Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Pozitia este buna. In port, aproape de faleza, de centru, cafenele restaurante la parter, statia pt deplasare pe insula chiar langa locatie.
De departe cea mai slaba cazare pe care am avut-o in ultimii ani, si noi calatorim mult 5-6 vacante pe an plus city break-uri. Am renuntat in ultimul moment la o cazare care sigur ar fi fost mai buna ca sa venim la RM P Boutigue Rezidence si am fost foarte dezamagiti. Aceasta cazare este pe princiupiul - Afara este vopsit gardul iar inauntru este leopardul. In poze totul este frumos si stralucitor dar realitatea este dezamagitoare. 1. Curatenia lasa mult de dorit, totul era acoperit de praf, cabina de dus murdara rau in colturi, toaleta murdara, prizele toate erau iesite din perete. 2. Problemele aparute au fost rezolvate cu intarziere. Imediat ce am intrat in camera a fost o pana de curent, cand a venit electricianul si a revenit lumina am constatat ca frigiderul nu raceste pt ca priza era defecta. Ca sa cumpere si sa inlocuiasca o priza a durat 1 zi din cele 3 in care am stat la aceasta cazare. 3. Sistemul de acces mai mult nu mergea. La intrare este scris un cod, in cazul in care nu functiona codul dat de gazda accesai codul scris pe usa. In 2 zile din 3 am stat pe scari impreuna cu alti turisti pt ca nu functiona niciunul din coduri. Cand a fost sunata gazda a venit dar .......nici ea nu a putut intra. Noroc ca dupa vreo cateva minute de asteptare a iesit un turist si asa am intrat cu totii. Pentru astfel de situatii cand cade internetul sau cand nu este curent gazda trebuie sa aiba CHEIE. Desi avem in plan sa revenim in Skiatos cu siguranta nu vom revenii niciodata la RM Boutique Rezidence.

Raffaella ci ha accolti ed è stata di una gentilezza incredibile, sia nel darci consigli sui luoghi che sulla storia dell'isola. Parlando anche italiano ci ha fatti sentire proprio a casa! Pulizia impeccabile. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere una bellissima esperienza sull'isola!

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Radefy check in app may be convenient for the owners but for a 70 year old with no wifi it proved to be more than Rafaella wanted to cope with. She was helpful but her long silences on the phone and her deep sighs, made it obvious to me that I was an inconvenience. I waded through but felt insulted by her attitude. It was pouring rain and there were steep stairs to climb to get to the lobby. The room itself was just ok. The bathroom needs serious reconsideration. I got bit in the bed by something. Overall a very negative stay. I would not recommend.

Das Zimmer war schon offen als wir ankamen, das Bad extrem dreckig ebenfalls wie das Bett inkl. Bettlaken. Die gesamte Badeinrichtung ist komplett abgenutzt, gerostet und aus dem Waschbecken läuft das Wasser unten raus, sodass das ganze Bad nass war. Die Tür ist quasi aus Pappe, sodass man alles aus dem Flur mitbekommt inkl. anderer Gäste, die nachts heimkommen.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Estaba muy cerca del puerto y del centro de Skiathos donde están los restaurantes y las calles más turísticas. También nos fue perfecto para poder llegar desde el ferry y trasladarnos al aeropuerto al día siguiente.
La cama extra que nos pusieron para mis hijas. Era un sofá cama con un colchón muy fino que no aguantaba peso.

The check in using the radefy app didn’t work but we were helped by some very friendly helpful staff via email and text message.

Amplasarea locatiei este pe strada cea mai traficata din oras, langa statia de autobuz, este extrem de zgomotos, circulatia fiind intensa, nu poti sa te odihnesti, chiar si cu usa de la balcon inchisa. Lumina din camera si hol nu functiona. Nu te face sa te simti in oras esti la iesire din el si este prea scump pt asa o locatie. Fotografiile din prezentare arata marea, care este la distanta pe dreapta, practic tu vezi de la balcon strada stalpul cu instalatia electrica si curtea scolii din fata. Nu recomand, la pretul acesta se pot gasi cazari mult mai bune.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Pour cette nuit du 25 au 26 août 2025, j'avais réservé à l'hôtel Marina. Malheureusement ma réservation a été annulée en février. Nous avons du réserver au M P boutique. La nuit coûte 100 euros de plus. L’emplacement est pratique quoique très bruyant. Malheureusement notre expérience est décevante par rapport aux photos et aux attentes. Le canapé-lit était très grinçant (c'est tout juste un lit de camp), ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. Un autre gros problème est l’absence totale d’isolation phonique : on entend tout des voisins et du couloir, des canalisations, et la route juste devant est extrêmement bruyante, ce qui gâche le repos. A cela s’ajoute une odeur d’humidité. Il n'y a pas de prise pour le sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain. La douche est très très petite. Il y avait un seul verre pour quatre personnes. Sous les lits, il y avait de la saleté. Il y a des raccords de peinture et de ciment dans la salle de bain, ce qui donne vraiment une impression de travail bâclé. Pour la vue, la chambre donne sur une aire de sport, et des poteaux électriques. Enfin, l’accès est compliqué car les marches sont très raides, ce qui rend l’arrivée très difficile avec des valises. C'est dommage, car l’emplacement est pratique pour prendre le bus, et la personne qui nous a accueillis est agréable et serviable. Nous souhaitons un dédommagement car le prix payé n'est pas en rapport avec la qualité attendue.

The main road is just below, right next to the bus ring (Skiathos has 1 bus line & 1 airport bus). The hosts are great - arranged our airport transfer for us, gave us some beach recommendations.

A franciaágy kényelmes volt, viszont a vendégágy nagyon nyikorogott és kényelmetlen volt. Inkább két fős utazóknak ajánlom.
