Prenses Sealine Beach Hotel

Absolutely derelict, nothing around, beach unclean mostly for local fishermen, there was a cold atmosphere except for the young lad who was on duty when we arrived, it was mostly aimed for the locals or contract workers, the pool was never cleaned, leaves at the bottom of the pool also floating on top, it was supposed to be all inclusive, yes we had help yourself to breakfast, dinner and tea, but nothing in between except a try of biscuits on the bar outside which you would have to share with flies, drinks consisted of: white wine, red wine, one brand of larger, gin or vodka, then soft drink which was available all day til 11pm then you pay. The food was a hit or miss, not landed so you didn’t have a clue what it was, but shore of the chicken nuggets, breakfast, dinner and tea, chicken mostly swimming in juices, with rice o e day pasta the next, the salad bar was amazing could fault it, dessert was national cakes, which I love, but unfortunately covered with flies so I gave that a miss too, rooms, so need of an upgrade, taps where full of mould and tap water ran brown before clearing, still wasn’t going to use that, stuck to my bottled water, rooms smelt nice, tea and coffee available in room, free bottled water, the carpets where completely stained, disgusting, bedding was clean and fresh, when arriving there was a kitten no more that 10 weeks old, starving and in need of help, it was dying, I gave it water and milk, I tried to give little food but I new something had to be done, the two main bosses of the hotel kept telling the staff to through it out on the street, the poor little thing kept coming back looking for help, it was killing me, I then found a rescue shelter but it was two hours away, we spoke but said it wouldn’t last the journey, i just wanted to give her a chance but if not a human place to die, the centre got back to me and said phone this vet just before 7pm and he will pick her up, amazing, after returning from a walk, the kitten was gone, don’t what they did with it but I know, know came for her, she lasted 4 days of my holiday it broke me, I couldn’t do anymore or intervene when they were doing what they were doing, didn’t look the type of people you would get into an argument with, they knew I was upset and tried to be more approachable towards me, but now too late, I will never return, I know from friends that there are amazing places to go in Turkey to stay, some really class hotels, unfortunately that didn’t happen for me!!

Food was terrible gave me food poisoning. Sleeping conditions were ok, very cold, no outdoor cover when there was a massive storm. The swimming pool is a big issue. There is no shallow end the whole pool is the same length amount of water. If your short don’t go in there as it will go up to your neck. The hotel is out in the country side so be warned there be loads of walking even to a shop. So make sure you gotta car :) there was also cats but they disappeared I think they got eaten by the workers. They were my friends then one day they disappeared. Also the head worker kept shouting at all the other workers. Well maybe do it yourself if you don’t like it. Just 1 tip DO NOT GO THERE

Bra

I can honestly say this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. From arrival to departure, it was a nightmare. Check-In Disaster: I arrived at 10:30 PM after a long journey, only to find a huge hole in the ceiling with water pouring down, held up by furniture and a mop. Staff repeatedly told me “5 minutes” whenever I asked about my room, while the manager eventually told me I couldn’t stay because I was a single man—implying I could “harm women and children.” Absolutely shocking and discriminatory. Eventually, I was allowed to stay one night—but only under strict conditions and with no apology. Day 2 I was told to pay £175 more or leave at first I chose leave (spend 5 hours to trying to get an alternative place) but after lastminute.com providing no alternative after waiting 24 hours for some resolution I was forced to pay up. Room Nightmare: The upgraded room I paid for (seaview and balcony) didn’t exist. Instead, I was given a rundown triple room with broken furniture, blackened toilets, missing light switch covers, limescale on taps, and a terrible smell from the drains. Later, I was forced to pay extra for a “gentleman room,” a sloped wooden chalet with broken drawers, a faulty bathroom window, and drainage issues. A can of deodorant literally rolled across the floor due to the slope. Food & Drinks: Food was consistently poor: overcooked pasta, chicken with ketchup (different cuts of chicken each day), potatoes with ketchup on, and repititive salad options (different types of lettuce or some with no cucumber). Packed lunches were meagre. Drinks were strictly limited—no flexibility even for tables ordering for multiple guests. Staff & Service: Most staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and ignored questions. Communication was chaotic, with repeated “come back tomorrow” excuses for bills and room issues. Only a few bar staff were friendly. Safety & Hygiene: The hotel was unsafe and in disrepair. The ceiling collapsed further during my stay, and housekeeping was inconsistent at best. Bathrooms were poorly maintained, and basic hygiene standards were ignored. An electrical wire from the pool lighting fixture runs into the pool (although has electrical tape on the end) Overall: This hotel is unsafe, poorly managed, and unprofessional. Rooms are misrepresented, management is discriminatory, and customer service is non-existent. I cannot emphasise enough: do not stay here.

I have recently came back from a short holiday at Prenses and it started off awfully. I arrived at the hotel at 1am (my first solo trip) for them to not have a booking for me, even though this had all been confirmed my end - I am still unsure whether this was a fault from the hotel or the company that I booked through. It took a couple of hours and eventually they did sort me a room for the night, which I was very grateful for. But again the next day it was still a lot of back and forth and I was unable to enjoy the start of my holiday because I was unsure what was happening. There was a big language barrier with only the owner speaking clear English. Because of this language barrier, I felt a lot of the time whilst the man on reception was helping me, he would then go off and help other people that he was able to communicate with better so I was stuck still unsure what was going on. This did eventually get sorted though. Because of this, I had 3 room changes within 3 days and each room got progressively worse. The last room smelt like sewerage! And I felt that was no point in complaining because 1. The language barrier and 2. They were clearly limited on rooms. The food was standard, it was okay for me as I am not too fussy but there was not many options - especially at breakfast! The drinks were ok. The staff working in the hotel shop were brilliant! The pool area is very small and limited sun beds. The beach is so close to the hotel! The owner did approach me on the last day with gifts as a way of saying sorry for the mix up in the beginning, which I was eternally grateful for! Overall, this is a 3 star hotel and 3 stars is what you get. I was very apprehensive coming here once I had seen all of the reviews, but in all honesty the stay was ok, but just ok. If you're not expecting much, then this would be fine. But I am not sure that I would recommend coming here if you are English.

❌❌❌❌❌❌I've stayed in many hotels and I work in a hotel so I know standards people should receive when staying in a hotel. I do have to say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life.. The manager had us wait in reception at check in as he said room was being cleaned so it was being done (We arrived at 9pm) The room was big but very dirty dust was everywhere on everything considering it was just cleaned. The food was absolutely disgusting paid all inclusive and we went out every night to eat kids did eat maybe 7 time altogether at the hotel.. Room was only clean when we requested to have it done after them not doing it.. All inclusive drinks only include vodka and gin everything else you have to pay extra for..❌❌❌❌❌❌ ⛔⛔⛔⛔DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL YOU WILL LEAVE DISAPPOINTED ⛔⛔⛔⛔

Of course, you need to understand where you're going when you choose this price segment in Turkey. Unfortunately, for many people, this is the maximum in tourism, and they even enjoy it here, which is why the motel has positive reviews. It makes you smile. We chose the motel based on its location as a place to stay overnight while using a rental car. However, we also enjoyed the circus that took place in the motel, which we viewed with humor. Turkey is beautiful, but that's a different story that has nothing to do with this motel! Here is some objective information from our experience with this motel. Upon arrival at the motel, they checked into a bungalow instead of a standard room. The bungalow is frankly a mole's hole. It's dark, there's very little space, and the heat is terrible on the second level. There is a very busy road running along the motel (no wonder, it's a motel) The noise she makes in the bungalow is unbearable. To get a reserved room, you need to remind the person at the reception about yourself every day, and he, in turn, will make round eyes and pretend that he does not remember who you are at all. Although they will promise to move you the day before. Then, if you are moved to your room, there will be a lot of surprises. The room stock is very old. Every day, you can hear people whining, and the receptionist shuffles them between rooms to calm them down for another day. In our room, there was no water for a while, and the room was infested with ants. The room was cleaned only once during the 14-day stay. We requested cleaning for four days, but it was not done. Every time we arrived in the evening, the room was not cleaned. Finally, a girl came and asked us what she should clean. What could we say?The cleaning staff's only responsibility is to clean the rooms before new guests arrive. The motel residents request towels and toilet paper by following the cleaning staff. On the food. The food was at the level of a triple. There are no questions. The employees who organize meals in the restaurant, from the cook to the cleaner, worked well. On the beach. The beach is nearby, and it has nothing to do with the motel. There are some funny things there, with a bunch of locals who are always eating and leaving mountains of garbage in the morning. The municipality has done a good job of landscaping, but it won't last long. In general, the motel operates in a hole-filling mode, which causes a lot of inconvenience to the guests.

Buyer beware. Arrived and told that air conditioning was broken. We were sent to the belkon (a sister hotel) on the understanding that it was for the entire holiday. we were settled and then told to move back to the prenses after 3 nights. The food is good and the drinks are what you expect. Even the beach is accessible, but be aware it’s dirty and facilities are awful the entertainment is non existent and to be frank, this hotel is so far away from anything and nothing goes on. Management said they would compensate us at the hotel but nothing happened

Worst hotel ever!!!! This would get shut down in the UK. First of all, none of the staff speak English so it’s basically a guessing game talking to them and you rely on google translate for everything. The staff are completely useless I.e. our toilet stopped flushing randomly and got blocked in the first day so I asked reception for help and they said they will send someone. 8 days later, not a single cleaner or anyone. There are no actual cleaners, it’s just the staff who do everything else being given cleaning jobs. Everything is absolutely filthy in the room, plumbing is horrible so it always smells like gutter. Food is disgusting recycled stuff from the day before, the bar said online it closes at midnight but really it’s free until 10 pm then you have to pay for drinks until midnight. Clearly a case of rubbish and stingy management and staff being given 1000 jobs If you’re British, don’t even bother booking. The other guests are all rude Russian people and the staff don’t like you. Only good thing is the weather but the hotel don’t get credit for that!

Arrived on Saturday night. Not a person or staff member in sight. One man at reception. Receptionist took us up to a room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in far too long. Terrible stench, dust everywhere, leaking AC. I asked to switch rooms to one that was clean, the manager allowed us to switch and had less problems in the second room. Our toilet became clogged and stopped working on the first night. I asked reception for a plunger but was told they don’t have any. Was told a staff member would come and fix the problem, we are four days in now and still don’t have access to our loo. Location isn’t great. €25 cab to Belek, the nearest town. The food is a 3/10. I’ve not had a hot meal since arriving in the hotel. Stale, dry, reused leftovers served. Would be fine if all you ate was salad. Alcohol (unsurprisingly) not consumable. Would highly recommend you bring your own alcohol from Duty Free. The bar is advertised as closing at midnight, however there is a €5 charge per drink past 22:00. Entertainment isn’t the best. For the past two nights, the same man has been playing the same Turkish & Russian songs on repeat. Not a single English/American song played tonight. Other guests seem to be enjoying it but there are many British guests here and not a single one is in sight. I suppose you get what you pay for. £320 for a week is cheap as chips, but still, I wouldn’t advise coming here as an English Speaker as only two members of staff can communicate with you without Google Translate. Overall, a very generous 3/10. Not at all tailored towards English speaking guests. Food is abysmal, as is the alcohol selection. Spend another £200 and get a larger hotel.

sehr freundliche menschen

Wonderful hotel, amazing food and great staff. Rooms are very clean and pretty modern. Hotel is 300 meters from the beach. I personally loved the hamam (which is free everyday from 11.00 till 13.00) and massage. Thanks to Serdar, Sahin and the rest of the crew. Very good people are working here:)

The hate for this hotel is super forced in my opinion. It’s like the other open minded reviews say, you get what you pay for. The drinks were a bit weak and the service on the bar was slow unless it was past 7.30pm, but it’s also completely off season- there would’ve been no point having someone stood there waiting all day. We went as three girls, and having read the reviews AFTER we booked we were to be honest terrified, but it couldn’t have been more the opposite. Yes, the cleanliness is questionable at points, but we paid £220 per person with flights and transfer for four nights all inclusive- all I have to ask those who have left bad reviews is were you expecting the ritz ? If you go in with an open mind, you will not be disappointed. It really is in the middle of nowhere, so if you want a nice relaxing place with no distractions this is it. If you want to go out everyday and do things, I’m not sure if I’d recommend here. Either way- don’t overthink it. It’s such fantastic value for money, the staff are friendly and they really made an effort to speak English with us which we were really grateful for, and not once did we ever think they were being rude. I’d highly recommend for a chill holiday !

Get what you pay for food is nice drinks aren’t great but like I say you get what you pay for in a cheap all inclusive it’s in the middle of no where with a few small shops around nothing fancy however the hotel provide a tour guide who takes you on trips at additional cost there is a dog that keeps coming in but some staff aren’t too nice to him barman sahin however is lovely with excellent service and pours a great pint very friendly member of staff always making sure pints are topped up when your running low :))

Warm reception on arrival. Showed up to roomy apartment. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Nice and quiet as season only just started. Highly recommended for a chilled stay early season. Free wifi. A stones throw from the beach too. Nearest shop 10 minutes away on foot👍. Short ride to Belek city centre.

See all these reviews above? Group all their negative points together and multiply it by ten. Worst experience of my life. If you’ve booked then cancel save yourself the heartache. Scruffy, food is rotten, bar area filthy, glasses plastic with ingrained dirt. No hot water. If you’ve booked and still go then more fool you. Not in Belek either. 5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. Nearest shop 1 mile away, cashpoint a mile and a half. Pizza place and coffee shop two miles. You have been warned.

No whiskey no ice food same every day always cold I didn’t eat for 3days we asked for a safe payables €2 per day we paid and was given the safe at the reception so my 74 yr old husband had to carry it up 23stairs by himself disgusting every time you bought something from the shop they never gave you any change and prices changed daily depending on the guys mood there was also a younger boy about 20yrs old VERY rude on reception don’t bother asking anyone anything as they stick the phone in your face and tell you translate that’s the only way they can communicate I wish I’d never went been home 2weeks now and still tromatized

Food is very, very re-used and re-heated, I even found some mold on the cheese and oranges at breakfast. When I arrived, I was taken to a small room with no window and then was sold an upgrade for additional cost. I spoke to many and they also said the same. Seems that the lower level staff are lovely and upper management are to blame for the bad practices.

Terrible terrible place which is going to be reported to the British consulate in turkey and the Turkish dept of tourism and culture who will investigate this place with a fine tooth comb Upon arriving a turbine Chinese hybrid guy behind reception led us to a storeroom with beds in it and no windows stating that only room available even though we had paid in advance for a ground floor room, he stated that we upgrade to a balcony room for 60 euros, I foolishly paid this and ended up with room we had paid for in advance anyway, upon talking with other British victims I mean guests, had gone through the same con , some had paid more money I will bring this con to the powers that be to have it stopped Room was a joke bare wires on light fitting Architrave round door rotten from shower water and shower drain dangerous, toilet disgusting Pool unavailable , food was terrible and cold and recycled from previous meal with no allergy info Bar kept running out of drinks and was passing off cheap spirits in branded bottle My home bar has better stock Staff very bad and unhelpful and depressed apart from the cleaner who was pleasant but overworked You are not allowed to have your own pets there but loads of cats and dogs roaming the grounds, dog trying to get on our room This is te worst holiday I’ve had in my life and will be working either powers that be highlight everything in order tho hopefully get this slum shut dowm

Absolutely discusting place staff are rude we had to pay €150 for the room we had already payed for they said not enough money was sent over, food is vile and reused from breakfast salad had snail trails on it, only had 3 spirits and they was always running out bar shut at 10pm pool was condemned, rooms wasn't cleaned and you had to ask for clean towels we got moved rooms 3 times as the heating and hot water wasn't working, it's a 20minute walk to the nearest shop and 1 hour 45minutes walk to the city centre

This is the worst hotel ever, we are on our way home after a 3 night stay Food is horrendous and cold, rooms cold, no hot water at all, only food is salad and 3 choices for any meal and it'd disgusting, we had 2 lots of take away every day The bar only has 1 type of beer and 3 spirits which they quite often ran out, the 1 and only bar they have shuts at 10pm , no snack bar at all, no entertainment and most staff are very rude. And when we got there we had to pay 1500 lira even though we had already paid for the holiday MY ADVICE STAY AWAY COMPLETELY

Vol schimmel, we hebben hotel verlaten zonder ge verblij' Akelige personeel, zeer onvriendelijk

Please be aware they will charge you for coming as two male friends we had to pay £100 just for being two males in the same room where we we told if we didn’t pay we’d be kicked out. if it wasn’t meeting people here we’d of been screwed they don’t care about their customers or their establishment. The food is horrid which was the same stuff barely reheated for breakfast lunch and dinner and there’s only an outside bar which doesn’t close at 12 it’s closed at 10 the staff was rude and unpleasant and unprofessional, rooms were covered in mold and not been cleaned all week despite us asking, the showers didn’t work and no hot water please see the photos attached before you travel here. Also nothing in the area it’s a half hour walk to the nearest shop and the shop on site will rip you off

Dee and Ray From Newcastle Upon Tyne ...On arrival at the hotel I was asked if I wanted to upgrade (I had already paid for an upgrade). Next morning went for breakfast which included salad, bread, chicken nuggets, boiled eggs, jams and spreads, porridge some sort of cooked salami and soup. everything was cold you had to go outside to get a hot or cold drink. All the meals at this hotel were repetitive and always cold they don't seem to know how to keep food warm. Our room was ok it was clean and comfortable. As all inclusive guests we were expecting to get the drinks that were on offer but they kept running out of choices. The bar closed at 10pm which is a bit early as almost all bars for all inclusive open til at least 11 or 12. There was NOTHING around the hotel at all the closes shop was at least half hour walk. The guy in the shop attached to the hotel tried to sell me 2 x 1 litre sprite for 10 pounds daylight robbery. This hotel is not as it looks on adverts it is in great need of upgrading there is not outdoor heaters or complete cover for when it rains or is cold on the evenings. My advice is to STAY AWAY from this hotel.......if it was not for the amazing people (other guests) we met it would have been even worse.

This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in my entire life. We arrived at 2am and checked out by 11am the same day, you could not pay me to stay there. There must be a sewage issue the whole place smells like the unimaginable. The food is stone cold and you are quite literally stranded. P.s if you connect to there WiFi it blocks you from Uber so you end up paying extortion rates. Get an eSIM online. If you’ve managed a stay at that place you deserve to win the lottery. Absolutely disgusting.

Very good hotel , staff very friendly: if need help guys always help .food very good .room very good , bed comfortable , room service : room always clean , and fresh .who is like qualit i will recommend this hotel .I will recommend for this hotel

Ruime kamer, mooi balkon, elke dag schone handdoeken. Water niet warm genoeg. Eten ok. Veel keus. Dichtbij het strand. Goede busverbinding. Live music prima. Verhouding prijs en kwaliteit in orde.

Sehr schlecht alls 4 stern

Preis/Leitung passend.

Showers were horrible

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in December. Our stay was pleasant enough. A big comfortable room. Strengths: Had a good massage at the spa Large green space for children to play. Equipment a bit old. Bar played good music and had a friendly staff member. Staff are friendly Weakness: Stairs and no lift so we had to carry suitcases up. Area nearby has some abandoned buildings Shower would be hot and then go back to cool, no in between You get what you pay for.

The hotel is suited better to summer than winter - I was very cold. Only bar outside (also for hot drinks at breakfast). Food passable, drinks very secoond-rate. Did not stay 2nd day - in fact I left after a cup of tea in the morning at 8.30 am. Would not recommend for a winter break.

The staff is very helpful and were ready to facilitate all my needs, giving discounts on massages or getting free massages, the dining is simple, however, there is room for improvement, there is a close public beach around the property, and a trailer park adjacent to the beach, however in order to get to and from the hotel you will definitely need transportation a private car, the staff will provide it with discounted prices. Special thanks to Ahmad, Zafir, the spa staff, and the owner of the hotel, for their exceptional hospitality and resourcefulness.

No hot water! Basic Breakfast. No shops or restaurants close by..

Super place!!! Friendly people, top location,

Öncelikle otel sahibi cok cok tatli biriydi. 7/24 cay kahve servisi vardi. Yeri de cok iyi, sahilde. Onunde restaurantlar mevcut

Nice location, friendly staff, clean, walking distance to the sea. Value for price

Schöne geräumige Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und gut funktionierende Dusche. Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis.
