とても清潔で高級感のある建物だったことと、なんと言っても足湯とお風呂の温泉が最高でした。後はマッサージチェアが取り合いになるくらいよかったです。

バスで来たのですが歩道がないので怖かったです。

ネットから見えるプロジェクターや屋外の足湯スペースは子どもたちの居場所になった

S102は鉄板焼きはできるがBBQコンロがないため、持ち込みになる点

足湯、お風呂がとても気持ちよかった。 マッサージチェア、エアコン完備で快適に過ごせた。 タオルが十分に足りていた。 清潔なところ。

深夜お隣の声がうるさく眠れなかった。 ２階洗面所の鏡のライトがつかなかった。 トースターがあったら良かった。 花火ができなくて残念だった。 駐車場までが遠く運ぶのが大変だった(荷下ろし駐車場は二台とも他の方が使って停められなかった)

房間乾淨，各式各樣的生活備品包含洗碗精和碗筷，洗衣精等一應俱全，房子附帶的溫泉很舒適，按摩椅也讓人很放鬆，感覺被種草了，回去也想買一臺。

位置稍微偏僻一點，但是步行 10 分鐘的距離就有一間 lawson，雖然選擇不多但是附近也還是有餐廳可以吃飯。

The breakfast is a scam. It is totally overpriced and it is not transparent to the customer that the host will only offer a piece of toast which cost ¥2000 per person.

Only thing was speaker for in bedroom projector had bad sound, maybe that can be improved so you can enjoy watching movies

The house is well built and has some qualities that my children loved - the net that children can lie on and watch a film projected on the wall. The bunk bed tucked into the bedroom. The onsen in the bathroom.

The location is awful. Next to a noisy and busy main road. Unless you stay in 103-105, you also have to park away from the houses and walk along the road - the cars are unforgiving and come around the corner quickly and carelessly. There is only one ‘bedroom’ with a door that closes. The other beds are in the mezzanine of the main house with ridiculously bright fire exit signs and a huge red alert button on the wall - which means there was no way of making it dark enough to sleep. It is a really silly design and should not be advertised as a 2 bedroom house.

De parkeerplek was moeilijk te vinden. Onveilig gevoel om uit de parkeer straat op de grote straat te rijden, want je moet net in een bocht uitrijden

The private hot spring was excellent. The bathtub was spacious enough for two people, and the balcony door could be opened to let in fresh air. It was cozy, relaxing, and absolutely perfect.

The parking space was quite far from the house, requiring at least a five-minute walk along a dimly lit path.

La maison est grande et bien située. Le Onsen privatif est bien.

La cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée. Il n'y avait pas d'épices ou d'huile ou de sauce à disposition ce qui rend la cuisine compliquée pour juste un soir. Il n'y avait pas de sachet de thé à disposition. Je pensais également qu'il y aurait plusieurs chambres mais en réalité trois lits sont dans une seule chambre et les deux autres sont collés dans la mezzanine donnant sur le séjour. C'est dommage on a pas vraiment eu d'intimité.

Due posti letto completamente scomodi, ubicati in un soppalco strettissimo e senza un materasso, ma solo un tappetino. Non capisco come si possa far dormire due persone in questa condizione disumana! Non potendo cambiare appartamento , abbiamo richiesto almeno un materasso aggiuntivo ma il personale della struttura è stato sgradevole e per niente collaborativo. Inoltre il giardino era incolto, nessuna manutenzione. Posizione pessima, oltretutto non corrisponde con quella indicata da Booking

Loved everything about the accommodation. The private onsen was amazing and the villa was stunning. Would've loves tp stay longer.

It was just a bit far from everything, but there was a lawson closeby and a hidden gem little restaurant.

The house is spacious for our family of 6.

Location, unless travel before to this location. And familiar with Hakone area, otherwise the location need half a day to be familiarise with

建物の中もきれいで広々していて、アメニティもそろっていてよかった。景色も自然がいっぱいで、そんな中の足湯が最高だった

最寄りのコンビニが22時閉店で、それ以外は店が近くにないこと。

大人数で泊まれたこと。綺麗！床暖が暖かかった。

マッサージチェアが使えない。フェイクの暖炉がいらない。その分、ソファーを増やしてほしかった。夜だと駐車場までが怖い。

部屋に足湯、温泉があるのが良かった。

若者向けのお洒落なモダンのヴィラななので、年寄りと一緒に行くのはおすすめできません。私たち家族だけならまた行きたいですが、足の悪いおばあちゃんを2階に連れて行ったり温泉アシストが大変なのでおばあちゃんを連れて行くならバリアフリー付きの宿を探します。

This property provides extremely poor customer service and misleading information. The male manager who wears a white mask, and who is supposedly part of the English-speaking support team, cannot communicate in English. When issues arise, he hangs up the phone or repeatedly claims that everything is the guest’s responsibility. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a property serving international guests. The room listing clearly stated that a sofa bed was included, but upon arrival we were told the information was incorrect and no solution was offered. We are friends and cannot share a bed, which caused serious inconvenience and discomfort. Our request for six separate beds was ignored. We were informed only one night before check-in that only one car could be parked. Despite advertising free parking, guests are told to “find parking themselves.” The parking area is poorly designed and only suitable for small cars. Due to the misleading listing and failure to provide what was booked, this stay did not meet basic accommodation standards. I believe a refund is justified, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property

Villa was huge, and the onsen was fantastic!

The check in was frustrating. Was sent the link via email with URL and tried for the whole day but there was an error. Was advised to check in using the iPad inside the villa, but at the iPad was asked to scan QR code using phone and was brought back to the URL with the same error. Was going to give up until I found a manual entry button on the iPad, which was a much longer process (had to register for 9 people) but it finally worked. A few things weren't working - the fireplace and massage chair, but they were inconsequential.

This place was perfectly located, looks exactly like the photo and was very clean. We really enjoyed staying here because of how peaceful it felt and the views you got to wake up to are great. The hot bath was so relaxing and it was nice to have a private onsen like experience for such a good price.

It would have been nice to have the parking for the North side to be closer to the stay. It's approx a 5 minute walk back but at night in the dark it's not the most pleasant.

Hard to locate the parking. GPS brought us to the north wing and we spent much effort to finally locate. Also does not have a proper path. My wife felled and injured her knees as it was dark.

小さな子どもも含む大所帯で行ったが広々ワイワイ楽しめた。 お部屋についている温泉が良かった。ボディーソープとかがいい匂いだった。 冷え込む時期だったが床暖房も入っていて室内はとても暖かかった。

BBQテラスと書いてあったが、実際はお外で電気ホットプレートで焼肉。炭火とかではなくて残念。 独立した寝室はダブルベッド２つの部屋一室だけで、もう一室はダブルベッド２つとロフトにダブルサイズの布団一式で特に仕切りもないので10名近くの大人数ではゆっくりは寝れないと思う。

ロケーション ・道路に面しており外からの視線が気になる、騒音(車の音) ・駐車場までの移動が不便、距離は近いが車道を歩くか、安全面を考えると遠回りしないといけない チェックイン/チェックアウト ・オペレータとビデオ通話をつなぐ意味がわからなかった、顔が映った瞬間チェックイン完了と言われた、何を確認したか？ ・チェックイン時に予約番号を入力しているはずなのに、チェックアウト時も入力を求められる、チェックアウトボタンのクリックだけでよいのでは？ リビング、キッチン ・個人的な感想、片付けかけた状態に見えてしまった 　　- 玄関のハンガーのかけ方が雑 　　- チェックイン用のタブレットの周り、タブレットの通信用だと思われるモバイルWiFiのおかれ方が見た目を悪くしている、最初は前の宿泊者の忘れ物かと思った テーブル、椅子(外にあるもの) ・整備されていない、テーブルは歪んでいるように見えた、使う気にもならなければ このような状態にしておくくらいならなくしたほうがいいと思った 浴室 ・ハンドウォッシュのボトルが汚れていた 写真と現物のギャップ ・紹介ページに掲載されている写真ほどきれいではない印象 ・周囲の環境については必ずMAPを参照した上で宿泊を決めるべき

Location is directly by a very busy road with heavy traffic. Noisy and not very peaceful.

Location was a bit far from Hakone sights.

Very well appointed villa with two shower rooms, two toilets, a spa bath and an outdoor foot bath. Tastefully decorated, practical and well equipped.

Perhaps the second bedroom could have walls rather than being a mezzanine style room open to below, but it wasn’t any problem at all.

Het ruim opgezet huis was perfect voor ons (vijf volwassenen) De ligging is prima, 60 meter van de bus. De bedden vonden wij te hard. Op een klein stukje lopen was een winkeltje voor de hoognodige dingen. De 2 onsenbaden waren natuurlijk geweldig, wel even wennen aan de warme temperatuur. Personeel is niet aanwezig. Je krijgt een toegangscode en kan daarmee je huis in.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Having our own private onsen was such a wonderful experience. It was relaxing and peaceful. The area is quiet and surrounded by beautiful scenery, perfect for unwinding. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We were told only 1 day earlier that there is no wifi available. Complicated checkin and limited to no support available. No clear instructions or guides

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen. Toll war der Onsen und die Überraschung im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

The apartment is beautiful and large with comfortable beds and an indoor and outdoor onsen.

The location is next to a winding road with no sidewalks and cars racing at top speed. At night it's absolutely pitch black so walking to a restaurant (which all close at 8 or 9) is treacherous if not terrifyingly death-defying. If you plan on taking public buses to and from here with children, I wouldn't recommend it. There was no WiFi and I contacted the property multiple times to let them know the network wasn't available. Also the map link they sent took us to the South property and we wandered around in the dark for a good 20-30 minutes until we found our apartment. I contacted the property the evening we arrived to request at 12:00 checkout time instead of 10:00am. No response. At 10:00 a cleaner showed up. We asked if we could have 30 minutes. She told us 20 max. Overall, I do not recommend it. These unstable properties are very tricky if you have any problems or questions.
