Great stay spread over large area, vast and variety arrangment of food, multiple option for kids, well decorated spa, swiming pool,4 mins walking from beach, they are providing E rickshaw (buggy) service for beach and hand crafted picnic box, which is hugely recommended. Friendly staff, especially manager. Will definitely come back and recommend every one for family stay in Benaulim.

Price is a bit higher for the location.

The breakfast spread was good and specially the pastry section. The pool was warm and we'll maintained. Buggy service is there to reach the beach which is helpful during g the monsoons.

The staff were exceptional. Very courteous and responsive. Room was very clean and well equipped, although bit small. The staff is by far the best aspect of the resort.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. They were wel trained , smiling and attending guests. Beach was just walking distance.

The property was amazing. The staff was more than cooperative. Starting with Shruti who was warm and welcoming made us feel comfortable when we checked in. The server staff Yashin, Balveer and Arjun were very helpful and accommodating. Thanking the entire Kava staff for making our daughter's birthday dinner special with the decoration and birthday cake. Also thanking the management staff for room decoration and cake for our daughter.

It is really well maintained and has a sense of comfort and calmness. Close access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Room are well maintained

Breakfast buffet was very good. Sunday brunch was good. Buggy is a good addition even if it doesn't go all the way to the beach. Room service every day was good.

Great resort close to beach and restaurants. Taxi stand at front of hotel for other trips. Good gear in the gym. Good variety at breakfast and lots of live stations. Pool was good and pool bar also good. Spa treatment was awesome.

The staff there is great. Albaksh at the poolside bar is one of the most hardworking guys. The entire restaurant staff too goes over and beyond to make it comfortable for you.

Pro The house keeping is good and very fast. the room service is also good and on time. The ladies from desk are good. If you are staying just for a day then good Con There was a male front desk towards late evening of 10th June a very rude guy. There is taxi mafia nearby the hotel. Somehow these hotels of Marriott lack the hospitality TAJ group provides. Also I noticed one thing that whereever there is TAJ group of hotel in Goa there is no issue of GoaMiles or other private taxis. Somehow Marriott has yet to manage that part. I though the towels could be little better more softer. so cleanlinesswise I would rate 7 out of 10.

The taxi mafia in which case the Hotel said they can not do anything but actually they can. They need to learn form Taj Group

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The entire property is stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and set in a peaceful, serene environment that instantly helps you unwind. The swimming pool is huge and perfectly maintained, making it one of the highlights of the stay. The gym is also excellent, well-equipped and ideal for keeping up with your fitness routine. One thing that truly stood out was the dining experience. The restaurant is lovely, and the chefs went above and beyond—they happily customized my meals exactly the way I wanted, and every dish turned out delicious. The food overall was exceptional and added so much to the experience. The property itself is quite expansive, giving a sense of openness and calm that’s hard to find. It truly feels like a perfect getaway from the chaos of daily life. To top it all off, the stay was excellent value for money, making the overall experience even more satisfying. Overall, this was a fantastic experience with great service, beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and amazing food. I would definitely love to come back again!

Breakfast area was always fully crowded. Menu was good. People who were serving did not react well most of the time. Barring the Lady who was receiving the guests, many other serving staff avoided eye contact and some of them did not respond to guests in polite manner.

Staff were not always very cooperative and it was taking them more time for regular work. Crowded Cafeteria and rushing staff most of the time. A few staff members did not even bother to respond or respond with "Sir".

The location and the staff and amenities were great! Lots of things to do for kids, accommodating staff especially the kitchen staff (a special mention to Chef Pranjal) It is a stone’s throw from the beach which is ideal!

There were too many houseflies in the Kava Dining Restaurant! Honestly didn’t want to eat food at the restaurant due to this, would have appreciated if this issue had been taken care of.

The place offers amazing hospitality, food, clean rooms and a huge swimming pool. Excellent resort for a comfortable family stay

There were frequent power cuts(power kept on going on off ) in our 2 days of stay . Also, while checking out we went for lunch and we had to wait for 15-20 mins just to get someone to take our order (this was after 2-3 reminders to the staff to send someone to take order)

Staff very cooperative. They listen to our suggestions sincerely. During breakfast rush hours they managed very well.

Mosquitoes issue. To dry clothes one has to open doors and come out and the moment door is opened mosquitoes get inside. Some entertainment programme in the evening to be arranged specially during vacation times

The water bottles have some paint marks from the caps, which I believe may be injurious to health. This issue was noticed on all the water bottles served.

Extremely well located. Very close to the beach, roughly 5 mins walking distance, however they have their own buggy service for all the guests. Very well Maintained pool, garden and play areas for children and also adults.

Lesser variety at the dinner buffet. Also the absence of mutton/prawn/pork preparations at dinner, considering the price point and the fact that it’s Goa!

The location was good and the amenities were decent but there was no proper parking space and most of the gym equipment was damaged or not working.

The breakfast could have been better. It was very average and the same menu was served on all three days of our stay.

Variety & quality was very good Ambience was also very good. Behavior & cooperation of all staff was very good &homely.

We enjoyed our entire stay very much. But we may enjoy our stay little more if tavel desk service was provided by the hotell management instead of third party arrangement.

When it rained on Sunday 17th may it was not possible to cross over from one wing to the other as the connecting passage is exposed to rain. However the staff helped us go thru ....this passage Needs to be fixed for safe passage from one wing to the other
