Theodora was lovely. Customer service was spot on. Room was tidy and clean. Everyone there was friendly and respectful. Highly recommended.

Location is incredible. So quiet and peaceful. Beautifully maintained and the pool side room has to be seen to be believed. The staff and Theodora are amazing. When you check in Theodora says she wants you to feel at home and you certainly do. Breakfast is fantastic.

TheoDora and her team were amazing hosts. They greeted us with so much warmth. The pool area is really cozy and such a rare pearl in the middle of Oia. The pulsating life of Oia is right outside the area but when inside you don’t notice.

Amazing location and quality

Gorgeous property, both the pool and bar area, and our room, and had a great breakfast. Room was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and we had a stunning roof terrace with sun loungers and a sitting area. Perfect position in Oia, easy to walk everywhere and close to lots of places to eat and drink. Theodora was so lovely, really helpful and so so friendly

Un’oasi di pace e relax nel pieno cuore di Oia. E poi c’è TheoDora: gentilissima, allegra e simpatica ha fatto di tutto per rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo scelto una camera piccola per l’ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Ma ci sono anche suites davvero belle e confortevoli.

Bardzo stylowy hotel w samym centrum Oia, kilka kroków od Three Blue Domes. Mimo położenia w centrum hotel zaciszny, z komfortowym basen i wygodnymi leżakami. Uwielbialiśmy śniadania w cieniu dużego drzewa oliwnego. TheoDora była bardzo gościnna i serdeczna. Bardzo dziękujemy panu z obsługi, który był bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.

Très bel emplacement, central, juste en face de la plus belle vue de l'île, les 3 dômes! Accueil très chaleureux, très bon petit déjeuner, décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre très soignée. Bref un séjour très agréable à Oia, de loin le plus charmant des villages de Santorin, avec une vue sur le soleil couchant à couper le souffle.

Il manquait des serviettes pour la piscine. C'est tout ;-)

We had a lovely stay here! Theodora was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Oia. The room was on the smaller side but beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast included was perfect for starting the day and was excellent quality too. We would definitely stay here again!

Después de unos días en The Museum Project Oia, solo podemos decir una cosa: para nosotros es el mejor hotel de Santorini. La ubicación es una auténtica pasada. Está justo delante del mirador de las Tres Campanas, donde todo el mundo va a hacerse la foto más famosa de la isla. Poder salir del hotel y estar allí en unos segundos es un lujo. El desayuno merece una mención aparte. Lo eliges el día anterior y te lo preparan al momento a la hora que tú quieras. De verdad, nunca habíamos desayunado tan bien. Todo estaba buenísimo. Pero, si hay algo que hace especial este hotel, es la gente. Todo el personal es súper amable y siempre está pendiente de que disfrutes al máximo de la estancia. En especial, queremos dar las gracias a Theodora, que fue un encanto con nosotros. Nos recomendó una excursión en catamarán para ver el atardecer y fue, sin duda, uno de los mejores momentos del viaje. Además, tienen piscina y un bar donde puedes tomar algo o comer a cualquier hora, perfecto para relajarte después de recorrer la isla. Y el detalle que terminó de conquistarnos fue el del último día. Nuestro avión salía por la noche y nos dejaron disfrutar de la piscina hasta la hora de irnos, algo que agradecimos muchísimo. Da gusto encontrar sitios donde te hacen sentir tan bien. Si volvemos a Santorini, tenemos clarísimo dónde nos alojaremos.

We had a wonderful stay at Museum Project Oia and would happily return. What made this place truly special was the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like family. A special thank you to Theodora, the manager, who was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond, helping us with bookings and recommendations around the island, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring Oia while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and honestly, there wasn't a single thing we didn't like. Highly recommended!

Location was in center of Oia and east to get to shops and restaurants.

The beds were not comfortable .

We had a lovely time at this little oasis , theodoro and her staff looked after us very well. We loved the suite terrace and the sunset view and breakfast was fabulous with so many lovely choices (try the scrambled egg with tomato and feta - it’s so tasty!) The hotel itself is so nicely positioned away from the crowds and the pool is gorgeous. We had lots of fun with the kittens, they are so cute. We will be back for sure , thank you theodoro and team xx

The location was fantastic - just meters off the busy main street, but absolutely peaceful as soon as you step into the hotel's courtyard with the pool. TheoDora and Arif looked after us very well. Gorgeous pool with some shaded spots to escape the heat for a while.

La ubicación excelente, en calle principal frente a las cúpulas mas famosas... La administración un 10/10 muy atenta, nos gestionó el transporte al aeropuerto. La piscina perfecta para pasar la tarde.

The position is perfect, in the heart of Oia but you’d never know, it’s a beautiful hidden oasis. The staff were so lovely and friendly and it is spotless clean. The bonus was four beautiful and playful kittens!

Great location in the heart of Oia, just a 1-minute walk from the famous Blue Domes. The host was incredibly hospitable, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. The room was clean, aesthetic,spacious, and very comfortable. Swimming pool is also nice.Overall, it was an excellent stay and offered great value for money. Highly recommended!

Dóra a menedzser kedvessége és segítőkészsége felülmúlta az elvárásainkat. Reggelit előző nap kiválaszthattuk és ott helyben elkészítették. Bent van a szállás a központban, de mégis csendes helyen. Elképesztő a design. Hangulatos, otthonos, csak ajánlani tudom és ide bármikor visszajönnék!

We loved our stay at the Museum Project. It is an ideal location as it's located right on the Nikolaou Nimikou. We had a top floor balcony which afforded us the perfect sunset view. Theodora (the extraordinary concierge person at the hotel) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She was there, every step of the way with a warm smile and amazing personality to answer all of our questions - before and during our stay. The room was beautiful and spacious. My family and I were very happy there.

L'hôtel est impeccable. La piscine est un vrai plus, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le personnel est toujours souriant, agréable et aux petits soins, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une mention spéciale à Theodora, qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à Santorin avec ma copine et l’expérience a été tout simplement parfaite. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à Oia, à proximité immédiate de nombreux lieux emblématiques, notamment les spots connus pour admirer le coucher du soleil, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus magique. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable et très agréable, avec une atmosphère calme et reposante. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, aussi bien en qualité qu’en variété, un vrai plaisir chaque matin. Le rapport qualité-prix est incroyable pour un emplacement et des prestations de ce niveau. Enfin, le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours disponible et très aidant, notamment pour nous accompagner dans la location de voiture. En résumé, un séjour parfait, on recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel !

We had a wonderful stay at The Museum Project. From check-in through departure the team delivered warm, personal service that made our visit feel special. Our room was perfectly prepared each day — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged — and the little details made a big difference. Housekeeping staff Giota and Arif were exceptional: attentive, friendly, and precise in their care of the rooms. Theodora, the manager, was welcoming and went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Breakfast cooked by Vana was a highlight I’m already craving — croissants and other pastries were baked fresh every morning and incredibly delicious. On our final morning we had to leave very early to catch a connection; the team kindly pre-packed breakfast for us to take with us, which was a lovely, considerate touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding staff and fantastic breakfast. We’ll gladly return.

L’unico appunto della camera suite è stato il soppalco dove c’era il letto matrimoniale per via della scomodità di non poter stare in piedi perciò si rischia tante testate e la scala la farei più sicura quindi chi ha bambini la sconsiglio. Per il resto è magnifico.

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful, with great air conditioning and a lovely balcony. The owner is very kind, friendly, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the location is quite lively, the hotel itself feels calm and peaceful. Breakfast was well prepared with plenty of choice.

One small suggestion: it would be nicer to choose what you want for breakfast one day in advance instead of for the entire stay.

No set time for cleaners to come and service the room

The Museum Project in Oia was a dream stay. Theodora was an incredible host - she worked with us to make sure that we had a ground floor room for one of our party who had mobility issues and could not handle steps. She was so welcoming and helpful during our visit as well, arranging dinner reservations for us at two amazing restaurants with sunset views and also helping us arrange transportation to and from the hotel. Arif was great helping with our bags - he met us at the cab and carried our heavy items on foot to the hotel for us. The location is amazing - right in the center of Oia, just steps away from two iconic photo spots for capturing the famous blue domes. As a plus, you can get pretty close via car before you have to walk, so again, it’s a great choice for people who have limited mobility. Our rooms were wonderful, very clean and spacious.

Customer Service: 5/5 ⭐ The Museum Project Oia exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, Theodora was incredibly kind and welcoming. During our stay, we asked for lunch and dinner recommendations, and both times she called her favorite restaurants, secured us reservations right away, and even walked us there to introduce us to the staff. This level of service was truly above and beyond and made our stay even more special. Additionally, Theodora referred us to Eric with Golden Move Transportation, who was available for every trip we needed. Eric was also exceptionally kind, reliable, and professional. On our first morning, we misunderstood and thought breakfast would be delivered to our room. A member of the serving staff (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) personally came to our room to let us know our breakfast was ready and waiting for us. The housekeeping staff member (again, I wish I remembered her name) always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. Location: 5/5 ⭐ I didn’t realize when booking just how perfect the location would be. The hotel is situated right on Oia’s famous sunset promenade and directly across from the pathway leading to the iconic Three Domes viewpoint. Combined with its proximity to Oia’s restaurants, shops, and stunning viewpoints, the location could not have been better. Accommodations: 4/5 ⭐ The bed was very comfortable, the blankets were warm, the pillows were soft, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Breakfast by the pool each morning became one of our favorite parts of the day—we always left relaxed and satisfied.

Cons: We booked a Double Room and found it to be somewhat tight on space. There wasn’t much room for luggage without blocking either the walkway or the bathroom door. Additionally, the shower was quite small and the water never became very warm. However, both were minor inconveniences that would not prevent us from staying here again.

The Museum Project in the heart of Oia on the beautiful island of Santorini certainly did not disappoint, it exceeded expectations! Theodora was a lovely host in this stunning boutique hotel with white-washed walls and a pool with crystalline waters right in the middle of it all. A wide selection of options were given to us for breakfast each day, after sleeping in a luxurious suite with a double bed , air conditioning and shower. I chose the suite on the upper floor with a balcony which had fantastic views overlooking Santorini. I would definitely come back here again, a 10/10 experience...

Excelente localização, em frente ao corredor com a famosa foto de Oia. A Theodora (dona do hotel) é muito simpática e nos deixou a vontade.

Muitas escadas para chegar a recepção (descendo) e aos quartos (subindo). Café da manhã a la carte com poucas opções, e precisa ser preenchido até as 5pm do dia anterior. Box do banheiro não tem porta e molha (muito!) todo o banheiro ao tomar banho.

The location is excellent - on the main walking street of Oia which is fantastic. As Oia streets are car free the accommodation being close to the car parking area is great and you do not have to wheel your luggage up and down the steep stairs in Oia. We watched the sunset from our hotel which was amazing. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the breakfast in the room was nice and included hot cooked breakfast.

I wish the accommodation had an in-room spa or a pool to relax.

We loved our stay, TheoDora was so warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool facilitates and hotel decor were beautiful and enhanced the stay. Theodora was very accommodating and supported us in organizing transfers across the island, I could not recommend staying here enough

No Complaints

This is a little oasis in the centre of Oia, easy to reach as it’s off the main drag (so no need to manoeuvre too many steps) but it’s still quiet for relaxing by the pool and a quiet nights sleep. Theodora is a gem, helpful from the booking to arrival and all staff are friendly and make you comfortable. There is a good choice of breakfast, continental or Greek which provides variation. The hotel has a boutique feel to it which has a modern and yet functional feel which we liked.

Das Zimmer war liebevoll gestaltet und die Hausdame hat uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gegeben zu Hause zu sein. Egal welchen Wunsch wir hatten, Theodora und ihr Team ermöglichten uns das Beste. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet und auch bei Aktivitäten ausserhalb des Hotels war das Team jederzeit behilflich.

Location was excellent. Very clean and new. They were renovating the hotel so the pool was under construction but it was ok because we spent most our time sightseeing and exploring.
