Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Sesuai yg mahu jauh dr kesibukan pekan kundasang. Bilik family 1 queen & 2 single & ruang tamu/tv asing dr bilik tidur. Juga ada ruang balkoni santai2 utk mkn minum diluar bilik yg punyai pantry.
Berada di tgkat bawah terganggu dgn bunyi derapan penginap di atas sbb rmh atas lantai papan & siling. Toiletries hanya disediakan sabun bathgel. Tiada cafe & agak ke dalam naik bukit utk smpai ke homestay ini dari jln utama kundasang-ranau. Pintu tiada kunci selak utk double security. Sesuai family.

Room 5 has one window, which is facing inside the kitchen. When other guests cook, its very noisy. Wifi didn’t work.

We konden moeilijk contact krijgen met de eigenaar. Tijdens het douchen werd alles nat in de kleine badkamer. We konden af wassen maar er was weinig afwasmiddel en een vies sponsje dat aan vervanging toe was.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The location of the homestay is remote, quiet, and beautiful. There is a great view of Mount Kinabalu. It’s easier to reach with a car. I took a bus to Ranau and asked to be dropped off at Kibbas and walked to the house for about 10 minutes easily. The room is spacious and has its own bathroom. The shared kitchen has the basics like a toaster and kettle so you can make the essentials.
There is no sound proofing. You will absolutely hear every neighbor’s noise. I could not get wifi from my room so I had to go to reception which was in a different building to get weak wifi. I messaged the host on Whatsapp but received no reply from them.

The room that I stayed was a little old and the room window is beside the kitchen. In the morning about 6.20am other guest started cooking, very noisy and I can smell the cooking smells from the room.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025The location is a little far from Kundasang, the toilet is not clean, there are many cobwebs and a strong smell of urine in each toilet. We been control to use of cooking lights in the morning. The parking lot is very full, you have to reverse your car if anyone wants to get out. We booked 6 different rooms. Not all rooms have air conditioning. Sometimes there is no water and the water smells when taking a shower. We didn't expect that we would share the kitchen with others.
