The hotel is very accessible since it's just near SM City Bacolod. Staffs were also very accomodating and hospitable.

The water drainage in the shower seems to be clogged. After showering, there seems to be a little bit of flooding inside the shower area in the bathroom. There were also no face or hand towels which forces us to go outside the bathroom with our feet wet.

Can't beat the location inside sm and 3min feom the port. Else nothing positive to say....

The hotel.is clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel located is direct access to SM shopping mall. Walking distance to central market, cathedral and not far from Lacson St.

Personalet roter veldig mye. Når jeg reservert bordet det er mye frem og tilbake . Snakker du med noen også dagen etterpå så snakker de noe annet. Litt skuffet med inn sjekking, de sier at jeg har ikke betalt men allerede betalt på nett. Tok lang tid før de fikk ordnet. Har levert klærne til vask også de har lovet at de skal levere de med engang. Også ringte de etter mange timer at de har glemt å levere klærne til laundry. Måtte kjøpe klærne på SM. All in all de er veldig hjelpsomt, greie og snill uansett

We had 2 rooms- one was fine. The other had a smell in it the whole time plus ac was not bringing the temp down enough, it was muggy in the room. The shower also did not drain properly so we would shower with our feet submerged under water on the ground bc it doesn’t drain

We check in August 7 at Radisson sm bacolod for 2 days to celebrate my son birthday. It was convenient to use even its rainy coz the place located inside the mall. The kids are enjoyed and we having a good time. Thanks also to a friendly Jobere who cleans our room. I really appreciated. His a nice guy.

Easy access with excellent staff especially Aya, hazel and dandy.

Overall stay is very good, the room is clean,, just an improvement to refill daily the drinking water upon cleaning and also provide disposable slipper

Its near sm city and near the venue of my event!

There were two roaches when we checked in. We had to follow up for pillows, slippers, and other amenities. Breakfast was slow to refill, you really need to follow up if you want them to replenish the food. We even changed our breakfast time, thinking we were just late, but it was still the same. You really have to ask and remind them to refill because there were times when there was no viand available. The extra bed was set up in front of us, and we saw that the foam was very dirty. They were only going to cover it with one sheet, so we had to request an extra sheet. Upon arriving at midnight, we had to request a luggage trolley ourselves, which was frustrating because the staff seemed sleepy. We were also sleepy and tired after our trip. Considering the amount we paid and the reputation of the Radisson brand, the experience was disappointing.

This is our go-to place whenever we're in Bacolod. My parents recently stayed here while attending a wedding, and the staff kindly allowed them to check in early, which gave them enough time to prepare for the event. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would especially like to thank Ray from Housekeeping for assisting them throughout their stay. Thank you for making their experience comfortable!

Its proximity to SM Mall and location downtown in middle of the city. Our room was quite large and view towards the water was good.

The bath towels were thin and very lightly fraying. The view was good but there are plenty of squatter shacks that detracted from the view.

My first time staying at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod was a truly wonderful experience! The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, boasting a modern, welcoming atmosphere and peaceful, quiet rooms that made for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent and highly convenient, offering great overall value for money. On top of that, the food was absolutely great, the amenities were enjoyable, and the outstanding service stood out the most—the staff are incredibly warm and accommodating. I love it that it is very close to SM and S&R. The hotel is very nice and their rooms are clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. They have a security guard even in the parking lot.

Customer Service, house wide, was exceptional. Pool and exercise room were great. Direct access to mall was convenient. Breakfast was great!

I saw a cockroach near the breakfast buffet counter.

Stayed to celebrate the father’s day. Short but relaxing one, maybe you could include more options or variety of foods in the menu.

Pretty decent for its price. Some lights in the room were "sensor-powered" that made us uncomfortable, reported to the staff and made some adjustments.

Park Inn is literally connected to SM City Bacolod and is about 5 mins away by car from the fastcraft pier. So location wise, it's in an excellent spot because you are steps away from many food and shopping choices.

I wasn't too happy about room cleanliness. The linen was on the greyish side and so were the towels. The peephole had tissue stuffed into them which no one cared to remove. The handsoap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't refilled. The breakfast selections didn't taste very good.

It is very safe and relaxing, the place is very cozy. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I will recommend this to my friends and relatives.

Access to SM, general Bacolod location.

The minimal nature of the room furnishings was kind of annoying - closet doors and a motion light at the "closet" that came on anytime you were near it, day or night... no additional tables, no couch. Elevators were down 5-6 days... until the basketball teams arrived, hmmmm. Hotel I think already needs a refresh in the hallways (carpets) and someone please rethink the spartan nature of the rooms... not inviting at all, cold and anti-human. Breakfast a competitive jungle at the wrong hour... person taking/making omelet/egg orders, barely visible behind kitchen junk... come on.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo. The delay in refund of deposit. Make sure you use credit card for deposit. Or I would suggest to the Hotel to ask for cash security deposit and refund upon check out.

Location, close to everything.

The bathrooms. Stains on bathroom corners, slimy shower floors. In other words, cleaning standards, especially in bathrooms need to be improved . Proper training maybe? And constant monitoring and evaluation. .

Superb, luxury experience, great food and highest standard of guest service. Buffet breakfast is always the best at Park Inn so many options to choose from, even the room is of high standard and comfort.

I didn't like that the restaurant has a food inventory management problem. The Philippines has this issue all the time. They were out of the shake we requested. To really make it worse out of Cannoli for desert. I have been wanting to have my girlfriend try these. We decided to not eat there. Not happy with poor food inventory management control. Wont ever eat there after that!

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. When we first entered the room, slippers were not provided, but after I requested them, they were brought to us right away. There was a scheduled power outage during our stay, and unfortunately the pool was under maintenance at the time. Despite those minor inconveniences, we still had a very good overall experience. We would definitely come back again.

We feel happy , comfortable staying even if it is short staycation . Money wise good coz I got it discounted.
