Три бассейна, тренажерный зал, сауна и парная. Можно поиграть в паддл - вечерняя подсветка. Изумительная кухня - как буфет, так и доставка в номера. Весь персонал дружелюбен и стремиться помочь . Отель для спокойного лакшери отдыха - свой пляж с изумительным белым песком и лазурной морской водой. Вечером без анимации - работает кафе, спортивный досуг. За территорией отеля небольшая Марина для прогулок. Наивысшие рекомендации - чувствуется грамотное руководство и забота менеджмента всех департаментов. Мои аплодисменты!

We stayed in 2bedrooms flat and very expensive as expected so we expected a super clean room. Unfortunately the couches were super dirty and living room was unusable. Bathroom had insects which also was totally unexpected.

Everything about the property screams luxury.

The hotel facilities is nice. The locations is good with facilities and restaurants just outside the hotel. The beach was good but needs to have more facilities and needs to be more lively.

The pool is not quite to the expected standard and the hotel price is way above what you get. It is really overpriced especially in the season.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palma Bay Rotana Resort. The location is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and the entire resort is very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities were excellent. What made our 17-night stay truly special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service and attention throughout our stay made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. A truly relaxing and memorable experience.

Service staff at the Concierge, pool, beach and restaurant were excellent. The only exception was the staff at the reception. They were not welcoming and at departure, I was asked how my stay and when I said it was not very good, they did not even bother to ask why!!

The hotel was generally good. We had 2 major problems 1. The noise from the street (lagoon facing rooms) was horrible and keeps you up at night. 2. We had a horrible sewage smell in the room for our entire stay..

The sea is not opened, it's lake and there are a lot of boats going around from the front beach. It was really noisy

La posizione è ottima per il mare ma la spiaggia è poco pulita. C'è molta inefficienza del personale che non parla inglese si comportano in modo esasperante. in Camera seppur bella il condizionatore goggiolava, l' ho detto al cameriere l' ho fatto notare il primo giorno e non abbiamo avuto nessun riscontro. Insomma per 450 euro a notte mi aspettavo un trattamento di classe adeguato.

This was my second visit and it will be my always target location it is so amazing and really I couldnt ask for more. And again one of the best things is there great friendly staff . Beach was amazing Food was amazing. Very neat and clean.

Location, sea, room are magnificent, also the breakfast is good, the food room service is good. All the staff are excellent: all those in the front desk especially Ousama and Yasmeen were very helpful plus others; also the concierge especially Fares and Mohammad. I would like also to thank those in the housekeeping especially Mustafa cleaning my room 501. I also remember all the focused lifeguards especially the nice Fotouh at the pool. We also enjoyed the animation and sports by the team Valeria and Lana were very nice. The waiters at the restaurant were also very nice especially and helpful especially Moh. Mustafa and Nashed.

The lobby cafeteria is nice but could have been much better if it had direct access / stairs to the pool and beach level. Breakfast was very good but the dinner was not nice. The parking was also was very convenient, but would be nice if they offer car cleaning overnight against a small fee; will be very convenient.

Das Hotel ist ansich gut, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss stimmt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht.

das Zimmer an der Marina war viel zu laut Abends, wir haben ziemlich schlecht geschlafen. Auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption für ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns nur ein Zimmer mit besserer Aussicht angeboten für einen Aufpreis von knapp 50€ pro Tag - uns war die Aussicht egal, wir wollten in der Nacht nur Ruhe haben - das war aber egal das Meer ist nicht das bekannte schöne Nordküstenmeer - sonder ein eigener Strandbereich getrennt zum Meer - wo man nur 5m reingehen kann und dann es abgesperrt ist, weil die Jetskis usw dort fahren. Dort dahinter ist dann das echte schöne Meer, dort darf man sich als Hotelgast aber nicht aufhalten. Das Hotel war ansich schön, aber dadurch dass wir über 300€ pro Nacht(in Ägypten ist das sehr teuer)(nur Frühstück) gezahlt haben - waren die Erwartungen um einiges höher - zumindest ein Entgegenkommen beim Zimmer weil wir wegen dem Lärm nicht gut schlafen konnten hätten wir uns erwartet bei dem Preis.

Pool området var godt og rent og stranden var fremragende. Mad fra bar og resturent var lækkert og friskt. Personalet var søde og imødekommende

Der var lidt lugt på vores badeværelse men det kom de og fiksede med det samme.

The staff at this resort were incredibly friendly and polite, making my stay enjoyable. The housekeeping team, Hady and Reda, were particularly impressive with their speed and efficiency. The beach itself was a highlight, with its crystal-clear water, soft sand, and tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was also a great experience, offering a wide variety of high-quality food and attentive staff. While I didn’t particularly enjoy the dinner buffet, the salad bar was a standout. The main dishes were average, but overall, I had a great time and will definitely be returning.

The location is brilliant, the way the beach is formed for the hotel is soothing the waves so it's safe for kids. I highlight the level of the lifeguards; absolutely magnificent and always focus. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they ask for no tips unless you insist. I didn't expect the breakfast to be of such high quality, always fresh and very versatile. The hotel combined the relaxing vacation experience and the energetic summer vibes. A very good experience that I look forward to do it again

If you have a city view room, you may wake up because of the noise of cars, yachts, beach buggies and motor cycles. I didn't understand why there was no soap bars in the toilets! I also didn't like how narrow the aisles of the hotel although the room spaces were very good.

Check in procedure was slow and below my expectations. It was delayed by almost two hours.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Palma Bay Rotana, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and incredibly family friendly. We stayed in one of the suites, which was very spacious, modern, and spotless. It gave us more than enough room to relax comfortably as a family. One of the highlights was definitely the beach. The water is crystal clear, and the breakwaters keep the waves calm, making it a perfect and safe place for children to swim and play. It truly felt like a little paradise. The pools were also well maintained, and there were always lifeguards present. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality was outstanding. There’s no doubt we’ll be coming back again and again. This will definitely be our go-to hotel every time we visit the North Coast. A special thanks to Hossam at the beach bar and Abu Bakr at reception for their great service. We can’t wait to return! As great the property is, the staff are what made the stay remarkable. Everyone in the team is extremely friendly, supportive and welcoming. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Palma Bay Rotana Resort. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont confortables, la plage est superbe avec une eau cristalline, et les piscines sont très agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité, et l’ambiance est idéale pour se détendre en famille. Une mention toute particulière au personnel, toujours souriant, professionnel, serviable et à l’écoute, qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Un immense merci à Zidan, Ahmed, Mustafa et Al Sakaar pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur excellent service. Ils ont réellement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !

Staff were very professional , specially "Mahdy" from the house keeping was very professional, helpful, very polite and friendly.

Food was very good. Housekeeping was helpful, especially Islam who always cared to complete what was missing or needed. Swim guards were helpful and friendly. Many restaurants nearby.

Too much money for value. The nonstop music on the pool is very disturbing for those who need to relax and enjoy a moment of calm.

We loved our stay! The rooms and hotel were so clean and comfortable as well as modern. The pools were insanely clean and the staff was so welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also very good as hotel buffets are typically not great. Over all this resort did not disappoint!! We also really enjoyed Rashid, our housekeeper, who was incredibly kind and helpful.

The humidity in the room was very high causing the floors to be damp. It was not a deal breaker for us but could be improved.

The cleanliness of the room thanks to Menim who made coming back to the room everyday a refreshing experience and attentiveness of staff who notice the smallest of details and go the extra mile

The hotel has a prime location that is close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The view is beautiful on both sides of the hotel. The hotel has a nice private beach. The breakfast open buffet was exceptional. Housekeeping were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

1-I had booked the property with the condition that no prepayment is needed and that the value of the reservation should be paid at the property on arrival however I received a call and a subsequent email one day prior to the trip that my reservation will be cancelled if I don’t pay for the first night before arrival which was opposite to what was mentioned on booking.com and was quite inconvenient for me at the time.(I don’t see how being in the high season is an excuse for not following through with the no prepayment needed rule since i put in my card info and the first night will be deducted anyway in case of no show or cancellation.) 2- can’t say that reception staff were rude but sometimes their replies were curt and unhelpful and it took forever to check in, they were a little nicer on checkout. 3-our room had no balcony which was very inconvenient. 4-we had booked a room with twin beds, only to receive a room with a bed and a sofa bed without prior notice from the reception staff who kept us waiting until the very last minute of check in at 3:00 pm. When we freshened up and mentioned this to the reception staff about 30 minutes later they mentioned that the hotel is fully booked and that nothing could be done about it.

Просторный, идеально чистый, с мягким песком и кристально прозрачной водой. Всегда достаточно свободных шезлонгов, а заход в море очень комфортный. Проводить здесь время — одно удовольствие: можно наслаждаться спокойствием, любоваться красивыми видами или плавать в теплой воде часами. Здесь одинаково комфортно и семьям с детьми, и парам, и тем, кто хочет просто насладиться спокойствием. Спасибо всему персоналу за высокий уровень сервиса и теплое отношение к гостям! Уезжать совершенно не хотелось. С огромным удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель всем своим друзьям и знакомым. Без сомнений — 10 из 10!

Hotel needs ATM machine The fragrance vibratioer in the the lobby was very very strong smell and annoying need to reduce it. The room needs one small mirror on top of the table for make up for women. You need to bring one nice famous restaurant in the big area front of the beach to set and enjoy the sunset. (Outdoor style)

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a great variety, and every meal was enjoyable. The sea was crystal clear, beautiful, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très agréable, mais malheureusement j'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes durant mon séjour. Tout d'abord, l'accueil à la réception a été très décevant. Le personnel n'était ni souriant ni accueillant, et j'ai dû attendre longtemps avant d'obtenir ma chambre. De plus, le réceptionniste a essayé de me convaincre de payer un supplément pour une chambre plus chère, en prétendant que c'était la seule chambre prête à être occupée. Ensuite, lorsque je suis allé à la plage, j'ai été accueilli par un employé très serviable nommé Sahar, qui m'a aidé à trouver une bonne place. Plus tard, j'ai commandé des boissons au bar de la plage en les faisant mettre sur le compte de ma chambre. À ma grande surprise, une fois de retour dans ma chambre, le serveur est venu me réclamer immédiatement le paiement, alors qu'il est habituel de régler ces consommations au moment du départ. Par ailleurs, il y avait une fuite d'eau dans ma chambre. Je ne sais pas si elle provenait de la climatisation ou de la chambre voisine. J'ai signalé le problème à M. Reda, responsable des chambres, qui s'est montré très professionnel et a contacté le service de maintenance. Malheureusement, malgré plusieurs interventions, le problème n'a jamais été résolu pendant toute la durée de mon séjour. J'ai ensuite demandé de l'aide à un autre employé de la réception, mais il m'a parlé de manière irrespectueuse avant de partir sans chercher à résoudre la situation. Pour apaiser les choses, M. Saïd El Khouly, directeur du secteur des chambres, est intervenu avec beaucoup de courtoisie. Il a essayé de m'aider et m'a même offert un café, mais il semblait avoir des pouvoirs limités. Enfin, le troisième jour, j'ai décidé de dîner à l'hôtel avec mon épouse. J'ai payé l'équivalent de 50 euros pour le buffet, mais nous avons été très déçus.

Great location next to many restaurants,beaches and hubs. The staff were friendly and the rooms and facilities were very clean. The rooms were spacious with very relaxing designs. The check in and check out process was quick and seamless.

The music around the pool was a bit loud and constant. The view from the beach itself is not perfect and the area dedicated for swimming on the beach is tiny.
