Naithonburi Beach Resort

An amazing place very big and spacious. Many things you can do inside without getting bored, from silence places to games activity and the gym. They organize trips around for example tiger temple, or elephant day experience. The menu is very various and adjusted for russian and european people, not very specialized in local thai food , they do it but not the best, but many things you can choose. Inside is a bit expensive , 2 steps out from the resort there is a small nice restaurant with very traditional and local specialties wich is cheaper and really good. I loved the pizza in the resort was pretty good. The rooms seems a bit old , so i think the more you pay the more you get extra modern ones. The beach is really across the road, but the resort is too big , it takes ages to go somewhere. Breakfast too crouded and tipical tourist is 90% all russians , so you lose a lot the taste of Thai in there you will feel like you never left home.

Pros: • Great location — the beach is very close and easy to access, no hills to climb. • The beach is nice, with strong waves — perfect for surfing. • Spacious and clean room, housekeeping every day. Cons: • No toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. • No airport transfer available. • Few power outlets beside the beds — we had to unplug bedside lamps to plug in the chargers, so it got quite dark. • Staff speak limited English, though they can handle basic requests. • Breakfast is quite weak: little variety of vegetables (only tomatoes and lettuce), fruits (only watermelon and melon), and almost all dishes contain chicken. All the soups have ginger in them. • There’s no 7-Eleven nearby (only Tops market with a smaller selection).

I really like this place. It’s been the sec time here with my daughters. Close to the beach, 2 big pools, restorant, shop, tower service for the pool, Bar in the pool. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is international, chinese and Thai too! Fresh Pancakes and crepes with fresh bananas and nutella. Thai soups varieties, Mini hamburger. A oasis for adult and kids. 15min from Airport. Close there are good restaurants and bars.

We loved it and were going back next year nothing we did not like

In total i have spent 7 months on vacation in thailand on many different hotels and resorts and this have been the best value for money place i have stayed. Prices for any hotel goes up and down over time depending on demand and availability and therefore the price to value may be different for you, but for me it was excellent. The hallways leading to the rooms are standard in terms of decoration/beauty and the standard room with 2 single beds i bought was standard in terms of beauty/decoration but it was a pretty big room with a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs with a realy good view to a beautiful garden, swimming pool and mountains in the background. The toilet had a separated shower and bathtub. The aircondition had no problem cooling the room. The room also included all the usual stuff like cable tv, room service, a refrigerator, 2 bottles of water a day, soaps, a hair dryer and a thing to boil water in. The resort is verry big and beautiful all the "public places" where all guests come by, like the gardens, pool areas, lobbies and resturants. There are 2 big swimming pools, and one of them are made like a beach with white sand on the floor. There is also a game room and free bikes for renting. The breakfast buffet in the morning is verry good. Its a mix of western and asian food. Only the cakes and juices were of low quality but the other foods and drinks were of good quality. For drinks choose the home made cold lemon tea, chocolate, chai tea, water & tea/cofe

Beautiful hotel.

Large quiet resort with big lush gardens and two big pools. Big restaurant food was good and large breakfast big range of food (missing some granola is all I would suggest!) Walk to Main Street and beach no problem, beach has a lot of rubbish and mess around it which is a pity as it is a beautiful beach, the town needs to clean up the foreshore to make it pretty, should be cleaned every day but it is not. Big waves when we were there (Aug) The wifi in rooms is terrible and non existent which was very frustrating. We did complain but nothing to be done. Massage was good and only 50 baht more expensive than places on the street so very convenient. Need to improve wifi in rooms and around resort. Beds were a bit hard but pillows were good.

Groot en ruim resort, perfect gelegen op strand van Nai Thon, met mooie tuinen, 2 grote zwembaden, pingpongtafels, snookertafels, en fietsen te gebruiken voor jong en oud. Verzorgd ontbijtbuffet en vriendelijk en geduldig personeel die hun uiterste best doen. Dit alles aan een scherpe prijs, dus alles prima. Gratis parking. Goede plek als je je Russisch wat wil oefenen...

Fint hotell men det blir lite för stort med mycket gäster samtidigt. Nära en bra strand och resturanger. Ortsborna kallade området Ryss staden. Inte Thailands feeling på denna ort.

Lots of facilities and pools are excellent. Staff are very accommodating.

Superschönes, sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel mit sensationellem Frühstück. Wunderschöne Poolanlage zT mit „Sandstrand“ mit Sandspielzeug. Fahrräder für Groß und Klein, Tischtennisplatte - da hat jemand richtig mitgedacht!!

Traveled Thailand over the month with my partner and two children one who was two year old and the other was seven year old. We arrived and showed our booking reference that was paid in full staff tried to say that it wasn’t paid for previous to this they had took four passports Photo copied them and then told us to wait an hour until we could check in. We then returned to see if we could check in and they said we only booked for two people (after taking four passports) so we said okay we will share a bed then they try to charge for breakfast which we said we didn’t want Then they completely told us we couldn’t stay so we had to go somewhere else and book another hotel, which was very distressing never got our money back stayed in over 14 hotels never had a problem with any other booking i wouldn’t even stay here if it was for free. Disgusting staff. And we love thailand so this really really upset us! Be careful people!!!

I booked this at the last minute. I wanted to be close to Phuket Int Airport. On arrival I was looked after very well, my suitcase was taken from me and I was shown to my room by a very thorough young man who explained the location of amenities as we went. In the room he explained certain features to me. I paid what I consider a very low sum for 2 night B&B and my room was huge with a little balcony and a spacious bedroom Breakfast was top notch with an omelette station, a pancake station, chicken and herbs if you wanted it and all the other usual things . The swimming pool is lovely and there is a convenience store , a library, a playroom, a gym - everything you could want. Service was always with the guest as the priority and everything was convenient. There is a little market at the hotel gates and the beach is right there too. Walk along to Solstice Cafe for a juice and then walk further still until you see the condos in the hill. There is a wooden bridge down to a cute beach. The pizzeria at the hotel gates provides delicious cocktails and pizzas. I had a club sandwich in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious too. I’ve had a really great stay and recommend this hotel.

The beach was across the street. Everything I needed was close by. Love this place

The territory of the hotel is very beautiful: many blooming trees, two nicely designed pools, spacious territory. But the building itself and rooms really need renovation and the pools really need better circulation and filtration - water is hot and bit cloudy. Close to the sea. Breakfast is ok. Very good massage inside the hotel - highly recommend. Gave it three stars because: - I had a jet lag and asked for the quiet room - they gave me the room next to housekeeping, so I actually got woke multiple times starting from 5 in the morning. After I asked for a change - the hotel put me in the room with a persistent musty odor, but hotel employees insisted it was just a smell, no mold in the room. But the smell didn’t do away. Until I got acquainted with the family next room, and they actually told me they moved out of this exect room because the whole bottom of the wall was covered with black mold! Which is quite unhealthy. I’m amazed the management approaches this issue like that :( this is inappropriate. Another issue is that the hotel is really overcrowded by Russian families with children, so all the sun beds are always (from 7 am) occupied by towels (although half of them are not actually used most part of the day). Some people behave not quite civilised during the breakfast.

This was kind of a wierd place as far as thailand goes. Not great in service, full of eastern européen customers, not the friend l'est of folks, but not rude by any means. Easy surfing out on the beach, which is why i booked it

The cleaning is not great. Property is dated. No staff was available when you arrive to get luggage.

Perfect stay for the family. Enjoyed the resort pools and food. It was in a quiet place with food and beach just a short walk away. This was a nice getaway. Thanks for the great service.

Terrible hotel, all is very old, dirty and terrible. Definetly not 4 star hotel, probably 2 star maximu.. breakfast is very poor, the sorst hotel in all Thailand, where we have been last 30 days. Far from pictures in booking and google. Very bad!

Great area for a quiet holiday. The beach was superb and all of the vendors and shopping along the roadway made the experience even better. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Thai massages were phenomenal!

We were only at the resort for one night, so we did not have much time to use all the facilities, but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent!

We verbleven twee maal in dit resort. De locatie, faciliteiten en zwembaden zijn zeker de troeven van dit resort. Het ontbijtbuffet kan best druk zijn gelet half Moskou mee aanschuift aan de ontbijttafels. Zeer geschikt voor verblijf met kleine kinderen. De kamer kunnen wel wat opgefrist worden, maar zijn wel ruim.

Verzorgd resort op zeer goede locatie met 2 leuke zwembaden. Eén is perfect voor kleine kinderen omdat het een strand nabootst, heel mooi. Zeer redelijke prijs/kwaliteit. Ook ontbijt is echt wel OK. Nai Thon beach is mooi en nog vrij onbekend. Opgelet, in regenseizoen wel echt grote golven en stroming. Er zijn wel redders op het strand.

Get a lot for the money. Rooms are standard but hotel grounds are huge. Lots of families there on vacation with children. The beach is right across the street and very beautiful and serene with its tree lined road. All the stores, Street food stalls & merchants along the road including the grocery store in the hotel are fairly priced unlike the rest of Phuket. Restaurants around the road can be a bit pricey, but the restaurant in the hotel has good quality food for the price. Would stay again.

Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Pools sauber und sehr gut geeignet für Fam. mit Kinder. Dennoch sehr angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas an. Ein kleiner Shop sowie Automaten mit fairen Preisen in der Anlage runden da Angebot ab. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch funktioniert alles. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstüre das für 6 Personen Platz bietet. Jeder Raum hatte ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Balkon zur Innenseite der Anlage. Der Strand ist in 5 min. zu erreichen. Kleiner Tipp: Wer am Strand in einen Schweröl Tropfen tritt, kann den mit Dieselöl leicht entfernen. Am Beachausgang sind an den Palmen kleine Eimerchen mit Öllappen. Am Ausgang gibt es auch Wasser zum Duschen.

Lovely staff and the breakfast was outstanding

The property was perfectly located across from the beach and the pools were amazing. Our days were leisurely and exactly what we needed to relax, and spend family time. The staff was also great! They were so friendly, always smiling, and provided wonderful service. Our main issues were - (1) It was great having a buffet breakfast, but it was the same options every day. We stayed almost 7 days - eating the same food every day made it monotonous. (2) Our building did not have an elevator to the 4th floor. However, maybe it was a good thing to prevent me from gaining weight on a relaxing, no exercise holiday. (3) The Rainforest Cafe was never open, though it promised a cafe with great coffee. Also, there are no cafes walking distance to the resort. (4) The resort is tailored for Eastern European and Russian tourists. We could not manage a tour easily from the resort, though a Russian speaking tour company showed up every day and made presentations for the non-English speaking tourists. Having a hotel tour desk with recommendations and assistance would have been great! Having said all that - I would say the negatives are small in comparison to the positives. I would go back in a heartbeat to spend another week with my family. The location to the beach, the pool, and the service were awesome!

This is a very serviceable hotel. Overall we were satisfied, the staff was great, the pricing of everything was fair. The hotel is in a secluded beach not far from the airport. The entrance to the property is accross the street from the beach. Convenient services are around within 300 m of the hotel (convenience store, massage parlors, exchange, pharmacy, restaurants, fruit stands, etc.) The beach is ok but unfortunately dangerous so we could not spend too much time there. The included breakfast was good. Plenty of choices, unchanging for the several days we were there. There is a convenience store in the property again very fairly priced. There is a pool in the middle which seems to be full most of the time and there is a beautiful pool in the back with a sand beach which is very nice. I was surprised to find they have people for everything but servicing the people at the pools. The pool bars are closed and it seems like a wasted opportunity to make some extra revenue considering the amount of people in the property willing to fork out cash. We did not try the massage in the property but it seemed quite busy. Plenty of options for kids entertainment, bedides the pool, there are bikes to roam around and a play room with pool tables and games and nintendo switch consoles. The rooms are spacious although a bit dated. One of our rooms had a failing a/c and they were quick to send someone when we noticed and called it in. This hapoened a couple of times. Good.

Very nice hotel that I can highly recommend, very calm and quiet in the evenings. Very nice and helpful staff. I will gladly return again.

The grounds are huge as are the two swimming pools. Lots of quiet areas to chill out in and plenty of room for kids to play and ride bikes. Everything we ate here was great and really well priced. Big clean rooms and friendly staff.

Poor customer service

This hotel was excellent. Would definitely return. The pools, restaurant, grounds, breakfast buffet and checkin were great. Beach across street very nice. If you are looking for smaller more quiet beach with good restaurants within walking distance this is the best relaxing trip.

Wifi near on non existent in both our rooms, had to walk to there side of hotel. Both pool swim up bars closed entire time we were there, was part of the reason we had chosen this hotel. Got charged 80 baht for a glass that broke Was paper thin or possibly even cracked already. Lots of mosquitos. Food in restaurants pretty average... breakfast was good as is location if you want somewhere quiet

It is a more rural area so the environment is quiet. Close to Nai thon beach which is very nice, just across a road. Few roadside hawkers selling food, fruit and souvenirs. A small shop and a small pharmacy nearby so can easily get what u need. Suitable for family with kids who like playing in swimming pools and beach.

The pool areas were very good however I would rate this hotel closer to 3 star than 4. Its looking a bit tired in places especially the bathroom. The service around the pools was non existent. The property boasts 2 pool bars and a café. The pool bars don't look like they've been used for years so why are the being listed in the facilities. The cafe was closed.The breakfast is cleary geared to the large Russian contingent. Only 2 options of fruit and no cold meats or cheeses available at all. Glad we only booked 3 nights.

Great resort very natural & peaceful place, great beach, Hotel amazing & beautiful gardens & pools, rooms very spacious & comfortable, buffet breakfast excellent, overall I was totally satisfied & loved my stay here.

Vistelsen blev väldigt kort. Vi hade bokat tre nätter men valde att lämna strax efter incheckning när vi sett hotellet, gästerna samt provat att äta i den lokala byn. Det är mycket barnfamiljer vilket var negativt för vår del då vi uppskattar lugn och ro. Städningen var inte bra. Det var hår på toaletten och hela hotellrummet kändes slitet och gammaldags. Det var också en överrepresentation av ryssar på hotellet vilket vi av tidigare erfarenheter vet innebär en del irritation. Vi valde således att lämna hotellet per omgående och boka ett annat en bit bort på en annan strand.

Good hotel, clean and the free games provided such as pool, and great pool facilities. Friendly staff on the whole. Only detractor is the fact that for a family hotel, they shouldn't have glass only cups in the room. Our room (for two people) had 8 cups, all glass and this is for rooms with children. Inevitably, my 7-year-old broke one by accident, as children naturally do when glass on tile flooring is the only option, and the maid then charged me an extra 80 TBhat which nobody told me about until check out. This meant check-out at 6:30am included the lady onto front desk following me to and from breakfast 3x to sort it out. Not the most restful end to our holiday, but other than that I would recommend it. You do need a car if you stay, or the InDrive app, otherwise you will get ripped off by taxi prices.

Fantastic resort, even better price! They had two massive pools, one which I could swim laps in comfortably (approx 50m). An amazing buffet breakfast and a well equipped gym just topped off the experience.

Property is located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. The property is well-maintained with 2 nice pools and the beach is right across the road (short walk). We enjoyed the many food booths out on the main road and massage shops. After spending time on the beach, we also would sit at the hotel's open-air bar at the entrance for pizza and a drink. Very safe area and very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. We took 2 excursions including a boat tour with Captain Mark of the Phang nga bay (about 30 min taxi ride) and we visited the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary Canopy Walkway Tour (about 35 minutes from hotel). These 2 excursions were fantastic.

Just perfect! Thai style like 20 years ago, rare to find. Large, clean and comfortable room with a spacious balcony. Restaurant with suspended ceiling, before baking pastries with butter :), thai and european food great. Friendly staff on all sides. Several pools, greenery, birds, shop, massage, everything is here. And finally: the beach is across the road, 50 meters. Just enjoy.
