Hotel the Castle bangi 2nd

It was located near various food places and down the street from Lotte Tower area. It also had cold AC unit.

The room was a bit on the smaller side.

KSPOでのライブのために宿泊しました。ロッテワールドモールも徒歩圏内で、周辺にもたくさん美味しいお店もあって便利でした！ 部屋の広さもベッドも快適！

シャワーすると洗面の床がめっちゃ濡れます。タオルの部分はちゃんと濡れないのですが、シャワーカーテンか何か対策してほしい。 あんなに濡れる構造なのに毎日掃除がないのは、、、

Very convenient for getting to KSPO, the staff were super friendly

Noise in corridors was quite loud? very little natural light

They had bread, jam, water and also sprite in 2nd floor... coffee too whenever you need you take some. I was happy eating warm bread. Shower is small but was enough.. room bed was soft..I loved it. I know koreans usually prefer hard ones...but for me it was perfect. Mom did a surgery in jamsil and it was the best choice

I didnt know where to throw trash... like I wish there was an additional place in 2nd floor. Nothing bad here. I highly recommend it.

晚上冷氣較不涼 搭配厚被子會太熱 每天也沒有換浴巾毛巾 住11樓有時還是會聽到汽車聲音

Примерно все, в номере было грязно, некомфортно. Была грязная стена и окна. В туалете так же было не убрано. Была сломана дверь и приходилось очень сильно хлопать. Уехали сразу же и забронировали другой отель. Жаль потраченных денег, к сожалению

Great location - right in the Bangi food area, close to Lotte World, Tower and Mall

The facilities were minimal for the price we paid. We had to ask for more towels as only one was supplied for a double occupancy. We stayed 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned or towels changed, despite indicating on the door we wanted it to be. The rooms are small and looked clean initially, but when you looked in corners of room and bathroom realised it actually was dirty. One night stay may be ok but wouldn’t recommend multiple nights.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the baths.

What I liked about the property was that the location of everything nearby was so easily accessed a few minutes to walk not even a minute walk just to get some real good food and it was so entertaining all the activities and the amenities that they had outside of the hotel was so fun that the hotel felt like luxury within itself. I love that they offered robes and the quality of the furniture was good.

What I didn’t like about the property was that the outlets were a little bit scratched but besides that I couldn’t really find any serious complaint. It was clean. It felt spacious, and I felt like there was enough room for me to have my suitcases to feel as if I was home.

The property was dirty not properly cleaned, it was a smoking room along random items added to the room. I did not enjoy my stay.

방 상태가 사진과 다르더라고요. 사진 보고 예약한 입장에서는 방 보고 이게 사진에 있는 방 맞나 싶었어요

部屋の天井角に蜘蛛の巣があった 掃除はなく2日目のバスタオルセットをフロントに貰いに行った バスルームはシャワーをすると全体的に水浸しになるつくりだった

Direkt in der Nähe von Lotte Center und dem See, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, belebte Gegend viel Korean bbq in der Nähe vom Hotel

KSPO DOME公演のために宿泊しました。蚕室の商業施設にも近く、ライブもショッピングも楽しめました。 ラウンジで軽食をいただけるのが良かったです！

Very beautiful rooms with plenty of light and space. The bathrooms are also very spacious and well equipped. The place is clean and well kept. Honestly a wonderful gem for a very good price.

The only downside is the weak ventilation in the bathroom, which causes it to get too humid after a shower.

Les chambres sont lumineuses, on avait une belle vue sur la lotte Tower, l’équipement et moderne, l’emplacement nous convenait

Une machine à laver, comme il en existe dans de nombreux hôtels de Séoul nous ont été profitable. À noter que la seconde fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel en espèces de 15 jours et que nous avons préféré la literie du 17e étage!

위치가 너무 불편하고 직원들은 호텔위치를 잘 설명해주지 못했어요. 욕실 타올에 구멍이 있고 샤워가운이 너무 낡아서 구멍과 실오라기등 별로였어요.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sowohl zur Bahn 2, zur Bahn 8 und zur Bahn 9 meine ich, ist es relativ nah. Es ist in Laufweite vom Lotte Tower, von Seokchon Lake, vom Olympic Park, ein bisschen laut draußen, denn es ist einem Ausgehviertel, aber ich mag es sehr gerne ....

Ich war ja in Hotel 2. Das ist ein sehr schmales hochgezogenes Gebäude, ich war im 15 Stock. Auf dieser Etage gibt es nur drei Räume, den Fahrschulschacht und gleich daneben das Treppenhaus. Im Falle eines Feueralarms möchte man dort nicht sein. Es gibt keine klassische Lobby, sondern nur eine Theke, an der man sich vorbei ins Hotel zwängt und im zweiten Stock gibt es zwar einen kleinen Raum, in dem man immer Wasser Kaffee und auch ein bisschen Toast oder Cornflakes bekommen kann, aber für mein ultimatives Hotel Feeling hat das nicht gereicht - da habe ich es doch gerne etwas geräumiger. Spätestens seit es Sprach-Apps gibt, kann man sich gar nicht mehr darauf verlassen, dass das Hotel-Personal Englisch spricht, das gilt für viele Hotels in Asien. Auch mit App ist die Kommunikation nicht ganz simpel.

Small but important details such as no hooks in the bathroom; holes in the bathrobes; and the actual room being much smaller than the website picture shows.

Spacious, comfortable, easy access to train station. Reception staff were helpful.

There’s no latch inside the room. I was inside the room and the housekeeping team opened my door unannounced, and said they wanted to clean my room. After that they told me they went to the wrong room. It was traumatizing.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and within walking distance is places to eat and bars. The staff spoke good English and gave us information on the area for best places to eat. The lotte Tower/mall is about 5 min walk. We used a local bus company to take us to Incheon Airport are about 10 mins walk to the stop. On the 2nd floor you find snacks & drinks as that was nice.

We could done with a better view as it was just the side of another building. it can be noisy outside in the early hours but it did not bother me.

All perfect!

KSPO DOMEを利用する際のアクセスの良さ

壁やドア向こうから声や物音が夜遅くまで聞こえる事や、部屋の匂いが気になりました。

Lovely room, good view, as described and just like pictures. 10 mins from a station, right on Bangi food street which was lively but it still wasn’t too loud in the rooms!

La habitación era muy bonita y contaba con todo tipo de comodidades, como una LG Styler y un WC con chorrito. Además, en la segunda planta había una cafetería abierta las 24 horas, donde podías prepararte café y cereales de forma gratuita.

Seguramente sea por diferencias culturales, pero durante las 8 noches que pasé allí no se limpió la habitación. Además, no había ningún lugar donde tirar la basura. Por añadir algo más, la ducha esparcía agua por todo el baño al utilizarla.
