Die super Lage und das modern ausgestattete Zimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne „drüber“ zu sein.

Wir fanden die Dachterrasse im Vergleich etwas lieblos.

Lage war sehr zentral

Es waren im Dusch & Badbereich noch Haare von Fremden & auch die Handtücher waren nicht komplett sauber, also es waren noch Flecken zu sehen

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes und doch ruhiges Stadthotel. Super nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels, Frühstück perfekt, Sauberkeit, es hat alles gestimmt!

Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

Wonderful stay & incredibly pet-friendly, 10/10 ⭐️ I had such a lovely stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel. The entire team were incredibly warm, friendly, helpful and kind, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special. This was my first time travelling with my puppy, so I was a little unsure of what to expect, but the team made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. They even had a little bed ready for her and kindly allowed us to check in early, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Palma, with restaurants, shops and all the main sights within easy walking distance. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Nivia Born. 10/10 and I would happily stay again!

- the hair dryer wasn't working: it made a strange noise like almost "dying" and when I called and asked for another one, they didn't have, so I couldn't dry my hair in that night - it was replaced in the next day, after going outside, a bit too late - pillows: they were too inflated, even though they asked us if we need to change them because they have different types if pillows, so I asked the thinest ones, but they were still too thick, check pictures - the mattress was too soft, theoretically we could ask to change it but we didn't fo it - in 1of 2 nights the air conditioning had cooking smell and when we opened the windows there were different smells: smoke and weed, so no fresh air - the sink was nice, but not practical (too small and we always splashed around it) - there was a mobile phone with hotel application, nice, but the application didn't work at all, even after they tried to fix it, so we couldn't see the available services - minor but weird "accident" while I was at the toilet, having the window open, I was sprayed with water (most probably with a garden hose) by the neighbour - shower could be improved - calcar to be removed => it doesn't look at all like a 5 stars hotel, I stayed at 4 stars hotels better than this

Absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, surrounded by so many amazing restaurants. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the breakfast was delicious. But the staff deserve 15 out of 10! They were some of the kindest, most helpful, and genuinely lovely people I’ve ever met. They made our stay truly special. We will definitely come back as soon as we have the chance.

We stayed at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Palma, and we had such a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Palma and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. And the bed… absolutely amazing! We had one of the best nights’ sleep. 😊 What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they made our short stay feel very special. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant, which was another highlight. I would highly recommend Nivia Born Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Great location, wonderful rooms, amazing staff, and a very comfortable stay. You won’t regret choosing this hotel — we would happily stay here again! ❤️

The beds were horrible , too soft and 2 single beds for a couple doesn’t work good at all .

Fantastic hotel, it really made my trip to Palma even better. The staff members were so kind and attentive. Every morning the breakfast was wonderful and I also one some occasions had dinner at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location too. I definitely would stay here again. I highly recommend staying here in Palma.

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra visita a Palma y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para recorrer el centro histórico caminando y con una gran oferta de restaurantes y tiendas en los alrededores.La habitacion era comoda y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadia.

Como único aspecto a tener en cuenta, llegar en coche puede resultar un poco complicado, ya que el hotel se encuentra en pleno centro histórico y algunas calles tienen acceso restringido para vehículos. Una vez que se conoce el recorrido, deja de ser un inconveniente. El hotel cuenta con valet parking.

The location is good and very central Palma. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind!

For the amount we paid I would expected better facilities, such as having duvet available upon request. The room was also smaller than expected.

Fabulous location. This really is a boutique hotel with staff that make you feel welcome. Santi (?) on reception was excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Ivan - bringing coffee to the table, having a great attention to details and be very pleasant. The greeting team very informative, giving us a “room tour” explanation. Every evening a message on a card and chocolates - very thoughtful gestures.

Everything was perfect. The location is right in the middle of the old town. Luxury feel to our stay without braking the bank…(too much)

Would have loved to have access to a pool at the property - specially with the heat wave happening during our stay.

Hotel molto elegante, pulito e ben curato nei dettagli, con un ambiente accogliente che mi ha fatta sentire come a casa. Il personale è gentile, cordiale, accogliente, professionale e sempre disponibile. La posizione è centrale e permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta del mio soggiorno.

Very modern and clean boutique hotel. Good choice if you want to stay in the city centre. The staff were friendly and very polite, especially Marc who served us the breakfast with his lovely smile every morning. The a la carte breakfast was very good !

We stayed at your Palma hotel, and have to say the service attention to detail and warm friendly staff was the best in our European travels. People make a difference in a competitive world, and they excel at all levels.

Located in the best part of town with easy accesses to everything we wanted to see. Lovely decorations and tasteful decor. Great amenities.

It’s a little tricky for taxis to access a he front door but that wasn’t an issue for us we just walked a short stretch.

The property was really nice, clean and in a convenient location. The staff was outstanding and took care of everything we needed.

Tesko je doci do hotela ako slijedite navigaciju kroz centar grada. Dorucak je mogao biti raznovrniji i obilniji (imali su samo nekoliko stvari, ostalo se sve narucuje i ceka). Parking je tesko pronaci i naplacuje se 40 eura po danu.

A Simpatia e prestatividade de todos o staff é incrível! Sempre preocupados em ajudar e nos agradar. Parabéns à todos e muito obrigado por tudo.

We stayed at this hotel in May for 7 nights with breakfast. The breakfasts were lovely and there was plenty to eat and a good variety. The area is so convenient for the city and train/bus station. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful - they couldn't do enough for us, and the hotel was clean and modern.

Locatie, personeel, inrichting, hygiëne, service, kleine attenties alles was TOP. Het personeel deed werkelijk alles om je op je gemak te stellen. 5 sterren van mij ! Het bed was extreem comfortabel. Eens je er op lag, wilde je niet meer opstaan. Ik heb zelfs een foto genomen van het merk van de matras, zodat ik er thuis een kan bestellen :D. Handdoeken idem, zeer zacht, slippers zeer comfy, hun producten zijn allemaal lokaal en gemaakt van amandelen. Er is koffie en thee op de kamer en je krijgt vers water en bloemen. Personeel is zeer beleefd en ze doen werkelijk alles om het naar je zin te maken. Ze lijken goed opgeleid (en is niet meer vanzelfsprekend op heel veel plekken). De locatie is helemaal top, pal in het centrum, privé parking in de buurt, alles is op wandelafstand. De kamers zijn super mooi, zeer verzorgd, ze komen meerdere keren langs om alles aan te vullen, nieuwe handdoeken, attenties. Ik zou er zooooo opnieuw verblijven.

Eigenlijk viel er niets echt tegen, als ik dan toch iets zou moeten opnoemen, dan viel de keuken wat tegen. Vooral omdat dat in contrast stond met al de rest. Het is niet slecht, maar zeer gemiddeld. Misschien gebruiken ze bewust geen zout, olijfolie of iets van smaakversterkers :-) Maar hun menu kan beter. Ik had geen ontbijt of brunch inclusief, dus bestelde via de kaart. Als je zin heb in een granola ontbijt, moet je de granola, yogurt en fruit apart bestellen en alles zelf maar mengen (waarom?) Het fruit was 7 euro, en waren twee mini spiesjes met 3-4 stukjes fruit opgezet. Dat vond ik eigenlijk niet kunnen. Heb ook een russische salade besteld (was ok), het bord met de kazen was wel lekker, maar er lagen te weinig beschuitjes op, dus had het gevoel de hele tijd enkel kaas te eten (first world problems), de amandelcake was ook niet top en het ijs ook niet. De prijzen voor roomservice waren écht wel oke. Ik vond het contrast met al de rest wel opvallend, maar dit zou absoluut geen reden zijn voor mij om er niet niet te verblijven.

We scrolled through a lot of hotel options for our Jet2 break in Palma de Mallorca and this one didn't disappoint. As said elsewhere the hotel entrance is on a side street which our transfer gently reversed up to drop us at the door. The hotel frontage faces onto the Passieg del Borne but our "cozy" room was at the back. Just a little noise from the friendly Charlott bar opposite but that closed by 11.45pm. The room was ample for our needs with a LARGE double bed, bath, shower and separate toilet. Bathrobes and slippers were provided and housekeeping did a first rate job. We were warmly greeted by Ana at the 7th floor reception on our first night and given a glass of cava to enjoy on their terrace looking towards the cathedral. We didn't try the restaurant as we wanted to explore the city for food but some fellow guests reported that they were very happy with the breakfast provided. Very conveniently located, literally 4 minutes from the cathedral. We would happily return. (Only small snag was instruction to leave out key cards in our room when checking out early on our final day. Then realised we couldn't operate the lift so lugged heavy suitcase down the stairs! 🙄😁) Would happily return

Sehr freundliches Personal - Ana hat sich gleich sehr nett gekümmert. Ich bekam sogar ein Upgrade in ein wunderschönes Zimmer. Ein herzlicher Empfang! Ein Fahrradverleih ist ums Eck - über Nacht kann das Bike im Hotel abgestellt werden. Die Lage ist perfekt- das Hotel ist mittendrin ! Und für eine Auszeit gibt es mehrere schöne Dachterrassen. Ich würde wiederkommen- zumal Preis / Leistung stimmen .

My wife and I had an extremely pleasant seven night stay in the Nivea Born hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in the old town and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and many places of interest. The room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed . Food was excellent. However, what really made the holiday were the incredible staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt confident that if they recommended a bar or restaurant when asked they did so because it was worth a visit and there was no incentive for the hotel to do so. ( Not always the case!). Friendly , professional and helpful. Great stay

Nivia Born is a modern boutique hotel located in the centre of Palma. It is in easy walking distance of the main city sights. It is in a small side street off the main thoroughfare and somewhat difficult to find at first. But once you have found it you will not be disappointed. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are very pleasant. Ana and Ivan were particularly helpful.

My stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing! I loved the hotel — the room was beautiful, very comfortable, and everything was explained perfectly upon arrival. They even have a pillow menu, which was such a special touch. A huge thank you to Ana for her personalized attention and kindness. She helped me change to a more comfortable pillow for me, recommended amazing restaurants, and even helped organize and book parts of my trip. Her service made the whole experience even more special. I would definitely come back without hesitation! Highly recommended.

Overnattingen stedet var veldig sentralt, ett steinkast unna byen og alt det Mallorca har å tilby. Frokosten var den beste jeg har opplevd, inkludert frokost anbefales på det sterkeste. Rommet var rent og personalet var ekstra hyggelig, vi feiret bryllupsreise hos dem og fikk en liten oppmerksomhet. 11/10

Location, trendy, beautifully decorated

Bed had dips in both sides which killed our backs. Too soft. After lots of tiring walking, we came back for a sleep before going out later and someone knocked on the door. We ignored it as we were sleeping but then they let themselves into the room which shocked us and when my husband shouted hello they quickly left? We then got a phonecall a little later asking if we were enjoying our stay. So if that was what you wanted to ask, why did you come into our room? For this reason we won’t choose your hotel again as privacy lets it down. We were on edge after this and we should have been relaxing. A shame as otherwise a fantastic hotel, polite staff with lovely attention to detail in the rooms through to names on your coffee!

Couple of slight things which we mentioned to the hotel..Wouldn’t stop us going again which we will. Not a good selection of gluten free at breakfast for coeliacs. Slight problem - small breakfast room - 2 ladies having a loud business meeting with phones, facetime etc etc. Last thing we want on holiday is to be reminded of work
