The staff was nice, the hotel and facilities were great and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely gonna book this hotel agin in the future

We absolutely loved our stay at Gaia Hotel! I stayed here with my parents and sister and had such a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful with a great view, and the bed was so comfortable, I had such a deep and restful sleep with their soft, cozy blanket. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and an amazing lobby, but what made our stay even more special was the front desk staff(s). They were incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive. At check-out, they surprised me with a thoughtful little gesture based on something I had casually mentioned earlier. The fact that they remembered such a small detail really touched me. 🥹❤️ Thank you to all the staffs at Gaia Hotel (from the front desk, breakfast/ restaurant to security team) for making our stay so memorable. We would happily come back!

La chambre et la literie de très bonne qualité Vue la montagne et la jungle Très belle piscine avec un spa et des massages qualitatifs La restauration sur place était parfaite, le café, le restau traditionnel et le monomono avec une cuisine plus aboutie et des cocktails recherchés Le personnel est bien formé, parle bien anglais et et très performant

Bien que l’hôtel soit très grand, on ne ressent pas la foule, c’est un point positif au final

Yeşillikler içinde harika bir doğası ve muazzam bir manzarası var. Odaların temizliği, mimarisi ve personelin güler yüzlü ilgisi gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Havadar, huzurlu ve dört dörtlük bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık, herkese rahatlıkla tavsiye ederim.

Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık, göze batan ya da olumsuz diyebileceğim hiçbir şey yaşanmadı.

The facilities are top-notch—from the well-maintained gym and relaxing spa to the thoughtfully designed rooms that perfectly blend comfort with a stylish, modern aesthetic. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the impeccable service. I want to give a special shout-out to Pak Daniel, who provided the best service I’ve encountered. His professionalism, genuine warmth, and attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. It is rare to find such dedicated staff, and he is a true asset to the hotel. Whether you are looking for a family staycation or a peaceful retreat, The Gaia Hotel is an absolute must-visit in Bandung. I am already looking forward to my next trip back!

Love the interior and architecture of the hotel. Had dinner at Semeja on our first night. Served by kind and lovely staffs - Risma, Aji and Rindi. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

وهنا مشكلة يحسب على الأطفال في عمر سبع سنوات مقابل الافطار وكذلك تأخر دخول الغرف وسرعة الخروج منها والعفش لا يصل إليك إلا بعد نص ساعة على الأقل . وأتمنى عدم قفل الكفيهات والمطاعم الموجودة وتفتح ٢٤ ساعة كون المكان للاستجمام والراحة . شكرا فندق غايا على هذا الجمال

Great place to get some work done and hang out with friends!

Recomended place for family.

The service overall is good, from front desk to the restaurant, concierge and even security. Everyone is warm, friendly and polite. I've always enjoyed the architectural style of this hotel, it's bold and stunning, and it's also open enough to always allow a cool breeze to flow through. The views are fantastic and natural environment beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and unfortunately, there were quite a few things that didn't sit well with me. Due to the design and material used for the building and room, it's very easy to hear your neighbours next door and upstairs hitting things and thumping on the floor. I've booked a mountain view room which faces the pool so you will get noise from loud children screaming as the balcony door is not properly insulated enough to block out the noise. I could also hear the noise from the pool waterfall as well. The room also has a sunrise view but somehow the way the curtains are installed leaks the morning light into the room so it gets rather bright from 6am...But sadly, I have to say the most disappointing thing was the food. Breakfast was varied but the quality was mediocre and tasted like canteen food. The cake I had from Inspira Roaster had way too much gelatin. The lunch I had was the only saving grace. I will probably try some other hotels the next time I come to Bandung...

Beautiful grounds with a specially curated orchid garden, cactus garden and chef garden. Lovely pool and views. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable.

Socket in the room was not working and the hairdryer was spoilt

The location is great, the heated swimming pool a bonus.

The place could have been made more welcoming by using vibrant or warm colors in the facility. Its all dark and dingy in most of the indoor areas giving it an eery feel. It has a beautiful ambience outdoor, but indoors its just the opposite. The use of the color black in most areas, including the elevators, gives the space a closed and constricted look.

The hotel has a great view of nature. Its builds in the nature lands. Lots of gardens, beautifuls scenery to see, path for a walk after having a scrumptious breakfast. Has to have the breakfast in the hotel. This hotel is the place for a rest, with nature view. Its all about nature in this hotel.

My stay at The Gaia Hotel was very comfortable and truly amazing. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected—although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, we received our room close to 4:00 PM. However, this was well compensated by the comfort of the room and the completeness of the hotel facilities. The room was cozy, clean, and very pleasant to stay in. The hotel facilities were excellent and well maintained. We also received a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary, which was personally delivered by Mas Diki. Thank you so much, Mas Diki, for the thoughtful gesture—it truly made our stay more memorable.

This is my first time getting to experience the Afternoon Tea session here at The Gaia Hotel. The experience was 10 out of 10! The service was top notch—I was assisted by Kak Ghani, and he was giving the friendliest service. Thank you Kak Ghani :) the ambience was amazing as well, and all of the menus quality is perfect for my very first visit. Recommended!

The whole experience was great, awesome service! Salwa approached us at the Koi Pong area and asked how our stay was and everything! She was very nice and offered a Polaroid pic! Loved it!

We loved the hotel, the entire experience was great! The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean and everything we needed was there. Complete facilities: Hairdryer, ironing board +iron, a very nice selection of minibar and snacks. Enough water, tea and coffee. The shower is great, very spacious and can give hot water. Sometimes hot water is a problem in hotels, not here. Relaxing rainshower. Toilet with built in bidet, a box full of personal equipment (toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, mouthwater, showercap, sewing set etc) The room was clean, no strange smells or smoke. Also it was quiet enough, we didn't hear the street. Only the mosques were observable. Adam the concierge was very friendly and helpful with loading our luggage into the car.

We didn't like that we only booked one night. We will most definitely be back here. Also, we will eat at Monomono restaurant again, delicious.

I ordered tickets in November because it was already full. It was very popular. It's very good here... the atmosphere of the place, the view is very beautiful... the service is very friendly... thank you to Mr. Wendy, Mr. Cecep, Mr. Ario, Mr. Fadil... The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The rooms were not only clean but also comfortable, fast i-Fi, and the view from the bathtup was splendid (signature loft suite), Perfect for staycation. The breakfast was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit! Special Thanks for Alex from the housekeeping staff for turning my chaos into order.

I stayed for a 5-night business trip. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, cool, and boasts a modern design with friendly staff (I was greatly assisted by the housekeeping staff member named Fikri and the concierge staff member named Adi). There is a diverse range of pool and outdoor activities, from a glass house to a koi pond where we can feed the fish for free. And the kids' club is comprehensive with friendly staff. The room was quite comfortable with complete amenities and a complimentary minibar. My suggestion is that the breakfast variety could be more varied for long-stay guests and the arrangement of the food stall areas is quite spread out. I was certainly happy to stay there and will definitely be returning.

Alex and Tia helped do a very great job in keeping our room clean and tidy, including prompt help on any of our requests. Everything was done professionally!

Not only is the hotel clean, very nice stay, the staff are only very friendly. Especially the breakfast hummus at the club. Staying at Gaia is incredibly awesome. The location is near lot of attraction at Lembang. Their facilities are well mantained, every room has lots of complimentary snacks and drinks, the view is breathtaking, lots of fun activites for kids and their services are excellent. I got much handful help from mas imam nurzaman, thank you so much!

The room was quite nice, they surprised us with the welcome cake to celebrate our honeymoon in the room hotel. Breakfast is also special, again the staff surprised us with special pancake to celebrate our honeymoon. Kuddos to Septian, Cecep amd Yoga - the restaurant staff's 👍👍

Always loves staying in gaia. All in one vacation. You don’t have to go outside for dining. Room’ spacious, clean and you can do jogging and many activity with great outdoor area and view. Beside that, they also have a good coffee and donuts ( trust me, their donuts will be complete with the coffee; just perfect) The staffs also very nice and friendly. This morning, we are served by raihan and septian, and make sure our coffee is perfect. Thanks guys! Keep up the good works gaia!
