Rove City Walk

Amazing. We love this hotel so much and the staff always friendly.

great value and a convenient price

air conditioning was not working as per thermostat. our entire trip was bad because of the AC. It was over cooling than required and thermostat seemed to not work.

The laundry service was not good. Everything else was perfect

Nice place and comfortable

Location is good .. closer to the Dubai metro, Mall and BK. Room was average, carpet could use a steam clean. Proper electric point in bathroom could be handy for ladies.

11 night family stay was very enjoyable, particularly the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and excellent throughout, which really elevated our experience. Hotel location is great for access to shops and restaurants in City Walk Mall, and Dubai Mall

Clean property and nice pooo and excellent customer service

Lovely spot for basic clean room, with excellent breakfast, lovely pool area, great shuttle service. Rooms aren’t lux, but for the price you can’t beat the service, breakfast and restaurant/ bar, and helpful staff.

Never ate out. Just ate at restaurant and little grocery store.

Very good!!

I have been staying at this hotel 4-5 times a year for the past few years. Kumar and Sabu are just excellent and they provide the level of service that I come back for time and time again.

I think everything is good. I and my family like this hotel. Next time we are gonna come here. I really recommend. Also my flight was changed, and I asked about my check out, then they changed it for me, for free! Cool!

Lovely Been here over a month and a half and has become like home :) great amenities. Clean rooms, good breakfast can’t complain

Loved it !!!

.

Very good price and good service and nice location

Had a great stay at Rove City Walk. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of options. Only downside was that housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room in a timely manner, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Very good location and very clean rooms, nice restaurants and accessible to everywhere

Very nice staff and very clean hotel

All good

Checking in was very smooth and very courteous staff :)

Staff was responsive to every question and anything needed with friendliness and care!

Everything was top notch at property, rooms were clean, staff were amazing and very supportive. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed stay there.

Very comfortable stay. The staff was courteous.

This place feels like home! From the reception they’re accommodating and smiling, the staff are nice. The atmosphere in the lobby with the music and all. The room is clean and they’re very helpful and friendly. Tge location is perfect as well! I love this place! Definitely going back.

Everything was great! The place is beautiful and service is amazing, clean and tidy

Love it

Nice place

Friendly extremely helpful staff, simple nice hotel. Great location to nearest metro and walking distance to Dubai Mall. I just wished breakfast could part hotel bookings but all hotels are same in Dubai not just this one.

Best location

Everything was awesome. Thanks rove city hotel

It’s the best location

Rove is the perfect balance!

excellent location for inner. Walking distance to local restaurants as well

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel

Well positioned, excellent, helpful and welcoming Reception staff. We really appreciated the courtesy bus, enabled us to easily visit places we may not have otherwise.

I recently stayed at the Rove City Walk hotel in Dubai for eight nights, and it was one of the best stays I've ever had. The hotel is in the heart of Dubai, with stunning views of the downtown area and the surrounding neighborhoods. The service was excellent. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I can assure you that the hotel's staff is committed to making you feel at home, and they have been successful. The hotel is within a walking distance from the Dubai City Walk, with numerous dining, shopping, and walking options. The Dubai Mall Burj Khalifa metro station is a short 8–10 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, modern, and fresh, and they have all the basics you need. Rove City Walk provides shuttle service to the Dubai Mall, the beach, and other nearby locations. The hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast was just fine. It wasn't impressive, but I was satisfied with the options. I will stay at Rove again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Dubai.

Great location

Friendly staff and clean room

Great service

The hotel is lovely and staff super friendly, but the reason i booked it is it offered a beach bus shuttle service, turn out to be only twice a day. They should’ve mentioned it. The second reason is i thought it is in the heart of City Walk, that it is a walking distance. Although city walk is behind the hotel, you still need a car to get there, especially with Dubai’s weather, you can’t walk to it even if it is close. But if you are coming to Dubai for shopping this hotel is perfect because their bus shuttle to Dubai Mall is around the clock

Great hotel, clean,

Unfriendly staff opposit to how it used to be

Great stay, good location, clean, friendly staff

Was not offered Expedia vip benefits. Third stay at this hotel. Its convenient and right next to Citywalk and close to Dubai Mall.

I needed to stay a couple of hours more after my check out time before my flight and they gave it to me for free to rest up before my travel. Such a kindness which I did not see anywhere else in the world although I travel a lot.

Amazing hotel in the downtown city and great staff, service and excellent food!

We had such a fantastic experience at Rove City Walk. Great location in the city, excellent staff who go above and beyond and an amazing buffet breakfast at the Daily restaurant! Dubai mall is so close and some lovely restaurants nearby. I cannot fault this hotel for anything as everything is so convenient and clean, you can even do your own laundry at the hotel laundromat. This is well above a 3 star hotel. Thank you for the brilliant service - I would definitely come back here ☺️

Staff was great , especially Donna

Late check out option was very helpful

I love the location, very convenient. Service was good

Excellet

Good place

Very friendly and easy going staff. Quick service, close to everything.

Lovely hotel, with pool area and views of Burj Khalifa. However, service in the restaurant and bar wasn't great. Nearly every time we were in the restaurant for dinner or breakfast we had to get up to find someone to order. They needed more staff as we always struggled to find someone.

Kind Staff and amazing views!

Excellent customer service.

Good

Great deal

Very clean. Quiet and well maintained.

attentive staff and clean room

It was in a great location... near Mall and City Walk.... bus to the beach etc. I disnt receive an upgrade wished I had. But the staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and drinks reasonable.... pool was clean..wish it was adult only ia my only gripe I guess as it's in quiet an adult area. Would definitely recommend :)

Alot of facilities and very nice vibes

I am very happy with my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the services exceed my expectations. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to returning again.

It's a nice place. The food was great. I would definitely stay here again. One negative: the live music in the lobby made dinner conversation difficult.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and every time I leave here feeling massively appreciated as a guest. The hotel facilities are perfect for a business trip but what I value the most are the people who deliver the most wonderful service. Whether it's the reception team or the F&B team, they always ensure that my stay is valued. This is my go-to hotel for Dubai and I look forward to coming back here again soon.

This hotel was incredible, near all prime locations in Dubai, you have such a nice view, food was delicious! The staff were beyond great, always attentive and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again! Make sure to ask for John as your server, amazing guy!

Very clean and unique look.

The property was very clean, good amenities, breakfast was excellent each day. Level of Attention and accommodation was off the chart especially two employees John (in the mornings) and Bertrand (at night) made our stay extra especial.

Excellent all round hotel with a great pool and outdoor area.

It’s close to burj khalifa and Dubai mall , the ac was terrible though

Very clean but little colder than I like

The hotel location is great, rooms and other facilities are well maintained. The staff is welcoming and professional. The rates are a bit on the high side and i had to pay an additional full day at an expensive rate because i arrived early morning and they usually handover the room in the afternoon.

We chose this hotel for the excellent location and it did not disappoint. The central location made it easy to walk to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall as well as to walk to the metro station. We loved the breakfast selection and the restaurant was also great for dinner.

Really comfortable and clean hotel

Great location and nice hotel Rooftop pool Hotel is within easy walking distance of good public transport hub and about 15 minutes walk (on air conditioned walkways) to mall

Amazing. Best location in Dubai for this price. Not a fault. Breakfast great

It was a pleasant stay !

Nada, who works at the hotel reception, truly stands out as a professional and welcoming staff member. Her warm smile, attentive and polite attitude towards guests, and readiness to address any inquiries make every visitor feel valued and appreciated. Interacting with Nada feels less like being in a hotel and more like being embraced in the comfort of home. Her dedication and kindness deserve special recognition. Nada’s efforts undoubtedly enhance the hotel’s reputation and encourage guests to return again and again. Well done, Nada!

Really Nice place

Great location although the shuttle wasn't as convenient as I think it should be. But the view is amazing, the area is quiet and safe and still pretty close proximity to Dubai mall. Amazing.

10-min walk to the nearest metro station, and to City Walk. There is also shuttle service available to City Walk and Dubai Mall.
