El hotel por fuera y su alberca aunque no la use estaba bonito el lugar ,junto con el bar. En realidad lo tome por la cercanía al aeropuerto . Y por el horario de mi vuelo y lo harta y cansada del vuelo largo. La recepción el check in muy bien ,el checo Out muy atentos.

Me toco una habitación que creo no hicieron bien el aseo, ya cuando destendi la cama se veía como que no las cambiaron . En realidad dormí desconfíe y me tape con el edredón y puse una toalla debajo. No baje porque andaba cansada y no quería alegar . EN EL RESTAURANT PIDO SERVICIO A LA HABITACION Y ME COBRABAN 15 % MAS POR EL SERVICIO EN VEZ DE DAR NOSOTROS SOLO PROPINA COMO EN TODO EL MUNDO. PEDI PARA SUBIRLO A MI HABITACION REPITO CANSADA DELVUELO , DOY PROPINA AL MESERO Y NI POR ASOMO SE OFRECIO MINIMO A LLEVARME LA CHAROLA AL ELEVADOR,. QUE POCA FORMACION Y CAPACITACION LE DAN A LOS MESEROS. En fin desilusión me lleve de Cancun. Y de su hotel y es HILTON. No tome en cuenta tomar foto, de todas maneras la habitacion siempre queda como en penumbra . Y al dia siguiente nunca se me ocurrió abrir la cortina . En fin .

Ofcourse we have booked this hotel because of an early flight. So the location is perfect, next to the airport. The hotel room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

We didn’t liked the fact that the swimming pool was dirty and also our bathroom.

Very closed to Cancun Terminal 3 and free shuttle transportation from airport to hotel and back. Hotel is clean and staff is lovely.

Facile d’accès et le transfert est très rapide et réactif. Les équipements de l’hôtel comme la piscine, la salle de sport. La nourriture est de qualité.

Nous étions au 7ème et dernier étage. Et nous entendions le bruit de toutes les appareils de ventilation sur le toit. Donc pas très agréable pour dormir. Et le prix des boissons et du restaurant sont assez chers. Type prix européens vs prix mexicains.

I liked a lot the help from the front desk to locate me and my daughter in a good floor and room, pool was close to us so it was easy for me and my daughter to go to the pool. The breakfast was good and many options to choose. The shuttle staff are amazing and very helpful.

Pillows were not so comfortable, in my opinion, to high and not so soft, sleepers were missing in the room.

Para quem pretende ficar perto do aeroporto por questão de comodidade para conciliar com voos é uma excelente opção. Nós optamos por ficar na noite de chegada porque o voo chegava tarde e na noite antes do embarque e foi ótimo. As nossas duas filhas adoraram a piscina e nós também,.

Perfetto se avete un volo presto. In pochi minuti sarete all'aeroporto. Hanno anche un servizio shuttle molto puntuale e comodo. Per alcuni terminal neanche serve! Potete andare a piedi. Hanno anche un servizio ristorante che però chiude alle 22, dopodiché offrono degli snack (anche riscaldabili al micronde)

Niente, considerato che lo scopo era essere vicino all aerreoporto per partire presto. Ovviamente per tutto il resto è lontano dalla città.

Perfect om na een lange vlucht snel in een comfortabel bed te liggen. Hotel ligt echt naast de aankomst-terminal. 3 min lopen of de airport shuttle van het hotel pakken, die moet je wel reserveren. Zwembad is lekker en ontbijt is top. Voor onze terugvlucht hebben we hier opnieuw geboekt, lekker ontbijten en daarna snel naar de vertrekhal,

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza all’Ana y José è stata molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Dopo appena dieci minuti nella zona balneare dell’hotel, entrando in acqua, mi sono tagliata il piede e ho avuto bisogno di due punti di sutura. Al di là dell’incidente in sé, che può ovviamente capitare, è stato un inizio di soggiorno decisamente spiacevole. Il servizio è stato inoltre estremamente lento e, considerando il livello e il prezzo della struttura, ci aspettavamo tutt’altro tipo di attenzione al cliente. Anche la colazione ci ha lasciati molto delusi. Avevamo la colazione inclusa, che consisteva in due fette di pan carré e una brioche. L’ultimo giorno, invece della marmellata, mi è stata addirittura messa della salsa piccante all’interno della colazione. Una cosa davvero assurda e che mi è sembrata quasi una presa in giro. Un’altra grande delusione sono state le escursioni. Avevamo scelto e prenotato tutte le nostre escursioni direttamente tramite Ana y José, che quindi ha svolto il ruolo di intermediario tra noi e i diversi fornitori dei servizi. Prima della prenotazione ci erano state descritte determinate modalità, caratteristiche e standard qualitativi, ma nella realtà nessuna delle escursioni ha rispettato pienamente quanto ci era stato illustrato e promesso in precedenza. Proprio perché le escursioni sono state organizzate e vendute direttamente dall’hotel, ci aspettavamo che Ana y José selezionasse fornitori affidabili e garantisse almeno il rispetto di quanto concordato al momento della prenotazione. Purtroppo non è stato così. Nel complesso, quindi, non siamo rimasti soddisfatti né del servizio dell’hotel né della qualità delle esperienze che ci sono state vendute. Considerando il prezzo pagato e le aspettative create dalla struttura, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato decisamente deludente. Sicuramente non un’esperienza che ripeterei né una struttura che consiglierei.

There is nothing like that...

The location is perfect for the airport. The pool is not a lap pool, but it was good to have an outdoor pool for the kids to splash about in. The room was clean with hot water. They provided drinking water on each floor of the hotel.

The check in procedure was frustrating. We arrived an hour early but they will only allow you to check in early for an additional fee. We then sat and waited next to the desk whilst the staff just stood there. Then it got to 3pm and suddenly there was a big queue for check in so we ended up waiting almost another whole hour before we got to the room. Whilst I understand charging for early check in if you're basically getting a whole extra day, but when we're talking an hour, it just seems mercenary and illogical, especially when it creates a bottleneck of people checking in. Staff also tried to pressure us to leave a very big tip at the pool bar which is already very expensive. It wasn't a very personal experience and we were made to feel like cash cows.

Fijn naast de airport, daar moet je het dus ook vooral voor gebruiken, verder is er namelijk niks te beleven.

Prijs- kwaliteit, een goedkoper hotel had dezelfde faciliteiten en kamers gehad voor minder geld.

Lekker dichtbij het vliegveld van Cancun. Bedden liggen goed! Ontbijt is aan de prijzige kant maar wel veel keuze en een leuke plek om te zitten.

Parkeren was wat onduidelijk. Niet zoveel plekken, maar we konden onze auto nog kwijt. We waren er 1 nachtje en het is best een groot hotel. We kregen een kamer met uitzicht op geparkeerde auto’s. Hotel zat niet vol, dus hadden er ook voor kunnen kiezen om ons een kamer te geven met een leuker uitzicht. Dat hadden we na 24 uur reizen leuk gevonden!

We booked a room last minute at the Hilton Garden Inn by Cancun airport as our flight got canceled. We have a child with food allergies to gluten, tree nuts and sesame and the manager Ernesto at the bistro in the hotel was very helpful in making sure our child had something to eat. The chef was able to prepare rice and beans for her for dinner which we were very thankful for. Our waiter Manial was very friendly and helped make sure everything went smoothly. We had such a great impression of the place and are so thankful to them for accommodating my child’s allergies. Thank you Ernesto, Manial and the chef.

Stanze poco pulite. Alla reception il signor Victor ci ha fatto prendere un taxi con una compagnia per andare agli aliscafi suggerendo di prendere subito anche il ritorno e pagare subito entrambe le tratte perche dopo 3 giorni saremmo dovuti tornare in aereoporto. Al ritorno alle 9.30 orario concordato al parcheggio del ferry non e' arrivato nessuno. Dopo varie chiamate alle 10 si e' presentato un ragazzo senza neanche scusarsi e con auto non da 5 persone come pagata e richiesta. Se spendete il nome Hilton suggerite trasporti affidabili! Abbiamo respirato 30 minuti di gas di scarico nell'area di sosta e rischiato di perdere il volo oltre che fare un viaggio stipati come sardine in una macchina non adeguata!

Struttura piena di servizi con personale gentile

Nonostante il servizio navetta dall’aeroporto fosse incluso, al nostro arrivo non era disponibile. Dopo aver chiamato la struttura, ci è stato comunicato che non era in funzione, così siamo stati costretti a prendere un taxi, pagando circa 40 euro per un tragitto di appena tre minuti. Anche il check-in è stato poco organizzato: abbiamo trovato una fila molto lunga e abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi mezz’ora prima di poter effettuare la registrazione.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto y el trato del personal.

El ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. Es prácticamente imposible descansar porque se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones y a todas horas del día y la noche. Deberían tener un aislante de sonido pies a veces uno va a descansar por unas pocas horas antes de tener un vuelo temprano.

Precisava de hotel perto aeroporto por uma noite, e o Hilton cumpriu bem a tarefa. A noite comemos uma pizza no restaurante. Enfim atendeu nossas necessidades.

O ar condicionado é barulhento.

L’établissement était bien mais je l’avais choisi étant proche de l’aéroport sauf que pour s’y rendre on n’a pas d’autre choix que de prendre un taxi et tous les taxis annoncent 50 euros pour faire 1,6km. Une arnaque dès l’arrivée au Mexique.

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais les viennoiseries pas très bonnes et pour les gaufres, il y avait un gaufrier pour tout le monde et on devait faire nous même nos gaufres.

The shuttle bus driver was very rude, I have not experienced such treatment from a driver ever. I would strongly not recommend this hotel because of his behaviour.

Had Marcial as a waiter. So attentive and nice. Gave me recommendations on things to do.

Marcial was our waiter for two different days. We were very impressed with him as our waiter. He represents your organization with highest professionalism. He is also kind and joyful. You aré lucky to have him.

We were scammed at the airport. PLEASE PLEASE be aware of “airport assistance” telling you that there is no access to this hotel because of “construction” and that you’ll get your money back in the morning from reception after you take a 800 pesos taxi. Fortunately, on this occasion I got my money back. You can walk to this hotel from any terminal. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. The hotel is in a Great location before or after your flight. Especially if you’re not planning on spending any time in Cancun. Food and pool great. Rooms exceptional.

Shuttel kwam niet en het is echt niet te lopen. Je bent overgeleverd aan vervelende opdringerige mensen bij de taxi standplaats. In de kamer naast ons, afgescheiden met een deur tussen de kamers, zat een zeer luidruchtig gezin met kleine kinderen. Voor 0600 am wakker dus na een lange vlucht.

Mooi hotel en heel fijn om daar te verblijven na een lange reis. Alles ziet er goed verzorgd uit. De kamer is standaard maar prima. Zwembad mooi en uitgebreide ontbijtkeuze. Het was een heel goede start van onze vakantie! Je kunt de gratis bus nemen naar terminal 2 (trap niet in de mensen die ben de bushalte staan en zeggen dat je een vliegticket nodig hebt) en er dan heen lopen.

he distances between the rooms and the lobby. there is not Marina, you have to take a transportation for an hour's drive. the hotel does not provide free transportation from and to the airport (no free shuttle )

Super convenient location- we could easily have walked to terminal 3 but ended up taking the shuttle as it was leaving when we were. Nice pool. Comfortable beds.

Restaurant had several menu items not available (no pizza, no spaghetti bolognaise) which reduced meal options particularly for the kids.

It’s so beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was superb.

After staying at a high end resort, we were surprised that one of our best meals, and most attentive service was at the Hilton Garden Inn - That you Marcial ! After having a delayed flight, what a pleasure to be greeted by such an upbeat and friendly person. The Paridilla mixta was exceptionally good, and it was amazing watching you help the deluge of customers from our flight -you sure you don't have a doppel-Granger?

This was our third stay here, and while the service was a very delayed with what appeared to be an unexpected surge in customers but it still seemed to be manageable enough to not cause such long delays. The front desk also needs more staff as all the times we’ve been here we’ve had long lines to check-in with only one person at the desk. We were particularly thankful of Marcial who made sure we were ok when no one else seemed to have time in both dinner and breakfast service during our short 1 night stay. All in all, the quality of the hotel and breakfast is really good for a hotel airport. I also appreciated that breakfast appeared to be mainly made from scratch and not prepackaged stuff. My only complaint is that I paid for a premium room which supposedly included drinks and snacks and was around $70 more expensive than a normal room…. I expected a little more than a brown bag with 2 small bags of chips, 2 waters, and 2 cans of soda. Will definitely not do that again!
