The Chinese restaurant at the top was really bad. I guess that why we were the only customers there.

The room was awesome, really comfy beds and pillows, great view as well. The food was really good. The Hotel is located in an area where it's not too noisy, still you can reach the city center in an acceptable amount of time.

Sometimes the room service takes a bit long, but still fine.

- اتفهم سياسة الالغاء ولكن كان من الممكن ان يتجاوز الفندق عن فرض رسوم الغاء الحجز حيث حجزت غرفتين ولظروف اضطرارية اقمت في غرفة والغيت حجزت الغرفة الثانية ففرض الفندق دفع قيمة الليلة الاولى للغرفة الثانية. - بعض المناشف اليدوية نظيفة ولكن لونها داكن قليل.

Fantastisk udsigt og hjælpsomt personale, især omkring loungeområdet. Consiergerne hjalp os med 2 ture, hvoraf de desværre ikke havde styr på den ene, da vi havde bestil guide og chaufør, men de prøvede at overbevise os om, at det kun var chaufør. Endte dog godt.

Internettet/mobildækningen fungerede meget dårligt under hele opholdet.

Good service & very satisfied with the staff, room & location

The service here is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. During check-in, we were assisted by Miss Rafika, who was very attentive, warm and communicative person. The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. My kid enjoyed soaking the bathtub. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar for 3 days and 2 nights, from 17 to 19 June 2026, with our family. We were incredibly grateful to receive a room upgrade from a Classic Room on a lower floor to a Premium Room on the 15th floor, complete with a bathtub and a beautiful welcome surprise written on the mirror wall. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The timing was especially meaningful because 18 June 2026 was our 16th wedding anniversary. This unexpected surprise made our celebration even more memorable and brought so much happiness to our family. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to one of the reception team members who assisted us during our arrival and stay, Rafika. Lobby is clean and has good ambience. Check in process is swift, big shout out to Kang Daffa with his excellent service. Plenty of parking space, where morning/ afternoon jog would be nice around the area. Again location is a big plus with fresh air. Villa is also available. Rooms are clean, toilet and shower working properly. However, it would be nice if rooms have windows to enjoy fresh air. AC is cold, we have to set the temp between 26-28. Moreover, I understand that this is advertised to be more of a business or work hotel, but seeing that a lot of families are staying in InterContinental, it would be nice if they invested a bit more towards the entertainment aspect of the hotel. Breakfast is pretty good, although can be better for a 5 star hotel. The buffet features a variety of cuisines from around the world, even if it just consists of one or two dishes from a specific cuisine. Will be back again!

Not as popular as newer hotels, Intercontinental Dago still has its classy charm. Ambience was great. Staff were all well trained, cleanliness is spotless. Value for money! Our family can really relax without too much crowd.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Nach Problemen mit meinem zuerst gebuchten Raum wurde mir umgehend ein Upgrade angeboten.

Das Hotel hat keine Lizenz für den Alkoholausschank. Am Wochenende sind hauptsächlich Familien mit Kindern zu Gast. Es kann ziemlich laut beim Frühstück und um den Pool werden.

Mba Rafika - Perfect hospitality, The hotel with best view, best room and the best breakfast hotel in dago.

Staff were very welcming to the extent i thouth they are paid by how many welcome the do.room was spacious and breakfast has lot of variety but little international breafast dishes.

Staff they kept starring at customer table. The moment you finish a dish you will find them collecting it. Living in the other building is of bit of hassle and use of multi lifts

i stayed at room 1621 from 31May-1June, i already Paid for the upgrade to this room, and after i arrived at room, the bed (on one of the twin bed) is still wet.. and when i smell, i smells damp.. and then the HK & HK manager came and change the bedsheets and everything, and my father suddenly checked the other bed, and it turns out the other bed also have yellow stain.. i forgot to take picture of the yellow stain.. its like anyone ever peed there but the stains couldn't be removed or what? I don't really understand.. then the other bed also changed as well by the housekeeping. They said it was wet because of the disinfectant, but why the manager didnt check it first before saying the room is clean.. and then the Reception also called us at night asking about what happened earlier, but i think there were no gesture like asking us to change to a new room or something, but thats okay.. At breakfast the staff there is really confusing.. because they didnt know that we add an extra bed.. she staff said there was no note that our room has an extra bed.. so its a bit frustating at first, because i think the front desk and the restaurant staff has a miss communication in their system or something i dont know..

Had all you can eat dimsum at Intercontinental Bandung today was great. We have been here for several time. It always good. The most important thing is the service. She remembered out preferences. Serve us with heartfelt experience. Show us great manner and bring possitive vibes. Thank you Ratna !!

الموظفون جميعا بلا استثناء في الاستقبال FUZAN والمدير المشرف ERIK انه يهتم بأدق التفاصيل في سبيل راحة الضيف لقد جعل إقامتنا مميزه وفي المطعم كان كل طاقم الخدمه مميز وودود من الشيف MEHSA وكذلك الشيف NAWFAL وAlif وEmang والعموم بلا استثناء والطعام كان لذيذا جدا سواءا الإفطار او العشاء.

الموسيقى مع الطعام كانت صاخبه ومزعجه وموذيه للأطفال

I stayed here for a graduation staycation at ITB. Overall, the experience met the expectations of a five-star hotel. comfortable room, smooth check-in, and I appreciated the early check-in as well as the complimentary photo provided to guests. One area for improvement is customer engagement. I sent an email for a specific request but did not receive a response. I also shared my experience on Instagram story and did not see any acknowledgment or interaction. I mean, what is the point you manage social media but not engage with your customer? Active communication, especially through official channels and social media, would further enhance the guest experience and reflect the hotel’s service standards. The room I believe is not sound proof bcs I can still hear clearly other person talking in other room.

The Best dimsum ever, and good service from Ms. Lea and Mr. Agil very helpful. Come to join us buffet all you can eat in Tian Jing Lou Intercontinental Bandung. Atmosphere good, on top of this building can see around Bandung City. Next time we will come again.

Hotel, our room (premium) gym and heated pool were all excellent. Breakfast had a vast selection and food was very good. The view was so beautiful

Hotel did not have a jogging track which is a shame since it's surrounded by nature it would have been nice to have one. There is a big road in front of hotel but no pedestrian zone so a bit dangerous to walk or run on that road. The maintenance of rooms could be better eg our bathtub did not work properly and this got fixed the next day and we were asked to change rooms due to electricity issues on our floor - a bit of a hassle since we had to wait around until new rooms were ready, the maintenance team and room team could have coordinated the change better.

It was very nice since the time we get off of the taxi, the FO team was super nice, very helpful and informative. Shout out to Levenia who give me upgrade to both of rooms that I reserved. A big appreciation as well to the Guest relation team whose decorate one of the room for my Brother's anniversary. The Telephone Operator, IRD and HK Team whose very fast, responsive and polite. They are truly a gem that deserve a rise ❤️ (I wish I can catch all of their names, every one whose assisting room 1107 and 1109 on the stay 19/04/2026). Thanks to Surya from Housekeeping as well as he was very helpful toward my Brother and his family request. Will return again with a longer stay once me and my family schedule have aligned time😊❣️ Intercontinental Dago Pakar is truly the warmest and the best place to spend Quality time with family. p.s they have bunch of kids activity during the weekend, my niece was super happy and even keep on asking to return when we just did our check out 😅
