Friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Palma Hotel in Port Said. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off, and we really enjoyed the refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails at the pool bar. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh food. The chefs prepared omelettes to order, as well as delicious pancakes and waffles. Everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel is also conveniently located — it takes only about 5 minutes by taxi to get to the city centre, and the taxi cost us only around 20 cents. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, family rooms are like mini apartments with a big fridge and kitchen, the view of the beach and pool is really nice. Bedding was super comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room service was great. The landscape is beautiful. It is quiet and pleasant. Would stay there again!

The living room area of the apartment could be made slightly more comfortable if the leather furniture is replaced, however it's not a big deal. TV with Internet would be a huge plus, though I know it's not the norm at hotels. This felt more like an apartment so it would be a significant perk.

Very clean and comfortable place, friendly people.

The only thing that they don’t have a part of the see belong to the property only

Mr. Maged, the General Manager, has provided this local resort in Port Said an international standard experience. From the easiest check in to the super clean property and the abundant breakfast, we had a wonderful overnight stay at Palma - and keep coming back again!

Excellent location Excellent management

The location is close to the entertainment facilities with amazing rooms' view, the suites are spacious and clean with new furniture and equipped with all needs stuff. The hotel itself is more like a resort with plenty of green, kid's area, nice pool, and wide parking area. All the staff were amazing, friendly, smiling, and hospitable espicially the manager Mr. Maged who is really a decent, super nice, and extremely helpful person. He welcomes all the guests in person, makes sure everything is done properly to ensure our stay is comfortable. Internet speed and coverage are very good. We also enjoyed the music band who played really nice and elegant music. We were B&B plan so we tried to breakfast which was delicious with wide variety. We also tried the room service and the food again was delicious. We overall enjoyed our stay at Palma hotel and we'd like to be back again. Thank u all for making our stay amazing.

Merci à Soha pour son accueil chaleureux. Grace à elle nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Palma !! 🙏🙏❤️

Rien

Honestly It was an amazing stay there. From the start till the end, the welcoming by the staff and the management was great, they made it very smooth to check in. Great room, with an amazing sea and pool view that makes you feel like you’re in Europe. Room service was on point serving us food at a relatively late time. The check out experience was very smooth with an amazing smile from all the staff helping you with your luggage and the paperwork. The breakfast was way better than I expected, I got a taste of an oriental Egyptian breakfast with great quality and variety of food that’s also western. This is the first time that I write such a long review but this place and the staff definitely deserves it, it was a world class experience on Egyptian soil.

Nothing

Location is great View from the room was exceptional Room size is spacious Cleanliness and amenities in the room compare to 5 stars hotels. Very special thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Maged ElAsiuty. A very professional and dedicated manager, following each and every detail.

Breakfast is relatively below expectation, staff at breakfast need better training. Having no elevators in the buildings is a minus and needs to be worked-on ASAP Illumination in bathrooms need to be increased (currently insufficient).

======================================== My stay at Palma Hotel was excellent. The check-in process was very quick, and I received a warm welcome from Mr. Sherif, the Hotel Manager, and Mr. Ahmed at the reception. The service was great, and the entire staff was professional, respectful, and always smiling. The view was amazing, and the place was peaceful and comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom suite after requesting an extra baby bed. A wonderful experience — I definitely recommend staying here.
