The room and the furniture were old and not up to the standard that one would expect from a brand like Sheraton.

Stayed here to celebrate my son's birthday. We have stayed numerous times before and once again were looked after very well. Upgraded to a suite (with refurbished bathroom). Birthday cake and room decorations for him. Late check out extended and warm service throughout. Very nice stay and both my son and I made to feel special. Excellent.

The hotel located in Dago area with a quite cool weather. It has a pretty lobby with many seating area. All the team provides great hospitality including the security at the entrance gate which treated the Grabcar driver warmly. The check-in was smooth helped by Winky. Winky explained everything that might be useful during our stay including a discounted coffee and pastry at night (I forgot the time). Yudha and other team at Feast Restaurant helped us a lot during our breakfast time. The breakfast has many variety of food and beverages, including traditional food and jamu, and all tasted good. We had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers.

Breakfast at Sheraton Bandung’s Feast Restaurant was very satisfying and felt like a proper experience. The variety was great, from Indonesian to continental dishes, and everything was well presented. A few items were a bit bland or too salty, but overall the food was enjoyable. The pastries were my favorite—fresh, tasty, and high quality. Special thanks to Andre from the F&B Sales team for helping me with the reservation and answering my questions clearly, and also to Anggi from the Feast Restaurant host team for the warm and friendly hospitality.

Feel welcome as a multistayer, compliment for all the team that help us during our every stay. From front desk, bellman, club team, restaurant team during bfast & dinner. Consistent surprise upgrade for my family stays & always facilitate our needs with welcoming hand. We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Bandung. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and very attentive throughout our visit. They were especially thoughtful in assisting my mother who uses a wheelchair, always making sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. It meant a lot to our family. My child also had an amazing time. The staff kindly accompanied him during activities like feeding the fish, feeding the rabbits, horse riding, and participating in the Kids Club activities. It truly made the stay memorable for him. The room was spacious and comfortable. One small note is that the shower area can get quite wet easily, but overall it was still very pleasant. Breakfast — especially the sahoor options during Ramadan — was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for us and we truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality from the Sheraton Bandung team.

We left the dinner untouched- absolutely terrible! My room did not have functioning shower- how can you release a room without supervisor approving? Many small details that did not work and I am sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious, and all of the staff were exceptionally nice.

The water in the shower wasn’t draining, so it was inconvenient. In addition, The early morning prayer was quite loud, so I had trouble sleeping. Getting around was inconvenient because it was far from the downtown.

Das Hotel ist ein Komplex mit Haupthaus und Nebengebäuden, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und freundlich, manchmal wäre etwas mehr Fachkompetenz wünschenswert. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, welche sehr fein/ lecker sind.

Das Haus ist bereits etwas älter, die geräumigen Bädern im Zimmer bräuchten dringend eine Erneuerung (nicht nur Oberflächlich) und man hört leider den Nachbar schnarchen in der Nacht... die Schallisolierung zum Gang wie zum nächsten Zimmer ist leider nicht optimal. Der Fitnessraum zu finden ist eine Kunst, er ist verstaubt und die Geräte bereits weit über ihrem Life-circle....

Very friendly staffs. We had expensive dinner on 1st night but they forgot to give 10% member discount. Btw They’re very Friendly for giving us xtra cakes. The next day I called receptionist and he said that we couldn’t get 10% back. The last day during breakfast, I told about that to the waiter and he said yes we can get it back. I forget his name, but he’s an Angel 😇😁 and then the restaurant manager came to our room to bring it back 🤑 … sssoo, thank you so much 🙏🏻🥰🫶🏻

My niece sent little gift for our Son via Receptionist but we forgot to ask during check out. I sent WA on the way to station to them and they said I have to pay for the post. It’s ok for that. But we don’t like the way they said by WA that it’s not their responsible for such a thing 😱 … Unbelievable! … we’ve paid 2-4x very expensive rate to this old hotel than the others new hotels with the same stars. This one is kind of services. You should double check before the guests check out. Just remind the guests before they leave. They can easily forget because panic or hurry or mislead by situations around. So: - more responsible for detail things and don’t blame the guests for management’s mistaken - more communication between departments - management has to cross check about the rules to all departments such as our case of forgeting 10% member discount for cafe/resto. The other said can’t … The others said Yess …

Spacious rooms and more than adequately sized beds for double and single alike. Wonderfully hot and powerful showers. Excellent gym facilities and pool area tastefully landscaped.

Amazing place for family traveling with kids. In & outdoor playground and small rabbit farm + horse riding which my little one enjoyed alot Staffs are kind and warm hospitality everywhere from the checkin and while staying. Oh also live band on Sat night was great too

We have tried all the five-star hotels in Bandung, but my home will always be the Sheraton. Their hospitality and friendliness are unmatched. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone goes out of their way to accommodate you. A special thank you to Ms. Shelly, who was incredibly helpful during our check-out and check-in. She is the sweetest lady at the Sheraton 😊

Pretty much almost everything was great. The food, facility, kids activity, friendly staff, clean.

The kids indoor playground/ kids club need upgrading. Toys very little n dated, the playroom was warm the ac needs maintenance.

I have a long, fond history with the Sheraton Hotel—going all the way back to my university days, over 30 years ago. Back then, as a student, I often brought visiting university guests to stay here, knowing they’d be well taken care of. Fast forward to today, and I’m thrilled to report that Sheraton still hasn't failed us! Yes, it’s an old hotel—but not in a shabby or tired way. Rather, it exudes a kind of timeless elegance and solid dependability that’s hard to come by these days. The bones of the place are strong, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere still carries that dignified warmth I remembered from decades ago. What truly impresses me is how the hotel has managed to stay relevant and welcoming, without losing its soul to unnecessary overhauls or trends. The staff were courteous and professional, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the entire experience felt like a warm nod to both the past and the present. Sheraton, thank you for being the kind of place we can keep coming back to—confident that you’ll still deliver. You’re not just a hotel, you’re a memory keeper. Here's to many more stays!

Very disappointed with the borrowing of umbrella for guest usage, was told by the bell man / concierge that I was unable to borrow a umbrella When I ask is there one in the room , the staff mention there’s isn’t. I’m like uh ok and I’m like do you sell an umbrella ? I’m fine buying it They say no sorry sir you can’t buy it It was raining heavily, and I’m desperate for an umbrella , I had to do a lot of errands going here and there and I really needed a umbrella I was thinking to go back to my room and put on my hoodie. Then I thought to myself hello Nick you’re staying in Sheraton hotel not some 2 star hotel Sheraton is a bloody 5 star hotel they should be able to provide you an umbrella Nick. Jesus So I when to front desk and the gentleman was nice enough to get me a umbrella Later in the evening I came back to hotel , I when to the side of the drive way and was having a cigarette. I was watching the drive way. I notice that the local guest being drop off all were carrying a hotel umbrella and returning it back to the to bell boy. So I’m thinking hmmmm was it because I was Indian looking I was not able to get an umbrella earlier ? The staff would rather give it to their local guest? May be local guest are more demanding? spend much more? Very disappointed Sheraton I’m sure you can better manage this umbrella situation in your drive way. Nevertheless beautiful property , lovely staff all around . Appreciate the gesture of upgrading my room. Till next time

Stayed 3 weeks ago in this hotel and it was one of the memorable stay for me. Sheraton Bandung is one of the best five-star resorts in Bandung, located in Dago, offering a little peaceful retreat while still being close to the city’s attraction and cooler climate gave us a chill vibes. Thank you for the upgrade to Tower Suite room as Titanium elite bonvoy member, the r.ooms are really spacious and elegantly designed and have its private balconies, also a lot of room for spacious workspaces. Moreover, the services at Tower Lounge also top notch, the food was very delicious. A beautifully designed outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical greenery. Well-equipped fitness center with modern exercise machines. The breakfast buffet at Feast Restaurant is outstanding, featuring a wide variety of food. One of the strongest aspects of Sheraton Bandung is its exceptional service. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, very smooth check-in & check-out process. Would I stay again? Absolutely !

Amazing activities for kid, the hourse to ride, feeding the rabbits, our son loved it! And great breakfast too! Unfortunatly we spent only one night there!

Friendly and helpfull staff, quick check-in check-out, very nice sitting area in the lobby, clean and quiet room, lots of space in the parking lot, and there is an EV charger in the parking area.

The seats at the pool were full almost the whole time when we were staying.

Unfortunately, the massage therapist seemed to be a beginner…..

We love the room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable, perfect bed configuration.

Only 1 lift access for disabled and too small. Swimming pool is cold water, instead of heated pool.

The room has been renovated, the lighting is bright. There are 4 pillows, the mattress is also comfortable and still in prime condition. The sofa has a few stains but is not too dirty. There is a work desk and a comfortable work chair for working and eating. 4 bottles of mineral water are provided, tea is from Dilmah, coffee is from drip bags, there is no coffee machine here yet. The view is from the garden. The bathroom is spacious, the shower is also spacious. I like the long vanity table, it is easy to wash baby equipment. The shower has a rain shower. Amenities are from Gilchrist and Soames. The towels provided are 2 body towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face towels, all still white. Only the lighting in the shower is a bit dark in my opinion. What I like about Sheraton is that there is a minimart across the street. So buying anything is easy, there is also a BCA ATM inside Sheraton. As for the facilities and breakfast, they are still the same, you can read about them in the link above, and it confirms once again that Sheraton Bandung's siomay Bandung is still the champion of all 5-star hotels in Bandung

The staff were outstanding—very friendly, warm, attentive, and always went out of their way to accommodate. Well done, Sheraton Bandung staff and the leadership team - Herinova, Fanny, Francisca, Shelli and beyond! The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the food was excellent, with a great variety served on different days. The best part was being able to safely enjoy delicious street food! As a Marriott Ambassador Elite member, I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, and when it comes to service, the Sheraton Bandung staff are on par with the exceptional Westin Mirandhoo team in the Maldives. After staying here several times before, this time I want to give a review for this hotel. Sheraton Bandung is located in the iconic location of Bandung, namely Dago. The hotel has a resort feel with fresh mountain air, suitable for a place to hold meetings while refreshing or a short vacation on the weekend. As a loyal member of Marriott Bonvoy, I am always given access to the executive lounge which can be used to enjoy dinner or just sit while working relaxedly accompanied by coffee and other drinks. Several times I also got a room upgrade to the suite type when making a reservation through the Bonvoy application. Just a little input so that this hotel is more flexible in accepting loyal member guests if they want to get additional nights and points even though they are paid for by other parties, because if they can choose, member guests will prefer to stay at other hotels in the Bonvoy network that are willing to input the loyalty member number. However, I still recommend this hotel as one of the icons of the city of Bandung which is very comfortable for resting.

Had last stayed perhaps 5 years ago and had fond memories of this hotel. The trip did not start off that great but was well recovered by the team and will now look to stay here again in future. I had booked a garden access room however on check in was allocated a room on 3rd floor. The reason being that apparently ALL garden access rooms are smoking rooms. There was a price premium and the initial room allocated was disappointing, although on feedback was moved to what I perceived a nicer room on the 4th floor. Although the layout of the shower cubicle is poor. I had also been advised room upgrade not available however on feedback this was changed to a mid-stay upgrade. Had an issue with air conditioning noise too which took two attempts to fix. What is it about hotels and air conditioning where even the very best seem incapable of fixing first time? When the upgrade to a suite occurred the room is very large with dining table comfortable and large sofa a much better bathroom set up. Definitely large enough for a family. However from here the visit got better. The staff throughout were great. The gestures of compensation offered for inconvenience were reasonable. The suite was nice with two balconies. Service in the lounge was fantastic and warm, all team members good but only got Sam's name. The kids club is really good and the weekend activities including pony riding and football with commentary are a lot of fun. Had a massage which was also very good. The gym is super well equipped although could not find a way to turn off the incessant and loud disco music that many gyms feel obliged to play. So it gets 4 stars for the following reasons: The poor start and the fact that the Tower Rooms are really showing their age now, they need an upgrade. But many many positives including the great staff, problem resolution, super location, quiet and restful, the lovely lounge. In the end analysis I would stay here again. Principle reasons being the staff and the lovely balconies with restful views and cool weather.

One of the best hotels in Dago for business purposes. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast (i love the eggs benedict), comfortable meeting place, stabel internet speed, kids playground and swimming pool available in this hotel.

The annathaya spa was good! . It's private and spacious. The people are hospitable here.. The ambience and the people are nice. Everything is clean and nice. Many facilities and also it's children friendly. Lovely!.... ....... .... ........

Excellent breakfast especially the green juice and siomay was delicious, friendly staff, special thanks to Michael, even though he is a trainee but he ensure all of the guests are satisfied and enjoyed during breakfast. Definitely will come back

We’ve stay 2x times on April and July 2024 with our toddler. Our recent 2 night- stay in Sheraton Bandung was truly an ultimate impressive. Still a fantastic resort eventhough the building quite old, but what makes Sheraton Bandung stands out is definetely the SERVICE! Ibu Fanny and Pak Irvan from front office are making all the efforts to ensure we had a beautiful stay. From the front desk, concierge, security guard and housekeeping that I encountered during our stay, the level of service was so impressive. I've got some missing personal things during checkout, they offer to search it for me and deliver by courier to Jakarta. It was really impresive hospitality. We got Deluxe Room at Towers with Garden Access, the room spacious and have a good sunlight in the morning. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The bathroom equipped with bathtub and separate shower (our toddler really love to soak herself in bathtub during Bandung’s gloomy wheather). Sheraton Bandung really a kids friendly hotel. They have pool that perfect for babies and toddler, and also the pool fountain that kids love to play with. Many activities here that can fulfill our children needs like Kids Club, Outdoor Playground, Rabbit Feeding, Fish Pond and large garden area. During weekend they also have Pony Riding activities and colouring activity at Garden. They have kids buffet corner at Restaurant upon breakfast. My daughter really loved and dazzled by this hotel until she asked to stay again at this hotel ! My husband also impressed with the complete equipment at the gym! Just need to improve the treadmill machine since one of them had a broken incline. Like I said at the beginning, Sheraton Bandung really stands out for its exceptional staff and service. It’s an ideal place for staycation with Family at Bandung. Thank you for your impressive hospitality, Definitely will comeback!
