It was very old and beautifully designed and decorated. It also had a lovely shady garden and small pool.

Our room was on the small side but extremely well appointed and beautiful furnishings.

The staff and service was exceptional. Nothing felt like a big ask, we were the centre of their attention and went the extra mile where they could. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with great facilities and rooms. It’s very much a 5-star hotel and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Das Hotel liegt in ausgezeichneter Lage am Rand der Altstadt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Der gepflegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett ausgesprochen bequem - ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sich das Hotel bereits vor unserer Anreise nach Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten erkundigt hat. Die Umsetzung vor Ort war jedoch etwas schwierig. Aufgrund einer Laktoseintoleranz wünschten wir laktosefreies Joghurt zum Frühstück für die Tochter. Am nächsten Morgen, ein Montag, war es auf die Wunschzeit 9:30 Uhr nicht verfügbar. Auch später nicht. Ich erinnerte am zweiten Abend wieder daran, es musste jeden Morgen erst organisiert werden, sodass wir regelmässig längere Zeit darauf warten mussten. Hier wäre eine bessere Vorbereitung und ein reibungsloserer Ablauf wünschenswert.

We have just returned from this beautiful hotel in Palma old town. It was our 30th wedding anniversary while we were there and it was a really special place in which to spend this special occasion. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough for us. Thank you for the flowers,chocolates and cava in our room,very nice touch. We stayed in the sky suite and even though it was a little expensive, it was perfect with it's own hot tub and huge terrace. We spent our full days up there just relaxing. The bar area and spa were great and the garden area was truly beautiful. If I was to have any complaints it would be that we thought the air con could have been a little stronger as it was very hot while we were there and we did have it at the lowest setting but it was not cool enough in our room. Also I have had better breakfasts and food in other 5 star hotels and the burgers etc were very overpriced. Would I return ? Yes I can't wait.

Wunderschöner Garten, tolles Frühstück, tolle Suite, sehr zuvorkommendes angenehmes Personal. Und das alles mitten in Palma, zentraler geht es fast nicht. Wir kommen wieder 🫶👍

Very charming place to stay while in Palma. The location is central and the hotel staff is very helpful. Loved our stay here.

We had only one lunch at the hotel, preferring to eat mainly in the town. We had drinks which were beautifully served. The garden is very special and a lovely find.

A proper light in the lift would be good!

Absolutely perfect stay! Incredible location, unique atmosphere, spotless rooms, and exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast team was wonderful, and the food was amazing and delicious. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely everything was sublime. The staff were so friendly, the entire hotel was beautiful and the location was very central.

I stay in some of the best hotels in the world and Can Bordoy is up there with the best. The service is fabulous, superb recommendations (thank you Jorge) and dreamy soft furnishings and bedding. Incredible location for everything Palma has to offer. I’m booking our return already.

Pool a bit small and not enough sun loungers

An impromptu visit to this beautiful hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful - faultless. Beautiful, oasis of calm and serenity. Cool decor, room was amazing. Great job, wish we could have stayed for longer!

The hotel has a marvellous position in the centre of Palma, the staff were extremely helpful and polite, they made you feel at home immediately upon arrival, our room was spotless with excellent facilities. Our breakfasts were very good. Very relaxing roof top pool and relaxing area Would definitely stay at Can Bordoy Grand House again

Vårt rum var väl ingen höjdare. Kanske kul design för några men att stiga in i typ badrummet för att sedan ringla dig upp i en fallfärdig och knarrande spiraltrappa för att sedan hitta en superhärlig säng på rumsloftet. Nej inte någon favoritlösning.

Personal bemüht sich sehr, schafft es aber nicht Preis und 5 Sterne zu gerechtfertigten! Roomservice vergisst Toilettenpapier und Room check am Abend! Erst nach zweimaligem Reminder wird nachgefüllt! Beim check in wird man 45m vergessen! Zimmer war bereit! Im Botsnico wird man gesetzt und vergessen 45 min! Flughafen transfer wird vergessen u f Flug fast verpasst, da Taxi im Stau! Pollreinung tagsüber während 6 Stunden!

Nog nooit eerder in zo’n luxe accommodatie gelogeerd. Bij aankomst konden we tegen een kleine meerprijs een upgrade krijgen. Prachtige ruime suite. De service is uitstekend en het personeel extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De handdoeken werden wel 3x per dag verwisselend, in de avond als we terugkwamen van eten was het bed weer opgemaakt etc. Ook mochten we een uur gebruik maken van de heerlijke privé wellness. Ook het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk en hebben ze een fijn zwembad.

What a fantastic hotel, we have never met such friendly staff. Great location for a city break and the rooftop area is awesome. We used the spa which was very private and top end. We will definitely back.

The hospitality at this hotel is remarkable. It is a perfect example of how people and relationships can transform an experience. The staff were so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming that any small inconveniences simply faded into the background. The service was consistently quick, friendly, and of the highest standard. Their team creates an atmosphere where you feel genuinely cared for, which made the stay feel special rather than just comfortable.

Not much actually. There were few inconveniences here and there, but nothing that felt significant. Either they were quickly resolved, or the overall experience was that great that these were very easily overlooked.

It’s a combination of old school Glamour but expect it to be a little rustic and curtains everywhere very clever use of space and smoke and mirrors not a great breakfast. Wouldn’t bother with it again but great cafes nearby so enjoy!

La habitación estaba muy cuidadosa y originalmente diseñada, te sentías muy especial en ella, con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginarte y más. La ubicación es inmejorable, resulta fácil acceder en coche y dar un paseo por el centro.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are really thoughtful and caring an go out of their way to be helpful, we felt thoroughly spoilt ! The location is central but still very quiet for a lovely nights sleep !

The hot tub was not operating the first three days we were there so we could only enjoy it for one day, which was a shame.

Lovely staff and wonderful facilities. Very clean and awesome swimming pools. The WhatsApp concierge feature was wonderful and every request was met within minutes (restaurant bookings, spa bookings, private car transfers). I will definitely visit again!

Thank you to ALL of the wonderful staff at Can Bordoy! We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely but what really makes it are the staff. A sincere pleasure.

This is paradise on earth! So delicate!!

From the first moment we walked through the door the team at the Can Bordoy were super friendly, engaging and dedicated. Every member of staff went that extra mile to make our anniversary trip a memorable one. The hotel itself is comfortable and stylish and the food and drink was nothing short of world class. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place for that special occasion. We will return.

Highly recommend Hotel Can Bordoy. This was an unbelievable stay. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel located conveniently. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have traveled all over the world, and the customer service at this hotel is unbeatable. (Our flight out was cancelled due to weather and Jesús and Miguel helped us with every step of the way getting to Barcelona by boat.) Plus help with restaurant recommendations, reservations, taxis, booking a car to drive around the island—comes right to the hotel and drop off is the same.

Allt var fantastiskt! Den lugna och vackra miljön, frukosten, takterrassen och rummet, men framförallt personalen - helt oklanderlig service!

Terrible bedroom - no air conditioning - they told us to just open the windows of which had locks on so couldn’t open them, we requested to move, they showed us another bedroom of which had a spiral staircase which was awful & very unsafe as you would need to go downstairs to the toilet & there was no handrail (a rope) very dangerous! We then got moved to a better room with air conditioning, but the room hadn’t been cleaned as there was hair in the soap package & also where the tap 🚰 is very unhygienic + the breakfast was very poor I certainly wouldn’t be going back to this hotel, the hotel doesn’t in gave bed side drawers to put your underwear in so you have to live out if your suitcase for two days @ €600 per night !! We have stayed in much better hotels in Palma!!! Very expensive for this hotel very poor 1* max
