Jewel Gameel appartement

Hadeer was very helpful and very good place

V.good place to stay in Port Said. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers great facilities for children to play and enjoy their time. It provides excellent value for money. There was a small issue during my stay, although it was not the hotel's fault. The staff handled it professionally and resolved it quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again.

Friendly staff

Very well

Reception don't respond to phone either land line or mobile phone Room phone was not working Breakfast was bad quality

I want to express my sincere gartitude for the wonderful stay. All the staff starting from reception through other departments inside the hotel were very kind and the overall experience was truely wonderful and exceptional and we enjoyed our time there and sure we will repeat our visit soon. the location in the middle of portsaid and all services available around the hotel. Finally, Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Sure allowing hotel's guests to pass directly to the sea from the hotel garden will make the hotel more comfortable.

The reception staff were welcoming and always available to help and assist in a comfy manner

There are not many facilities and services, if any. No swimming pool

beach front

no attention from the staff

This place has become my second home, I come here often and always make sure to book with them. The staff are amazing! Hadeer and Adel go above and beyond for their guests, I only wish they have wifi, that’s the only thing that’s missing.

The sea view from the suite . The breakfast was set menu but good in taste and quantity. Staff was helpful

No regular maintenance for the appliances on my first day of my stay almost all the appliances were not working it was not till the next day when things got fixed and operational. As mentioned there was a pool on site but on ground they changed the pool area to an aqua park and it was on additional cost and was very crowded. The location is not very good the place is noisy overall till late night especially on weekends

Location, team are very friendly

Shower, TV & shower drain need to be well maimtained

Comfortably - cleaning -

There is no pool specialist with the hotel

I’ve been coming here for two years now, and there are so many reasons as to why I kept coming back! The staff here are exceptional, Adel and Hadeer always go above and beyond to make certain that I have everything I need. Adel especially was always there when I had questions or needed help with something. The staff make you feel as if you are family, I always end up coming back because I feel safe as a female and I know if I need help it’s always there! The location as well as the apartments are great! There is an actual kitchen with a full size fridge and stove, basically anything you might need they have it! You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Very good
