very good experience

I missed was access to the beach and the parking size is too small.

The staff

The place not clean and the water not clean

Clean, comfortable. Staff in front desk Ahmed , Samar and Elalfy are very friendly and helpful they helped me to find what I need and they always smiling.

Personale var meget hjertelig og flink

Room

Beach access

Breakfast, facilities and staff

Noise of the AC and the size of the bed needs improvement

Clean , new facility, fairly quite. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff is cooperative and friendly.

The hotel is in a crowded commercial area, parking and door access was not an easy job. Breakfast buffet can be improved. It was a one night stay, so I didn't use the pool and I didn't check if there a beach access or not.

Location is good Hotel & room were clean

Food was not good..quality and variety are very bad Coffee at breakfast was awful Shower water was a bit weak

Location, clean and big rooms

Parking space, some noises from the upper floor restaurant, the hotel does not make a deal with any beach to facilitate the guests beach access.

Th property was very cleaned the staff very helpful

I liked everything

Would have rated it 9 if it was half the price , but price for value its very expensive comparing to the value

The place was great but it was an expensive.. the price is not matching with the place and the service. I paid because I thought the services will pay e back. But it was not

The price was huge for the place and the services

حسن الاستقبال

The indoor heated pool

The food wasn’t that good

Bardzo dobry hotel. Menedżer pomógł nam w procesie rezerwacji itp. (byliśmy na rowerach). Rano sprawdzał czy wszystko OK.

No hot water, AC is noisy, high price

Gutes Hotel mit gratis Parkplätze

Lage und langsames Wlan

Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό ακόμα και σε δύσκολη στιγμή που δεν μας εξυπηρετούσε κανένα ταξί

would like to give special recognition to Mr. Mohamed, the evening shift reception, for his outstanding professionalism and dedication. From the moment he took over, he completely turned my experience around – truly a 180-degree change. Mr. Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and efficiency. He listened attentively to my concerns, responded with genuine empathy, and acted immediately to resolve the issues. His warm hospitality, patience, and problem-solving attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to guest satisfaction, and I can honestly say that Mr. Mohamed transformed my stay from a disappointing one into a very positive and memorable experience. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I would definitely return thanks to his exceptional service.

The staff are great

The parking was horrible 😫

The staff are very friendly and the property is located nicely close to everything

Not clean up to expectations and not the rooms are not well maintained, price is much higher than the value paid

"The treatment and hospitality at the hotel were extremely poor, even though I was staying in the most luxurious and expensive suite! The service was indifferent, and the staff dealt with guests lazily and unprofessionally. There was zero attention to guest experience, especially at such high prices. I will never return and do not recommend it to anyone looking for luxury and quality service."

The property is well appointed and excellently maintained.

The only downside is not beachfront property

التيم لطيف في التعامل

السعر مبالغ فيه عن المكان وموقعه اجمالا

Staff was very friendly and its super clean and comfortable

There wasn’t activities to do it’s very boring

Staff are very responsive and helpful. Reception was quite nice and responded promptly. The restaurant is quite comfy and beautiful.

Price is very high compared to service provided knowing that there is no beach, and it went down for my same dates 2 days after i booked! Highway side rooms are very noisy by high speeding vehicles. AC Sometimes very powerful, other times just ok. Balcony wasnt clean when we arrived and had to ask them to clean it. Furniture is kinda old. Parking is very challenging and bust, valet handle it though.

The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely disinterested in assisting guests. The hotel is hugely overpriced for the extremely poor level of service it offers. Even something as basic as pool towels wasn’t available — there was no one around to ask, and when someone finally did show up, they didn’t bring them. No help. No service. No response. It honestly felt like no one cared at all. I would never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. The worst ever.

Convenient location and professional staff

Staff were friendly, the room is very clean and organized, the food is good

Great value for money. Spotless clean. Caring polite staff. nice breakfast. clean pool. Will definitely come here again.
