Staff is very helpful without being excessive or intrusive, Pool, Spa and other installations were spotless and great for relaxation. Very positive impression on the restaurants (breakfast and dinner).

Beautiful, contemporary hotel that ticks most boxes. Great location with dual street frontage and lift meaning it's easy to access both beaches and associated restaurants. Good rooftop pool - with sunloungers nearly always available - and restaurant (although this is quite expensive). All of the staff were great and went out of their way to make ours a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We had a suite with a side view (the hotel is actually opposite a car park) - the terrace was huge and the view to the beach and bay spectacular.

The balconies/terraces are all separated by open-style louves which offer very little privacy, so for the suite behind ours their 'spectacular view' was mostly obtained by looking through our terrace. It made us (and I'm sure our neighbours) very uncomfortable when we were both using our respective terraces, and apart from the overlooking, the lack of shielding meant every conversation, phone call, facetime etc was clearly heard. Personally we'd have much preferred a smaller terrace but one that offered privacy. The suite was large, but oddly furnished - space was taken up with a 'breakfast bar' which was pretty useless with no food preparation facilities, but at the same time there was only one comfortable chair to relax in, with the two other chairs being desk style. A small sofa to relax on (particularly as we didn't always want to use the terrace for reasons above) would have been great.

We had a wonderful stay at El Vicenç de la Mar. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The facilities are excellent, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful. The hotel’s location next to the beach is stunning and makes the whole experience feel peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it!

Ne tombez surtout pas dans ce piège — fuyez ! Une véritable arnaque à touristes, une usine à touristes. Tout respire le faux luxe : matériaux, finitions, décoration… un ensemble extrêmement kitsch et sans goût. L’hôtel est surtout très fort pour faire de belles photos, alors que la réalité est très loin de ce qui est présenté. En réalité, c’est un bloc de béton avec une vue sur un énorme parking. Les iPads dans les chambres et quelques produits de salle de bain haut de gamme ne suffisent pas à masquer la réalité : service très décevant, petit-déjeuner très moyen et prestations largement en dessous du standing affiché. À 750 € la nuit, c’est totalement injustifiable. Pour moi, cette chambre vaut 300 € maximum. Et le plus incompréhensible : comment cet hôtel peut-il avoir cinq étoiles ? Pour moi, c’est un quatre étoiles, et je suis très gentil. Ne tombez surtout pas dans ce piège. Fuyez vite cet hôtel.

Der Standort war gut

Für einen Aufenthaltspreis von rund 8.500 € ist das, was hier geboten wird, eine absolute Frechheit. Die Bilder entsprechen aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht der Realität. Die Terrasse war dreckig und teilweise rostig und machte insgesamt einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Besonders schlimm war der Pool: Nahezu jeden Tag befand sich Vogelkot im Wasser, der teilweise erst entfernt wurde, nachdem wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatten. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte die tägliche Kontrolle und Reinigung selbstverständlich sein. Auch beim Zimmerservice hat regelmäßig etwas gefehlt. Mal wurde etwas nicht aufgefüllt, mal fehlten Dinge komplett. Für ein angebliches 5-Sterne-Hotel einfach nicht akzeptabel. Das größte Problem ist das völlig falsche Verhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung. Wer 8.500 € für einen Hotelaufenthalt bezahlt, darf einen entsprechend hohen Standard erwarten. Diesen haben wir hier definitiv nicht erlebt. Für uns hat dieses Hotel maximal 3 bis 4 Sterne verdient – niemals 5. Wir sind extrem enttäuscht und würden zu diesem Preis definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Breakfast and dinner on the rooftop were both phenomenal. Views are great and staff couldn't be more attentive.

I wish the hotel provided vouchers or had reserved chairs at the beach for their hotel guests. The only other challenge was getting taxi's in a timely manner. The hotel would call for you but communication wasn't always the best in terms of when they connected with a driver and when the driver would arrive. Most times we had to call one 20-30mins in advance.

Well, the single most positive feature was the hotel’s location. But then it is difficult to mention anything.

Apart from the reception staff, the rest was simply undertrained. The roof top bar Is simply ‘Ado about nothing’. A five star overpriced hotel simply can’t afford such luxory. Waiting long for anything, they mixed up our order. The dinner was fine, but again, for a 5* hotel it is a must.

It was a shame how overpriced the food was in the restaurants so it meant we didn’t eat in the hotel at all.

I loved our corner room. I loved the design and layout of our room. Really one of the best contemporary one bedroom junior suites we had ever been to in Spain . The bathroom / wet room was superb. Looking out on the balcony facing left,the bay is really beautiful. A really well designed hotel .

It’s a bit of a shock when you arrive when you realise a lot of the view is the beach ,car park . Other than this and the difficulty of getting taxis in peak time … the hotel is faultless.

Cependant pour le prix, grosse déception de n'avoir que le petit déjeuner et même pas une demi pension. De plus, la vue donne en premier lieu sur un parking avant de donner lieu sur la mer.. Pour avoir fait 2 hotels dans la même gamme de prix lors de notre séjour, un peu décue du rapport qualité/prix.. Si pas de moyens de locomotion, il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à faire dans les alentours. Obligé de se déplacer jusque Alcudia ou Polença.

Lieu préservé de l'île de Majorque loin du tourisme de masse des environs de Palma et de la côte sud-est de l'île. L'hôtel est une belle réalisation architecturale proposant des services de grandes qualités tant en restauration qu'en soins (spa). L'endroit est très calme et les chambres sont parfaitement insonorisées. Il est à la fois possible de profiter des piscine de l'hôtel ou d'aller nager dans la calanque voisine (50 m). Les services de restauration sur la terrasse roof top de l'hôtel sont très qualitatifs tant pour le petit déjeuner sur pour le dîner. Au bilan un lieu d'exception où votre séjour se déroulera en toute quiétude.

Places de parking parfois difficiles à trouver devant l'hôtel mais un parking souterrain est aussi disponible.

It was close to the beach, the facilities were amazing. The management was kind to upgrade our room to the penthouse to make our honeymoon lovely.

Some of the staff were not kind in the restaurant by the pool, the overnight reception is the same.

The hotel is exceptional

I would say the only thing letting it down (and it's not really their fault) is the carpark view if the carpark could be obscured somehow the rest of the view is amazing. Privacy glass around the hot tub so you don't have to see your neighbours while relaxing

Das Personal und das Essen muss man ganz klar hervorheben. Das Team war wirklich unfassbar bemüht, aufmerksam, freundlich, herzlich und hat unseren Urlaub erst zu dem vollen Erfolg gemacht. Das Essen - angefangen beim Frühstück bis hin zum Abendessen in beiden Restaurants - war hervorragend. Wir haben wirklich jeden Tag gut gegessen. Die Speisekarten sind zwar nicht so lang, dafür ist die Qualität der einzelnen Speisen sehr gut. Für VegetarierInnen findet sich in der Speisekarte nicht so eine riesengroße Auswahl, aber es gibt zumindest immer eine oder zwei Optionen. Vermutlich hätte man auch fragen können und man hätte bestimmt für alles eine Lösung gefunden. Das haben wir nicht probiert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick und haben den Balkon viel genutzt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war schön. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Wir haben vor allem auch den Pool auf der Dachterrasse benutzt. Der war schön und sauber und bietet ebenfalls einen Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings ist er nur 95 cm tief (genauso wie die "privaten" Pools, die sich mehrere Zimmer miteinander teilen) und nicht ewig lang. Ich habe trotzdem gern und viel Zeit dort verbracht. Die Auswahl an Mocktails hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und wir können den Virgin Mojito nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist ein bisschen schade, dass man für zusätzliche 28€ pro Tag zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm mieten muss und dass es da keine (günstigere/gratis) Möglichkeit übers Hotel gibt. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt's natürlich gratis Liegen und auch am Strand kann man kostenlos sein, aber wir wollten gerne die Liegen benutzen und haben so nochmal zusätzlich 28€ pro Tag bezahlt obwohl das Hotel ja bereits recht teuer ist. Das war uns im Vorfeld nicht klar. Wir fänden es sehr schön, wenn man am Pool Wasser in den wiederverwendbaren Glasflaschen bekommen würde (wie zb beim Frühstück) und nicht dazu gezwungen wäre so viele Dosen zu kaufen/verwenden. Es ist toll, dass man täglich Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt. Da ist die Wassermenge allerdings recht klein und es fällt sehr viel Verpackungsmüll an. Vielleicht würde sich da auch in puncto Nachhaltigkeit noch etwas verbessern lassen. Alles in allem aber top.

Location was right on beach just across a quiet road. Staff were always helpful. Accommodation was very good, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was in a great location on the rooftop and the food was good. The rooms were regularly cleaned to a high standard. All in all as close to 10 out of 10 as is possible.

Very hard to identify where improvements could be made but perhaps sun loungers could be softer and the dip in pool with the room is not very private being shared with neighbours, you therefore all need to be quite sociable.

Upgrade mit Pool und jacuzzi war toll! Fine dining am rooftop war außergewöhnlich!! Exzellentes Essen! Frühstück war auch top! Zimmer waren wunderschön ! :)

Our stay at El Vicenç was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and luxurious, with amazing food, lovely rooms and such a relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service and warmth from the staff. A very special thank you to Mari Carmen, who went so far beyond anything we could ever have expected when helping us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. From the thoughtful surprises and beautiful handwritten notes to the incredible room upgrade and all the care she put into every little detail — she made our stay feel truly magical and personal. We also want to thank Fabio, who was always so kind, warm and accommodating during the evenings. You can stay at many beautiful hotels in the world, but it is very rare to feel this genuinely cared for. We will absolutely be back.

Das absolute Highlight unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthalts war das Swim-up-Zimmer. Morgens direkt von der eigenen Terrasse in den Pool zu gleiten, war purer Luxus und unglaublich erholsam. Das Zimmer selbst war modern, stilvoll und makellos sauber.Ein riesiger Pluspunkt für die Anreise mit dem Mietwagen: Direkt vis-à-vis vom Hotel befindet sich ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz.Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise wurden wir vom gesamten Team extrem herzlich und professionell empfangen – der Service ist auf echtem 5-Sterne-Niveau. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Infinity-Pool und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Klippen ist spektakulär. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt: Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Abendessen war ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis. Das Adults-Only-Konzept sorgt zudem für eine wunderbar ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Zunächst zu sagen, wir haben ein fantastisches Upgrade bekommen. Auf die Penthouse Suite hatten die Junior Suite mit Whirl Pool gebucht. Und sowas macht natürlich immer Spaß aber grundsätzlich hätten wir das auch schon über die Junior Suite freuen können. Die haben wir uns angeguckt super schick

The service was second to none. The location is breathtaking, the hotel is like a beautiful calm sanctuary - with a phenomenal restaurant!

Hard to really say anything. But my one and only improvement would be the mattresses and pillows. While they weren’t bad at all. They’d be better if memory foam.

The restaurant is fabulous…gorgeous sea views and outstanding food! The staff everywhere in the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful! Our suite was very nice sized and gorgeous sea views from our large patio. Special bike area with ALL the tools, bike pump, etc. The sauna, indoor pool/jacuzzi, steam and cold plunge area is lovely as well. Great hotel…highly recommend!

Ein wunderbares Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet – man kann aus der Karte frei wählen und alle Speisen werden frisch zubereitet. Alles ist äußerst sauber und es herrscht eine sehr angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Da das Hotel nur über 35 Zimmer verfügt, wirkt es besonders ruhig und persönlich. Das gesamte Personal ist äußert freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr modern und technisch ausgestattet. Wir haben jedoch versehentlich den „Privatly“-Knopf betätigt, wodurch unser Zimmer zwei Tage lang nicht gereinigt wurde. Dies lag allerdings nicht am Hotel selbst – man sollte lediglich darauf achten, welche Einstellungen man auswählt. 😅

Ausstattung, Lage und Design sind top. Der Wellnessbereich und das Gym sind auch ganz gut.

Das angebotene Essen und der Service sind gut, allerdings keinesfalls auf 5-Sterne Niveau, da hat für uns das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gepasst. Das Angebot und die Qualität sind in Ordnung und man wird satt, allerdings hat es uns absolut nicht begeistert. Das Restaurant ist es eher ungemütlich und im Kantinen- Style. Vielleicht ist das auch besser, wenn man außen sitzen kann. In den Zimmern ist so viel Technik verbaut, dass nachts alles möglich blinkt und es im Zimmer ziemlich hell ist. Das Personal ist nett, wenn man es anspricht.

Wir hatten trotz durchwachsenen Wetters eine perfekte Woche im Norden Mallorcas. Das El Vincenç de la Mar bietet dafür alles, was man sich wünscht: ein schönes Zimmer ( Junior Suite) mit Blick aufs Meer, super zuvorkommender und persönlicher Service und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Nicht zu vergessen ist der schöne Wellnessbereich und das Gym für Regentage oder wann immer man möchte. Fazit: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Es fällt mir wirklich nichts ein, denn wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach mega, nicht zu groß in einem kleinen ruhig Dorf gelegen und mit einem legendären Blick auf die Bucht. Der Service, das Essen, die Zimmer alles 1+. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

El buffet del desayuno no es muy variado aunque tienes cosas a la carta para elegir. Para poder utilizar las piscinas en días de sol en otras estaciones que no sea verano climatizaría el agua.
