worked
Convenient location.
Restaurant was right by reception and bar so very noisy.
Location
Didn't seem like a 5 star at all, just normal and basic

I will start with the things I enjoyed about this location. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and the location was convenient. We ate at the restaurant one night during our stay and the food was very good. Now to the things I did not enjoy. I booked my stay for 4 nights (1 with points and 3 with free nights from my Chase rewards). I had to check out and check in every day even though I booked it all on one itinerary. Very inconvenient. Next, the pillows are awful and go flat within minutes. They were so bad we went to Costco to buy our own. There is no ironing board or a mini fridge in the room. This is my fault for not checking but assuming there would be. They do have a steamer but it didn’t work. Lastly, it was in the 90’s while we were there and we wanted to come back and chill in the cool room. We set the air at 65 and it stayed there the whole time. There’s no way that air was working. It felt more in the low 70’s. I like to be cold when sleeping so this was disappointing. On another note, you can reserve parking thru spot hero for much cheaper than the valet at the hotel. We got a 4 night parking reservation for $67 which is about what one night of valet would cost.
