Great central location and beautiful common areas.

Our ground-floor room was small and quite dingy, with the bathroom down a steep flight of stairs in the basement, and looked nothing like the images we had seen when booking. When we raised this, we were told that our room category included a wide variety of rooms. We asked to move and, although the hotel was full that day, said we’d happily move the following day but nobody ever got back to us. One evening, loud music from the hotel bar and guests chatting directly outside our room continued until around 12:45am. When we asked when it would end, we were simply offered earplugs. Service was average at best and not particularly friendly. At breakfast one morning, we were even told to get our own coffee while other guests were being served.

The location, the interiors and the food were amazing! The rooftop cabanas were a nice touch after a day of site seeing.

Nothing in particular not to like, although I felt some of the staff could have been a bit more helpful at times.

The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been adapted to maintain its architectural and historical charm with all the modern conveniences for guests. The location of the hotel is central to seeing some of Palma’s main visitor attractions such as the cathedral. It is also close to some amazing restaurants and great shops. Our bedroom suite was spacious with comfortable bed and seating area, plus a lovely small terrace area. The hotel reception areas are beautifully presented. The breakfasts were fantastic and offered a wide choice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We liked it all.

Excellent approachable staff showing respect and patience as we practised our Spanish. Helpful and accommodating for any questions over local facilities. Very elegant shared spaces.

Only criticism was that there was not a facility to make our own tea/coffee in the breakfast area which led to delays in waiting for staff.not a criticism Of the staff themselves.

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo: non rispecchia le caratteristiche di un 5 stelle. Alcuni elementi sono da categorie inferiori (lenzuola bucate, pessima insonorizzazione ed impossibilità di oscurare la camera durante la notte). Bagno troppo piccolo.

The staff was very nice. Amazing breakfast buffet. The bed and pillows are by far the best I have ever tried. Beautiful hotel with attention to detail. Great location in Palma center.

Die Lage und das freundliche Personal. Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse und der Service war mega.

Das Frühstück war recht sparsam, genauso wie das Platzangebot. Aber das ist vermutlich der Kompromiss für ein Stadthotel der Lage.

Some of the staff not all especially the one whom I dealt with while checking out very unprofessional and had to revise the bill 3 times and delayed me for more than 15 minutes and was late for my flight . Also the hotel policy regarding the usage of their beach clubs which are not family friendly at all and to make an argument before the GM agreed to make discount for us to use the beach clubs which is supposed to be free for hotel residents ! Also the shuttle service despite it’s also mentioned that it’s free the told us that we will wave it for as it cost 10 euros per person !! I thought that it was misleading information on the website .

Repeated room key issues - three times it didn’t work Pool is not advertised properly. It appears there is a big pool but this is the beach club Poor communication from staff - my spa hour was not prepared and appointment obviously not noted despite the fact I organised it day prior. Only got to use sauna and only for 30min due to the delay as I had other plans Spa hour offer only included sauna

Wir mochten das Frühstück es gab die üblichen Frühstückskomponenten in guter Qualität. Es gab einen extra Tisch mit mallorkinischen Spezialitäten.

Das Wasserbecken auf der Dachterasse war sehr sehr klein und sehr warm. Auch die Abluft der Küche störte an manchen Stellen der Dachterrasse. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf Höhe der Dachterrasse und der Türbereich eher hellhörig. Damit war die Lautstärke (ab und an) im Zimmer nicht Fünf Sterne angemessen.

Authentic, modern and extremely well presented surroundings. Staff were very helpful, friendly. Had a lovely welcome and the little touch of a chocolate each night left by the housekeepers was lovely. Nice touch and greatly received was the bracelet. Breakfast is superb.

I had a wonderful stay at Puro. Everyone on the team was exceptionally kind, always smiling and genuinely made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and you can tell there’s great attention to every little detail. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and excellent quality. The location is perfect within walking distance of all the main highlights in Palma which made exploring so easy. They truly make you feel welcome and it was the perfect place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Would happily come back.

It took so long to get into our room. No one called us like they said they would. Glad we reconfirmed our early morning taxi to get to the airport. It was never booked like they said it was.

Beautiful place, nice interior design, rooftop pool, sauna and gym, great food, friendly staff.

We were required to upgrade to a suite because we were travelling with our young children, as we were told that the standard double room was not suitable for a family, despite having stayed in one last year without any issues. As a result, we paid over €600 per night. Unfortunately, the suite is not particularly well designed. It is essentially one large open room without any separation between the sleeping and living areas. For families with children, this means that once the children are asleep, there is nowhere else to sit without keeping the entire room dark. A proper suite should have a separate bedroom and living area. The room is also impractical for anyone needing to work. The desk is not located near any power outlets, making it difficult to use a laptop, and the bathroom offers very little storage space for toiletries. Mallorca is an extremely popular tourist destination, and unfortunately this is reflected in the overall service standards. Demand is so high that many hotels seem to have little incentive to provide the level of service one would expect at this price point. Services commonly found at comparable luxury hotels, such as a concierge or luggage assistance, were notably absent.

The location was great

The room was not great. We had a suite as our daughter was staying with us. There was not enough space and no vanity area or very much storage. The bathroom was terrible and flooded each time someone took a shower and the concrete sink was impractical. The hotel offered us an upgrade but we would have had to pay.

Wir wurden bereits bei der Anreise außergewöhnlich angenehm begrüßt. Überall sehr freundliches Personal. Begrüßungsdrink, Kofferservice, Tür wird aufgehalten. Es riecht sehr gut, wenn man in das Hotel kommt. Alles top sauber. Ich hatte Geburtstag und im Zimmer wurden wir überrascht mit einer sehr schönen handgeschriebenen Glückwunschkarte sowie einer guten Flasche Sekt im Eiskübel. Frühstück super mit einer fantastischen Auswahl. Wir kamen mit der Bedienung des Safes nicht gleich zurecht und 2 Minuten später kam ein Mitarbeiter und hat das geregelt. Lage phantastisch direkt in der Altstadt, 2 Minuten zum Passeig Born, aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Altstadtgasse. Wir benötigten einen Mietwagen und das Hotel hat das für uns sofort organisiert. Am Tag der Abreise bestellte die Rezeption für uns ein Taxi, das pünktlich um 14 Uhr vor dem Hoteleingang stand. Alles perfekt!

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt. Frühstück in Ordnung & Standard, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Personal überwiegend freundlich. Störendes Geräusch im Zimmer durch Elektrokasten wurde kurzfristig behoben.

Zimmer 145 ist eine bessere Besenkammer. Extrem kleines Zimmer, dunkel und Klimagerät direkt am Kopfteil des Bettes. Zudem einsehbar von den Hausfluren. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Exceptionally nice staff and service; great breakfast (à la carte & buffet); ideally located in a quiet street within the old town; our room was cozy, clean and spacious.

No downsides I could think of - we had a fantastic stay at the Puro Grand hotel and would choose it again for future visits to Palma.

Gorgeous property with amazing staff

We booked for a king or two twin beds and didn’t really discuss upon check in and they didn’t ask- we originally got a king but they switched it to two twins the next night- the staff were extremely accommodating my only recommendation would be to ask before hand! Felt bad making the staff change it for only one night

Excellent location, lovely room. Nice roof top with plunge pool and drinks service.

No real bar area to relax in. Staff were mixed, some excellent, others not so friendly or helpful.

Fantastic location within palma old town really nice room with a great kingsize bed and a fantasic shower after a week on our touring bikes

Rummet höll verkligen inte 5 stjärnenivå. Bottenvåning med fönster mot matsalen. Väldigt mörkt. Dålig luft. Luftkonditionering lät jättehögt. Badrum nedför brant trappa ner i en källare. Mycket märkligt rum!!

The location is good

the services were not what we expected. The room wasn’t particularly impressive. The staff was quite slow, and only at the end—when we got really upset—did they try to resolve our issues. I feel that if I hadn’t said anything, no one would have bothered to address them. Also, on the night we stayed (a Saturday), there was a party in the hotel until 1 AM, and I couldn’t sleep. We should have been informed in advance. Overall, I think the price is quite high for the level of service provided.
