This is a smart hotel and centrally located

The first room i was allocated was not cleaned. The bed was unmade and there was an ironing board in the middle of the room. As an apology i was told i would not have to pay for the upgrade i had selected but the price on the final bill was the full cost of the upgrade

Only place to get a drink on a Monday night was the restaurant (both other bars closed) but they have barely any seating and it took forever to get a drink as bar service focused on the restaurant tables Room not ready on arrival at 8.45pm

Really smart hotel, very well presented throughout. The rooms and public areas were really nice, excellent view from the top floors! The staff were lovely and the breakfast was particularly good. Great location for all the amenities in Woking, but also great for getting into London on the train really easily.

Nothing - it was all great! I get vertigo and was originally on the 16th floor which had an amazing view, but I asked to change and was immediately put on a lower floor. Staff helped carry our bags and set up the new room. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. They really made our stay and were very kind and helpful with my children also!

Our check-in was a terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel at 12.30 pm and didn't get checked in until 5.30 pm due to a system being down. We ordered room service for our daughter, and after a two-hour wait and three visits to the reception desk, she finally received her meal. When it eventually arrived, it was cold. My daughter was very disappointed.

I have to say, the Hilton in Woking has to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff are absolutely fantastic, genuinely helpful, incredibly attentive and nothing seems to be too much trouble, from the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly departed. Even though we booked through one of the major online booking channels, the team still added the benefits of being a Hilton Honors member, along with a complimentary glass of fizz. A lovely touch! The catering is also top class, whether it’s dinner in the evening or breakfast, when you’re attempting to convince yourself that a full English, followed by three pastries, somehow constitutes a balanced meal. The real wow factor, though, is the dining on the 21st floor. What a magnificent addition to the hotel! The views, atmosphere and sheer height give the whole experience another dimension. It’s quite something sitting up there looking out over Woking while enjoying dinner. And then there’s the car park… Initially, we were slightly daunted by the prospect of driving up to the 8th floor just to get to reception. But, quite frankly, what an experience! It’s basically a Helter Skelter for motor cars. Absolutely brilliant and, bizarrely, one of the highlights of the stay. Loved every minute of it! 😂 A fantastic hotel, superb staff, excellent food and a rather spectacular dining experience. It’s definitely going firmly onto our hot list for future stays in the area.

Check in was delayed by two and a half hours due to a system down but the staff could have checked rooms manually to get us in we had a show to attend around the corner so is was very stressful for our party of twelve to get ready in time

Das Begrüßungsgetränk ist eine nette Geste. Von unserem Zimmer (groß, neuwertige Ausstattung) im 12. Stock hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick. Die gut arbeitende Klimaanlage hat uns den wahrscheinlich heißesten Tag des Jahres gut überstehen lassen. Das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl kann man vom 21. Stock mit Top-Aussicht genießen. Nicht zuletzt fanden wir auch das Parken mit £ 10,20 völlig in Ordnung.

It was a little confusing checking in with a car because we pulled up to the front and there was some confusion over the intercom where to take our car. To memory you have to go up to the 7th floor of the public car park I think. The very top floor was closed off for some reason which was sad because we wanted to get the best view while enjoying a drink.

Totally understaffed in the coffee bar and general bar areas. Not able to use the Loft Sky Bar due to a private function taking place. Would have been nice to know at time of checking in. Electrics also blew in the room but this was quickly recrified

Perfect location for our purpose. Very close to the train station and therefore very easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Great shopping centre in the same area. The room was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend

The staff are unfailingly warm, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are spotless and have excellent fixtures and fittings. The views of the surrounding countryside are spectacular.

Unable to use the sky bar on the days we were there. No swimming pool & never found the gym.

The sky bar was fabulous, what a view. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was so comfortable, the room was super quiet and there was plenty of room in the breakfast dining area. The breakfast selection was also first class and the hotel accommodated the World Cup viewing on the television for the England game. The location for Ascot and Windsor was ideal too.

Just a fabulous place to stay! Close to station for visits to Wimbledon, London and Fleet. Thank you for the much needed refreshment on arrival in the heat!

The sudden smoke alarm on the third night of check-in left me at a loss

New 22-story Hilton hotel in the centre of Woking - open since late 2025. Location - excellent. In the heart of Woking, five min walk to mainline train station and easy to drive to, albeit parking at £17 stings after a few days. Hotel - brand new, five star quality. Great restaurant and bar on 21st / 22nd floors with incredible views. All very modern. Rooms - large, modern with equally large, fully equipped bathroom. NB, Disappointments… (1) zero water pressure from the shower and (2) pillows not very comfortable at all Room Service - pointless as per the attached 2 menu options. I’m assuming this is because they are in soft launch phase since only opening in late 2025. Service - a stark and real difference between front desk, and restaurant, staff. Restaurant staff were brilliant; personable, welcoming and very attentive. The front desk staff demonstrated zero warmth and (both on checkin and checkout) acted as though they were so occupied with other things just that we, as guests, were an unwelcome distraction. I was so hopeful that I’d found a quality hotel option a little closer to our family in Guildford but the front desk staff experiences left such a sour taste that my wife wants us to revert to Pennyhill Park Hotel on our next journey to the area.

As above staff really polite and welcoming. However, at breakfast on the second morning, I was questioned about if we had paid for this. On our arrival on the Thursday evening I asked to book breakfast for four of us and paid an additional £136. There was clearly some glitch on the second morning and this had not registered with the staff member at the breakfast reception. It could possibly have been a language misunderstanding, but having already paid and advised the member of staff, I was pretty offended by being told she would check with reception. I can (perhaps) understand her need to confirm this, but it proved quite unsettling for it to be suggested that this needed to be checked out. As mentioned, it may have been down to language or misinterpretation, but I would suggest the member of staff needs educating in how to handle future similar situations. Sad really, as a really nice stay marred by this one episode. Thank-you

Superb room and restaurant. The location was great for usas we were going to a play at the Woking Theatre and it and parking are all in the same complex as the hotel. Our meal was excellent so congratulations to the chef!
