Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Spent 7 nights from 14th November. Warm welcome at reception,however, the room had painting on the wall stripping and the shower was mouldy. The food was the same everyday and breakfast was very limited and they clearly didn't cater to foreigners. Most morning I ended up having salad and cheese. No matter how early you went for your meals it was ALWAYS cold and let's not talk about the cats roaming freely in the dining area and jumping on tables. I inquired about treatments at the spa but as I had a lot of excursions booked, preferred to do a treatment at the end of my visit. The guy at the spa wrote up a receipt and told me I had to pay that day and I explained that his preferred date for me to do the treatments was not mine so I cannot accept that date but he insisted. The next day I saw him and he asked why I had not paid and I explained that I didn't officially book and would not pay for the 15th when I wanted the treatment on the 20th the day before my departure at this point it felt like harassment as he saw me about 4 times and asked the same thing prior to this. His whole demeanor changed and he became very rude and abrupt and wanted back the receipt which he told us he wasn't taking it to the spa we should as we wasted his time. Very rude. On top of that we paid for all inclusive and there were no meals in between, luckily there is a supermarket across the road. To top it off the pool was closed and there was no entertainment. Definitely not a 5 star more like a 2 in my opinion.

Our attempt to secure information regarding an early breakfast (departure at 6:30 AM) was marked by contradictory statements and a lack of departmental coordination. ​Front Desk (Evening before departure): After an initial unhelpful response, staff eventually confirmed that the regular breakfast would be available starting at 6:00 AM. ​Restaurant (Departure Day, 5:58 AM): Restaurant staff denied entry, insisting that breakfast begins at 7:00 AM. This directly contradicted the information provided by the Front Desk. ​Second Inquiry at Front Desk: Only upon returning to the reception and pressing the issue was the time 6:30 AM confirmed, highlighting a significant breakdown in internal communication between the Front Desk and the Kitchen/Restaurant. ​Conclusion and Recommendation: ​The inability to manage a standardized early service request on the day of departure is unacceptable for a hotel operating at the 5-star level. The inconsistency of information and the necessity to repeatedly seek clarification create undue stress for departing guests. ​Recommendation to Prospective Guests: Be advised that service outside of regular hours and coordination between departments (Front Desk, Kitchen) may be deficient. Due to these structural service flaws, we cannot fully recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing going on no entertainment food was old same stuff brought out day after day we were ill staff are extremely rude they put us in a room with the cooker extractor outside our balcony we closed the door every day we couldn't use it and when the cleaner came each day the room was still filthy only changed bedding and towels we had to go and get are own toilet roll each day the cleaner left the balcony door open room was full of smoke all out clothes stunk like barbecue when I asked to be moved they refused no entertainment terrible food rude staff stay well away from this hotel worst ive ever stayed at in my 45 years traveling i would never go back

Hotel was not 5 stars at all, rooms were dirty, dusty, mould in bathroom, and limescale. Staff in the reception were rude and the lady who is the “customer service” swearing. Bed sheets had holes in them, the cleaners broke a table and left it in the room for me to carry out (bare in mind these tables aren’t light, and I had my 1 year old daughter with me so also a hazard), remote was dusty, tea station was dusty, beds were dusty, bin was dirty. The food wasn’t great i did eat out due to this, and there was hygiene issues such as flies on the food. I did make multiple complaints about the food and room cleanliness to the lobby staff and wasn’t even given an apology - asked to speak to a manager multiple times to be told I couldn’t. Unfortunately the holiday didn’t live up to my expectations of a “5 star hotel” and I left feeling disappointed, would avoid this place all together. Only positive about this hotel is the entertainment staff who were absolutely amazing.

This was honestly the worst holiday I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. The room was filthy — dust on the furniture, stains on the bedding, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The food was terrible and even had flies in it. When we tried to complain, the customer relations manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful, making us feel like an inconvenience. We asked to speak to the hotel manager four different times and were told we were not allowed, which was shocking and completely unprofessional. The only bright spot in the entire stay was Ahmet at reception — he was polite, kind, and genuinely tried his best to help despite everything else being a disaster. He’s the only reason we didn’t leave sooner. I never write reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt I had to warn others. The lack of cleanliness, the poor food hygiene, and the complete disregard for guest concerns made it one of the most stressful trips I’ve ever taken. This hotel needs serious management changes and staff training. Avoid this place at all costs — it’s not worth your time, money, or sanity.

This hotel is amazing the hotel so clean only downside is the rooms never got cleaned properly the food was good and the entertainment team was amazing espcially nando and mali and yusuf behind bar beside pool was so friendly will be back next year

This was the worse experience I’ve have ever had! As soon as I step into the hotel stay was a nightmare, I had to complain about my room it had dust dirty bathrooms shower room were there was mold lime scale. I had to make them change my room! Staff are rude and they rip people off

On the first day we had a meeting what was very helpful and informative I can surely say that the animation team was very energetic and very nice rooms where very clean on arrival would definitely be coming back here

Hotel over overall was clean and well maintained. There was not a lot of British people there. Mainly German and Russian and Turkish. Hence the reason the food served was not for the British at all. Food out by the pool was great. Baked potatoes were fab. Also served burgers and chips and chicken. There was nothing at all outside the hotel. So very hotel based. You could walk 7 mins or take the hotel courtesy bus down to the beach and the food and drink was also included there and was good. No one really lies on the beach there as all undercover. And the beds could be doing with an upgrade. Entertainment every night in hotel was really quite good. Drink was all cheap brands but ok and cocktails were all dead sweet. Overall hotel was ok and would rate around 7 out of 10

Spa & Wellness Here’s what you can expect: • The spa is modern, well-designed, with a pleasant scents, clean, relaxing common areas. • Facilities include: Turkish bath (hammam), sauna, steam room, indoor heated pool, massage rooms, body treatments, facial treatments, scrub, etc. I had a wonderful stay at Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. I would especially like to recommend Omar and Ferit – Ferit he is a true professional in every sense. His massage was both relaxing and highly therapeutic, leaving me refreshed and energized🍀 Overall, this hotel offers great value for a relaxing holiday. Aga Engel

Overall had a great week. Our room was excellent, very quiet and very clean; although some of our family group in other parts of the hotel, did complain of being kept awake at night by dogs barking. The food generally was quite good although the restaurant was quite chaotic at times and three of our group did go down with stomach bugs. We found some of the staff quite disinterested and unhelpful, particularly in the restaurant. The general problem being no one seemed to be supervising or organising them. The spa was excellent and I did get a haircut which was great The pool area was clean and well maintained but be prepared for loud music which seemed very much the same every day

Our 1st stay here for 1 week. Hotel itself is clean, bed was comfortable and most staff ok. Spa was the highlight of our holiday Renee and Ferrit gave the best massages. They both were very knowledgeable and experienced massuses. Big shout out to them, Nuri, and the spa manager. They were that good we took advantage and had a total of 4! Spa staff friendly,helpful and definitely made the experience special. The Spa was cool clean and smelt amazing,definitely a must if you go. Entertainment for us ok,3 good acts on throughout our weeks stay. Unfortunately a lot of staff looked unhappy,rude and difficult to understand us. Room well equipped however stale smell some days from shower drain but fresh towels everyday and mini fridge re stocked. Hotel has some lovely features but also many parts needed updating. Food was good,nice choice but sometimes only warm. Beach bus good, staff there not very welcoming so we only went once because of this. I appreciate everyone has different views,this is ours. Its fair and honest. Lastly once again the biggest shout out to Spa,especially Renee and Ferrit you're the best! Got in one a la carte,the fish restaurant which was really nice. Staff happy,friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is beautiful, very well designed and the rooms are lovely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming also. We had an amazing week there, food wasn’t the best but to be expected with bullet. Pool was always clean and the entertainment is amazing especially for kids. They have a kids club and an indoor arcade and two kids pools. My daughter enjoyed the evening entertainment and danced every night. They also have a salon onsite, shopping and photography opportunities, not to mention a disco/club. Overall amazing stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

And soon as I had landed and went through to passport control to picking up my luggage was quick and efficient. I then left the airport and was greeted by a lady wearing a taxi uniform and also an airport taxi cab identification badge. This is lady was so helpful and precise her name is Nil, she agreed 55 euros to my hotel which is decent, she even arranged a return taxi from my hotel to the airport when I was returning home. Nil was and is so great and professional she even checked in with me halfway through my trip just to check how my holiday was going…… Nil you are a diamond for your workplace and please do not give up the hard work. Anyway arrived at the sensitive premium resort where I was greeted by a number of very helpful staff. They checked me in the concierge even carried my suitcase to my room and explained some of the hotels amenity’s. The hotel was excellent, very clean, well maintained, and a lot of effort was made in maintaining this area. The food was of a high class, breakfasts were pretty basic as are in most hotels. I did however look forward to lunch and dinner which was buffet styled and had a very large choice and variety of foods. The snack bar was excellent, providing different variety’s everyday. The two barmen ( Musa & Emiharn) were so friendly and helpful, the over staff were also lovely with nothing being an issue for them. The animation team were also lovely and worked very hard with so many different activities on a daily basis. Would I ever return to this hotel? 100% I would and will do hopefully in the near future. Thanks to everyone that I met and helped, and even up to the locals and even the bus driver thanks for making my trip to Antalya wonderful…….

I stayed at Sensitive Premium Hotel for 7 days in September and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and honestly surpasses other hotels I’ve visited in Antalya, even those with higher ratings on Google. The evening entertainment was fun and different every day, which kept things exciting. The food quality is outstanding: a buffet with a strong focus on authentic Turkish cuisine, full of variety and delicious dishes prepared with great care. Even when we were full, we couldn’t resist tasting more. The à la carte restaurants are a step above, with excellent service. Despite the number of guests, the restaurant team kept everything running smoothly. The bar service was also excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Haci for his creative cocktails like the “Special One” — truly impressive — and his welcoming smile. Also, Mr. Murat deserves recognition for his energy and positive spirit throughout the day, managing everything with great professionalism. The hotel welcomes a diverse clientele (families and couples) and still remains peaceful at night, despite lively activities during the day. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent value for money. I sincerely thank the Sensitive Premium team for making these holidays unforgettable, and I would not hesitate to return!

Went on this trip with some apprehension due to bad reviews on here but take no notice - it was a decent hotel. Warm welcome when we arrived in the early hours, not much English spoken by any staff but they were helpful and we got by. We had a family room for 4 of us - equivalent of 2 large rooms, big bathroom, loads storage space, safe, excellent AC and a stocked mini bar. Large pool area, good number of sun loungers and very clean. Animation team very busy delivering activities - join in if you want. Daily evening entertainment which was ok. Food - loads of choice and yes there was some duplication at breakfast and dinner but so much choice you can eat something different daily. 2 pool snack bars as well as restaurant and patisserie. You can literally eat from getting up to going to bed if you wanted. I'd agree it's not 5 star - more like a really good 3 star and this is reflected in the price. Nothing wrong with it and we enjoyed our stay. To improvel need to invest in more staff to provide waiter service at pool for drinks, better quality pool towels as these were very worn, new and more comfortable balcony furniture and less sugary syrups in cocktails.

We stayed at the hotel for 14 days and really enjoyed our time there. However, we were not satisfied with the food, as the variety was limited and the quality could have been better. On the positive side, the animation team was excellent. Selin, Asiye, Sude and Arda took great care of us, with Selin in particular always making sure we felt accompanied and welcome. Her warm smile and pleasant conversations truly stood out. We would gladly choose Selin & Sude again. Thanks to the Manager that went out of his way to retrieve my iPhone from the buss depot after leaving it on a No 22 bus.

Have been to Turkey 6 times and this was proberbly the worst hotel so far, Hotel is okay, could be cleaner, staff are very hit and miss, some are great others have an attitutude, room wasn’t bad but definitely not 5 star, corridors are generally dirty ect, pool area and facilities are not bad. Here is the problem, the food is absolute garbage, 5* ???? offering bottom of the barrell dishes on repeat each night, if turkey necks, tripe soup, ox tongue, and fish are your bag then this is for you, if not eat out most nights like we did… (not really the point of an all inclusive) the deserts are all bland they look great but taste awful.. for 6 nights we tried to book the ala carte and gave up (you get it for free 1 night if you stay enough nights) everytime we went to book it was fully booked, my view a testament to the garbage offering in the restaurant and pool bars, on the plus side the drinks arnt bad and neither is the tuborg lager. An okay trip except the food, would I come back here? Never, priced like a 5* 3 stars at best …. Go to royal holiday palace instead, it will cost a few quid more but is much better value

We had a lovely stay, rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is nice but pool area a little outdated. Food is good and the spa is amazing. The staff are what makes this hotel and they genuinely do go out of their way to make sure you have a fab stay. Shoutout to Huseyin in the restaurant, Nuri and Yunus at the spa and Abdurrahman at the Nargile space in the evenings. They were all so amazing and made our stay impeccable. Beach is a short walking distance or there is a shuttle that can take you there. Nothing else around apart from Belek so be mindful if you want to do a lot of activities.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights at end of August 2025. Firstly although it says it’s 5*, in my opinion it’s more of a 4. Especially compared to previous ones we have stayed at in Lara. We had the family room which was two spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom/ shower. Cleaned daily with fresh towels and fridge restocked . Few bits of ware and tear but nothing that caused any issues. Safe provided with no extra cost. Pleased with our room. View of pool on one side and street other side Plenty of choice with food in the buffet style restaurant and we always found something to eat. Your typical all inclusive meals. We tipped the head waiter in the buffet restaurant within the first few days and as a result was very well looked after, with drinks brought to our table and a really good service. The beach bar/ restaurant was our lunch time favourite with table service and a nice menu. Chicken doner, pizzas , burgers , chicken tenders etc Pools are nice and we never had an issue getting a bed. I’ve seen beds available even at ten(although we never left it that late ). We found all staff lovely however to book the Al la carte was impossible. The female member of staff isn’t very friendly or helpful which is a shame as all the other staff went out of their way. Entertainment team lovely and lots of pool side games and activities. Not many shops outside hotel apart from a supermarket and pharmacy however a 10/15 minute walk will take you to a bizarre with the usual shops selling your bags. Shoes football shirts etc. Belek about 15 minutes in taxi . Overpriced and a lot more expensive than your smaller bizarres. Would we come back , probably No but we like to try new hotels. Overall a lovely holiday , lovely staff and good food.

We are still here until Saturday. We was a bit worried when arriving as it's in the middle of nowhere, but once in We was very surprised by the attentative staff and politeness. We got to our room which was huge with a Seaview. The entertainment is great the staff are very lovely and the food is constant. We had a full Turkish bath and massage the second day which is normal for us and was very pleased it was so relaxing. I had an amazing man called Ferit who noticed an issue with my leg which proceeded my husband to book an additional 3 medical massages which Ferit worked wonders on . There is bingo , karaoke, disco , dance shows , kids club and even a pool and foam party going on here .you will never struggle for a sun bed and no having to get up and fight at stupid o'clock in the morning. If you want to go to the beach there is a bus that takes you around 400 / 500 yards up the road but its a 5 min walk .for amenities which everyone always wants to know , pool towels provided , tea coffe facilities in the room , mini bar refreshed daily with water and soft drinks and shops on site if you forget anything which arnt badly priced either . The only thing which is a flag for us returning is the fact there is nothing to do or go to outside of the hotel unless you get a taxi into main antalya / belek, which is a shame as the hotel is amazing

I don't typically write reviews however having just been informed via our agent that "no complaints were apparently logged" with the hotel, I needed to report the same to ensure others don't waste their money. The hotel Sensitive Premium Resort and Spa was by no means a 5 star as advertised and we experienced several issues during our stay which placed a serious downer on our time away. This is our third time to Antalya and we've become accustomed to good hospitality and service, not here. Issues included but are not limited to: Service: - Very rude staff and limited numbers speaking English (which didn't help on the below) including guest relations and reception who then asked me to speak to the person who ran the Spa who did speak English. - Room stunk of grilled chicken everyday from 14.00 onwards due to location of the room which meant cloths also smelled and advised no other alternative rooms available. - No porter on arrival which meant dragging our own cases to the room which was across the hotel at 11pm after a day of travelling and attempting to converse with the non-english speaking receptionist. Room: - A broken curtain that was not fixed throughout our leave, which meant light coming in and waking our young children earlier than usual. In a comedic scene, the housekeeper (who didn't speak english) then ripped the curtain down in place of fixing it and said they would fix it in the morning the next day. This led to further complaints to the front desk and photo's which resulted in them temporarily fixing the curtain only for it to break the next day. - A broken safe which meant valuables could not be locked away (unless in our suitcase) - Ripped and warn bed sheets/pillow cases that were never replaced - No blankets for childs bed, whereby on the first request they gave a bed sheet, the second request they gave a pillow and on the third request I used google translator and images. Restaurants: - No actual change to the food provided in the main restaurant (we have experienced 1000 times better at previous hotels in Antalya). Plus the Alacarte restaurants were only open 2 days a week and had limited availability (only 11 seatings a day) for a whole hotel during peak season. - As minor as this may sound its just "normal" at other hotels - no fresh orange juice, single omelette station (with a single pan) which means waiting 15-20mins for omelette, they also never cleaned/ripped the pan which turned me away from it. - No rotating toaster but a heavy duty toastie maker on a moving table which was a health hazard. Pool - The pool itself was actually very nice, however the sun beds and towels were completely warn so are very uncomfortable by the pool - Spa - showers were old/broken The above has led to quite an unpleasant experience which we have paid thousands for.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Premium Resort Belek. The environment was beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway

Staff are all rude. Everybody that works there looks miserable and are never smiling. I have never seen a entertainment team look so miserable when dancing. Rooms were okay/clean. Cleaners often didn't leave enough towels daily for the amount of people in the room. Tea/coffee not restocked and for some reason despite numerous requests your only allowed 1 cup in the room! I personally didn't feel safe to allow my children anywhere in this hotel on their own (teenagers). Everything is more adult only including entertainment rather than being a family hotel. Food is bland, not 5 star all inclusive. Also location is very far out of Belek. Definitely better hotels in belek Would not return

Customer relations staff were rude and abrupt. They spoke only very basic English and appeared to rely on an AI tool to respond to reviews on here, as they could barely communicate in person. My wife even had to use a translator to book a restaurant reservation. On another occasion, she attempted to book a space at the restaurant directly with the head of customer relations, but this was very challenging due to their unusual working hours and poor communication. In the end, the excellent reception staff had to step in to assist. We also experienced a very serious discriminatory incident. At the beach bar, a member of staff (Kemal) stopped serving me, a person of colour, and instead chose to serve white males behind me while I was mid-order. This was shocking, upsetting, and something I have never previously encountered. When I reported this to the customer relations assistant, she was initially helpful but ultimately failed to follow through. She made promises to resolve the situation but broke them, and despite assuring us she would provide an update, none was given. On one occasion she saw us in the restaurant and ran away, which was embarrassing for my family. When she did finally speak to me, her explanation was insubstantial and gave the impression that no proper investigation had been carried out. Guests of colour should be aware they may face disgraceful treatment of this kind at the hotel. The all-inclusive food was of poor quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Flies on the food were a frequent issue. On a positive note, the entertainment staff were outstanding and by far the best we have experienced. The Nescafé coffee staff were also excellent. The evening entertainment, including the Mexican singer and the Black Panther dance group, was of a very high standard. The pool area and atmosphere were also of high quality, although the sunbeds were too close together compared to other five-star resorts we have visited. The entertainment staff, and staff in general, were also fantastic with our children, which left a very positive impression. Staff at the spa and the hotel bars were fantastic.

We just came back from this Hotel. we stayed 4 nights. I have no words to describe! Everything is fantastic. The food, The staffs, Location . Ambiance , I strongly recommend this Hotel.

We just back couple of days ago , we’ve been there 9 days .Things we liked: The hotel is large and impressive. It needs renovation in a few places, but nothing that would hinder our stay, at least in our room. We chose a side-view room, which was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea and a large bathroom. A nice bonus was the mini bar, which was restocked daily. The cleaning lady changed towels and made the beds daily. The food was good; everyone found something to eat all day; you couldn't go hungry. There was plenty to eat. Be prepared for more, as the hotel is huge, which means lots of guests. There are three pools and a nearby beach, also with a bar and loungers, where you get everything you'd get at the hotel. There were some activities every day, though the same ones, so my tip: the Entertainment team could have put in more effort. There was also a kids' club and an evening disco, where the same songs were sung every night for nine days. I understand that people arrive and depart daily, but it's really a bit tiresome. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a shopping hotel, unfortunately, it's far from any shopping centers. However, the hotel does have a small shop selling various items, clothes, a hairdresser, a sauna and spa, and other accessories like glasses, watches, etc. The big downside is the lack of sunbeds for so many people. Some guests left their belongings there all day and overnight, even after reserving sunbeds, which shouldn't happen. Some people left their towels in the morning and went to the beach without even using them. This should be prohibited, but otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.transfer from airports approximately hour .

Just had the most amazing massage with Feret, thank you!! I had a Hamam treatment on Thursday with Feret and he noticed I had a problem with my shoulder. This is something I have seen the doctor at home for and had some physiotherapy for. Feret did some work on it on Thursday and recommended another hot stone massage today, he worked his magic and I can move my arm more now more than I have been able to for 12 months!! I would definitely recommend, very much a professional treatment.

Absolutely incredible hotel.i would say its great for kids aswell has an amazing pool location whise, it’s near a beach (3min drive on a bus) staff here are friendly especially the animation team

Fabulous hotel , perfect for couple or family holidays, every day entertainment in the pool area , every evening amazing show and entertainment , amazing animation team , don’t let you to get boring , spending our best time in this hotel , thanks to all staff and lovely animation team , highly can recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very nice hotel i stayed 13 nights double sided sea view with 2 balconies massive room right on the end. All staff to cleaning,waiters,animation team and my guy noori on ground floor can get u anything from spas to site seeing extra cost obviously. 1 downer clubbing saying 100hotels joining us and we go to a small club with hardly anyone with us , I've been turkey 3 times and been to beach clubs massive clubs so disappointed there. Otherwise the hotel entertainment fantastic i would watch from my room couple nights what a view and if u want a lively hotel then this is definitely for u and the kids. The food is very nice and constant snacks and drinks through out the day so u won't go hungry at all and the minibar gets toped up with soft drinks water and chocolates everyday.

The hotel and pool is nice. Food is very "eastern", so it was hard for the Scandinavian teenagers to find food of their liking. Watch out for getting things stolen! We got a gold necklace stolen from our room. We found out when we got home. The hotel did nothing. They just tried to ignore me, but after I tried 5 times to get a hold of me I just got the answer that they had not found it. But it was in a jewellery box, so it was not like we misplaced it. Someone was in our room and took it. It was the only thing that was real gold in jewellery box, so the person who took it knew what he/she was after. We also got clothes stolen from the pool. We forgot it in the first place, but then it disappeared and never turned up again. Not many in the staff could speak english, so it was sometimes hard to get understood. The beachfacilities was nice and also the Italian restaurant.

Came with family, amazing staff everyone is so friendly. They constantly checked with us to make sure everything was ok, would recommend. Only thing is that it is quite far out from the actual city.

Check-in & First Impressions: Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were welcomed warmly. The staff throughout the stay was polite and helpful. Room & Accommodation: We were given a room with a land view, which turned out to be a good thing—it was generally quiet. The only exception was around 2 AM when some families with children were in the lobby, possibly waiting for transfers (I like to believe so). Room cleanliness was very good (9/10), and restaurant cleanliness was decent (8/10), considering how busy it got. The waiters were clearly doing their best to keep up. The room was comfortable, with a good mattress, modern furniture, and working air conditioning. Food & Drinks: The buffet didn’t offer an extensive variety, but it was fine overall. The food was fresh, which we appreciated. As someone who enjoys fish, I was pleasantly surprised to find fish dishes available every day. The soups were a bit repetitive—they tasted quite similar, even when labeled differently. :) Included drinks were local brands. Facilities: The pools looked nice, but the water was rather cold, especially in the kids’ pool and the one with slides. We didn’t personally use the spa, but other guests we spoke to praised it highly, especially the masseur. The entertainment and animation programs were fun and enjoyable—for both adults and kids. Wi-Fi access was limited, likely due to the high number of guests connected at the same time. Staff: Well-intentioned and friendly, although there was occasionally a language barrier. Still, everyone tried their best to assist. What Could Be Improved: The fitness room seems to have been forgotten. The equipment is old, and some machines didn’t look very safe to use. I get that not many people hit the gym while on vacation, but for a 5-star hotel, it deserves an upgrade. Overall, it was a nice family vacation with plenty of positives and a few areas that could use attention. I’d recommend it to those looking for a relaxing holiday with decent service and a friendly atmosphere.

Staff was very nice and helpfull. The room was clean and each day there was a cleaning person that remove thrash from the bum can and we reseved clean towell each day. The where planty of food to chose in each lunch.

I don’t know how this place calls itself “premium,” because it’s nowhere near. We came expecting a relaxing holiday and left counting the days to get home. The rooms are a joke – the mattress is rock hard, the walls literally have chew marks on them, and there’s a crack in the bathroom that looks like it’s been there for years. The lighting is so dim it feels like you’re in a cave. Housekeeping? They don’t even bother to sweep properly. The food is terrible. There’s hardly any choice, what’s there is cold (especially by the pool), and I saw flies on the buffet. Drinks that aren’t soda are disgusting and taste cheap. On top of that, there are CATS walking around the dining area – how is that hygienic? The hotel advertises a beach shuttle, but it didn’t even work during our stay. The Wi-Fi is non-existent, so forget about streaming or even basic browsing. On top of all this, The chefs in the hotel are extremely racist and made some looks and comments as we walked past. RUSSIANS there are a lot of Russians in the hotel who are extremely racist and stare and even take pictures of minors due to skin colour. There’s not many Brits making the experience overall sad and isolating. The only saving graces: The spa is nice, and some of the staff (not all) genuinely try to help and organise things. There are a few shops nearby too. But honestly, that’s nowhere near enough to make up for the issues. Do yourself a favor – avoid this hotel until they fix the basics.

During my stay at Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa (between July 19th and 24th), I visited the hotel’s spa center and had a truly exceptional experience. I want to give special thanks to a massage therapist named Ferit, who helped me enormously with severe calf muscle spasms and back pain. After just few treatment, I felt a noticeable relief – both physically and mentally. Ferit was not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive. He immediately understood where the pain was coming from and worked with great care and precision. I truly felt safe and taken care of in his hands. The spa itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed – with a calming atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting the spa during your stay – and if you’re lucky enough to be treated by Ferit, you’re in excellent hands. Thank you again to the entire spa team! -

The hotel was good. But the salon that was located in the hotel wasn't. They change the cost by the end when I said I want to pay by card they charged me extra 11%. The person doing my nails cut my cuticles till 2 fingers were bleeding. One nail was with bubbles, other didn't had precise corners, and another nails only lasted for 2days.

We are still at the hotel, and so far, everything has been great. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning the room daily—even if you wake up late, they still come by. They also refill the fridge every day with drinks, water, and chocolate. The air conditioning in both the room and the hotel is excellent. The food has been really good and tasty. The best part has been the restaurant and bar staff—they are incredibly friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was upon arrival. We had requested a sea view room when we made the booking, but the reception told us the request wasn’t received. It wasn’t a big problem, though, as the room we got was still very nice and comfortable. The beach service is also great—they have a bar and food available there too, and the staff are lovely. So far, everything has been good. I’ll keep you updated until the end of our holiday.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The positives are nice rooms, lobby and communal areas clean and kept well. The food is awful. If your holiday consists of nice food book elsewhere!!! Staff have limited understanding of English and are very dismissive. Pool large, but loungers, parasols and general look is sub standard. Service in hotel is appalling, no one cares! So don't do it....please....go elsewhere!

Went for 10 day holiday with a friend. Both of us being young adults. The hotel is Good for all types of ages, kids and family and teenagers. Lot of entertainment from animation team. Friendly staff. All around good service. Good outdoor trips if wanted but does cost

Wonderful hotel! Stayed with my family kids aged 18 15 and 10 fabulous for the range of ages! 100 % recommended if you have teenagers that are not yet at the nightclub age. Writing this review in the lobby of this very hotel, waiting for airport transit, after our 7 days long stay. Main issues, discussed here in numerous reviews turned out to be true: its definitely NOT five star place, 3,5 at best. Rooms are spacious enough, ours was quite dirty when we've checked in. The view from the balcony was OK. Room has rather basic equipment, nothing fancy - worth to notice good quality, really soundproof window and working airco. Bed was comfortable. Furniture and bathroom quite worn out. Food is another controversial topic in many reviews. There was really a lot of options of food available, salads, main courses and deserts - though during seven days, three meals a day I did not find anything really tasty, but it's just me - majority of the people seemed to enjoy the food. Pool is big enough and to my huge surprise there were no battles to reserve the place by the pool every morning. With ultra all inclusive option you can basically be constantly drunk, drinks are available at pool bar and lobby bar. The most annoying thing was complete lack of English proficiency among hotel staff, waiters, etc. Overall - if you are on the budget, can jump to last minute flight and don't really care about tasty food (meaning - regular Turkish cuisine, nothing fancy), yelling children and drunk Polish/Russian/English holidaymakers don't bother you, you can communicate using only your hands - this is the place for you.

Terrible.bad location .bad servise.weak food.and we did not a good holiday in Antalya and Türkiye .the location does not have especial view and also the path we came was in construction and there were a lot of dirty things in road.we never back again e here

Generally the hotel doesn’t warrant a five star rating. On arrival from the Airport we were faced with there not being any food available and an alleged room service menu that wasn’t available to order anything. Whilst it is off season, a large proportion of the hotel is closed with very little to do. Pool and all Ala carte restaurants closed, leaving the same buffet meals day in day out that isn’t of the best quality! Anyone with kids visiting this hotel be prepared for an overly expensive kids video machine area, €75 for 100 game tokens, €5 euros for electric bikes for 5/10 minutes. I find it appalling that you’re charged to play pool, €6 euros for 30 minutes, €10 euros for an hour. The evening entertainment is usually a quiz for 30 minutes, leaving very little to do. Bingo at €10 euros to win a fake bag, purse or cheap sparking wine. The food times are quite small if you want to go on an excursion - Breakfast 8-10 Lunch 12.30 - 14.00 Dinner 19.00 - 21.00 All bars closed at midnight. The bars only serve local spirits which is a negative. The rooms only have sparking water and a bottle of still water, there isn’t a mini bar. There is only shampoo provided in the shower, I would expect a shower gel to be provided for an alleged five star hotel. The property is quite outdated outside of the rooms. There’s very little in the local area to do, therefore you’ll need a taxi or bus to go and find activities. Overall I was very disappointed with what was provided and certainly not somewhere to spend two weeks There are far better hotels in Turkey for the same price

We stayed in this hotel from the 1st of March to 8th of March 2025. It was a poor experience for 4 of us that stayed in this hotel. The food quality was appalling we ended up going out to have decent food to eat. The food tasted recycled, the fruits & vegetables tasted stale and unfit for eating. My room was cleaned daily which I cannot fault them for. This hotel is not recommended based on their quality of food and buffet restaurant services not value for money.

Stayed all-inclusive at Sensitive Premium from 1 to 8 March with wife, my brother and his wife. Absolutely disappointed beach, pools and a la carte restaurants were closed as it was off season. Somewhat disappointed with hotel’s mediocre buffet. Staff like Goksel, Islam & Sali commendable for customer service. Our rooms were meticulously cleaned daily. No English channels on TV in rooms. Not planning going back or recommending to anyone.

Chambre tout à fait correcte, salle de bain avec douche et WC séparé par 1 porte de taille confortable. Restaurant avec grand choix de plats , desserts dont baklava, des fruits et boissons ( Ayran aussi) ... Plusieurs salons pour boire 1 café avec pâtisseries. Seul bémol : la piscine extérieure fermée ( c'est vrai on est en Novembre ) et les draps n'ont pas été changé alors qu'on a demandé le nettoyage de la chambre.

Das Essen wiederholte sich, so dass die Auswahl begrenzt war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits, ausserhalb des Hotels konnte man nur mit dem Bus etwas unternehmen.

Vi fik en opgradering til et familie værelse. Det var stort og fint. Natmaden var meget spartansk. Du kunne ikke få en øl. Morgenmaden var under middel for et 5 stjernet hotel. Personalet var dog meget søde.

La nourriture pas top

Lovely property, spacious, clean and comfortable room. The drive from Antalya airport was super easy and around 45 mins. The only things that really let the property down are the fact that all outdoor amenities were closed. Don’t recall reading this on website. Also, the food is seriously lacking in quality and variety. Seems like same foods represented for breakfast, lunch and supper. Not very appetising choices either. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Oh, and if you have an aversion to cats, this is not the place for you - lots of stray cats wandering the outdoor area and often inside restaurant as well.

We had a great vacation at Sensitive Premium Resort, though Hotel is a bit worn out on the outside, it actually looks good on the inside, rooms are nice and cosy, bathrooms really good, bedst etc. all good. Service was extremly nice, smiling waiters, bar people and all in all a very good experience. Entertainment every night, for children adn adults. Location is a bit doll, if you are in to walking throught an exciting city center this is not the place to be - if you like the quiet and relaxing area, this is good. Only 5 min walk to the beach, where the setup is also good.

The overall stay at sensitive premium was good, however at first they gave us a room with a rubbish view. Although, once requested for a change they had fulfilled it with no hassle. A lovely peaceful area with short walk to a nice beach.

5 yıldız imkanları var ama o kalitede bir otel değil. Otelde kalan insan profili, yemekler, hizmetler genel olarak kötüydü. Restoranttaki bardaklar kirliydi. Bu özellikteki bir otele göre odalar konforlu ve temizdi.

Otel temizlik Konum ve çalışanların Güleryüzlü olması açısından çok güzel. Fakat yemekler gerçekten berbat! Hayatımda hiçbir otelde bu kadar kötü yemek görmedim. Açıkçası yemekleri yapmak için kullanılan malzemelere acıdım.

Otelde ilk defa konakladık, yorumlar kafamızı karıştırmıştı ancak oteli çok güzel bulduk. Temizlik, kailte ve ilgi çok güzeldi. Otel dolu olmasına rağmen yoğunluk ve yığılmalar yoktu. Yemek kalitesi çok güzel. Ancak ufak tefek düzeltmeler yapılabilir.

Geldigimiz andan itibaren igrenc bir koku vardi otelde, her yer les gibi alkol kokuyo, sarhos insanlar koridorlardan tam bir rezalet. Calisanlar isinden bikmis, misafirlerden bikmis tam bir kaos ve rezillik...

フロントがちょっとチンピラみたいな人で驚いたけど、まぁ対応は悪くない。 食事が良かった。種類豊富。品目が日によってどう変わるかわからないけど2、3泊なら全く同じメニューでも飽きないくらい。 とても安かったし、また冬に来て引きこもりたい。沖縄やハワイなんかよりCP高い。

Herşey iyi fiyata göre beklentim eşdeğeri ancak bu ikinci gidişimde Housekeeping departmanı defalarca arayıp borniz istememize rağmen getirmedi. Diş setini de 5 kere aradık öyle getirdiler.
